Als Gott die Rettungsassistenten erschuf….

Als der Herr die Rettungsassistenten erschuf war er bereits 6 Tage in Verzug, als ein Engel erschien und sagte:
“Du gibst dir ziemlich viel Mühe mit diesem Modell.”

Gott antwortete:
“Hast du dir das Anforderungsprofil angesehen? Ein Rettungsassistent muß in der Lage sein, einen Verletzten einen nassen Grashügel in der Dunkelheit hochzutragen, allen möglichen Gefahren trotzen um zu einem sterbenden Kind zu gelangen, Wohnungen betreten, die selbst das Gesundheitsamt meiden würde, ohne dabei seine Einsatzkleidung zu verschmutzen.”
“Er muss in der Lage sein, das dreifache seines eigenen Gewichts zu tragen, in zerstörte Autos klettern, ohne wirklich Platz zu haben und während einer Wiederbelebung eines Babys die trauernde Mutter trösten, obwohl er weiß, daß ihr Kind nie wieder atmen wird.”
“Er muss in mentaler Topverfassung sein, ohne Schlaf funktionieren, nur mit schwarzem Kaffee und halb gegessenen Mahlzeiten. Ausserdem muß er sechs paar Hände haben.”

Der Engel schüttelte den Kopf und sagte langsam:
“Sechs paar Hände….niemals.”

“Es sind nicht die Hände, die mir Probleme bereiten,”
sagte der Herr,
“Es sind die drei Paar Augen, die jeder Rettungsassistent haben muß.”

“Und das bereits im Standardmodell?” fragte der Engel.

Der Allmächtige nickte.
“Ein Paar sieht offene Verletzungen beim Blutabnehmen während er den Patienten fragt ob er HIV positiv ist (obwohl er das bereits weiß und sich wünscht einen Bürojob angenommen zu haben), das nächste Paar gehört an die Seite des Kopfes, um auch die Sicherheit für seinen Partner gewährleisten zu können. Das letzte Paar Augen gehört hier nach vorne, um vertrauensvoll auf einen blutenden Patienten sehen zu können und ihn zu versichern, dass alles nicht so schlimm sei.”

“Gott, ich bitte dich”

sagte der Engel und berührte seinen Ärmel,
“ruhe dich aus und mache morgen weiter.”

“Das ist unmöglich,”
sagte der Allmächtige,
“ich habe bereits ein Modell entworfen, das ohne Zwischenfälle einen 120 Kilo schweren Betrunkenen hinter dem Steuer hervorbekommt und dabei seine fünfköpfige Familie vom Gehalt eines Angestellten im öffentlichen Dienst ernähren kann.”

Der Engel umkreiste den Rettungsassistenten sehr langsam.
“Kann er denken?”
fragte er.

“Darauf kannst du wetten,”
antwortete der Herr.
“Er kennt die Symptome von über 100 Krankheiten; weiß Medikamentendosierungen aus dem Schlaf; intubiert, defibrilliert und führt Wiederbelebung an Orten aus, die jeder niedergelassene Arzt meiden würde und behält trotzdem seinen Sinn für Humor.”
“Dieses Modell hat außerdem außergewöhnliche Körperbeherrschung. Er kann mit einem Polytrauma umgehen, eine verängstigte Rentnerin überzeugen, die Türe zu öffnen, die Angehörigen eines Selbstmörders trösten um danach in der Zeitung zu lesen, wie die unfähigen Rettungsdienstler es nicht geschafft haben rechtzeitig bei dem Verletzten zu sein, obwohl das Haus in einer Straße ohne Straßenschild lag, keine Hausnummer angebracht war und niemand die Telefonnummer für einen Rückruf hatte.”

Schlußendlich beugte sich der Engel zum Rettungsassistenten und fuhr mit dem Finger über die Wange.
“Hier ist eine undichte Stelle,”
verkündete er.
“Ich habe dir doch gesagt, dass du versuchst, zu viel in das Modell hineinzupacken.”

“Das ist keine undichte Stelle,”
antwortete Gott,
“Das ist eine Träne.”

