We recorded some video a few weeks ago for each of the California International Marathon Pace Groups at Lee’s place. Although CIM is a downhill course, the first half has some rollers. A few times this marathon has felt almost effortless (ALMOST…). Hopefully this can be one of those years. Running with this group is a fantastic way to finish off the year.

It is very clear that Michael Jackson did not want to leave any of his money to his father, or any other family member, because they were not mentioned in his last will and testament.

It is a sad reality,one that I would be embarrassed about if my son did that to me, but Michael was clear in his demands.

Joe Jackson can only ask himself why he created such a bad relationship with his son.His proclemation to a judge this week…. ”entitled to his own independent family allowance.” … speaks volumes to his delusions.

How is he ”entitiled to” another grown man’s property, no matter what the relationship? There is no legal precedent to back up such a claim.If you have one, please refer it to me.

It is unseemly to witness a man so incredible slimy and guiltless, to publicly demean himself and his family, and lower his dignity by stooping to such an incredible low, as to grovel and beg for money from the bones of his own dead son.

Think about the grandchildren, this man is dangerous.He seeks to further exploit his son, and if he does not get his way,he may resort to drastic measures.I thought he was kidding about putting Michael’s kid’s on the road,and it was wierd the way he was talking the children’s talent right after his son had died.

The man is simply inappropriate, and Jermaine,Jackie, Tito, Randy…one of you gentleman need to sit your pop’s down and slow his roll.I know he used to be bad, but he is an elderly man at this point, and all of you guys are way bigger than him.

I know you respect you dad, but your family name is at stake here.Joe Jackson, the patriarch of your family, is viewed upon as the head of your family.

I think he is suffering from an undiagnosed case of dementia, and these types of antics and statements are a classic sign of that affliction.He can be forced into a short observational period.

He does not realize what he is doing, because he is not in control of his faculties. A close family would quietly seek help for their stricken relative, out of the public eye.

The family should immediately come together discuss and vote on this matter, and make sure we do not have to follow your dad begging money from your dead brothers estate, would be my advice.

As it stands, if this train wreck of a father of yours is allowed to continue with this failed course of action, it will be fodder for the blog and news world.

Let Michael rest in peace, and concentrate on the health and welfare of his children.

My question to Joe Jackson is , why is his relationship with his wife so messed up that he and Katherine can not sit down and resolve this between the two of them.

Is he that terrible of a person???

Seems like it…Here is what she receives from his estate…A  judge has approved $26,800 in monthly support for Katherine and $60,000 a month for the care of Michael’s three kids.

The Will was not an obtuse document, it plainly stated what he wanted to do with his own money and property after his untimely death.

Joe’s attorneys are contending that via heresy, that Michael Jackson used to provide Katherine Jackson with a monthly allowance of  60 thousand dollars a month to live on, and instructed her to give half of that to Joe Jackson.

They are saying that simply because the King of Pop did not provide for Joe in his will, does not mean that the estate is legally prohibited from providing for Joe, they insist.This sounds like a complicated legal matterI will be interested in how they go about  proving that.

A judge has already rejected Joe’s petition for an expedited hearing and to file the motion under seal.

Commun, actif et bruyant, le harelde kakawi niche au Nouveau-Québec et dans l’Arctique, aux abords de lacs et d’étangs. A Comissão Especial de Tramitação destinada a analisar, simultaneamente, quatro Propostas de Emenda à Constituição que vinculam recursos orçamentários para a Cultura (PECs 324/01, 427/01, 150/03 e 310/04) aprovou, por unanimidade, na tarde desta quarta-feira, 23 de setembro, o texto substitutivo do deputado José Fernando Aparecido de Oliveira (PV-MG).

De acordo com o parecer do relator, a PEC 150/2003 é a mais exequível, pois determina que anualmente 2% do orçamento federal, 1,5% dos estados e 1% dos municípios, advindos de receitas resultantes de impostos, sejam aplicados diretamente em Cultura. Atualmente o Governo Federal investe entre 0,7% e 0,8% do Orçamento da União na área cultural.A PEC 150/2003 é considerada essencial para que se estruture o Plano Nacional de Cultura (PNC. “O estado brasileiro passará e ter maior planejamento cultural com a aprovação do PNC e ao mesmo tempo passa a garantir recursos por meio da PEC 150.

As duas propostas se complementam para que possamos assumir maior responsabilidade com relação ao campo cultural”, explicou o secretário de Políticas Culturais do Ministério da Cultura, José Luiz Herência.A Propostas de Emenda à Constituição ainda será votada, em Plenário, na Câmara dos Deputados e no Senado Federal. Existe, porém, um clima de confiança em torno do tema. “Através dessa emenda haverá uma recolocação de recursos para que tenhamos uma política cultural mais eficiente”, afirmou o deputado José Fernando ao final da reunião.

