Alors que nos gouvernants répètent à qui veut l’entendre que la crise est derrière nous parce que des indicateurs économiques semblent clignoter de la bonne couleur, malgré une grosse majorité de français et de françaises qui ont du mal à finir les fins de mois, un rapport de la Société Générale dit, bien au contraire, que le pire est à venir !

J’vous le dis, moa, “on ne nous dit pas tout” ! Y a des p’tits menteurs derrière tout cela !

Alors que les classes économiques et sportives (ce sont les mêmes, non ?) du pays se félicitent de la main providentielle de Thierry Henry et que tout ce beau monde se congratule de l’exploit extraordinaire de l’équipe de France lors du match France-Irlande en vue des qualification pour le Mondial 2010, je lis ce matin que les français (81%) ne sont pas favorables à la participation de leur pays en Afrique du Sud.

Mais… en général, on s’en fout de ce que pensent les français ? Les intérêts de la France sont ailleurs, non ?

Alors que le chômage ne cesse de croître, voilà t’il pas que notre ministre de “je ne sais pas trop quoi” veut fermer les entreprises qui emploient des sans-papiers !

Encore une mesure sociale pour améliorer la situation de l’emploi en France (du bon sens élémentaire, certainement mon cher Watson !!!)

Oui, comme le prévoit la Société Générale, le pire semble à venir, mais pas forcément là où on l’attend ! Nos gouvernants ont la mémoire courte et devraient retourner en cours d’histoire pour se rappeler que toutes les révolutions ont eu lieu à cause d’une exagération du pouvoir sur le peuple. Je sais, le petit peuple français a bien avalé sagement toutes les pilules sopporifiques qu’on lui administre depuis des années. Mais arrive un jour où les excipients n’ont plus d’effet et les réveils sont généralement douloureux. Mai 68 semblera alors une sympathique et grande kermesse bariolée pour adolescents en crise de puberté. Il ne fera pas bon se trouver sur la route des affamés, des assoiffés, des spoliés, des exploités, des manipulés, des amis des suicidés, des nouveaux esclaves de nos systèmes économiques et politiques, des employés aux cadres, des sans-papiers, des exclus de toutes sortes, des immigrés et de tous ceux et celles qui en ont simplement ras le bol qu’on bafoue leur dignité d’être humains. Car c’est de cela, ce dont il s’agit d’abord !

Malgré tous les beaux discours de façade, notre despote national, dans un plan machiavélique incroyable, se joue de tout et de tous, brouille toutes les cartes dans sa politique nommée d’ouverture, ramène peu à peu la France et le peuple français à ce qu’ils étaient en 1789. A la différence près, que les manipulations d’aujourd’hui où l’on vous carresse dans le sens du poil d’un coté pour mieux vous asséner un grand coup de l’autre, tout en continuant de vous caliner, sont des armes puissantes pour endormir le monde et transformer les personnes en marionnettes, tel Geppetto sculptant son morceau de bois pour en faire un pantin.

Je rêve du jour où les Pinocchio des temps modernes couperont leur fil et deviendront enfin … des enfants libres et autonomes ! Vivant !

Car pour le moment, on peut quand même le dire, le côté sombre de la force a quand même bien pris le dessus ! Mais la lumière finira bien par triompher, qu’on se le dise !

George Washington’s Thanksgiving Day Proclamation

The first step in my health care reform plan is simply this: recognizing that health care is not a right.

How can I be so cruel as to say that? How can anyone be so cruel as to say otherwise?

To say that health care is a right means that you have a right to someone else’s labour. Do others have a right to your labour, or is your labour your own, to use it as you see fit?

Communism is a system that holds that some have the right to the labour of others. Communism co-founder, Karl Marx, stated in 1875: “from each according to his ability, to each according to his need.“

I understand the well-meaning intentions of those who say that health care is, and should be, a right. However, a right is an entitlement. How can you be entitled to the work of a doctor, a nurse, or any other health professional, as a matter of birth?

If health care truly was a right, then that was quite the oversight by the Founding Fathers of the United States, in not including it in the Bill of Rights in 1789. But it wasn’t an oversight. They recognized that it wasn’t a right.

The consequence of recognizing that health care is not a right, I believe, is to put the focus back where it properly belongs, as to who is ultimately responsible for their own health — the individual. There are those who are unable to properly care for themselves, as there has been since the dawn of time. Those people should be appropriately cared for, as matter of public interest, not as a matter of right, as well as all others. But just because it’s in the public interest to take care of all individuals, doesn’t make it a right, nor necessitate the method of care.

These days, health care is often taken to mean expensive diagnostic equipment, treatment with expensive drugs, expensive private health care plans with high overhead, and unsustainable government health plans, such as Medicare, which, as I previously documented, cost 744% more by 1990 than previously estimated at its inception, in 1965.

Modern health care has regressed from the basic principles of the father of modern medicine, Hippocrates, who stated: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.“

Instead of a proactive, preventative approach to health by the individual, the focus has regressed to a  reactive, expensive third-party approach, and this must change.

·Constitució:  ideals del liberalisme polític; separació de poders; sobirania nacional; sufragi censatari  (només els homes tenien dret a vol, i sempre i quant paguessin uns determinats impostos).

·Assemblea  legislativa: es dedicava a fer lleis. Eren els veritables representants del poble.

·Guàrdia Nacional: construïda per defensar a les persones i mantenir l’ordre.

·Desamortització: L’església catòlica havia tingut sempre moltes riqueses i luxes. L’Assemblea General,  va confiscar tots els béns de l’església. Totes les possessions es divideixen en blocs o parcel·les, que es subasten,  els beneficis recaudats s’usen per poder sortir de la crisis econòmica.