“Wofür ist diese Träne?”
fragte der Engel.

“Das ist für verborgene Emotionen, für Patienten, die sie verzweifelt versucht haben zu retten, für ihre Überzeugung, einen Unterschied machen zu können im Wettlauf um das Leben eines Patienten.”

“Du bist ein Genie,”
sagte der Engel.

Der Herr schaute traurig.
“Ich habe die Träne nicht geschaffen,”
sagte er.

Ao ligar 112 deves estar preparado para informar:

• a localização exacta da ocorrência e pontos de referência do local, para facilitar a chegada dos meios de socorro
• o número de telefone de contacto
• o que aconteceu (ex. acidente, parto, falta de ar, dor no peito, etc.)
• o número de pessoas que precisam de ajuda
• condição em que se encontra a vítima
• se já foi feita alguma coisa (ex. controle da hemorragia)
• qualquer outro dado que te seja solicitado (ex. se a vítima sofre de alguma doença ou se as vítimas de um acidente estão encarceradas)

Segue sempre as instruções que te derem, elas constituem um pré-socorro, e são muitas vezes fundamentais para ajudar a vítima. Finalmente desliga o telefone apenas quando te for dito para o fazeres.

El 112 ya une 100 organismos interconectados

La última incorporación a su sistema informático ha sido la Comisaría de Policía Nacional en Alcalá de Guadaíra, alcanzando el número 100 a una red en la que hoy están todos los operativos de emergencia provinciales.

Terminales informáticos y formación

Para las integraciones, el sistema 112 Andalucía ha proporcionado 120 Terminales de Atención y Seguimiento (TAS). A aquellos organismos que disponían de una aplicación propia, ocho en total, se les ha compatibilizado con la de 112.

Además, el Teléfono Único de Emergencias ha prestado también la formación necesaria para el uso y funcionamiento de estos equipos. En general, se han impartido 683 cursos a 2.926 alumnos y 8.194 horas de formación. Las integraciones han tenido también un exhaustivo seguimiento que se ha traducido en 872 reuniones de coordinación.

La conexión entre los terminales informáticos crea una gran sala virtual en la que los operadores de 112 y los organismos comparten simultáneamente todos los datos de las incidencias. La información llega a los operativos prácticamente al mismo tiempo que se atiende la llamada en el Teléfono Único de Emergencias.

Antes de la integración todos estos organismos estaban en contacto con el servicio de emergencias de la Junta por vía telefónica. Con las nuevas conexiones telemáticas tienen acceso directo a las medidas que toman el resto de operativos para actuar de forma complementaria y coordinada. Además, tienen a su disposición un servicio permanente de consultas ante posibles incidencias técnicas.

SEVILLA ACTUALIDAD

Más de veinte personas resultaron heridas  en la madrugada del domingo en una multitudinaria pelea registrada en una nave de Burgos donde cientos de personas celebraban la fiesta de la patrona ecuatoriana, la Virgen de Quinche.  Cinco de ellas precisaron de atención sanitaria, según han informado hoy fuentes del servicio de emergencias del 112.

Los hechos tuvieron lugar sobre las cinco de la madrugada en el polígono de Villaconquéjar, en Burgos capital. En el lugar se inició una pelea, cuyo origen se desconoce hasta el momento, en la que finalmente participaron de forma directa cerca de medio centenar de personas.  Tras una llamada al 112,  se desplazaron hasta el lugar de los hechos efectivos policiales así como una UVI móvil y un soporte vital básico. De los veinte heridos, cinco precisaron asistencia sanitaria y fueron trasladados al Hospital General Yagüe de Burgos.

El Ayuntamiento de Burgos abrirá una investigación para determinar si se han cumplido todos los requisitos exigidos para la celebración de este tipo de actividades en una nave de uso industrial que, según indica la propietaria, había sido alquilada.

Coach Triano’s bizarre substitutions partly to blame for loss

It had the air of a preseason game by the start of the fourth quarter. Raptors head coach Jay Triano had 5 non starters on the court in an eight point deficit to the Denver Nuggets, losing 130 – 112 in an embarrassing display of poor defense and severe bench mismanagement.

