I know this comes out in only a couple weeks and most people probably already pre-ordered theirs, but if anyone missed the boat, we’ve got plenty of tickets! The follow up to 2005’s ridiculously popular A Beautiful Lie, which spawned a ton of singles and had many people complaining loudly about them. Personally, I like the band and am looking forward to this new album. Bonnie is not looking forward to having to hear them, but whatever to you!

Plenty of artists pay lip service to loving their fans, but they usually limit their interaction to meet-and-greets, tweets and shout-outs from the stage. But 30 Seconds to Mars, which is about to release its third album, “This Is War,” goes far beyond the usual platitudes and gestures.

The band involved its fans, known as “the Echelon,” in a number of aspects of the new album, including them in choruses and putting their pictures on the album cover.

And isn’t that everything you’d want from your favorite band? A chance to show how much you love their music and feel like you’ve contributed to that? The band has gone beyond their usual attributes  in making the fans feel like a big, important part of their growth. And they are, because what’s a band without their fans? They are the fuel that keep you going and the reason you’re still singing.

Jared Leto and the band already tweeted the link to their new video Kings and Queens and followers have responded positively to it. The video shows a mass of people on a late night bike ride through the city of L.A. Although the video is 9 minutes long, the song is only about 5-6 minutes and it is worth seeing and hearing especially if you’re a fan. The lyrics are great and the video completes the song so congrats to the band and the Echelon, the band’s street team, should also give themselves a pat on the back.

“30 Seconds To Mars” Premiered their new music video to their entitled EP “Kings & Queens” and I must say, the cinematography showcased in the music video is astounding. I haven’t come across a music video that structured itself upon image and style in a along time. This work of art is definitely mind blowing and represents the track in all its glory. “30 Seconds To Mars” is a fantastic band and I’m a huge fan of their music. “This is War” will become the bands third studio album and so far they’re jet rocketing to mars with this well composed single.

Berlin var grymt kul, Team Awesome e världens bästa gäng! onsdagen gick mest åt till att ta oss till vårat hostel, tillsammans med Malin, hennes syster Johanna och en kompis till dem. vi skulle alla förutom deras kompis dela rum! efter att ha lyckats checka in gick vi ut för att fixa lite mat till stackars Therese som inte ätit.. efter de blev de bara till att knata hem och lägga sig!
på torsdagen vandrade vi runt i Berlin, pimpade när vi kom åt, drack latte på Starbucks, såg East Side Gallery mm. efter att ha gått i typ sex timmar tog vi det väldigt bra beslutet att åka tåg hem… våra kroppar var helt slutkörda och inget slår Therese min när vi sa att det var ca fem kilometer till den klubben vi skulle till på kvällen… sen visade det sig att det inte var riktigt så långt, men det räckte och blev över!så, hem byta om och sen ut igen! hade blivit tipsad om en rockklubb som hette Sage, så vi drog dit! grymt ställe! massa bra musik, kul blandning av folk, liveband, olika musikstilar, billig tequila, helt perfekt! tog oss en timme att knata hem, men de var fan värt det!

sen var det dags för dagen som vi faktiskt åkte ner för! 30 Seconds to mars skulle spela på Astra, och det var nästan två år sen man såg dem sist! tog oss upp ur sängen ganska sent, lyckades hitta till kön, efter en liten sväng till supermarket och inhandling av picknick och dylikt… sen satte vi oss… vet inte riktigt vad vi fördrev tiden med men mest var det nog att knata runt i området runt arenan, riktigt coolt område! massa graffitti, fallfärdiga byggnader och konstigt folk…
runt sex lyckades vi få kontakt med killen från EMI, Richy, som Therese hade haft kontakt med. vi drog till Alexanderplatz och mötte upp honom, Bollnäs-Martin, Mari från bandit göteborg och de två vinnarna av tävlingen som hölls på bandit för en tid sen. de skulle käka, men eftersom vi redan gjort de så blev det istället öl för mig och Josse och tequila för Therese.
tog taxi tillbaka till Astra, sen var det bara att hoppa in!  förbandet hade redan börjat när vi kom in, och det jag hörde lät ganska tråkigt… en stund innan 30 gick vi in och ställde oss vid mixerbordet för att se ordentligt, men när de skulle börja kunde vi inte hålla oss så långt bak, utan trängde oss fram en bra bit..
vilken show! insåg under de första minutrarna precis varför man åker så mycket och betalar så mycket pengar för att se dem! de körde mest från A beautiful lie, This is war och kings & queens från nya skivan.. även början av The Mission. helt otroligt, kan knappt vänta till mars!!
efter konserten stack Therese iväg på Meet&Greet, jag och Josse roade oss själva. fick sen lite signerat, bland annat fick Josse en bit baguette singerad!! sen satte vi oss och fortsatte vår “picknick”, sen tog vi oss hemåt… vilket tog fyra timmar! alkohol kan ha varit inblandat… massa roliga kort och sjuka videos blev det iaf! väl hemma fick Josse och Therese tokbryt och satt och fnittra i typ en timme… resten av rummet (inkl jag) var inte lika imponerade…

hemresan gick hyfsat snabbt, efter att tjejen i receptionen varit tvungen att väcka oss för att vi skulle checka ut.. så vi segade oss ut till flygplatsen, segade oss där, segade oss hem till sthlm och sen var vi helt slut.. så slut att jag inte pallade att åka till göteborg idag… ÅNGEST!!! men iaf… blev inget av våran resa.. vi får helt enkelt satsa på nästa! Plan Three blir det iaf imorn, då som förband till Mew på Cirkus!! och så ska de ( de är musiker, så man vet aldrig) ha med sig skivan så man kan köpa den!!