·Grups o partits: Monarques constitucionalistes: Republicans, Girondins (advocats, metges, professors…), Jacobins ( burgesia mitjana, era un grup molt radical) i els Cordeliers ( estava format per la petita burgesia, tirant al poble i eren encara més radicals que els Jacobins).

Chestnut Soup with Foie Gras

The first couse, the Chestnut Soup is a thick, smooth, hearty soup with an earthy flavor and is topped with a small bite of crispy duck confit, maple-glazed chestnuts, and foie gras. The dark chestnut colored soup itself isn’t very flavorful until you delve into the duck confit and the sumptuous velvety foie gras (“fattened liver” usually of a duck or goose). I don’t eat too much foie gras due to its heavy fat content, but it is definitely a delicacy with its rich and slightly musky and intense flavor. I think it could be described as slightly metallic tasting or minerally.

The second course is a delicous EcoFriendly Farms Roast Poussin (young chicken) with Chestnut polenta, Brussel sprouts, Surryano ham, and red wine jus. Kudos to the Chef for sourcing his poultry from EcoFriendly Farms, a local Virginia farm located near Smith Mountain Lake in Moneta, VA known for providing DC area restaurants pasture-raised meats. The roasted chicken was deliciously tender, moist, and juicy with superb flavor. The chestnut polenta was light, fluffy, and smooth – a perfect accompaniement to the chicken.

I have never truly tried brussel sprouts until this week but I have learned that they originated from Belgium and are in season beginning in August through March. With the prevelant stigma held by people of all ages that they are gross, I had no motivation to try them. I tried them for the very first time at Againn, the new British gastropub the previous evening and was quite surprised about their mild flavor and dense texture. It just proved to me that I could like almost anything, if prepared well. The roasted brussel sprouts on Chef Giusti’s chestnut tasting menu were deliciously tender yet firm with a hint of smokey flavor from the Surryano ham. Evidently, S. Wallace Edwards & Sons’ Surry Farm makes the special ham named after a mix of Surry, Virginia and Serrano ham which is made from spotted Berskhire pigs, pasture raised with no antibiotics or added hormones.

Chestnut and Pear Sundae

For dessert I was served the Chestnut and Pear Sundae with warm Comice pears, chestnut honey, roasted chestnut ice cream and candied chestnuts, a creation of Pastry Chef, Travis Olson. I was totally disappointed by this dish. It tasted very dry and way too starchy. I did some research and found out that chestnuts have twice as much starch as that of the potato – no wonder. The pears tasted okay but the flavors of the ice cream, pears, and chestnuts did not mesh very well at all. I will be happy if I don’t ever have to eat that again. I tried a small bite of the Gingerbread dessert of my dinner companion and it was a bit dry, but flavorful. It was certainly better.

En démocratie, la Liberté de penser et d’exprimer sa pensée est réelle et ne comporte que les limites du trouble à l’ordre public. Partant, et hors de ce cadre, il ne peut pas être porté atteinte à la liberté d’expression, qu’elle soit littéraire, artistique, et quel qu’en soit le support.

Le respect des religions, comme de tout ensemble de penser est un dû pour chaque citoyen, dès lors que leurs expressions publiques ne constituent pas elles-mêmes un trouble à l’ordre public !

C’est ainsi que le concept de “diffamation des religions” pourrait s’opposer à la liberté d’expression. Ce serait inacceptable. La liberté d’expression est un droit fondamental dans nos institutions républicaines.

Nul système de penser, nulle partie constitutive de la Nation ne peut se prévaloir d’aucune préséance pour se soustraire aux obligations de la Loi républicaine ou pour en réduire la portée.

En droit, national et international, la “diffamation” ne peut concerner que les personnes, pas les systèmes de penser et encore moins les religions !

Les Francs Maçons et Francs Maçonnes demandent aux autorités de l’État de conforter la voix de la France dans le sens du respect du principe de séparation des églises et des États.

Nuestro andar parisino nos llevo a un lugar histórico lleno de pasión por la livertad y la democarcia La Ópera de Bastilla, que está situada en medio de la plaza de la Bastille, y que fue el lugar desde donde se inició la revolución francesa, en 1789. Esta plaza se encuentra en el llamado 12º distrito de la ciudad, y fue construida en 1982, sobre una idea del entonces presidente de la república François Mitterrand, y se inauguró el 13 de Julio 1989, justo 200 años más tarde que la toma de la Bastille por los revolucionarios franceses. La idea de la construcción de la ópera, era reconstruir el clásico Ópera Garnier, permitiendo también dar un nuevo aliento a la ópera, en un lugar moderno, de arquitectura vanguardista, y permitiendo más tecnología al nivel de sonidos y luces para los espectáculos. En este lugar se representan obras contemporáneas, y la primera representación tuvo lugar el 17 de marzo de 1990, con los “Troyens”, de Berlioz. Eu tinha 10 anos quando ocorreu a queda do muro de Berlim. Brincava de Comandos em Ação na sala de casa enquanto meus pais viam a notícia na TV. Na época não entendia e pouco me interessava o que significava a divisão da Alemanha em ocidental e oriental, em comunista e em capitalista.

Lembro-me que a primeira coisa que me veio à cabeça foi uma piada que não faria mais sentido a partir de então (e não faz sentido nenhum hoje): numa reunião entre representantes de importantes Estados estavam Gorbachev, Krenz e Ulisses Guimarães conversando, quando Gorbachev esfrega a mancha que tinha na testa e diz “essa mancha é como a União Soviética, nunca se dissolverá”. Krenz, então, baixa a calça e mostra a bunda dizendo “a Alemanha é como minha bunda, nunca se unirá”. e Ulisses, um pouco constrangido, baixa a calça, mostra o “piruleco” e diz “Esse é o Brasil, nunca levantará”.