Carmelo Anthony, Kenyon Martin and Nene Halario accumulated 67 of the Nuggets 130 points, completely dominating the Raptors starters at both ends of the floor. J.R Smith also had an impressive 29 points off the bench in just 21 minutes of playing time.

The loss was another defensive collapse by the Raptors who have now allowed 109 points per game, 2nd worst in the league. It also showed Triano’s potential weakness as a coach as key players like Rasho Nesterovich played just 8 minutes while Nugget big men were scoring easily in the paint. Demar Derozan had a good night on paper, but his 17 total points came when the score didn’t matter and Anthony schooled the rookie for most of the night. Anthony was suffering from a migraine headache and still managed to dominate Toronto at both ends.

“My legs could work,” Anthony said. “As long as I could run up and down that court, I was good. One of those Doug Moe games. It ended in the third quarter, though. In the first half, we were trying to outscore them. We was going bucket for bucket. We got together at halftime and told each other we didn’t want to play like that. In the third quarter, we played old Denver Nugget basketball, getting up and down the court in transition, playing defense . It was easy for us.”

The Nuggets also managed to cool down Bosh’s game, holding the Raptors forward to just 13 points. Bosh still managed to put up a double-double by grabbing 14 rebounds, his eighth of the season – but his inside game disappeared and Triano’s team settled for jumpers while allowing the Nuggets to score almost at will.

“They were physical on Chris Bosh, they were bumping him all night and he only got two free throws,” Triano said. Denver head coach George Karl had the same thought.

“Keeping Bosh under control was huge,” Karl said. “Maybe they went away from him some, but it seemed like he never got a personality.”

The Raptors are now 5 – 6 and play the Jazz in Utah tonight.

In attempt to change my Nokia E71 lock code, I went on and messed it up. So now I’m locked out of my own phone!! So how do you fix that?

Well turns out that in order to reset the lock code on any nokia phone, the phone has to be sent out to a Nokia Care Center, as far as I know this is the only permanent solution. The phone has to be Flashed so the code gets cleared. By the way I am only speaking of unlocked european/asian nokia high end models, not the crappy ones sold by att or tmobile. Those you can have flashed at local shop.

Another solution if you feel like doing a bit of work is pulling out the code by using the famous Genesis SS. All you do is install your nokia pc soft. install Genesis SS, pull phone info and search for your code in the saved log, very simple work.

Now if all you need is a quick solution, be it because its your only phone, need to save info, or whatever reason it may be… this is how you can temporaly use it while locked.

Turns out that by dialing the UK emergency number (112) and calling it, that will automatically unlock your phone!!! well at least until you turn it off/on which is when it ask you to enter code again, but you can repeat the same process everytime.

So just dial 112, SEND and hang up right away, dont wait for the operator cuz that s not good. That will unlock your phone. Of course that won’t reset your lock code or anything, it will just let you use your phone until the next time you reboot. As long as your phone stays on, you wont have a problem.

I have tried this process on a few devices, n95, e71, n70.. Now all these models are finland made, to go to UK, hence the 112. I hope this works for some of you with a locked nokia phone which you are unable to use for whatever reason.

Igår eftermiddag, runt halv fem, ringde någon hysteriskt på min dörr.
Jag kollade ut genom tittögat och såg att det var en blond man, utan byxor…
Det är sant – inga byxor hade han. Hans skjorta var ganska lång så jag såg inte om han hade kalsonger på sig eller ej.
Han såg inte ut som om han ringde på för en vänlig visit direkt. Fick en obehaglig känsla över hela situationen – kändes som om det var mig som han sökte.
Han ringde på säkert ett femtiotal gånger och höll in knappen tills man blev galen. Jag stod helt still som en pinne och skakade – var helt förskräckt!
Efter ett tag gick han ner i källaren och jag vet inte vart han tog vägen sedan.
En man kom upp från källaren lite senare med byxor på. Kunde inte se om det var samma man. Men ställde sig och tittade på namnen i trappan för att kolla vem som bodde där…
Usch!!!
Jag ringde 112 och berättade det hela. Jag var rädd att han var kvar runt området och att han skulle komma tillbaka vid ett senare tillfälle. De skulle komma så fort som möjligt, sade dem.
… Fyra timmar senare kom dem.
De gick en runda i källaren och kollade sedan åkte de igen. De ringde inte ens på min dörr eller kollade runt i området, haha. Jag ger inte mycket för polisen i Sverige alltså!
De ringde senare och sade att de inte hade sett någon och jag svarade; Men nej, antagligen inte, han kan ha hunnit till Spanien vid detta tillfället.
Jag bor högst 1 minuts bilfärd från polisstationen!

