I grabbed all the movies I’ve rented from Netflix and put them in an Excel worksheet then moved them over to Listography.com. My Netflix list officially has a link too.

044 Stretch daily (get to the point where it doesn’t hurt)

I started stretching in class yesterday and I realized you don’t have to have a set time or place to stretch. You can do it anywhere, anytime. So as I’m sitting there in my seat listening to a lecture I stretched my arms.  Now I need to work on the rest of me…heh.

Okay so I’m signing up for a Photography course at school so I know that doesn’t count, but I wanted to mention it because I am so excited! I hope it’s not full by the time I can register for Winter Quarter.

050    Crock Pot a meal once weekly for a month (if economical, continue on) [3/4]

This week I had a Pot Roast in the freezer, so I threw in the Crock Pot with some potatoes, carrots, garlic and onion. I seasoned the Pot Roast with some Garlic Salt because that’s all I had on hand…and yes it was a little bit of garlic overload for me, but the man liked it. Wanna see??

I couldn’t very well toss out the savory drippings that came from my wonderful roast so I packaged it (and the garlic cloves) all up in this cute tupperware and will make gravy with it this weekend. The garlic cloves are already all soft and cooked so I can just spread them on some nice French bread and be set for a tasty snack.

This is going to make some great beef gravy!

My mom got me a storage unit the last time I moved and she just rented a bigger one  to share so I will be forced to go through my stuff which I’m kind of jazzed about.

I was late to work one day this week which is a great improvement since I’m usually at least a minute or two late everyday. I wasn’t late to school at all.

What have I been doing different? Getting up earlier that’s it. That’s the big secret. I actually woke up at 7 this morning and unloaded the dishwasher, Mr. Man pulled the laundry out and then I grabbed the French bread dough out of the bread machine and threw it in the oven (the smell of fresh bread in the morning is heavenly).

Can you smell it?

Then, I got ready for work and was still here with 10 minutes to spare.

British media services and networking services reported on nu.nl that Psychiatry in UK would have some sort of report that says that children who eat candy as young as they are become aggressive in the future, after reading this nonsense I found it out that children who become aggressive or are learning to be part of none-aggressive cultures that the chance of Psychiatry to make assessments in why childrens are becoming aggressive, is allready a case of human rights violation, security violation, because psychology is not psychiatry, and psychiatry is not psychology, so don’t get it twisted, cause psychiatry allowed psychology, and at the same time injustice of none-science, or science related “sudo science” to become part of DSM.

Psychiatry has its roots of more than 50 years of abusing innocents, and allowing people to die, where no government took immediate action agains it, those who didn’t since the year factor 2006, should be prosecuted, since they are already guilty on all charges of 2005 for CNN strategism and other strategism.

Those who disobey the rule of law for science, such as Right of Science Equality, should understand that your opportunity to continue will be destroyed, yes even as a scientist, because your work does not support freedom and movement at all, if your onto the roots of Psychiatry.

This warning is now finished for Security Council UN, who has a clear responsibility in WSA, because they been part of cynicism, which means they are responsible in WSA to immediately address all levels, against Psychiatry, as codification of it is sur plus to our capability of “security clearances and security errors”.

Those who do make a security error, should be addressed, your not doing your job at all, aren’t you?

Volume 036: Next Chapter

So it is month 5 of 16 in the academic journey. I go home and almost everyone is graduated and moving onto the next step of life, while I am planning what courses to take. Perhaps it is not so bad to be in school at this time, according to one of my cs profs, next year is more ideal to catch up with the job market and be on the wave up, instead of being in the low part of the wave (job and economic cycles for those wondering what the heck I’m talking about).

Currently taking four courses right now although I have reservations about one of the courses I’m taking and debating whether to retake again in Fall should a more seasoned prof will teach the same course. I have to keep next term light since that is when I will be taking Operating Systems, the so called crazy course of CSers. One term at a time eh?

Anyhoo, it should be an interesting week with Food Cell starting up this Thursday. More to come!

Mondrian, un poroto al lado mio! jaaa!

