Grease guy walks up to a girlIt’s not what you think. What I meant by the title is – why do girls (not mine in particular, but I’m sure she does also) want dangerous dirty guys. I was just reading some comm09-stuff and realised that i should post something on my blog…

Didn’t make it to school this week due to some strikes all over the country (to be honest i didn’t even check to see if i could get there ;) ) But that means that i missed some courses on monday..

The status in flickr hasn’t changed much. I am a member but that is everything that has to be said about it. I haven’t really participated in the whole community, only browsed briefly through the whole site. You might say that i’m a lurker/leecher in this case. I’m planning on posting some pictures if i have made my selection (hmm when?) I’ll keep you posted here…

about the lectures then.. we have a big pile of books to read for this course, not to mention the other stuff we have in other courses… But it’s still interesting to read about and to work out a plan for zzmogh, because it leans strongly against the current thing i do, namely youth worker at KAZOU-LIMBURG, formerly known as J&G, the youth service from CM, that takes care of activities for youngsters from 8-18years old. We also cooperate with services like zzmogh and others. So i’m ready to go!

Tomorrow we have no lessons in Maastricht, this gives us time to work some more on these courses and to breathe a bit =)

I just found this very cool package which lets you easily print two pages in one. I have only tested it for articles and reports and it works perfectly for articles. Using the document-class report, the content is perfectly structured, but not the table of contents, which still takes the entire page. The package also messes up with the page numbers whenever you start a new chapter. So it basically only works with sections, but not chapters.

First tell Latex to turn the page to landscape:

\documentclass[a4paper, landscape]{article}

Next include the necessary packages:

\usepackage{2in1, lscape}

The latter is needed, as you not only want the paper layout, but also the content to be in “landscape-mode”.

Now add your document content and have fun printing (and saving the planet ;-) )!

The standard distributions have this package included, but just in case you can get it from here.