Mal imaginava eu que estava ocorrendo um evento que mudaria o mundo. A queda do muro de Berlin não foi só um fato unificador de um povo, mas um símbolo da decadência de todo um regime político. As conseqüências foram desencadeando uma modificação mundial de mesma significância que a Revolução Francesa causou em 1789 (200 anos antes).

Foi o fim oficial da Guerra Fria. A União Soviética não passava de uma velha e ultrapassada máquina, corroída pelo tempo e ostracismo. Os Estados Unidos emergiram como uma isolada super-potência. Segundo palavras do sociólogo francês François Furet, “A divindade histórica treme nas suas bases”.

Na Europa, foi um marco no temido século XX. Século de revoluções civis, que deram início à I Guerra Mundial, em 1914, originando o fascismo, o nazismo e a revolução comunista Russa.

Nesse momento Saddam Hussein invadiu o Kuwait, na Guerra do Golfo, permitindo aos Estados Unidos provar sua inquestionável potência bélica e fazendo com que antigos inimigos se juntasse contra o chamado “eixo do mal”, como o caso da ainda existente URSS lutando ao lado do velho Bush.

Na América do Sul sucede um ciclo de quedas de ditaduras. A influência cubana cai bastante e  ocorre um processo de instauração da Democracia entre os países. A Ásia responde com uma forte valorização de seus costumas, repudiando os “enlatados” ocidentais, mostrando que os EUA não seriam juízes dos padrões de democracia local. A África assiste uma Angola em fúria, dilacerada por uma guerra civil, alimentada pelo armamento dos países desenvolvidos.

Gorbachev, seguidor de Karl Marx, decidiu desestagnar a máquina Russa, modernizando-a economicamente através dos planos Perestroika e Glasnost. Já a China, fez a Perestroika, mas não fez questão da Glasnost. Gorbachev perdeu o poder e perdeu a URSS. Foi derrotado no que parecia ao seu alcance – a reforma econômica -, mas venceu no que parecia impossível: o desmantelamento de um regime totalitário. Radica aqui a diferença entre o novo e o velho mundo.

A Europa, pela primeira vez em 4000 anos, caminha junta, idealizando e promovendo a União Européia.

Na década de 90 (que muitos acham que são os anos que deveriam ser esquecidos), o Liberalismo Econômico mostra sua verdadeira face, enterrando países como a Argentina em dívidas. Porém dando margem à China, ainda sem Glasnost, inundar o mundo com produtos de baixao custo de produção.

Empresas superfaturam com a Globalização, instalando fábricas em países em desenvolvimento, abençoadas com incentivos fiscais e mão de obra barata, muitas vezes escrava. Algumas grandes empresas atingem, por causa disso, um “PIB” maior que de alguns países do G8.

Os EUA do Bush burro (ou muito espertinho?) perdem a máscara com a velocidade da notícia ao alcance de todos, movida pela rede de computadores por eles mesmo desenvolvida.

Hoje, crianças brincam com bonecos fantásticos de desenhos japoneses e não mais de soldados americanos que tentam banir o mal do mundo. Os pais seguem vendo notícias pela TV, mas com tecnologia digital japonesa. Muros continuam caindo, mas os motivos são bem diferentes dos do “tranqüilo” 1989.

c’est évidemment non sans une certaine émotion que je me suis réveillé ce matin.

je me rappelle aussi mon émotion, déjà, à cette époque.

j’avais seulement 9 ans, mais j’avais bien compris, autant que faire ce peut, ce que pouvait signifier ce mur, et le rideau de fer qui allait avec: absence de liberté, séparation, répression, espoirs, souffrance… je veux dire, bien sûr, que je ne peux que m’imaginer; en tout cas, je n’en savais pas moins sur ce sujet à l’époque qu’aujourd’hui.

bref.

on imagine l’espoir que cela à suscité, les horizons qui s’ouvraient tout à coup en même tant que l’horizon, le vrai.

on pense aussi à un autre 89: 1789, évidemment.

on ne peut pas bien sûr, en 2009, ne pas songer aussi aux déceptions qui ont suivi. forcément, la réalité n’ pas été à la hauteur des rêves. (comme en 1789)

forcément, la capitalisme en a broyé certains à sa manière sournoise.

mais quand même: même si, pour certains, ce qu’ils ont trouvé derrière le mur n’était pas ce qu’ils espéraient, au moins, ils n’étaient plus enclavés, ils n’étaient plus manipulés par une idéologie mortifère en fin de course, ce capitalisme d’État lié à quelque collectivisme à but lucratif pour les gens au pouvoir et à l’absence de liberté et de sincérité qu’on appelle le système “soviétique”.

demain peut-être, d’autres murs tomberont, théoriques (mais à effet immédiat) ici (libéralisme, travailler plus pour rapporter plus, taylorisation extrême, individualisme suicidaire…) et d’autre bien réel ailleurs comme à Gaza.

vive la liberté et tous les Droits humains (qui se conjuguent aussi au féminin!)

A les masses del poble de Paris tindrà lloc l’assaltament de la Bastilla, una presó on anaven a parar les persones en contra  del govern absolutista.

Un cop dins de la fortalesa, el poble  allibera a tots els presoners i destrueix la Bastilla  el 14 de juliol de 1789.

Al destruir la Bastilla, volen simbolitzar que poden acabar amb l’absolutisme i lluitar per la llibertat.

El Rei fa tot el possible per sabotejar la revolució, ja que la fi de la monarquia absolutista li suposava la pèrdua de molt poder i privilegis, que no estava disposat a tolerar.  