112 was one of the best R&B groups to me back in the day.  I especially loved ‘Only You’ when Mase & B.I.G. were added.  I’m not too sure what happened to them though (be it the Diddy/Bad Boy curse (lol) or they just had their own reasons).  This song is always a feel good song.  I wish more artists today could sang (yes, sang lol) rather than be the pop machines that a lot of them are.  Enjoy.

De institutionalisering en suggestibiliteit leiden tot wanorde in Psychiatrie.

Om min of meer gestandaardiseerde gedragspatronen aan te duiden, spreken we van instellingen of, beter en preciezer, van het institutionaliseren van het gedrag. De institutionalisering van een gedragspatroon  is groter naarmate:

• het gedragspatroon zinvol wordt geacht omdat het beantwoordt aan belangrijke waarden of belangrijk geachte doelstellingen dient.
• het gedragspatroon onveranderlijk wordt herhaald;
• de mensen die het gedragspatroon vertonen daartoe de praktische en discursieve kennis bezitten

Instellingen kunnen ook de inzet van conflict en strijd worden, precies omdat hun gebruik iets zegt over de waarden en doelstellingen die via de instelling worden gesanctioneerd en in het gedrag ingeschreven. Een groot deel van het gedrag is ge’institutionaliseerd en heel veel mensen volgen gedurende lange periodes van hun leven de aanvaardbare en gewenste gedragspatronen die zo zijn vastgelegd. Dat produceert en reproduceert meteen de voorspelbaarheid van het leven, waarvan mensen zo sterk afhankelijk zijn en waaraan zij het gevoel van zekerheid en veiligheid ontlenen. Toch kan dat eerste niveau van sociale controle het laten afweten en kunnen mensen uit de gestandaardiseerde gedragspatronen breken. Als dat gebeurt of dreigt te gebeuren, treedt een tweede gordel of niveau van sociale controle in werking: de zelfcontrole en zelfcensuur.

En naarmate de mensen in mijn nabijheid realiseren dat ik geen enkele behoefte heb aan negativisme, komt het vaak door bij mensen dat ik te maken wil hebben met een “visie” maar bij Psychiatrie helemaal niets, en dus niet met een instituionalisering te maken wil hebben die mij alomtegenwoordig tegenspreekt, op basis van het feit dat psychiatrie er is om iedereen die met dwang aangezet is, een diagnose te dwingen, ook al zijn er wel/ geen lichamelijke of geestelijke conflicten, vooral als de rechter daar bewust een natte pot van maakt om zo dwang en zonder hoger beroep schendingen van mensenrechten te bevorderen onder voorbehoud van de Nederlandse overheid met toezichthoudende ogen van Defensie en AIVD.

Ik kan dan ook duidelijk zeggen dat de institutionaliseringen te maken hebben gehad met afwijkende gedrag, dat sinds het begin al getolereerd werden door Parnassia, en mijn gedrag juist niet getolereerd werd, want Parnassia heeft in 2006 nooit een vinger in de lucht voor mij gehouden om te zeggen, hey deze jongen is vanwege een misverstand opgenomen. Dus de suggestibiliteit heeft zichzelf als een anker om mij heen omringt, met een ketting die mij steeds hardnekkig en sterker werd vastgebonden met dwangbehandelingen en dwangaandoenerij.