Volvi! Y con un trabajo loco (¿?) que hicimos en la facu…luego de una entretenida clase teórica sobre el inconsciente, el  Surrealismo , sus mayores exponentes, obras y otras yerbas , tuvimos que hacer en clase, en menos de media hora, un collage. Nos habian asignado una obra a cada alumno para buscar fotografias de la misma. En mi caso, un teatro en Finlandia, el Lappia Hall de Alvar Aalto.
Y he aqui el resultado. La clase pasada me hicieron la devolución: “muy Mondrián” dijo un ayudante, otra dijo que “se ve un espiral, no de la forma convencional, pero se nota esa cosa espiralada”, una chica de 1er año lo tituló “lineal encuentro con el infinito”, y yo, yo ya no sé qué pensar de esta gente! Desayunan con brownies locos acaso?!
En fin, se supone que de esto que ven aca, parte el laburo y proyecto del año: un teatro en la isla Martín García.
Veremos si el delirio sigue. Stay tuned…

Τι είναι η πόλη; Η μάλλον, τι είναι η Αθήνα;

Η Αθήνα κυρίες και κύριοι είναι ένα συμπίλημα από δήμους και προάστεια, οι περισσότεροι εκ των οποίων ιδρύθηκαν και κατοικήθηκαν για λίγα έως πολλά χρόνια ως ανεξάρτητες πόλεις/χωριά, και στη συνέχεια με την πάροδο των χρόνων και την αυξημένη δόμηση, ενώθηκαν σε μία μεγάλη μητροπολιτική περιοχή. Εαν αυτό ισχύει, που σε μεγάλο βαθμό ισχύει, και αν λάβουμε υπόψιν το γεγονός ότι ελάχιστες περιοχές της Αθήνας δομήθηκαν βάσει ολοκληρωμένου πολεοδομικού σχεδίου (και όχι απλά ιπποδαμείου – τύπου χαράσσουμε οριζόντιες και κάθετες γραμμές – σχεδίου), τότε είναι φυσικό να συναντάμε ζώνες υψηλής και πυκνής δόμησης, με υψηλό ποσοστό κατοικιών και επιχειρήσεων, και ζώνες αραιής και χαμηλής δόμησης, με χαμηλά τα προαναφερθέντα ποσοστά.

Υπάρχουν δέ περιπτώσεις, όπου η αμιγής κατοικία εκτοπίζει ολοσχερώς την ύπαρξη επιχειρήσεων και γενικότερα την εργασία από κάποιες περιοχές, αλλά και αντίστροφα περιπτώσεις όπου οι χώροι εργασίας καταλαμβάνουν συντριπτικό ποσοστό μιας περιοχής. Παράδειγμα της πρώτης περίπτωσης (αν εξαιρέσουμε τις πρεσβείες) είναι το Παλαιό Ψυχικό και η Φιλοθέη, ενώ της δεύτερης η ζώνη του Ελαιώνα και το εμπορικό τρίγωνο του κέντρου της Αθήνας. Τι ρόλο όμως παίζει η μαζική συγκοινωνία σε όλα αυτά, και πώς μπορεί να βελτιωθεί λαμβάνοντας υπόψιν τους παραπάνω παράγοντες; Ας υποθέσουμε πως μένετε στα Άνω Πατήσια, και θέλετε να μεταβείτε στην πλατεία της Αγίας Παρασκευής. Και οι δύο τόποι αποτελούν το κέντρο των ευρύτερων περιοχών στις οποίες ανήκουν (ας ονομάσουμε την πρώτη 5ο δημοτικό διαμέρισμα Αθηνών και την δεύτερη Δήμος Αγ. Παρασκευής). Τι επιλογές έχετε;