Paral·lelament  a la França rural és un moment de gran por, ja que la gent del poble es revela contra el feudalisme per posar fi a tots els mals tractes que ha estat suportant tan de temps.

El poble armat amb pales i canons destrueix la Bastilla, fet que provocarà una gran por en la monarquia.

Els revolucionaris que estaven reunits a Jeu de Paume diuen que no s’aniran d’allà fins que arribin a un acord.

La burgesia i alguns altres representants de la noblesa i el clero,que es tornen a favor del poble  firmen : Els drets i lleures dels ciutadans, document que estableix la base per a la nova societat.

En aquest document es defensava la llibertat, la propietat, la segureta i la resistència a la opressió.

La revolució francesa va ser un procés que va començar l’any  1789 i és pot definir com a una lluita de classes socials entre l’alta burgesia (política conservadora que beneficia les noves classes dominants) i la petita burgesia amb el suport del poble (polítiques radicals per millorar la situació de les classes populars).

CAUSES:

· Crisis econòmica i social: La França del segle XVIII estava en una situació de mala política del govern i de despeses excessives per part dels monarques (exèrcit, celebracions, grans sopars…) mentre que el poble estava en una situació crítica, on  hi ha molta pobresa i  males collites.

· Crisis financera de la monarquia francesa: El monarca (el poder màxim del país) era un càrreg hereditari,  és a dir, només pel cognom passaves a tenir el poder absolut. El rei de França era bastant inútil, no se li donava gaire bé governar. Bàsicament es dedicava a la bona vida, mentre que els consellers feien tot el treball. Els impostos recollits del poble els invertien en festes, ostentació, manteniment dels jardins, criats, luxes…

· Marginació política davant d’una burgesia cada cop més forta: A França la burgesia estava formada per gent molt rica, d’una classe privilegiada, però que havien de pagar uns impostos.  Aquesta burgesia demana a l’estat que faci una política més favorable per els seus negocis i comerços. Volen seguretats i drets per duu a terme els seus negocis amb tranquil·litat. També volen arribar al poder per poder intervenir en temes de l’estat.

·Desesperació de les classes subalternes per la mala situació socioeconòmica i la indiferència de la corona: La monarquia estava massa preocupada amb les seves cerimoniers i festes i no tenia temps per els problemes que pugés tenir el poble (més del  90% de la població). Aquest, desesperats amb la indiferència dels monarques davant dels seus problemes (tan socials com econòmics) , decideix encapçalà una revolució contra la corona.

En aquesta imatge podem veure clarament les tres grans classes socials d’aquest segle. La classe baixa era el poble ( més del 95% de l a població), que havia de suportar el pes de dues classes benestants; la noblesa i el clero ( menys del 5% de la població).

Horseshoe Bottom Presbyterian Church later became the First Presbyterian Church of Monongahela City.

From Mon Valley Town & Township History:

HORSESHOEBOTTOM PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH.  Rev. Dr. Samuel Ralston, D. D., received a call from this and Mingo Creek congregations in November, 1796, which he accepted and was therefore ordained. In the latter church be labored forty years, and in the former thirty-five years.  This Horseshoebottom congregation was originally established three and one half miles from Parkinson’s Ferry, on the ridge road leading from this place to Brownsville on Simon Wilson’s farm.  It was a log church, had a graveyard connected with it , and part of the foundation is still visible.

Dr. Ralston preached in this church until 1807, when it was removed to (Williamsport) Monongahela City.  Mr. Moore, says: Dr. Ralston preached his first sermon in a little school-house near the present church building, preaching two years in the winter time in the school house, and in the summer time in a tent in a sugar grove below town.  Mr. Lamb and his wife were the first two persons who joined the church in Williamsport.  The first communion was held in August, 1816, when Dr. Ralston was assisted by Rev. Matthew Brown, D. D.  The whole number of communicants at that time was forty-five.

The church is located on Chess Street, a neat, substantial brick building; its pulpit has been filled by Rev. Dr. Ralston until 1835.  His successors have been Rev. George D. Porter, from 1835 to 1838, Rev. J. W. Kerr from 1839 to 1861, Rev. S. G. Dunlap from 1862 to 1867, Rev. J. S. Sutchell from 1867 to the present time, but I learn he has sent in his resignation.

The following persons have been ordained ruling elders since the pastorate of Dr. Ralston, viz.:  James Hair, James McGrew, James Martin, Robert McFarland, Aaron Kerr, Isaac VanVoorhis, James Gordon, Henry Fulton, Joseph Kiddoo, John Power, James Dickey, James Curry, E. W. Tower, John Wright, Francis J. Gardner, David Moore, David D. Yohe, Samuel Hindman, three of whom have passed into the spirit land, each upwards of eighty years of age, to receive a crown of righteousness.

There is a Sabbath school connected with the church, which by the last report numbers 17 teachers, 250 scholars, and has a library of about fifteen hundred volumes.  Its organization is placed at various dates, but the Rev. Mr. Dunlap thinks it was established in the year 1822.

The Presbyterian Church of Monongahela was organized in 1796 at Horseshoe Bottom by Rev. Samuel Ralston, and in 1807 it was moved to Parkinson’s Ferry, where it first met in a tent. Services were held in a schoolhouse until 1815, when the first house of worship was erected, on the hill between Third and Jackson streets. In 1836 the second church was erected on Chess Street on the site of the present Eagles Building. The present church was built in the seventies at a cost of $35,000. The first pastor was Rev. Samuel Ralston, D. D. The present minister is Rev. W. F. McKee, D. D., and the membership is 765.