Mijn sociale zekerheid werd ontnomen, daardoor ontstond de reactie van afwijkende gedrag, namelijk een vrijheidsbeneming op basis van valse diagnoses.

De sociale macht van Parnassia doet geen goed aan het culturele macht en geeft ook geen enkele recht in de handen van de persoon, ik ben zelf door Roderick Janssen, gedwongen om vrijwillig medicijnen te gebruiken en anders zou ik terug gaan naar EPB, en zelfs mevrouw Mariska die ik maar een keer of twee heb gesproken begon mij direct te confronteren met een ziekte, terwijl ze niet eens wist waar mijn dossier over ging en waar ik het over heb, terwijl ik ook duidelijk zei dat ik het niet eens was. (Aalbers maakte destructief misbruik van mij, dat is opgenomen)

Bij mevrouw Bonai liep het ook niet goed, want ze verwachtte dat ik uit een psychose zou zijn gekomen, en er kon geen psychose worden vastgesteld. Zoals Roderick Janssen dat van haar later over nam.

Dus ik had absoluut geen symptomen. Maar ik heb wel gemerkt dat psychiaters en geneeskundige van Parnassia veel wangedragen tonen en symptomen van een dirty mind.

En dan blijft de vraag over op basis van welke informatie die tevens subjectief is wordt verteld aan mij dat ik een vorm van ziekte draag die langer dan 6 maanden te herkennen zou zijn? En op basis van welke informatie die tevens subjectief is wordt verteld aan mij dat ik een vorm van een ziekte met psychose draag die minimaal 1 maand voor psychose en 6 maanden beschikbaar dient te zijn of gevormd te zijn op basis van symptomen?

Mijn antwoord is daarop al duidelijk, het gebruik maken van een valse diagnose zal alleen maar mijn positie bij Parnassia degraderen en niet versterken. Mijn hoedanigheid is te herkennen uit deze informatie, ik ben geen persoon die als slachtoffer overal herkenbaar wil worden gemaakt, want ik ben gewoon zwaar aan de lijn gehouden door misbruik van de staat (justitie/defensie) en Parnassia en de huisarts, terwijl ik helemaal geen gevaar was voor de maatschappij.

En toen ik in het begin werdt opgenomen begon al een valse diagnose met zeer sterke en valse beschuldigingen. Die door meneer Aalbers geleid werden, deze meneer heeft wat mij betreft grote fraude gepleegt.

Sporadisch gezien kan dit bij andere mensen ook gebeuren, en ik merk ook in mijn omgeving dat er steeds meer een sterkere netwerk ontstaat van mensen die niet eens zijn met de psychiatrie.

Ik raad ook af om onwetenschappelijke benaderingen te blijven gebruiken. In de bijlage van KNMG staat ook daadwerkelijk op om met de best wetenschappelijke bewijs te werken. (Hen doen dat niet en negeren het, de strategist Mandema wist altijd al wat die moest zeggen)

Verder is de institutionalisering en suggestibiliteit geen acceptabel vorm binnen in de kringen van Parnassia, het is ook namelijk een beetje afgezaagd om iedereen schizofreen te noemen die met centrum eerste psychose te maken krijgt.

Ik denk dat het beste is om toe te geven dat er de intentie is dat ik voor een ziekte wordt beschuldigd terwijl die er niet eens is of bestaat of voldoet aan de symptomen. Als schizofrenie niet zou bestaan, wat zou ik dan als oorzaak of gevolg van wat er gebeurt is onder mijn hoed krijgen? Zou dat een mening zijn of een onduidelijke beeld van een ziekte?

Het is duidelijk dan dat de zogenaamde schizofrenie genetisch niet bestaat, en dat geeft al aan dat die eigenlijk niet eens in de hersenen kan bestaan.

En het andere verhaal hier is, dat de AIVD en Defensie met opzet mij heeft lopen testen, om te kijken of ze misbruik kunnen bevorderen op een bepaalde specifieke moment.

