Teniu en compte que aquest bloc es va estrenar el 23 de febrer, que hi ha una baixada important en les visites els mesos de juliol i setembre i que el darrer mes (l’actual, 11, el novembre), la cosa fa baixada perquè el mes encara no ha acabat.

The problem for me, is that although the injured lad was only three years old, so was his attacker.  Given the age of the attacker, can this honestly be considered a criminal act? I thought that there was a minimum age of criminal responsibility in this country, and that it was ten years.

This is of course, a point of legal nicety – whether or not a 3 year old kid is capable of a criminal act, rather than just being a vicious little bastard with a sharp metal object that he found lying around. The question of whether or not the money will help the poor wee lad get over his attack is another matter entirely, and I wish him all the best.

For me, the major issue here is what the fuck was the irresponsible git of a mother doing leaving two three year old toddlers alone and unrestrained in a car, with a bloody car jack in there?!?!

Now there’s the real criminal. Unless she had a  good reason for doing so…but it had better be a damn good one, as I’m sure that young Jay will want to know what it was as he grows older.

TPM/Justin Elliott—Reached on her cell phone by TPMmuckraker and informed of the $20,000 fine imposed on her by a federal judge this morning, Birther attorney Orly Taitz responded, first, with laughter.

“So he didn’t recuse himself?” Taitz asked, after letting out an extended, nervous-sounding chuckle.

Still defiant after months of legal wrangling and, by our count, three written denunciations by federal district court Judge Clay Land, Taitz said she had absolutely no plans to pay the $20,000 fine.

“Are you kidding? Of course not,” she said, asked whether she planned to send a check. “This is a form of intimidation.”
