As soon as I saw this, I felt like I needed to put it on ‘Feeling Mnml’ immediately! I enjoy various deejays for various reasons, from minimal to trance and everything in between, to sum it up I appreciate good music. Next thing to a deejay who plays great music (and respects others) is his ability to get the crowd into it and bring the energy. That is why Carl Cox is high up on my list. He rocked Movement 09 this past May, probably my favorite, or second favorite set I’ve heard (can’t decide) I am so psyched to see him this Friday at Windsor’s ‘Boom Boom Room’! I’ll be dancing all night long that’s for sure!

Carl Cox – Global Episode 347

I’ll preface this by saying I know everyone is sick to death of hearing about the Bartender. And I know I need to figure out a way to finally, officially let go and move on with my life. And — other than the fact that his bar is right around the corner from where I live and I have to walk by it/him virtually every day — I don’t know why it’s over two months later and I’m still struggling. I guess part of it is that it was the first time I really thought I was on to something good in a long, long time…and he’s somebody I care about. A lot. It’s hard for me to just turn that off and pretend it never happened.

But…I bring him up again — for what I will (try to) promise will be the last time — for two reasons: (1) It always makes me feel better to write things out; and (2) I have found no one really gives a hoot when I blog about food anyway.

My oldest childhood friend will be here tomorrow…and we have several days to pal around in New York before Costa Rica on Thursday…and I am hopeful I will return from this adventure with a new lease on life. Maybe we can perform some sort of ritualistic exorcism that will make me forget he exists. And/or maybe the guy who cut my hair was right and in another week, my life will change forever — even on the man-front.

Until then, I will write, I guess.

There were MANY things the Bartender and I did not have in common. Politics was one of them. He claimed to be a Republican…but I think he was much more moderate than he let on. Let’s face it — I have pretty strong opinions about woman-y things and I really couldn’t stand to be around somebody who told me I should be seen and not heard and the like. Granted, he had a McCain/Palin poster in his apartment, but I think part of his conservative fervor was also that he wanted to set himself up as a counterpoint to the young, urban, liberal hipster archetype.

The Bartender was also very opinionated and liked to talk a lot. In fact, once he told me on my little red couch that he liked our conversations because we didn’t argue — we had friendly debates that made him think about things in new ways. (But I will have to watch myself when it comes to making comments like that or I’m going to get nostalgic.)

And…one of my J-school professors is really into social justice-y topics and wrote a book called, “Denison, Iowa,” on — you guessed it — a year in the life of this Midwestern town. I’m not Amazon, so this may not be an entirely accurate recollection, but, basically…my memory of it is that Denison’s claim to fame is that it’s the birthplace of Donna Reed and so for many, many years it was this wholesome, traditional Midwestern town with wholesome, traditional Midwestern people and wholesome, traditional Midwestern values…and then a bunch of meatpacking plants popped up and immigrants started moving there for jobs and the social dynamics of the town changed considerably. So…my professor spent a year living there during this period of flux and sort of sat back and watched all these changes and the related drama. He illustrated it all with a number of characters in town like the young Latino guy who wanted to start his own business — and so there was all this intrigue about whether he would qualify for the loan in the end…and there was, like, a retired schoolteacher who had lived in Denison her entire life and who started teaching English classes at night…and there was also, like, the crooked cop who hated everyone who wasn’t white. That’s basically the gist.

And so — because the Bartender and I were allegedly on opposite sides of the political spectrum, I was curious what he’d think about this book. So…I let him borrow it. But…when I gave it to him, I said, “My professor wrote this, so I’d really like it back…” and then, half-jokingly, I added, “So, you know, if anything happens while you’re reading this and you decide you hate me and never want to see me again, will you please just, like, leave it in my mailbox or something? I really want it back.” And, of course, he looked at me with a big frowny face and said, “Nooo! That’s not going to happen! You worry too much!”

But sometimes the worrier is right and — sure enough — something happened and he decided that he hates me and never wants to see me again. But not before I let him borrow yet another book…which I’ve been saying is one of my favorites, but I’m not positive that’s entirely true. I just like it a lot and would like it back, too. And you’d better believe that even in the middle of our hours-long, tear-filled, “I don’t understand why you ‘can’t'”-goodbye, I let him know that I wanted those books back. He promised he’d get them to me. That was August 20.