• Την επιλογή που περιλαμβάνει Ηλεκτρικό-Μετρό και λεωφορείο, η οποία ουσιαστικά είναι ένας κύκλος, καθώς αντί να πάει ευθεία κάνει μια παράκαμψη μέσω κέντρου (που την κάνει και τόσο χρονοβόρα – περίπου 1 ώρα διαδρομή).
• Την επιλογή που περιλαμβάνει το λεωφορείο 444 (που έχει πολύ μικρή συχνότητα δρομολογίων) και την ανταπόκριση με το 421 στη διασταύρωση Κύμης-Καποδιστρίου, η οποία όμως μπορεί να είναι ακόμα πιο χρονοβόρα, καθώς το 421 περνάει από το κέντρο του Χαλανδρίου, όπου συνήθως υπάρχει αυξημένη κίνηση.
• Την επιλογή του συνδυασμού Ηλεκτρικού-421, που όμως περιλαμβάνει δεκάλεπτο περπάτημα από τον Ηλεκτρικό στην Εθνικής Αντιστάσεως και την προαναφερθείσα κίνηση του Χαλανδρίου.

Υπάρχουν πάντα και άλλες επιλογές, οι οποίες όμως για διάφορους λόγους, όπως η μικρή συχνότητα λεωφορείων, εφαρμόζονται δύσκολα παρ’ όλο που στην πράξη φαίνονται απλές. Το ζήτημα είναι όμως, πως ενώ οι δύο τόποι θεωρητικά είναι τα κέντρα των ευρύτερων περιοχών, πρακτικά για να συνδεθούν χρειάζονται υπερβολικό χρόνο, καθυστερήσεις, πολλές ανταποκρίσεις και μεγάλες παρακάμψεις. Ένα αντεπιχείρημα είναι πως δεν μπορούν όλα τα κέντρα των περιοχών να συνδέονται απευθείας μεταξύ τους, ειδικά σε μια τόσο άναρχα δομημένη πόλη όπως η Αθήνα. Στην περίπτωση αυτή όμως, θα έπρεπε τουλάχιστον να ενισχυθούν συγκοινωνιακά οι βασικές αρτηρίες (στην εν λόγω περίπτωση η “φτωχή” Καποδιστρίου) ώστε οι ανταποκρίσεις να είναι άμεσες και γρήγορες, και όσο το δυνατόν πιο φιλικές προς τον Επιβάτη (και όχι του τύπου “περνάω τρέχοντας τον τριπλής λωρίδας ανά κατεύθυνση αυτοκινητόδρομο χωρίς φανάρι και περιμένω σε μια στάση με πεζοδρόμιο σαράντα εκατοστών στη μέση του πουθενά). Ας πούμε μια πυκνή λεωφορειακή γραμμή από το σταθμό της Ν. Ιωνίας προς την Αγ. Παρασκευή θα μπορούσε να εξυπηρετήσει ταυτόχρονα πολλές κοντινές περιοχές που συνδέονται με τον Ηλεκτρικό, αλλά και τις ενδιάμεσες περιοχές όπως η Αγία Φιλοθέη, η Φιλοθέη και το Χαλάνδρι που θέλουν μια γρήγορη πρόσβαση σε μέσο σταθερής τροχιάς. Σε ένα εξιδανικευμένο περιβάλλον, η Καποδιστρίου χωράει ένα τραμ. (Εδώ κάπου αρχίζω και παραλογίζομαι) Όπως και η Κηφισίας χωράει ένα τραμ, το οποίο ανταποκρινόμενο με το προηγούμενο, θα συνέδεε τον σταθμό Πανόρμου (μη σας πω και πιο χαμηλά, το Μέγαρο Μουσικής) με την Ν. Ιωνία, ακόμα και με τους Αγίους Αναργύρους, χωρίς να χρειάζεται κανείς να περάσει από την κόλαση του κέντρου.

Μια ακόμα πολύ υποτιμημένη σύνδεση που μπορεί να αποφεύγει το κέντρο της Αθήνας και να συνδέει τα κέντρα των περιοχών είναι το πέρασμα ανάμεσα στα Τουρκοβούνια στο Γαλάτσι, αλλά και γενικότερα ο περιφερειακός των Τουρκοβουνίων. Αποτελεί άριστη παράκαμψη του κέντρου, και όμως μόνο ένα λεωφορείο καθόλου συχνό την διασχίζει, το 036. Περιοχές όπως η Κυψέλη, το Πολύγωνο και το Γαλάτσι θα μπορούσαν να έχουν μια πολύ γρήγορη σύνδεση με μέσα σταθερής τροχιάς όπως το μετρό χωρίς να χρειάζεται να περάσουν την τιγκαρισμένη Πατησίων και να κατέβουν τόσο χαμηλά όσο η Ομόνοια (!). Και όλα αυτά χωρίς καμία καινούρια γραμμή μετρό.

