It is very clear that Michael Jackson did not want to leave any of his money to his father, or any other family member, because they were not mentioned in his last will and testament.

It is a sad reality,one that I would be embarrassed about if my son did that to me, but Michael was clear in his demands.

Joe Jackson can only ask himself why he created such a bad relationship with his son.His proclemation to a judge this week…. ”entitled to his own independent family allowance.” … speaks volumes to his delusions.

How is he ”entitiled to” another grown man’s property, no matter what the relationship? There is no legal precedent to back up such a claim.If you have one, please refer it to me.

It is unseemly to witness a man so incredible slimy and guiltless, to publicly demean himself and his family, and lower his dignity by stooping to such an incredible low, as to grovel and beg for money from the bones of his own dead son.

Think about the grandchildren, this man is dangerous.He seeks to further exploit his son, and if he does not get his way,he may resort to drastic measures.I thought he was kidding about putting Michael’s kid’s on the road,and it was wierd the way he was talking the children’s talent right after his son had died.

The man is simply inappropriate, and Jermaine,Jackie, Tito, Randy…one of you gentleman need to sit your pop’s down and slow his roll.I know he used to be bad, but he is an elderly man at this point, and all of you guys are way bigger than him.

I know you respect you dad, but your family name is at stake here.Joe Jackson, the patriarch of your family, is viewed upon as the head of your family.

I think he is suffering from an undiagnosed case of dementia, and these types of antics and statements are a classic sign of that affliction.He can be forced into a short observational period.

He does not realize what he is doing, because he is not in control of his faculties. A close family would quietly seek help for their stricken relative, out of the public eye.

The family should immediately come together discuss and vote on this matter, and make sure we do not have to follow your dad begging money from your dead brothers estate, would be my advice.

As it stands, if this train wreck of a father of yours is allowed to continue with this failed course of action, it will be fodder for the blog and news world.

Let Michael rest in peace, and concentrate on the health and welfare of his children.

My question to Joe Jackson is , why is his relationship with his wife so messed up that he and Katherine can not sit down and resolve this between the two of them.

Is he that terrible of a person???

Seems like it…Here is what she receives from his estate…A  judge has approved $26,800 in monthly support for Katherine and $60,000 a month for the care of Michael’s three kids.

The Will was not an obtuse document, it plainly stated what he wanted to do with his own money and property after his untimely death.

Joe’s attorneys are contending that via heresy, that Michael Jackson used to provide Katherine Jackson with a monthly allowance of  60 thousand dollars a month to live on, and instructed her to give half of that to Joe Jackson.

They are saying that simply because the King of Pop did not provide for Joe in his will, does not mean that the estate is legally prohibited from providing for Joe, they insist.This sounds like a complicated legal matterI will be interested in how they go about  proving that.

A judge has already rejected Joe’s petition for an expedited hearing and to file the motion under seal.

So, been trying to remember all the exam questions tonight, and I think I have them all. There were 9 questions on the test, all were about a paragraph long, and we did not have to write any code for this particular test! Every since being in college, I have only taken classes that asked us to write code for all the exams, and this is a little different to me. I am starting to get the hang of it, but it will take some time.

Here is what I have for the test questions. Some questions included diagrams, so I will try to format the question in terms of what you should know to get it right.

1. Briefly name and describe the 5 steps to building a complete program.

2. What is encapsulation, and how is it used?

3. What is an Abstract Data Type (ADT)? How would you use an ADT if you wanted to program a tic-tac-toe game?

4. Testing and verification is the last step to developing a program. Briefly explain what is needed to be done during this step.

5. What is a constructor?

6. There will be code containing pointers and 3 different variables, be able to output the value of each pointer to a particular variable.

7. There will be two functions, such as, f(x) = 2x and f(x) = 2^2. You will have to determine what the BigO is for each function, and which one is more practical.

8. There will be a linked list diagram containing items, and several questions about it asking for a particular values. Questions would be similar to, list->next->next->back = ?

9. The last question will be of a main program utilizing the functions: InsertItem(), MakeEmpty(), and DeleteItem() for a linked list. Determine if the function’s syntax is correct. If it is, why is it correct? If it isn’t, why is it wrong?

So I had my computer programming test today, and I have to say, it seemed easier than I expected. Almost as if there were some trick questions in there. I will try to remember all the questions (excluding diagrams) and post them soon.

All in all, I think I did well on the test. I would be content with a B, but an A would feel SO much better!

My sister said I should review this because it was a “really good song y’know”. She was wrong. Yet another airbrushed-to-perfection-disney-little-christian-girl who makes your skin crawl and forces you to almost gauge your eyes out.
I understand that for some reason Miley Cyrus has a huge fanbase of child fans. So if I wrote this review honestly and ‘from the heart’, I would possibly end up upsetting a load of infants. And I would never want that. So stop reading now.

Basically, what we have before us today is an abomination of music. I have forced myself to listen to it three times and over the 12 minutes that that adds up to, I have failed to identify anything of any quality. Even if you ignore the music, the singing is still terrible. It’s about 2 tones too high for her voice which results in a sound only familiar to that of a women’s hospital, approximately 9 months after February 14th. Secondly, it lasted too long. Two minutes too long in fact. I mean if it were up to me, it would be about 4:07 too long but cutting it in half at least would stop you reaching boredom to the point of suicide. Perhaps it would be more bearable if the backing music changed; but it doesn’t. Throughout all of it, the same four chords are played, unfortunately failing to block out the sounds of Ms. Cyrus’ vocal chords.