I sent a reminder or two. Nothing.

Then…there was the whole end-of-birthday debacle in September.

So. I decided I would give him a good month-long cushion of no Lisa and then I would make one final plea for those books.

And — this is how crazy I am — both our final fight and my birthday are even-numbered days, so I thought, “Maybe if I wait until an odd day, I’ll have better luck!” Plus, November 5 is Javier Lopez’s birthday and I figured I could, like, channel Javy for strength.

But before I actually had a chance to send him anything that day, lo and behold, I was on my way to meet the Greeting Card Emergency guy and I saw a man walking towards me with a Yankees hat and a cigarette and I thought, “Ohmygod, is that the Bartender?” and then he adjusted his backpack and I realized that, yes, it *was* him and so I got out my phone, but I had no new messages and then we passed by each other and had an eight-word conversation — “How are you?” “Fine. You?” “Fine.” “Books?” “Okay.” — and I turned the corner and my legs turned to jelly and I hyperventilated a little.

I got a new phone post-Bartender and his number is not in it. I had all these messages from him on the old one that I couldn’t bear to delete, but…my memory was full and so every time I’d get a new message it would say, “Memory Low! Delete messages now!” and I would say, “I don’t want to delete any messages!” and so my solution was to just get a new phone. No messages from him in there. No reminders of him.

But I still have that old phone. So…I figured there was no harm in retrieving his number and using the “use once” feature to send a message to that 347-number that I cannot save again. It was perfectly friendly — just to acknowledge that we’d seen each other and it was fine and — I know this is beating a dead horse, but — I’d really appreciate getting those books back.

So, later that very same day, I wrote him something along the lines of…”Hey — I hate to be a pain, but my professor wrote one of those books and the other is one of my favorites and it would mean a lot if I could get them back.” And that’s probably all a normal person would write, but I went on to say that besides making me really happy, I would imagine getting rid of the books would be cathartic and then he’d be free of it all and wouldn’t have any reminders of anything unhappy…and I said that I hoped all was well and that I seriously meant it because I never wanted anything but the best for him…and to prove that very point, I told him how happy I was that Pettitte pitched such a good game and that Matsui hit so well and the Yankees won, in part because I knew how happy it must have made him.

No response. No books.

So…I waited for another odd-numbered day (I hope I do not get, like, institutionalized for admitting that) and sent another message: “Please, T, please? Those books? I’m leaving the country on Thursday. Can I have them back before then?” (If I have to go pick them up at his bar, it would be great to have my oldest childhood friend there with me to figuratively hold my hand…)

But, again, nothing. Radio silence.

And, okay, I guess I have a reputation for being a clingy girl and understand that maybe he’s worried that responding will only fuel the fire and it’s easier to just press “delete” and pretend it never happened. But…it seems to me that the nice thing to do would be to say, “Okay,” or “Sure,” or SOMETHING — even leaving the books in my mailbox in the dark of night. After all, he gets off work at 4:00 AM on the weekends…

And I know I threw a lot of crazy his way, but I was also really good to him — I dropped off pie on National Pie Day because he had to work and couldn’t come to my celebration and I made him cheesecake and planned an elaborate dinner (with meat!) when he was hurt and out of work and poor and sick of eating rice and beans…and I sent him postcards from all of my travels this summer and I spent a small fortune on Yankees tickets for his birthday because he turned 30 and I wanted to do something big and because he hadn’t been to the new stadium and I wanted him to see it. And, you know, I did those things because I care about him and wanted to make him happy, not for future leverage in case I didn’t get my books back…and I was really happy to have somebody to care about and to be able to do those things for, you know? But I don’t understand how it could have devolved into this. My worst nightmare is someone saying, “I can’t love you,” and walking out the door and disappearing forever…and that’s exactly what happened.

I’m not holding out hope he’s going to knock on my freakishly small door and say, “I made a huge mistake!” But it seems pretty rotten to me to just ignore me. I could understand if I was texting him with, “I miss you! Please take me back!” or “Screw you, you manwhore! And give me back my goddamn books!”

But I’m not. I’m trying to be civil…and since I was the one who was so horribly hurt in this escapade, I thought being friendly and nice now would be kind of olive-branch-y, you know? Like, saying, “Yes, I know I was a huge mess the last time you saw me, but I’m basically okay now!”