Αλλά απ’ ότι φαίνεται οι μαζικές συγκοινωνίες σε αυτή την χώρα δεν έχουν ως target group τον συνολικό πληθυσμό, αλλά έρχονται εκ των υστέρων να καλύψουν ανάγκες που ήδη είναι τεράστιες, χωρίς προσπάθεια να είναι φιλικές προς τον καινούριο επιβάτη, προς εκείνον που ίσως θα εγκατέλειπε το αυτοκίνητο εάν του παρείχαν κίνητρα, άνεση και ταχύτητα, και προς εκείνον ο οποίος δεν είναι διατεθειμένος να χάσει ιδρώτα, χρόνο και κόπο σε ένα σύστημα αναξιόπιστο και γεμάτο ελλείψεις.

Como continuación al post del día 16 de octubre, y con el fin de aclarar algunas incidencias que se están produciendo, voy a concretar algunos temas acerca el nuevo procedimiento de presentación telemática del modelo 036 con documentación adicional.

Como sabemos, el nuevo modelo de declaración censal se aprobó por Orden HAC/1274/2007, de 26 de abril. Dicha Orden, entre otros aspectos, incorporó la posibilidad de adjuntar documentación adicional a la declaración en el momento de la presentación a través del Registro Telemático General de la Agencia Tributaria.

Cuando la presentación del modelo 036 no requiera aportar documentación alguna, la podrá realizar, bien el propio interesado o bien un tercero que actúe en su nombre con la debida autorización o poder (por ejemplo: un asesor fiscal).

Por el contrario, cuando la presentación requiera aportar documentación adicional habremos de distinguir, a su vez, dos supuestos:

• Si no se dispone de NIF/CIF, porque es precisamente lo que se solicita a través del modelo 036, al ser éste un requisito imprescindible para poder llevar a efecto una presentación telemática, únicamente podrá presentar la declaración por ésta vía un tercero, que en la mayoría de los casos será un asesor fiscal, aunque también podrá llevarla a cabo un notario cuando lo que solicite sea un NIF provisional o definitivo en el marco de un convenio suscrito con la AEAT.
• Si el interesado dispone de NIF/CIF, la presentación podrá realizar, tanto el propio interesado como un tercero autorizado, siguiendo para ello los siguientes pasos:

• Primero realizando la presentación telemática de la declaración. En este supuesto, la propia oficina virtual generará un mensaje indicativo del tipo:

“El modelo 036 que acaba de presentar debe acompañarse de la siguiente documentación adicional:

« Descripción de la documentación »

Estos documentos deberán aportarse en el plazo de 10 días, contados desde el de la presentación del modelo, en el registro telemático general de la AEAT”

• A continuación, realizando la presentación de la documentación adicional que habrá que escanear y adjuntarla a través del Registro Telemático General de la AEAT, indicando el código electrónico justificativo de la previa presentación telemática de la declaración. El acceso al Registro Telemático General se realiza a través de la siguiente ruta:

Oficina virtual » Registro de documentos electrónicos » Relacionada con presentaciones telemáticas previas » Aportación de documentación o aclaración de datos del modelo 036

En aquellos casos en los que el interesado manifieste tener dificultades de carácter técnico para presentar telemáticamente la documentación complementaria requerida, ésta se podrá presentar en las oficinas de la AEAT, aportando para ello copia del justificante del modelo 036 presentado.

En relación con todo este tema, la web de la AEAT ha incluido recientemente información relativa a las incidencias que está provocando esta novedosa opción, que reproduzco a continuación:

• Casos en los que no se puede realizar el envío telemático del Modelo 036.
• Documentación necesaria para obtener el NIF definitivo.
• Presentación del modelo 036 con documentación adicional.