And to think, after all this, I used to have respect for Miley Cyrus. She stood up for herself after assorted conspicuous pictures appeared on the internet from her hacked email account and just recently she has defended herself on an account of twitter bullying from lifeless, orange, ‘beautiful’ internet fiends telling her her legs were too fat. But then my sister showed me this and it all disappeared again.
There’s some people I just don’t get and never will get. And I apologise to those whom I may offend. But just be less sensitive. As I’ve seen before, when I write reviews, especially on acts like Miley Cyrus, I seem to get someone who really shouldn’t be bothered getting bothered, and it’s almost depressing. Speech over.

Ammodramus savannarum   Bruant sauterelle  /  Grasshopper Sparrow  

The Grasshopper Sparrow feeds essentially on insects, crickets being its favourites! It will sometimes eat seeds, and nests in sandy ground in fallow land and mature pastures overgrown with tall perennials. It is also fond of abandoned fields and hayfields that can be found in Québec between the Pontiac and the Montérégie regions, in the Maritimes and in the eastern United States. Its length is 12 to 14 cm.

Le bruant sauterelle se nourrit essentiellement d’insectes, les criquets étant ses préférés! Granivore à ses heures, il niche en sol sablonneux dans les jachères et les anciens pâturages envahis de vivaces de grande taille. Il affectionne également les champs abandonnés et les champs de foin que l’on peut retrouver au Québec, entre le Pontiac et la Montérégie, dans les Maritimes et à l’est des États-Unis. Il mesure entre 12 et 14 cm de longueur.

Appelé par les premiers colons « rouge-gorge », le merle d’Amérique fait l’objet d’une protection en vertu de la Loi sur la Convention concernant les oiseaux migrateurs. Présent dans divers habitats ouverts, notamment les forêts claires, les clairières, les fermes, les jardins et les parcs, le merle d’Amérique niche un peu partout dans l’ensemble du Québec et des Maritimes, et dans l’ensemble du Canada en période de nidification. Dès l’automne, toute la population de merles migre vers le sud des États-Unis pour y retrouver les composantes de son régime alimentaire habituel : larves, insectes, vers de terre et petits fruits. Avis aux gourmets : le merle d’Amérique est délicieux rôti et en pâté! Sa longueur est de 23 à 28 cm.

Picoides arcticus  Pic à dos noir  /  Black-backed Woodpecker  

Whether it is found in the different Canadian provinces all year round, and more especially in Québec and the Maritimes, the Black-backed Woodpecker nests in the clearings of conifer forests, namely in the clear-cut areas in forests and the zones flooded by beavers or infested by insects. Essentially an insect eater, it feeds mainly on beetles that it finds by peeling the bark from trees, but it will never refuse a good caterpillar or a nice ant! Its length is 23 to 26 cm.

Qu’on le retrouve dans les différentes provinces canadiennes à longueur d’année, et plus particulièrement au Québec et dans les Maritimes, le pic à dos noir niche dans les éclaircies de forêts de conifères, c’est-à-dire dans les coupes forestières et dans les zones inondées par les castors ou infestées par les insectes. Essentiellement insectivore, il se nourrit surtout de coléoptères qu’il trouve en pelant l’écorce des arbres, mais ne refuse jamais une bonne chenille ou une délicieuse fourmi! Il mesure entre 23 et 26 cm de longueur.

Hello All!!  Can you believe it is August already…woosh!! Well, anyway, I want to share with you my favorite products that I used faithfully in July.  Here goes:

Ole Henrikson – I purchased these from Sephora.  I only use these products at night.  The Foaming Cleanser I use with my Clarisonic brush.  I don’t like to use the Cleanser and Clarisonic morning and night because overstimulation to your skin causes overstimulation of the sebaceous glands, which in turn leads to breakout .

• Invigorating Night Gel
• African Red Tea Foaming Cleanser

Korres Natural Products – also purchased from Sephora.  I use this product in the morning only.  In the morning I rinse my face with water and use a cotton pad with witch hazel and tea tree oil, then I add this product:

• Cinnamon & Echinacea Cream Gel
• Pomegranate Cleansing and DeMake Up Wipes – I didn’t get to talk about these on the video, but great for when you just don’t feel like washing your face at night…you know we all have those nights

Caudalie – This was also purchased from Sephora.  I did not talk about this product on the video b/c youtube only gives me less than 10 mins!

• Cleansing Water – I use it to remove eye make up.  It is so gentle and never irritates my eyes and I have very sensitive eyes. This product can also be used to remove the make up on your face with a cotton pad!

Urban Decay Primer Potion – I purchased this from Ulta many moons ago and I’m still going  I also love their 24/7 eye liner in Zero.

My absolute favorite product is Cargo’s Water Resistant Bronzer!! It gives the prettiest sheen on the face.  It’s not chunky like some of the MSF’s from MAC can be :/  Don’t get me wrong, I like the MSF’s, but they tend to be too over powering for daytime, to me…I love them for going out at night!