So…last night, I was debating what to do…and then I got a call from an old coworker saying, “Hey! I just had dinner in your neighborhood — are you around?” So…I met him around the corner from my apartment and he said, “Where should we go?” and I said, “Anywhere but here!” and nodded toward the Bartender’s place. So…we walked up the street to another place…and we talked and caught up and drank…and he really likes my stories, so he always laughs and tells me how funny I am (last time he praised my comic timing — how about that??)…and I hadn’t seen him in awhile, so it was really nice. And…I don’t know how many beers later, I was telling him about trying to get my books back and we had already been out for a good, long time, so we were getting ready to leave…and as I was pointing him to the Subway, the neon lights at the Bartender’s bar shone brightly in the distance and I got all nostalgic and my old coworker said, “We should go in and have one last drink there!” and I said, “Oh, I don’t know…bad things happen when I go into that place…” and he said, “Come on — it’ll be good for you. And I’ll talk to him! I’ll help you get your books back!” And whenever I’m willing to go there, I should always remember that it means I am in no shape to be making decisions like that. But I agreed to go.

It wasn’t particularly crowded…so we were able to get two seats at the bar. The Bartender was behind the bar, but he wouldn’t have anything to do with me. He’s a pretty jealous guy…and, in hindsight, I realized I’ve always gone in there with girlfriends…and so I guess it could have looked like I was on a date or something and that I was rubbing it in his face.

He was wearing a Yankees World Series sweatshirt…so — see? I was right. He *was* really excited. And his stupid boss came out at one point and saw me there and was LOVING the fact that I was there with some guy and that the Bartender wouldn’t acknowledge me.

And, really, I’ve made a complete fool of myself at that place SO MANY times because of him. So they’ve  probably come to expect it of me. And, really, comparatively speaking, this time wasn’t that bad. I didn’t talk to the Bartender. But my old coworker did. And he came back to me and said, “You’ll get your books on Monday. But we should probably go now.”

And then I wanted to know what my old coworker had said and what the Bartender had said…and my old coworker was saying that, you know, he’s no good and I need to move on…blah, blah…and somehow I ended up crying on the sidewalk outside again and blathering on about how I don’t understand how you can just throw somebody away…and that he was always so good with my cat and that even when the little monster bit him, he’d be so patient and kind and call them “love bites,” and I feel like I’m depriving my cat of a father figure now…(see how much sense I was making?)

I’m very stubborn. I need to just accept that I’m never going to understand this and that I’ve already wasted too much energy trying to figure it out. And, I mean, some good came out of the Bartender situation — I was finally able to look at my life and what I actually have control over and realized how important it is to me to finish my book…and I’m so close! I’m almost there! And I know my poor little heart can’t go through something like this again…so next time I have to be really, really careful and — like my friend says — protect it.

I just feel a little more sad than usual today about the whole situation. And it won’t be the end of the world if I don’t get these books back. But I don’t understand why things are the way that they are…and how caring about him became this horrible, unforgivable thing…for which I have now been banned from his life.

So…even after that makeover, I’m not sure if I really am New Lisa after all. I am hoping that Costa Rica and my oldest childhood friend will change that. (And, if nothing else, I will try to find solace in knowing that my hair looked damn good last night.)

As the orientation of its toes makes walking almost impossible, the Artic Loon is, on the other hand, a remarkable swimmer and diver. Indeed, some of them have been captured at 73 meters under the water’s surface! Living in the Arctic and the North-West Territories during the nesting period, it is found along the North-American West Coast during the winter. The length of the Artic Loon is 66 cm.

L’orientation de ses doigts lui rendant la marche presqu’impossible, le plongeon artique est, en retour, un nageur et un plongeur remarquable. En effet, on a déjà capturé certains d’entre eux à 73 mètres sous la surface de l’eau! Habitant de l’Arctique et des Territoires du Nord-Ouest en période de nidification, on peut l’observer le long de la côte Ouest nord-américaine en hiver. Le plongeon artique a une longueur de 66 cm.

Originally from Eurasia, the Smew is a rare visitor along the North-American East Coast and in the Great Lakes area. It is recognised by its sharp and serrated beak that allows it to quite easily catch its prey of fish, crustaceans and water insects. It also has a distinctive flight pattern. Indeed, it holds its beak, head, neck and body along the same horizontal axis. The length of the Smew is 41 cm.

