We make it as easy as possible to contact our support team, and we respond to every request. There is usually a spike when there is downtime or a bug. Here’s how many we get per month:

Number of times people switch their theme. Since everything on WordPress.com is dynamic, switching your theme is instant and requires no rebuilding.
