Anderson Sotomayor, of the 1000 block of Almond Road, had an open bottle of beer in his vehicle and was cited for 11 violations in the latest traffic stop, police said.

He was pulled over at 11:23 p.m. last Wednesday after his 1998 Buick pulled into the intersection of Delsea Drive and Park Avenue, forcing a Vineland police officer headed north on Delsea to veer into another lane, authorities said.

After following the car, the officer noted it swerved over the yellow line and traveled in the center turn lane for about 300 feet without turning. The officer then pulled over Sotomayor.