Originaire d’Eurasie, le harle piette est un rare visiteur sur la côte Est nord-américaine et la région des Grands Lacs. On le reconnaît par son bec effilé et dentelé, lui permettant d’attraper assez facilement ses proies, poissons, crustacés et insectes aquatiques. Également, il se distingue par son vol. En effet, il tient le bec, la tête, le cou et le corps sur le même axe horizontal. Le harle piette a une longueur de 41 cm.

As of Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009, at least 4,347 members of the U.S. military had died in the Iraq war since it began in March 2003, according to an Associated Press count.

The figure includes nine military civilians killed in action. At least 3,473 military personnel died as a result of hostile action, according to the military’s numbers.

The AP count is three fewer than the Defense Department’s tally, last updated Thursday at 10 a.m. EDT.

The British military has reported 179 deaths; Italy, 33; Ukraine, 18; Poland, 21; Bulgaria, 13; Spain, 11; Denmark, seven; El Salvador, five; Slovakia, four; Latvia and Georgia, three each; Estonia, Netherlands, Thailand and Romania, two each; and Australia, Hungary, Kazakhstan and South Korea, one death each.

Reasoning: Saw these guys live. Left with mixed feelings. Which you would too. Perhaps you already have mixed feelings just by looking at this album art. The dudes are weird. And in all honesty, the music is weird. It’s heavy, screamo, hip hop, electro, and incredibly fascinating. Ten stars for creativity and for being one of the only bands capable of pulling this kind of music off.

Artist: Paper Rings
Album: Paper Rings

Reasoning: Beautiful electronica, great vocals, creative music. These guys are still somewhat indie, but I’d say they have a lot going for them. Their unique sound could travel quite a distance. The only suggestion I could give is to alter the sound somewhat in the future, as some of the songs on this album kind of mesh together at some points with their familiar sound.

Artist: Paper Route
Album: Absence

Reasoning: So there was this indie band I was in love with called For All the Drifters. They made the catchiest, most wonderful songs ever created by man kind. And now many of the members went all the way and got signed to Motown Records. It’s electronica rock, and they have one of the number one places in my heart as far as bands go. Their latest album absence is a must have and so I obviously suggest to you that you must have it. Soaring keyboards, awesome vocals, rockin’ guitars. What more could a man ask for? Also, you should note that when it comes to making catchy melodies, these guys are at the top of the food chain.

Artist: Jars of Clay
Album: The Long Fall Back to Earth

Reasoning: Jars of Clay has been around for many many years. Their first several albums were all hits in my heart. From acoustic to rock, these guys wrote beautiful songs. They right great chill music with inspiring lyrics. But for awhile they kind of went through a little bit of an awkward stage. But now they’ve totally revitalized their sound with their latest release “The Long Fall Back to Earth.” Their classic sound has now met the recent popular sound of electronica and all the noise of Jars of Clay has collided into their most beautiful album yet.

Artist: David Crowder Band
Album: A Collision or (3+4=7)

Reasoning: David Crowder Band has always been on the far side of worship music. Sure, they’ve always been called a worship band, but they never conformed to the stereotypical sounds of worship music. In fact, this CD is one of the most varied CDs out there. Acoustic to rock, electronic to bluegrass, and much more. It’s very intelligent music and soothing to ears conformed to hear in a world full of unoriginal boring music.

Artist: MuteMath
Album: MuteMath

Reasoning: See MuteMath live and there’s no way you will leave without buying their album. The most insane drummer meets the most creative musicians, who in all honesty brought the sounds of electronica to mainstream radio. It seems they can all play any instrument and are incredible at all of their main instruments. The most energetic live concerts come from these guys and despite how long it took them to put out a new album, this self-titled release held it’s listeners until then.

Artist: Coldplay
Album: Viva La Vida

Reasoning: Not gonna lie. I was freaked out about this album. I mean, how could Coldplay really make an album as unique and beautiful as X&Y? Surprise! They did! From start to finish, Coldplay created a masterpiece that could never be created by another band. And on top of that, being one of the top bands in the world they didn’t even sell out. Their music is far from stereotypical and is somehow continually changing. I can only be excited for their next release.

