Good support is very rare. As a mostly-free service, WordPress.com has hundreds of thousands of users who can sometimes send in quite a few question every day. To be completely honest, even we sometimes don’t have the answers. But we try really, really hard.
When you send a message to WordPress.com, there is a real human being on the other end who will read it and do his or her darndest to answer it.
In addition to all of that, we have an FAQ section and some pretty cool forums where you can chat with other WordPress.com users and give or receive tips and tricks.