Psychiaters verschillen eigenlijk niet veel van elkaar, ze culmineren beiden naar de staat van apartheid. De meelopers aan de psychiatrische kant, de zogenaamde zelf-doen-mannetjes zijn meestal van die figuren die geen arts zijn, en minder impact hebben op de instituut binnen de kring van GGZ, zo zie je maar weer hoe een oneerlijke roulatiesysteem werkt, en op gang komt.

• ‘zypper ref’ (para atualizar estes repositórios recém alterados);
• ‘zypper in zypper’ (para atualizar a pilha de gerenciamento de softwares);
• ‘zypper dup -d’ (opcional - caso prefira baixar todos os pacotes antes de atualizar)
• ‘zypper dup’ (para atualizar a versão – dependendo dos repositórios que você tem pacotes serão atualizados, removidos, terão downgrade, etc)
• SuSEconfig (roda uns scripts do openSUSE)
• reinicie a máquina

Allow me to share with you some of the music I’m digging right now… For the past month or so, I’ve been straying a bit from hip hop to reconnect with my other love, R&B. I’ve come across these three artists (well actually, 2 groups and 1 artist) through performances or recommendations from friends, and let me tell you – I’m hooked. Instant fan status…

A couple of months ago, I went to an art & fashion event called “Pop Is Dead” to show love to my boy TTK, who was showing of his work. At the event, there was a performance by a group called Gotham Citi under the guise of a “funeral,” where they sang over the body of a Michael Jackson impersonator. All I can say is that I stopped whatever I was doing, and I literally had goosebumps…that doesn’t happen to me very often, and I HAD to learn more about this uber-talented group of gentlemen.

Flip, Dijuan, Kartier and Marquel are four young men from Harlem and the Bronx who sound like a throwback to the good ol’ days of R&B groups fused with the sounds of today. Through their music, one can hear influences of Jodeci, Dru Hill, Boyz II Men, 112 and Day 26, just to name a few. They are talented vocalists, writers, musicians and producers, each with his own identity and sound but perfectly harmonious as a group. In their own words, “Gotham Citi‘s sole purpose is to maintain the integrity of music and stay true to the notion of pure, raw talent as well as adding their own unique texture to “re-set the standard” of music.“

If you’re lucky, you might find them in the subway during rush hour, singing acapella versions of both classic and original songs. After “Pop Is Dead” I can’t wait to see them perform again. In the meantime, I must content myself with the few videos available online. They released a single entitled “Daylight” (available on iTunes) that’s oh so infectious! Last month, I was invited out to Newark, NJ by Silent Knight to contribute to a photography exhibit as part of the Hub City Revival anniversary show. There, I met G. Martin, from Brooklyn by way of Gary, Indiana (yup, birthplace of Michael Jackson.), one of the featured artists of the evening. A talented singer and musician (he can play several instruments), G. Martin blew me away with his performance. After chatting with him, I happily shelled out the measly $5 he asked for his EP and have been addicted to his music ever since… His music touches an emotional nerve as he sings about love and heartbreak – a sure sign of GOOD music. My personal favorites are “Hold On Love,” “Depressions” and “You.”

So my Jersey folk (i.e. Brokn.Englsh & Deal the Villain) have been trying to put me on to Pardon the Stranger for MONTHS… I hated how their faces dropped everytime I told one of them I’d never heard any of their music. Well, a month ago, Lyriqs to Go posted the video for “Brand New Me” on Twitter and I checked it out. DUDE… GAME OVER. I love this group! Comprised of singer Kendal and producer DefDom, their music is such that you can’t quite put a label on it. “The Next Room” reminds me of Gnarls Barkley, but other songs are just straight sexy…

I finally had the opportunity to check out Pardon the Stranger when they performed at Daniel Joseph’s release show this past weekend. All the hype was for good reason – it was like I was entranced while listening to Kendal sing… I’m so glad I finally got to see for myself. Pardon the Stranger has a new fan in me!

Pardon the Stranger has an album entitled “We’re Here to Help” that’s currently available on iTunes… cop that! Peep the video for “Brand New Me” as well…