Mr. Dickey died Sept. 9th, 1864, and Mr. Kiddoo Aug. 11th, 1870. April 7th, 1862, a call was made out for the services of Rev. S.G. Dunlap. He was installed Dec. 6th, 1862, and remained pastor until Sept. 29th, 1866, about four years. Under his ministrations fifty-five were added on examination in 1863 and twenty-eight in 1864. Mr. Dunlap died in 1871 at Orrville, Ohio. Dec. 6th, 1862, Mr. E. W. Tower was installed, and Messrs. John Wright, Francis I. Gardner and David Moore were ordained elders of the church. Mr. Tower was drowned in the Monongahela River Feb. 19th, 1869, and Mr. Moore died May 11th, 1867. Dec. 30th, 1866, the congregation voted a call to Rev. J. S. Stuchell, who was installed May 10th, 1867, and continued pastor until April 1st, 1870, a period of three years. Mr. Stuchell died Oct. 1875. Oct. 26th, 1867, Messrs. Wm. C. Shaw, D. D. Yohe and Samuel Hindman were ordained elders. Mr. Yohe died Aug. 7th, 1868. Oct. 1st, 1871, a call was made out for the present pastor. He began his labors as pastor elect Oct. 16th, was installed Nov. 6th, 1871. At a congregational meeting held January 20th, 1868, it was resolved to build a new house of worship, and committees were appointed to procure a site and solicit subscriptions. The building committee were Messrs. Aaron Brawdy, H. H. Finley, T. R. Hazzard, Esq., John Patterson, James Stockdale, Wm. J. Alexander, Jas. H. Van Voorhis and Francis I. Gardner. The present house of worship was built at a total cost of about $32,000.00. The lecture room was dedicated by divine service March 17th, 1872, the first sermon being in the text John 2, 19. The house was brought to its present state of completion the next year, and dedicated June 8th, 1873, the pastor [p.65] preaching the sermon from Is. 56, 7, and Mark 11, 17. He was assisted in the service by the other pastors of the town, also by his predecessor, Rev. J. S. Stuchell, who preached in the evening. Messrs. Jas. Van Voorhis and John Patterson were elected and ordained, and Mr. Hindman was installed elder January 21st, 1872.

RBE- probably the Sam Hineman who bought 60 acres on Cross Creek in 1783; the local historian, Isaac Craig, says in a letter to another local historian, Boyd Crumrine,[43]-? a man named Hindman was said by General Richard Butler to be one of the worst;?. this being the only man of that name on the list we have to assume he was talking of Samuel Hindeman/Hindman.- but what does ?one of the worst?; mean ?that he killed the most or was one of the most vicious? General Richard Butler was a well respected Continental officer who as a Colonel was at Fort  Pitt near the time of this expedition, and became Indian Agent immediately thereafter so he would have had reason to have been paying attention.

6 Kanal EKG kleben

in der Regel wird ein 6-Kanal-EKG über die Elektroden eines 4-poligen Kabels abgeleitet. Zur einfacheren Handhabung sind die 4 Elektroden farbig gekennzeichnet. Rot, Gelb, Grün und Schwarz. Zur Ableitung der Reizströme des Herzens wird nun die Spannung zwischen zwei Elektroden bzw. zwischen zwei zusammengeschalteten und einer Elektrode gemessen (aV-Ableitungen):

Ableitungen: I(rot->gelb), II(rot->grün), III(gelb->grün), aVr(gelb+grün->rot), aVl(grün+rot->gelb), aVf(rot+gelb->grün)

Dazu befestigt man die Elektroden an den vier Extremitäten des Patienten (rot=Streckseite rechter Unterarm, gelb=Streckseite linker Unterarm, grün=Außenseite linker Unterschenkel, schwarz=Außenseite rechter Unterschenkel). Zur Überwachung des Patienten, z.B. auf Intensivstation, während einer Operation oder im Rettungsdienst hat sich durchgesetzt, die Elektroden näher an den Körperstamm zu bringen: rot=rechter Brustkorb unterhalb des Schlüsselbeins, gelb=linker Brustkorb unterhalb des Schlüsselbeins, grün=linke Leistenfalte, schwarz=rechte Leistenfalte. Das soll unnötige Artefakte durch Muskelzittern der Extremitäten vermeiden.

12 Kanal EKG richtig kleben

zum Kleben eines 12-Kanal-EKGs gehören zusätzlich zu den 4 Extremitäten-Kontakten (s. 6-Kanal-EKG) 6 weitere sogenannte Brustwandableitung mit der Bezeichnung V1 bis V6. Die Positionen der Elektroden sind wie folgt:

V1 (rot): in den 4. ICR rechts neben dem Brustbein
V2 (gelb): in den 4. ICR links neben dem Brustbein
V3 (grün)): zwischen V2 und V4
V4 (braun): in den Schnittpunkt des 5. ICR und der Medioclavicularlinie links
V5 (schwarz): vordere Axillarlinie, gleiche Höhe wie V4
V6 (lila): mittlere Axillarlinie, gleiche Höhe wie V4

Zum Auffinden der Punkte kann man nach folgendem Schema vorgehen: Zunächst ertastet man den 1. Intercostalraum unterhalb des rechten Schlüsselbeins, am besten dicht am Brustbein des Patienten, fährt mit den Fingern die einzelnen Einbuchtungen bis zum 4. Zwischenrippenraum ab und befestigt in dieser Höhe die erste Elektrode (V1) rechts neben dem Brustbein. Nun klebt man die zweite Elektrode (V2) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite in gleicher Höhe und Abstand zum Brustbein auf der linken Thoraxhälfte. Als nächstes wird die Elektrode für die Ableitung V4 geklebt, indem man einen Intercostalraum tiefer geht und die Elektrode auf einer gedachten senkrechten Linie auf Höhe der Mitte des linken Schlüsselbeins (Medioclavicularlinie) befestigt. Die Elektrode für die Ableitung V3 wird genau zwischen den beiden Elektroden für V2 und V4 geklebt. Für V5 folgt man dem 5. Intercostalraum weiter Richtung Rücken bis zur einer gedachten senkrechten Linie auf Höhe des Beginns der linken Achselhöhle. V6 wird dann in gleicher Weise auf Höhe der Mitte der linken Achselhöhle befestigt.

