The new Penguin Times has arrived, and has some cool info about the Fall Fair! Lets take a look…should we?

Sadly, but truly the Fall Fair does end on the 13th. I’ve had some great times met a few of you fans out there, and bought everything it has to offer so far. New items will arrive tomorrow so you’ll have enough time to get everything before it all goes down on Monday. Club Penguin really did an awesome job this year, and I hope that continues.

FINALLY! The 101 Days of Fun is coming to an end, and trust me when I say I’m not gonna miss it! Sorry CP but the whole idea of it made me sick, and it was so much work to post on it all. Gavia stellata  Plongeon Catmarin ou Huard à gorge rousse  /  Red-throated Loon  

The Red-throated Loon nests on the small freshwater ponds and coastal lakes of the Île d’Anticosti and the Moyenne-Côte-Nord and Basse-Côte-Nord regions. In the winter, it migrates close to the coastal areas of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, or it will fly further on and stop down, here and there, along the East and West Coasts of North America. A fish-eater, it fishes in the sea or in the rivers and lakes in the vicinity of its nesting place. Its length is 61 to 69cm.

Like the King Rail, the Clapper Rail is more often heard than seen. Common in freshwater and saltwater marshes, it nests on the East and West Coasts of the United States, along the interior course of the Colorado River, and at Lake Salton. Its length is 37 cm.

Comme le râle élégant, le râle gris est davantage entendu qu’observé. Commun dans les marais d’eau douce et salée, il niche sur les côtes est et ouest des États-Unis, dans le cours intérieur du fleuve Colorado et au lac Salton. Sa longueur est de 37 cm.

Long time no see

I was a bit busy lately because I was working on a sculpture (which I intend to put some pictures of it as soon as possible) anyhow before this sculpture I draw a painting which clearly represents my mornings that I have early class .

Today I want to share my latest drawing with you. Hope you like it & please do not hesitate to comment.

This painting took about 2 weeks to finish and made by dry pastels and water color.

Auf unserem Balkon ist derzeit Hochsaison, alles wächst und gedeiht prächtig. Unsere Reben werden dieses Jahr das erste mal in Form gezogen, nachdem ich sie letztes Jahr einfach nur senkrecht nach oben hab wachsen lassen. Die Erdbeerpflanzen unter den Reben kommen so langsam auch in die Pötte, nachdem sie sich ne ganze Weile geziert haben … und die Balkontomaten, die Ralphs Mom selbst gezogen hat, setzen so langsam Blüten an. Der Sommer/Herbst kann kommen, wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf hoffentlich reiche Ernte

Vor etwa genau 1,5 Jahren sind wir in unser derzeitiges Domizil eingezogen. Witzigerweise ist die Wohnung vom Grundriss fast identisch mit dem unserer alten, jedoch komplett spiegelverkehrt, was anfangs ganz schön gewöhnungsbedürftig war Die Vorteile liegen jedoch klar auf der Hand, wir haben im Ess-/Wohnraum zusätzlich einen schönen Glaserker und im Bad das lang ersehnte Feeeeenster!!! Unsere Einbauküche hat nach ein paar kleinen Änderungen auch gepasst. Im Winter sehen wir vom Küchen- und Wohnzimmerfenster direkt auf den Steißlinger See (im Sommer ist alles zugewachsen, also schön grün!). Alles in allem fühlen wir uns rundum wohl. Aber genug erzählt, lassen wir lieber Bilder sprechen:

Den Kopf auf meine Arme gestützt sitze ich da. Noch 5 Minuten bis zum Anfang. Meine Augen habe ich geschlossen. Gehe in mich. Versuche alle meine Anspannung abzulegen. Es gelinkt mir nicht. Alle Proben der letzten drei Wochen haben wir deswegen gemacht. Wegen diesem Abend.

Zu schnell verrinnt die Zeit. Ich bleibe sitzen. Die anderen gehen bereits auf die Bühne um ihre Instrumente aufzubauen. Mario schlägt das Anfangsriff an.

Meine Zeit ist gekommen – kein zurück. Noch einmal atme ich durch. Vor der Bühne die Masse von Leuten. Es macht mich glücklich.

Das Set aus 7 Liedern verrinnt so schnell. Der Applaus spornt an. Nach genau 27 Minuten verlasse ich die Bühne glücklich.

Doch Zeit zum ausruhen habe ich nicht. Ich suche unseren Verkaufsstand auf.

Führe Gespräche – mache Bilder – unterschreibe CDs.

Officer D5 (now identified as officer A712) is a dog handler whom we only really see in the picture of Ian Tomlinson staggering off. D5 is just to the right of the fountain, in front of the motorbike parked between it and the building to the right.

D5 also appeared to be involved in the ‘dog attack’ incident on Threadneedle Street shortly before the Ian Tomlinson assault. The pictures taken by Colin McQuillen (which are clear enough to show his shoulder numbers) show him outside the RBS at 62 Threadneedle Street.

The process of identifying the police witnesses (and possible accomplices) to the deadly assault on Ian Tomlinson in Royal Exchange Passage close to Cornhill is bearing fruit.

Says commenter Colin McQuillen:

C1 is officer 204. I have a sequence of him rushing and attacking an innocent photographer moments before the attack on Ian Tomlinson. The officer then turned for me – but noticed I was taking loads of photos of him…

I will look through the rest of my photos tonight and update. Great work.

From the picture Colin has linked to above, and by looking through the rest of his photos from the G20 protests (an important body of testimonial work), I believe we can more clearly get a picture of what the officer I labelled below as ‘C1′, and whom Colin has IDed as officer 204 of the City of Londson Police, looks like.

Here’s a composite based on two extracts from the Channel 4 News ‘broken camera’ footage and two of Colin’s pictures:

If anyone can put a name to the face and/or number, or can bear witness to his activities on the day, previously or since, then please do get in touch. Please also spread this information.

If the police cannot police themselves, then we must do it. If we don’t, then next time it could be us lying lifeless in the gutter.