Artist: For All the Drifters
Album: Drifter

Reasoning: Ah yes. Some of the guys from the band Paper Route above. For All the Drifters was just an indie band, but they won a place in my heart and everyone else I know that has heard of them. This has to be the most fulfilling, catchiest EP of all time. Put it in, listen from start to finish, go to bed, repeat in the morning. There is nothing better than starting at the beginning of the album and hearing the noise of the CD stop spinning when this masterpiece comes to an end. Unfortunately, I have no idea will you’ll ever find it, but you can listen to some of their songs by clicking above. Or head over to listen to their new band Paper Route which is somewhat similar, but a little more electronica based.

Artist: Andy Hunter
Album: Exodus

Reasoning: Oh Andy. You have by far made the most fulfilling full album ever. So many genres of electronica. So many sounds of beauty. Fast songs. Slow songs. This CD never ceases to amaze me. Or stop. Their’s literally hardly any silence in this CD between tracks. It’s the most journey-like album I’ve ever heard and it will forever be one of my favorite albums of all time.

Artist: Switchfoot
Album: The Beautiful Letdown

Reasoning: My brother Jaron discovered Switchfoot first. Therefore I had the urgent need to dislike them. It’s not like we could like the same band, I mean how could we? But then again, I didn’t really care too much for their works before The Beautiful Letdown. And then I was late to really listen to this album. But when I finally came around, I was blown back. This CD has the most insane, convicting, thoughtful, powerful, beautiful, lyrics I have ever heard in my life. It also has a very unique sound and is catchy beyond belief. Sadly, I don’t know that Switchfoot could ever make an album better than this, but that’s okay. I don’t ever want to have to replace it.

Artist: BT
Album: This Binary Universe

Reasoning: No lyrics in this album. Just the most brilliant composer the history of the world has ever seen. And that’s not an understatement. BT beats Mozart to a pulp. There has truly never been a more amazing artist because this guy understands music unlike anyone else. The theory and mathematics behind this music give me a headache. But it’s a good headache! It’s a headache that burns with goosebumps. Yeah, try figuring that one out. The truth is, this album doesn’t need words. This album has everything it needs in the music itself. It’s full of passion and intelligence and it is by far the most creative album that you could ever own. My favorite song would have to be Dynamic Symmetry, and if you’re looking to understand how strongly I mean to use the word brilliance, you should take a listen to that song, especially as it transfers all sorts of musical science on it’s way to a jazzy ending. There is really no real way to describe this album, so I encourage you to just go get it and find out for yourself. A quick note however, the iTunes album seems to be missing some tracks. Make sure you get the entire album, and not just the 2 or 3 tracks they’re offering.

El pasado día 10 os anuncié la intención del Gobierno de suprimir la obligación de presentar los libros fiscales de IVA por medios electrónicos a las sociedades anónimas y limitadas.

Esta información ha quedado confirmada por el propio Ministerio de Economía y Hacienda, con el inicio del trámite de información pública del proyecto de Real Decreto que modifica determinadas obligaciones tributarias formales y procedimientos de aplicación de los tributos, de adaptación de la normativa tributaria a las disposiciones comunitarias y de modificación de otras normas con contenido tributario.

Según se recoge en este proyecto, y por tanto, no debemos tomar como definitivo el texto hasta que se publique en el B.O.E., se pospone hasta el año 2012, para todos los sujetos pasivos que no estén inscritos en el registro de devolución mensual del IVA o del IGIC, la entrada en vigor de la obligación de presentar electrónicamente la información de los libros-registro de dichos Impuestos.

Entre los muchos otros aspectos novedosos que recoge este proyecto de Real Decreto quiero destacar también los siguientes:

• Se exonera a los empresarios individuales de la obligación de presentar la declaración censal de alta en el Censo de Empresarios, Profesionales y Retenedores cuando utilicen el Documento Único Electrónico.
• Los obligados a presentar electrónicamente el modelo 340, habrán de seguir suministrando la información correspondiente a las compensaciones agrícolas satisfechas a personas acogidas al régimen especial de agricultura, ganadería y pesca a través de la declaración anual de operaciones con terceras personas (modelo 347).
• Se especifica el momento y la forma en que el obligado tributario debe declarar las cantidades en metálico derivadas de operaciones incluidas en la declaración anual correspondiente, pero percibidas tras la presentación de la declaración 347.
• Se establece un límite de 6.000 euros a la declaración informativa anual de saldos a 31 de diciembre de créditos o prestamos concedidos por las entidades de crédito a sus clientes, con la clara finalidad de minorar la carga que supone el cumplimiento de dicha obligación.
• Las entidades crediticias deberán informar de las cantidades que entreguen o reciban en metálico por importe superior a 3.000 euros, así como de las operaciones realizadas por empresarios o profesionales adheridos al sistema de cobros mediante tarjeta de crédito o débito cuando el importe neto anual de dichos cobros exceda de 3.000 euros.
• Se adapta el régimen de notificaciones al nuevo contexto que supone la Ley 11/2007, de 22 de junio, de acceso electrónico de los ciudadanos a los servicios públicos, en virtud del cual, se regula la posible atribución a obligados tributarios que no sean personas físicas, de una dirección electrónica a efectos de notificaciones tributarias.
• Se incorpora en la declaración anual de retenciones e ingresos a cuenta efectuados la información relativa a la nueva reducción del 2 por ciento del tipo de retención aplicable en los supuestos en los que el contribuyente comunique al pagador de los rendimientos del trabajo que está destinando cantidades para la adquisición o rehabilitación de su vivienda habitual utilizando financiación ajena por las que vaya a tener derecho a la deducción por inversión en vivienda habitual.
• Se establece en el Imp. sobre Sociedades la exclusión tanto de soportar como de practicar retenciones, de carácter subjetivo, para la Sociedad de Gestión de los Sistemas de Registro, Compensación y Liquidación de Valores, en relación con las rentas derivadas de los préstamos de valores realizados por dicha entidad como mecanismo de aseguramiento de la liquidación en plazo de las operaciones bursátiles.
• En el ámbito aduanero, se introduce la posibilidad que tiene la Administración de comprobar las liquidaciones practicadas incluso cuando hayan sido ya objeto de comprobación administrativa para el levante de las mercancías.
• Se modifica el Reglamento del IVA para adaptarlo a las Directivas 2008/8/CEE, la 2008/9/CE y la 2008/117/CE del Consejo con el fin de que los empresarios o profesionales no establecidos en el territorio de aplicación del Impuesto soliciten la devolución de las cuotas soportadas en el mismo, y se revisa el contenido y plazos de presentación de la declaración recapitulativa de operaciones intracomunitarias.
• Se establece un novedoso sistema mediante el cual los empresarios o profesionales establecidos en el territorio de aplicación del Impuesto solicitarán, por medio de los formularios electrónicos dispuestos en la página web de la AEAT, las cuotas a devolver por operaciones localizadas en otros Estados de la Comunidad. Dicha solicitud electrónica, será remitirá sin demora por la AEAT al Estado de devolución.
• Se revisa la declaración recapitulativa de operaciones intracomunitarias (mod. 349) y se reestructura su contenido. A partir del 1 de enero de 2010, el modelo recogerá información sobre las denominadas prestaciones y adquisiciones intracomunitarias de servicios, operaciones que se localizan y gravan en el Estado en donde está establecido el destinatario de las mismas, siempre que prestador y destinatario sean empresarios o profesionales y actúen como tales.
• Se establece los siguientes plazos de presentación en función de los siguientes umbrales respecto del volumen de entregas de bienes y prestaciones de servicios de carácter intracomunitario:
  • Mensual si se superan 100.000 euros durante 2010 y 2011 (50.000 a partir de 2012).
  • Trimestral, si supera en anterior umbral.

Today I went to town to re loan some books on the library and I also bought some new manga. Surprise!

Fullmetal Alchemist volume 14 and Bleach volume 4 came out a few days ago. I have been longing for FMA 14 since, well since I read it online! But I wanted 15 more.. And I do have it now, but I will probably buy it on Swedish to, but it is unnecessary when I think about it. . . . .  But I still love vol 14. The scene when Roy comes out of the military building and meets Armstrong is just great. And he called Riza beautiful. But not to her face.

And Bleach, I love bleach. I love the first part the most. Now I think its a little much. For example, this weeks chapter was not that good. If you ask me. Ichigo and Ulquria continued to fight and blablabla.. . . Like anyone can think that Ichigo is going to die or anything. To boring.

Btw, that how the FMA and Bleach manga looks like in Sweden.

This week Naruto was something else! I can tell you. Just Awesome! It was not much fight but Hinata finally confessed to Naruto! She was just so cool when she attacked Pain just like that!  She said that she was not afraid to die, protecting him. Because she loves him. That just to sweet. And Narutos face!