Einem geschenkten Gaul schaut man ja bekanntlich nicht ins Maul. Dennoch muss ich an dieser Stelle eine kleine Rezension des 30 Seconds to Mars Konzertes gestern im Astra Kulturhaus bringen.

Ich hatte die Karten freundlicherweise von meiner lieben Freundin Steffi von der EMI bekommen und da es doch nichts netteres gibt als das Wochenende mit Live-Musik einzuläuten nahm ich diese Art der Abendgestaltung gerne wahr. Man muss im Vorhinein sagen, dass ich nun mal nicht so wirklich auf 30 Seconds To Mars und ihre Musik stehe, auch wenn Jared Leto schon ein dufte Kerl ist. Das hat er mir und meiner ebenfalls weiblichen Begleitung auch live beweisen können (Ihr erster Kommentar: Och, is ja schon ganz schön hot ). Was allerdings seine Son Goku-mäßige Frisur und die hässliche Jeansweste sollten wird uns wohl immer ein Rätsel bleiben.

Musikalisch war es auf jeden Fall gar nicht mal soooo schlecht, auch wenn ich wohl niemals ein Fan seinwerde. Gerockt haben sie auch ganz nett. Vor allem die Interaktion mit dem Publikum gefiel mir. Schließlich ist das Konzept der Produktion des neuen Albums gewesen, die Fans und ihre Choräle zu in die Aufnahme zu integrieren. Schön, dass dies nicht nur ein PR-Gag war sondern auch bei der Tour umgesetzt wird. Trotzdem war die Leistung der Herren schon ein bißchen schwach. Der ganze Spaß hat nämlich nur knapp ne Stunde gedauert und den treuen Fans die auch noch 3 Zehner dafür hingelegt hatten war die Enttäuschung ins Gesicht geschrieben.

Eben diese Fans waren für mich das Highlight des Gigs. Mir war zwar schon bewusst, dass die Band einen riesigen Fanclub plus super aktiven Street Team hat, aber das es Männer (!!!) gibt, die der Band hinterher reisen, hätte ich kaum angenommen. Die Gespräche mit eben solchen Fans waren für mich letztendlich doppelt so interessant wie die Performance der Band selbst.

Auf dem Rückweg wurde ich in der Tram übrigens mal wieder mit der Verrücktheit Berlins konfrontiert: Nach nur einer Station stiegen nämlich ein paar Leute mit einem Kinderwagen ein in dem statt eines Kindes eine Lautsprecher Box saß aus der lauter Techno tönte. Da ich saß wurde dieser auch zum Glück nur direkt vor meiner Nase abgestellt. Die Besitzer waren drupp wie Nachbars Lumpi, hatten sich und den Kinderwagen in Stofffetzen eingewickelt und konnten so gar nicht verstehen, dass die Fahrgäste die Musik nicht so prall fanden. Manchmal kann eine 15 minüte Fahrt echt lang sein…

Anche voi avrete forse decretato il successo di Humanoid dei Tokio Hotel ed amate la loro «Automatic». Questa canzone potrebbe essere una delle protagoniste del meglio di 50 Songs su una tv musicale. Dalle quattro del pomeriggio di oggi, sabato ventuno novembre, si potrebbe sentire e vedere anche «Anyway» di Duck Sauce («Ad ogni modo»),  «Tik Tok» di Kesha, «Mrs Cold» dei Kings of Convenience («Signora Freddo»), «Baby By Me» di 50 Cent con Ne-Yo («Ragazza da me»), «Kings and Queens» dei 30 Seconds To Mars e «Feelings Gone» dei Basement Jaxx (rispettivamente «Re e regine» e «Sentimenti andati»).

Magari avete anche voglia di votarle più sotto per il mio blog, proponendo anche nuove canzoni. Ma, se vi piace la musica da discoteca, fate pure vedendo su questa emittente tre ore di notte disco dopo le dieci e mezza. Ed ancora a proposito di 50 Cent, sarà protagonista nella notte di sabato di un concerto dal vivo in tv dall’una, seguito mezz’ora dopo da tali The Streets.

Sappiate anche che ci sarà Henry «Fonzie» Winkler, l’ex del telefilm Happy Days, a I migliori anni. Dopo Peppino Di Capri e la sigla del cartone animato Heidi.

01.11.09 Mi chiedo come mai piacciano a qualcuno, al di là dell’apparenza scenica…  I Tokio Hotel al World Stage di una televisione musicale dalla mezzanotte fra domenica uno novembre e lunedì due. Buona visione e, se volete votarli nella mia “statistica”, fatelo pure, aggiungendo loro titoli di canzoni. Riferimenti più in là nel testo.

Risparmio energetico (forse)?

Yesterday was really interesting. We went to visit the stage school in Skellefteå and damn they’re good. It seems so much fun to work with stages and make props. Who knows I might search and see if I can get in there when I’m done here. Not that I think I can get in since they take in 8 people and it’s a 2 year studies.

Came home around 3pm and chilled for a while and then got ready for the little party. Robbin made sushi which was delicious and me finishing a bottle of wine…and today I have to pay for it.
I went home instead of fallowing the rest to Kåren. Been so busy and stressed that I haven’t slept very well these past weeks.

I’ve fixed tickets for 30STM in Stockholm in March. I’ll try and get for Helsinki too and go for a little cruise with my lovely Norwegian and Swedish friends.

Seperti kawanan ikan Salmon yang bermigrasi mereka bergerombol dan bersepeda bersama tetapi ada juga hambatan ketika perjalanan malam.

Film pendek berdurasi 8 menit 53 detik dan dilatar belakangi lagu King and Queen nan keren di sepanjang cerita menjadikan video dan lagu ini melesat popularitasnya di beberapa Radio, Situs Jejaring Sosial dan Majalah musik manca negara.