Today went ok like yesterday, ate sensibly but did spring for some extra food at the Bajio Grill.  I went to the gym after work like I have everyday for the last 3 weeks and I am almost under the 310 mark.  I am sure I will backtrack a bit this weekend and hopefully by the end of next week I will see myself a few more pounds below that.  I ran 5 miles today, almost 5 and a half.  Nothing special to report, kind of a boring day.

Mon petit bout d’avis :
C’est cette fois au jardin des géants à Lille, entre ambiance nipponne et irréel, que j’ai pu bouquiner mon deuxième Musso presque un an jour pour un jour.
C’est aussi malheureusement un an jour pour jour que je me suis dit : ne serais-je pas entrain de relire le même livre ? L’histoire de deux trentenaires qui s’affolent du temps, torturés par leurs premiers amours…qui ont perdus de vue leurs parents ou leur famille. Mais non c’était bel et bien un autre livre du même auteur certes, mais un autre titre. Même recette, cette fois ci ponctuée par les clichés parisiens et new yorkais, d’indénombrables références culturelles, qui donne un tout vraiment peu original au style très niais.Malgré tout, parce qu’il y a un malgré, le dernier livre de Musso ne fait pas exception au précédent et reste agréable à lire. L’histoire est simple, sans grande originalité, un peu naïve, en résumé un bouquin “facile”, agréable, qui se lit rapidement, juste idéal pour les vacances.

This is very simple to do, and yes it is probably very similar to many other netbooks/notebooks. However I failed to find any other guides on how to do it so I decided to take some photos when I did mine

The n310.

You will need:

- a small Phillips screwdriver

- a small flat screwdriver

- a 2GB stick of DDRII notebook RAM (800 MHz)

The RAM.

First locate the memory hatch on the bottom of your netbook (make sure the computer is shut down, not in sleep or suspend mode.)

Unscrew the fastener holding the hatch in place, power tools are a must for this (just joking – but seriously – use a screwdriver.)

Use a flat screw driver or your finger to pop the hatch, this should come without much force.

Look! RAM!

Push the clips outward to release the RAM, it should pop up.

After it pops up, it should slide out easily.

Insert the new stick of RAM the same way the other one came out (it will only fit in one way because of the notch.)

Push it down until both clips snap in.

Snap the hatch back in place, screw in the fastener (gently) and turn on the computer.

Congratulations, it should read a pimpn 1.99 GB @ 798 MHz.

Bisher habe ich immer nur davon geschrieben, was man mit einem 1210er so alles anstellen kann. Fotos von meinem aufgebohrten Dreher gab es bisher noch nicht. Das mag ich hier mal nachholen. Mein 1210er hat natürlich das externe Netzteil. Das ist links auf dem Bild zu sehen – die kleine Kiste mit der orangnen LED. Als Arm kommt ein SME 310 zum Einsatz: http://www.sme.ltd.uk/content/Series-300-1332.shtml. Als Abnehmer ein Benz Micro ACE L. Alleine die Kombination aus Arm und System kosten schon ein Vielfaches eines 1210ers. 4-5 1210er ungefähr. Spielt aber gut Musik. Die Verstärkung übernimmt meine DIY Pass XOno. Das ist die Kiste im Rack unter dem 1210er mit den zwei orangenen LEDs. Der 1210er steht übrigens auf einer recht schweren Schieferplatte. Müsste so um die 40KG schwer sein.

Weiter unten Kommt dann noch die RelaiXed Vorstufe, der noch die Front fehlt.

Mais um avião caiu; dessa vez no oceano Índico .O A310 que decolou do Iêmen caiu com 153 pessoas a bordo.
Queda ocorreu perto das Ilhas Comores, a cinco minutos do pouso.Muita falta de sorte né? (5 minutos antes de decolar…) Destino? Irresponsabilidade?Ações Espirituais? Vai saber !!

Parece que dessa vez as esperanças foram maiores e teve sobrevivente.A confirmação é somente pra uma criança de 5 anos de idade.Ela foi tirada viva do oceano Índico Hoje (terça feira 30/06/2009). Alguns destroços e corpos também já foram encontrados.O avião da companhia Yemenia, vinha de Sanaa, no Iêmen, rumo a Comores, com 153 pessoas a bordo.

A criança foi resgatada de barco e levada para o hospital em camores mesmo..sua saúde e nacionalidade ainda não foram informados.

Hadji Ali, diretor do aeroporto internacional de Moroni, em Comores, disse que, além da criança, foram resgatados cinco corpos de vítimas.