Even tough she did not get a hit in on Pain she was still awesome. And you know, Hinata is not one of my favorite characters so that means a lot coming from me. I just hope that Pain did not kill her. But, Kishimota have been killing of rather important charters so it would not surprise me if she did die. But that would be just to sad. Just when I begun to like her. And it did seam like Pain killed her. But we can’t be certain, it may not been fatal.

And team Gaigot some scene time, one page. But that more then they had for a while. Nothing special, but worth mentioning.

Chapter 9 of Mel kano finally came today! I really like that manga. And it’s not one character that I dislike. I at least think so. Not that I can remember. The ones in the picture above is Aki and Naoki. Aki is in love with Naoki but he is no dense to notice. And then he said that sweet thing. It’s to bad that I can’t find that manga anywhere. Ah! I want to read more. 

Oh, just so you know, Aki and Naoki is NOT the main characters. Yes, they is a part in the main cast but they have not gotten that much screen time.

They appeared first in chapter 3 but was not inter used with names until chapter 5. They do have a quaite important part in the story. .  And they have benn present in as many chapters as the ones that I think as the main.

Now, I have been looking at the other chapters and I see that her name was Amare, not Aki. . . Now I’m confused. What is it! In my opinion Aki sounds better then Amare.

Well. . . Lets just say that they are two of the main.

Well, I think that was all the manga today. No One piece this week.

I have Seen Clannadafter story today! It was a good episode. When I think of it, nothing special happened. But I still liked it.

A guess who also back? Botan! You know, Kyos little boar. Now apparently under the name Nabe.

Last week, did I or did I not say that Kyou was Ushios teacher? Yes I did. Well that was very obvious. If you remembered what she said she wanted to be.

Tomoya imagine/dreamt about how it whould be if Nagisa was still alive.

Tomoya would be the one learning Ushio to play cards. So sweet. Right?

You know, I almost cried watching this. And when Tomoya started to cry it was even worse for me. Ååå. . . I miss Nagisa.

Fuuko showed up again. Still acting like a ten year old. But in one or two parts she did act a little mature.  In one way Fuuko is like me. She canät resit Ushio. She came, wanting to play with her.

This comment is just to great. :’D Fuuko, Fuuko, Fuuko. And like he would tell her if he did put drugs in it.

And, as before Fuuko want Ushio to be her sister so her tries to take her home. But Tomoya did stop her. Don’t worry.

And here, is the sad part in this episode. Ushio has a fever. But I don’t think that it’s a normal cold. I just hope that it isn’t the same disease that Nagisa had. That was just to bad. And it was the atlectic day the day after.

I really wish that they don’t kill Ushio. Then I would not be able to forgive them.

And now, we’re up to Toradora!

Åh, Ryuji, you’re just great. The boys entered the girls room on the school trip just to find it empty the two that hangs with Ryuji and Yuusaku was looking at thier clothes. And Ryuji was cleaning. . . . .

And then of coure, someone entered. In this case Taiga. So everyone got into the closet. That was empty becasue all the girls stuf was out on the floor.

But then Taiga noticed that the door(closet) was a little open and then the other girls came to the boys dragged her in. Well that’s cramped.

And then when the girl finally ledt they collapesed in a dog pile.

Another half handholding. Ryuuji and Minori.

This was a great episode in my opinion. Until the last minutes.

Taiga accidentally told Ruuji that she loves him.  Which she don’t remember.  And the moment she sid that my hope fell.

I am a Minori/Ryuuji fangirl and I really dislike the Taiga/Ryuuji paring. And I feared the worsted.

So I looked up some spoiler. Yes, I know I said that I wasn’t going to do that. But I was desperate. But the spoilers confused me. I did not completely understand them. Apparently Minori does love Ryuuji but in the end Ryuuji tuns away with Taiga? I guess that it’s only 5 more episodes so in a month or so I will know. But I don’t fell like watching cause I really don’t want Taiga with Ryuuji. Minori is so cute.

Now I don’t have more to say, I think. Se you tomororrow.

Overall, it seems that Ulquiorra has another level. Many people predicted that Ichigo had hidden power that he had yet to release. However, Ulquiorra threatens Ichigo when he says that there is even a greater gap in their power.