Todas las personas físicas o jurídicas, así como las entidades sin personalidad jurídica han de tener un número de identificación fiscal que tendrán que acreditar en sus relaciones de naturaleza o con trascendencia tributaria. Esta identificación se materializa en el Número de Identificación Fiscal (N.I.F.), que se otorgará a los interesados, bien de oficio por la Administración Tributaria, o bien a petición del interesado.

Dependiendo del obligado tributario, la composición del N.I.F. presentará una estructura diferente.

Personas físicas con nacionalidad española.

Su N.I.F. coincide con su D.N.I. seguido de una letra que constituye un dígito de control. Sin embargo no debemos confundir el D.N.I. con el N.I.F., ya que un joven que vayamos a contratar y éste sea su primer trabajo, con toda seguridad tendrá D.N.I. pero puede que no disponga de N.I.F., constituyendo para la Administración Tributaria un “No identificado”.

Personas físicas que carezcan de nacionalidad española.

Para éstas, su N.I.F. será el Número de Identificación de Extranjeros (N.I.E.) que expida el Ministerio del Interior.

Personas jurídicas y entidades in personalidad jurídica.

Sú N.I.F. será el C.I.F. (Código de Identificación Fiscal), un código de carácter alfanumérico que no cambiará mientras no se modifique su forma jurídica.

La composición del código, regulada por el Real Decreto 2423/1975, de 25 de septiembre, presenta la siguiente estructura:

• Una letra indicativa de la forma jurídica de la entidad:
  - A: Sociedad Anónima
  - B: Sociedad Limitada
  - C: Sociedad colectiva
  - E: Comunidades de Bienes
  - F: Cooperativas
  - G: Asociaciones
  - P, Q, S: Entes públicos y Congregaciones Religiosas.
• Dos números correspondientes a la provincia del domicilio social de la entidad en el momento de la constitución.
• Cinco cifras, que se otorgarán en cada provincia por orden secuencial.
• Un dígito de control constituido por un número, en la mayor parte de los supuestos, o una letra, cuando se trate de entidades P, Q y S.

Operadores intracomunitarios.

Todo operador que realice operaciones intracomunitarias debe disponer de un número de identificación a efectos de IVA intracomunitario (NIVA), como prueba de que figura inscrito en el Censo de Operadores Intracomunitarios (VIES – Vat Information Exchange System).

La composición de este NIVA presenta la siguiente estructura:

• Dos siglas identificativas del país de inscripción en el censo.
• El número de identificación que tengan en el país en cuestión.

Para España, el NIVA será: ES + NIF

En cualquier caso, el alta fiscal de los obligados la han de realizar:

• Las persona físicas: a través de la presentación del modelo 030 (en papel impreso o por vía telemática)
• Las personas jurídicas: a través del modelo 036/037 (en papel impreso 036 ó 037, por vía telemática o utilizando el sistema de validación previa de la declaración.

Desde el pasado día 2 de octubre, se encuentra disponible en la oficina virtual de la Agencia Tributaria la presentación telemática del nuevo modelo de declaración censal (036) para la realización de altas, modificaciones y bajas en el Censo de empresarios, profesionales y retenedores mediante la utilización de uno de los certificados electrónicos de los admitidos por la A.E.A.T.

Este nuevo modelo se aprobó por Orden EHA/1274/2007, de 26 de abril (B.O.E. de 10 de mayo) y, en realidad, no presenta grandes diferencias respecto del anterior modelo, si bien, del nuevo modelo es de destacar la posibilidad de indicar un domicilio social diferente al fiscal y nuevas casillas para indicar la fecha en la que se causa alta o baja en un determinado modelo.

En relación con el modelo 037 (Declaración Censal simplificada), no está prevista, de momento, su presentación telemática, lo que me hace suponer que, hasta que se incorpore esta posibilidad, seguirá siendo el 036 el modelo más utilizado.

NOTA DE ACTUALIZACIÓN (21-12-2007): Se ha producido una modificación normativa que permite la presentación telemática del modelo 037. (Ver post)

Asimismo, y con la misma fecha, se ha habilitado a través del Registro Telemático General de la web la aportación de documentación complementaria y aclaración de datos que deban acompañar al modelo 036.