Patient Transport Bettdecke

also in der Regel wird ein Patient bei einem Transport zugedeckt, neben dem Wärmeerhalt dient dies auch zum Schutz des Patienten vor unangenehmen Blicken. Dafür werden im Rettungsdienst meist zwei Arten vorgehalten, Einmalprodukte z.B. aus Vliesstoff, die nach Gebrauch weggeschmissen werden oder beim Patienten verbleiben können oder Decken zum Mehrfachgebrauch die regelmäßig desinfizierend gewaschen werden.

Bettzeug aus dem Pflegeheim, Krankenhaus oder Privateigentum sollten im Zimmer des Patienten belassen werden. Das Mitnehmen von Wäsche aus dem Heim oder der Klinik kann im Zweifelsfall als Diebstahl ausgelegt werden, selbst wenn es von einer Pflegekraft gestattet wird. Da ist aber auf die regionalen Absprachen (z.B. mit dem Krankenhaus) zu achten. Privatdecken, etc. können verloren gehen, was dann teilweise zu Lasten des Transportpersonals geht.

Wieviel Gramm Zucker hat ein Mensch im Blut

interessante Frage und ich glaube, so pauschal schwer zu beantworten. Ich versuche dazu mal ein Rechenbeispiel: Der normale Blutzuckerwert liegt beim gesunden erwachsenen Menschen zwischen 80 und 120 mg/dl. Ein Erwachsener Mensch hat etwa 70-80 ml Blut pro Kilogramm Körpergewicht, durchschnittlich 5-7 Liter. Gehen wir mal von 6 Litern aus. Dies entspricht 60 Dezilitern. Dann befinden sich in 60 Dezilitern zwischen 4800 und 7200 mg Glukose, was zwischen 4,8 und 7,2 Gramm entspricht!

Somit sollte die Infusion von 1g Glukose den BZ-Wert um 16,6 mg/dl steigen lassen, je nach vorhandener Blutmenge, Verteilung, Stoffwechselsituation, etc.

die staatliche Prüfung zum Rettungsassistenten setzt sich aus einem praktischen Teil sowie einer schriftlichen und mündlichen Prüfung zusammen. Der schriftliche Teil besteht aus Muliple-Choice- und Freitext-Fragen. Die 150 Fragen werden aus einem amtlichen Katalog von etwa 800 Fragen zusammengestellt. Im Mündlichen werden offene Fragen zu einem ausgewählten Thema gestellt und es kann an Modellen und Schautafeln erklärt werden. Unter www.rettungsassistenten-examen.de kann man einen Teil der Fragen inkl. Antworten downloaden. Darüber hinaus gibt es mehrere Sammlungen (teilw. auf CD) der Prüfungsfragen und -antworten bei diversen Verlägen.

EKG bei Vorhofflimmern

das Vorhofflimmern ist gekennzeichnet durch eine hochfrequente, arrhythmische Vorhoferregung mit unregelmäßiger Kammerüberleitung. Man sieht schmale QRS-Komplexe in unregelmäßigen Abständen mit unregelmäßigen, in Amplitude und Breite unvorhersagbaren, kleinen Ausschlägen dazwischen.

Der Larynxtubus ist eine alternative Atemwegshilfe, die bei Patienten in Rahmen einer kurzen Narkose, bei Bewusstlosigkeit oder Reanimation eingesetzt wird. Zum Einlegen des Tubus ist keine Laryngoskopie nötig. Durch zwei Ballons (sog. Cuffs) werden der Eingang der Speiseröhre und untere Bereich des Rachens abgedichtet und eine Beatmung des Patienten durch nach vorn gerichtete Luftauslässe auf Höhe der Luftröhre ermöglicht. Vom Hersteller wird keine hundertprozentige Abdichtung der Speiseröhre garantiert, sodass eine Regurgitation und Aspiration von Mageninhalt möglich wäre. Um das Risiko im Rahmen einer Wiederbelebung zu vermindern, wird empfohlen, zur Beatmung über einen eingelegten Larynxtubus die Herzdruckmassage zu unterbrechen, in der Regel in einem Rhythmus von 30 Kompressionen zu 2 Beatmungen (s. Herz-Lungen-Wiederbelebung).

Desinfektion von RTW

Die Desinfektion und Reinigung von Krankenfahrzeugen ist in den Hygieneplänen der Betriebe, in diesem Falle der Rettungswachen festgeschrieben. In der Regel erfolgen eine Tages-, Wochen-, Monats-und Bedarfsdesinfektion statt, sowie eine Schlussdesinfektion nach Infektionstransporten. Tagesdesinfektion z.B. zum Feierabend oder zur Dienstübergabe mit Abwischen von Hand- und Türgriffen, Trage und Tragestuhl, Ablageflächen und Sitzen, Fahrerraum, Lenkrand, Schalter, etc. Wochendesinfektion kann bedeuten: Desinfektion aller Geräte, Flächen, Fußboden, Decke, Trage, etc. Einmal im Monat erfolgt dann z.B. eine Desinfektion und Reinigung aller Flächen, Fächer, Räume, Ablagen, Materialkörper, Gerätschaften, desinfizierbarer Ausrüstungsgegenstände, etc. Eine Bedarfsdesinfektion erfolgt beispielsweise bei sichtbarer Verschmutzung oder beim Verdacht auf Kontamination.