Another spoiler I read is even more interesting, or just a better translation. Basically it says that Ichigo’s mask is completely (not partially) blown off, but he has the dark eyes for awhile, though they eventually fade. Ionue expresses to Ishida that she wants to see Ichigo, and he carries her. Then, Ulquiorra basically transforms like Frieza did… Oops another DBZ allusion. I’m sorry folks I guess it’s a Freudian slip or all of these manga that I love so much lack creativity.

El pasado 23 de de octubre de 2008 se publicó en el B.O.E. la Orden EHA/3012/2008, de 20 de octubre, por la que se aprueba el modelo 347 de Declaración anual de operaciones con terceras personas, así como los diseños físicos y lógicos y el lugar, forma y plazo de presentación.

Esta nueva Orden ha venido a recoger los cambios normativos originados por el Real Decreto 1065/2007, de 27 de julio, aprueba el Reglamento General de las actuaciones y los procedimientos de gestión e inspección tributaria y de desarrollo de las normas comunes de los procedimientos de aplicación de los tributos.

Entre las novedades introducidas destacan:

• El establecimiento de la posibilidad de presentar declaraciones complementarias o sustitutivas, que se realizará desde el servicio de consulta y modificación de declaraciones informativas de la oficina virtual.
• Se ha eliminado la modalidad de presentación de la declaración mediante soporte colectivo directamente legible por ordenador.
• Se ha establecido en 30.000 registros el límite para poder realizar la presentación telemática del modelo a través de Internet. En caso de superarse dicho límite habrá que realizarlo obligatoriamente por vía telemática por teleproceso o en soporte individual directamente legible por ordenador.

Formas de presentación del modelo 347

Se establece la obligatoriedad de su presentación telemática por internet, siempre que no contengan más de 29.999 registros de personas o entidades relacionadas en la declaración y registros de inmuebles para:

• Obligados tributarios personas jurídicas que tengan la forma de sociedades anónimas o de responsabilidad limitada.
• Obligados tributarios adscritos a la Delegación Central de Grandes Contribuyentes o a alguna de las Unidades de Gestión de Grandes Empresas de la AEAT.

El resto de obligados tributarios podrán los siguientes formatos de presentación:

• Cuando no contengan más de 29.999 registros de personas o entidades relacionadas en la declaración y registros de inmuebles:
  • En impreso, siempre que la declaración no contenga más de 15 registros, tanto en formulario ajustado al modelo como en impreso generado mediante la utilización del módulo de impresión desarrollado por la AEAT.
    Como curiosidad, destacaría la referencia expresa a que los datos impresos declaraciones prevalecerán sobre las alteraciones o correcciones manuales que pudieran producirse sobre los mismos, por lo que éstas no producirán efectos ante la Administración tributaria.
  • Por vía telemática a través de Internet
  • Por vía telemática por teleproceso
• Cuando contengan más de 29.999 registros, cualquiera que sea la persona o entidad obligada a su presentación, deberán presentar la declaración:
  • por vía telemática por teleproceso, o
  • en soporte directamente legible por ordenador, cuya información deberá haber sido validada con carácter previo a su presentación utilizando el programa elaborado al efecto por la AEAT, y que habrán de ser exclusivamente individuales y deberán cumplir las siguientes características:
    • Tipo: CD-R (Compact Disc Recordable) de 12 cm.
    • Capacidad: hasta 700 Mb
    • Formato: ISO/IEC DIS 9660:1999, con extensión o sin extensión Joliet.
    • No multisesión.

Presentación telemática por teceros

La presentación telemáica a través de Internet del referido modelo 347 puede ser efectuada, bien por el propio declarante o bien por tercero que actúe en su representación, tanto bajo la forma de Colaboración Social, como mediante el sistema de apoderamientos (Vector de representación)

Problemas de carácter técnico a la hora de llevar a cabo la presentación telemática

Al igual que ha ocurrido con otros modelos, para la declaración 347 también se ha establecido una salvedad en cuanto al plazo de presentación se refiere cuando existan razones de carácter técnico.

Así, en aquellos supuestos que existan razones de carácter técnico que impidieran efectuar la presentación telemática por Internet o por teleproceso en el plazo establecido (durante el mes de marzo de cada año), dicha presentación podrá efectuarse durante los tres días naturales siguientes al de finalización del mencionado plazo.
