<p>It’s been a busy fall so far as the market is not showing signs of slowing.   Things have been quite busy around the office with some great new listings.  Some of which I’ve posted.</p>

<p>There are currently 68 waterfront properties pending in the areas that I cover.</p>
<p>337 waterfront properties have sold so far this year!   (As opposed to 244 waterfront properties sold at this point last year)</p>