Je nach Vorgabe des Hygieneplans erfolgt die Desinfektion auf unterschiedliche Art und Weise, z.B. als Scheuer-Wisch-Desinfektion, Schnelldesinfektion, Sprühdesinfektion, Begasen, etc.

Krankheit Schrumpfhirn

Manchmal eine “erfundene” Krankheit, die ausdrücken soll, dass jemand dumm ist oder einen niedrigen IQ hat.

Als Schrumpfhirn kann auch ein durch haltbarmachende Substanzen geschrumpftes Gehirn zu Austellungs-/ Studienzwecken genannt werden.

Darüber hinaus gibt es die sogenannte Hirnatrophie, einen Verlust der Hirnmasse durch teilweise natürliche und krankhafte Prozesse (z.B. Korsakow-Syndrom, Pick-Krankheit, Alzheimer-Demenz)

bedeutet bei “Verdacht auf”, also z.B. ein aufgetretenes Symptom das zu einer Krankheit passt, die man bei einem Patienten vermutet. Beispielsweise ein Lungenödem bei einem Patient mit vermuteter Herzschwäche (Lungenöderm bei Verdacht auf Herzinsuffizienz)

Umlagern im Krankenhaus

Umlagern kann hier zweideutig verstanden werden. Einerseits werden bettlägerige Patienten im Krankenhaus regelmäßig in eine andere Position gebracht, z.B. aus Gründen der Dekubitus-Prophylaxe oder Rehabilitation.

Desweiterin werden Patienten im Krankenhaus von einem Bett auf eine andere Unterlage umgelagert, z.B, von einem Bett auf eine Transporttrage, einen Untersuchungstisch oder ein Röntgengerät. Hierfür werden sehr unterschiedliche Methoden und Hilfsmittel verwendet. Neben dem einfachen Ziehen oder Rollen des Patienten, kann z.B das Bettlaken zum Umlagern verwendet werden, darüber hinaus Umlagerungshilfen wie ein Rollbrett oder elektrische Hubvorrichtungen.

RZM bedeutet Rotierende ZentralMeise, also die scherzhafte Bezeichnung für einen Patienten der einen Vogel hat, spinnt, bekloppt ist…

a) KiK steht für “Krank im Kopf”, also einen schwierigen, schwer zu lenkenden Patientin.

b) KiK ist eine Textildiscounter-Kette, die ihre Ware zu sehr günstigen Preisen verkauft, sodass dass der Begriff auch als Synonym für Armut und/oder schlechten Kleidungsstil verstanden werden kann.

Kardioversion arbeitsunfähig

die Kardioversion ist eine Form der Elektroschocktherapie um einen unregelmäßigen Herzschlag zu durchbrechen, in der Hoffnung einen regelmäßigen Rhythmus wiederherzustellen. Wie lange im Anschluss mit einer Arbeitsunfähigkeit zu rechnen ist, ist sicherlich von den Begleitumständen abhängig (Alter, Kreislaufsituation, sonstige Erkrankungen) und dazu will ich keine Aussage treffen. In der Regel werden diese Eingriffe ambulant durchgeführt, wobei die Patienten, die ich im Rahmen dieser Behandlung betreut habe, noch für mindestens 24 Stunden zur Überwachung im Krankenhaus blieben.

Schusssichere Weste Rettungsdienst

leider werden Aggressionen gegenüber Rettungsdienstmitarbeitern immer häufiger. Mir ist nicht bekannt, dass “beschusshemmende” Westen in einem Rettungsdienstbereich einer Hilfsorganisation Teil der Ausrüstung geworden sind. Allerdings habe ich schon öfter Sanitäter der Polzeibehörden mit Sicherheitswesten gesehen. Aber vielleicht ist es nur eine Frage der Zeit, bis dies in einigen Teilen Deutschland eingeführt wird. Dem Rettungsdienst wird angeraten, sich aus gefährlichen Situationen herauszuhalten und erst nach Freigabe durch die Polizei einzugreifen. Aber wie oft steht man allein auf weiter Flur, eine kleine Schlägerei hat sich bei Eintreffen in eine Massenkeile mit Waffenbeteiligung verwandelt und wie oft hat man schon im Einsatz Stich- oder Schusswaffen in Privatwohnungen gefunden…

es gibt sehr viele Datenbanken im Zusammenhang mit dem Rettungsdienst, meist ist es Aufgabe der Leitstelle im Einsatzfall auf diese zuzugreifen und wichtige Daten zu ermitteln. Oder sie dienen der Versorgung von Patienten oder der eigenen Ausbildung und Recherche.

Es gibtVerzeichnisse über Rettungswachen und Standorte, Materiallisten, Beladepläne, Medikamentenverzeichnise, Gifte und Gegengifte, Gefahrstoffe, Funkkanäle, Krankheitserreger, Desinfektionsmittel, Hygienepläne, Vorschriften der Berufsgenossenschaften und Versicherungsträger, Gesetze, Werte zu Vitalparametern, Dosierungen, Körpergewicht- und Größe, Datenbanken über Zwischenfälle ber Patientenversorgung, etc. pp.

Checkliste für KTW

Die Ausstattung eines Krankentransportwagens wird in der Euronorm DIN EN 1789 vorgegeben. Diese unterscheidet unterschiedliche Typen der Krankenkraftwagen. Die von den Hilfsorganisationen eingesetzten Fahrzeuge entsprechen in etwa dem Typ A2 zum Transport von 2 nicht-akuten verletzten oder erkrankten Patienten unter qualifizierten Betreung.

Beatmung eines 80jährigen

Die Beatmung dient in der Regel eine unzureichende Eigenatmung des Patienten zu unterstützen (assistierte Beatmung) oder bei Atemstillstand komplett zu übernehmen (kontrollierte Beatmung). Dafür gibt es viele unterschiedliche Methoden und Geräte. Angefangen von der Mund-zu-Mund/Nase-Beatmung, über die Beutel-Masken-Beatmung bis hin zur maschinellen Beatmung über einen Tubus. Neben einigen technischen Schwierigkeiten müssen auch bestimmte physiologische und anatomische Besonderheiten beachtet werden (Compliance und Resistance der Lunge, Herz- und Kreislaufzustand, Flüssigkeistbilanzen, Nierenfunktion, Wasser- Elektrolyt-, Säure- und Basen-Haushalt, etc.) sowie auch ethische Aspekte der Lebenserhaltung in Betracht gezogen werden.

Im Notfall wird meist zunächst durch den Rettungsdienst eine Beutel-Masken-Beatmung durchgeführt, hier ist es teilweise schwierig, eine genügende Dichtigkeit der Beatmungsmaske herzustellen, insbesondere bei älteren Patienten, die Zahnprothesen tragen (die unbedingt vor der Beatmung entfernt werden sollten) und dadurch stark einfallende Mundwinkel. Hinzukommen Gesichtsbehaarung, Schweiß oder andere Flüssigkeiten im Mundbereich. Hilfreich können hier der doppelte C-Griff sein, der leider zwei Helfer bindet oder der Einsatz alternativer Atemhilfen oder eines Endotrachealtubus.

MRSA Behandlung

Sollte die Besiedlung eines Patienten mit einem resistenten Staphylokokken-Stammes festgestellt werden, wird eine sogenannte Sanierung durchgeführt. Neben der verabreichung bestimmter oraler oder intravenöser Antibiotika (z.B. Vancomycin, Linezolid oder Daptomycin) wird eine lokale Behandlung mit antiseptischen Mitteln durchgeführt. Zum Beispeil das Einreiben mit einer antibiotischen Haut- oder Nasensalbe (z.B. mit enthaltenem Mupirocin), Gurgeln und Spülen mit antiseptischer Mundspüllösung, Haut- und Haarwaschung mit antiseptischen Seifen und Lösungen. Die Bestätigung der Keimfreiheit erfolgt durch regelmäßige Abstriche und sollte letztmalig frühestens 3 Tage nach der letzten Sanierungsmaßnahme durchgeführt werden.

The Founding Fathers of the United States of America, as directed by the providential hand of the God that they so frequently and adoringly acknowledged, provided us with a good and God glorifying national foundation and heritage unparalleled in all of human history.

Just imagine if a prominent politician admonished Americans to “obey His will” again…what might that bring? What might it mean?

Glory to God and a fighting chance for America. That, and the unleashed fury of the “progressive” left.

But wait…aren’t we getting that last part anyway?

Doesn’t that pretty much remove any downside? (As if such a bonus should even be necessary…)

Pierre Falardeau (1946-2009)

Il y a toujours un moment dans l’année où deux personnalités hollywoodiennes meurent dans un court de laps de temps entre les deux et deux personnalités québécoises meurent qui font la même chose. Pour Hollywood, il y a eu en juin dernier la mort de Farrah Fawcett et d’un certain MJ (quoique la mort de Swayze aussi a fessé fort il y a peu de temps). Ici, en deux jours coup sur coup, c’est le décès tragique par suicide de Nelly Arcan et là, ce matin, le choc encore: Pierre Falardeau n’est plus.

Bon, je l’avoue je n’étais pas le plus grand fan du cinéaste. J’ai toujours trouvé imbuvable la série des Elvis Gratton et certaines des déclarations incendiaires et à l’emporte-pièce du réalisateur ont nui au mouvement souverainiste en décourageant les souverainistes mous, ceux qui branlaient dans le manche et qui se sont, pour beaucoup, tournés vers l’ADQ. Mais, il faut reconnaître que ses documentaires de l’époque étaient très forts, son film sur 1789 et sur la crise d’octobre ont été des intéressants reflets de notre nationalisme et il avait le mérite de, à défaut de rallier les Québécois, de galvaniser les tranches souverainistes convaincues et d’avoir défendu sa cause jusqu’au bout.

Malheureusement, ce foutu cancer lui aura ôté la chance qu’il voit de son vivant la souveraineté du Québec (quoique soyons honnêtes et pessimistes: pour l’instant, pas comme si c’était à l’horizon… ou ça l’est, mais c’est loin l’horizon). Évidemment, ils ne le diront pas, mais les fédéralistes rigolent de sa mort par en dedans. C’est, bien que tordu, de bonne guerre. Après tout, n’avons-nous pas tellement joui intérieurement lors de la mort de PET ?

Alors, M. Falardeau, où que vous êtes, on vous souhaite de pouvoir vous reposer de cette lutte ardente et de  savoir quand on l’aura notre pays. En espérant que la réponse ne soit pas : jamais.

Par contre, je sais que vous m’en voudriez. Pas pour mes réserves face à vous, mais plutôt le fait que “j’ai plogué l’article annonçant ma mort en pigeant sur le site de Radio-Cadenas câlisse” ! J’aurais bien aimé le piger sur Le Devoir, mais le site ne parle pas de votre décès pour l’instant et quant à Vigile.net, il plogue l’article de Cyberpresse (sic).

Alors je me suis qu’entre Radio-Cadenas et Power Corporation, vous préféreriez le premier.
