<p>Um arsenal formado por armas pesadas, algumas delas privativas das Forças Armadas  e com alto poder de fogo, foi apreendido pela Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), no final da manhã de ontem, em um ônibus que fazia a rota São Paulo/Natal. As armas seriam entregues,  hoje pela manhã na capital potiguar, a um homem que não teve a identidade revelada. O paulista Ivaldo Gomes da Silva Filho, 30 anos de idade, era quem trazia as armas e está preso, na Policia Federal de Vitória da Conquista, interior da Bahia, onde ocorreu a apreensão das armas.</p>
<p>O arsenal foi descoberto no bagageiro de um ônibus  interestadual de Curvelo (MG) – placas GSV 4808 – durante uma blitz dos patrulheiros rodoviários. As armas, segundo depoimento de Ivaldo à PRF, foram embarcadas no Terminal Rodoviário do Tietê, em São Paulo. Desempregado, ele disse que foi “um  amigo” que o convenceu a trazer as armas para Natal, em troca de três mil reais. Ivaldo alega que não conhecia a pessoa a quem seria entregue o arsenal e que o combinado foi ele esperar uma ligação telefônica, na madrugada de hoje, com mais instruções para fazer a entrega.</p>
<p>O arsenal surpreendeu a polícia pelo alto poder de fogo. A principal peça é uma metralhadora antiaérea de calibre ponto 50. Esta é uma arma privativa das Forças Armadas, mais potente e letal que a metralhadora ponto 30, usada pelos traficantes do Rio de Janeiro, no último dia 17, para derrubar um helicóptero da PM, durante a guerra entre traficantes rivais. Ivaldo trazia também uma escopeta de calibre 12, uma pistola 9 milímetros, uma semi-automática de 380 milímetros, nove munições ponto 50, 60 para pistolas 9 milímetros, 380/12 para a escopeta, trouxas de cocaína e maconha.</p>
<p>“Estranho como se tem facilidade para embarcar uma arma poderosa como essa. Só havia visto em filmes de guerra”, comentou o inspetor da PRF, Jorge Chagas, que participou da apreensão.</p>
<p>Depois de embarcadas na capital paulista, as armas que abasteceriam o crime organizado no Rio Grande do Norte viajaram mais de 1,5 mil quilômetros -  quase a metade do percurso para  Natal &#8211; sem que chamassem a atenção. Somente na blitz da PRF na BR 116, no posto de controle de Vitória da Conquista, é que o arsenal foi descoberto no bagageiro do ônibus. Além de Ivaldo, outros 20 passageiros viajavam no veículo, mas nenhum percebeu o que estava acontecendo. Depois de identificar o dono da bagagem onde as armas estavam escondidas, os patrulheiros liberaram o ônibus que seguiu viagem. O motoboy ficou preso e começou a ser ouvido ainda no local. “Um amigo me chamou para essa parada e me prometeu R$ 3 mil”, disse Ivaldo. Segundo a PRF baiana, ele explicou que as armas seriam  entregues em Natal, no Rio Grande do Norte, na madrugada desta terça-feira, 27. “O cara que iria receber as armas deveria ligar pra mim às quatro horas”, contou Ivaldo.</p>
<p>O motoboy não tem passagens pela polícia e contou que só aceitou fazer o transporte porque está desempregado, com aluguel atrasado e precisando de grana para consertar a moto. “Foi um colega que me colocou nessa empreitada e agora não sei o que fazer. Tenho quatro filhas pequenas e que precisam de mim”, disse. As armas apreendidas foram encaminhadas para a  Delegacia Regional da Polícia Federal, que deverá prosseguir com a investigação.</p>
<p><strong>Apreensão preocupa Maurílio Pinto</strong></p>
<p>Para o delegado Maurílio Pinto de Medeiros, um dos mais experientes do estado, uma apreensão como a que houve ontem chega a preocupar, mas ao mesmo tempo lembra que não é tão raro o uso deste tipo de arma aqui no Rio Grande do Norte. E citou o assaltante José Valdetário Benevides, o “Valdetário Carneiro”, que aterrorizou o estado com homicídios e assaltos violentos e fugas ousadas nos anos 90.</p>
<p>“Ele gostava deste tipo de arma. E não é a primeira vez que recebemos informações deste tipo de armamento aqui no RN”, disse Maurílio. Em 4 de novembro de 2000, Valdetário escapou de Alcaçuz com mais 39 detentos depois que comparsas atacaram o presídio com uma  metralhadora .50 montada em cima de uma caminhonete. O assaltante foi morto pela polícia em 10 de dezembro de 2003.</p>
<p>O delegado confirmou que a possibilidade de a metralhadora  estar vindo para Natal levanta a hipótese do planejamento de um assalto a banco ou a um carro-forte. “Agora é preciso fazer um levantamento e investigar para quem ele estava trazendo a arma”.</p>
<p>Através da assessoria de imprensa a Secretaria de Segurança e Defesa Social (Sesed) divulgou que foi informada sobre a apreensão logo depois que ela ocorreu. E que desde então contatos vêm sendo feitos com as polícias Federal e Rodoviária Federal na Bahia. A Sesed ressaltou, porém que o fato preocupa não só o RN e a BA, mas todo o Nordeste, já que a arma poderia ser deixada  também nos estados cortados pelo itinerário: Sergipe, Alagoas, Paraíba e Pernambuco.</p>
<p>A Polícia Federal no RN informou que a investigação deve transcorrer mesmo pela superintendência baiana. Mas dependendo do que for dito pelo suspeito, os colegas do RN podem ser solicitados para que colaborem  com informações que sejam importantes.</p>

<p style="text-align:left;">Um homem foi preso na Bahia em um ônibus que vinha para Natal, transportando uma metralhadora .50, capaz de derrubar um avião. Ivaldo Gomes da Silva Filho, de 30 anos, saiu de São Paulo e foi preso por volta das 11h30 desta segunda-feira (26) em uma fiscalização de rotina da Polícia Rodoviária Federal, no km 830 da BR-116, região de Vitória da Conquista, sul do estado baiano.</p>
<p>Além da metralhadora de calibre .50, e nove balas (cada um chega a medir 10 centímetros), o homem transportava em uma das malas duas pistolas, (01 cal 380 e a outra 9Mm), uma escopeta de calibre 12 e 18 balas, 50g de cocaína e 100g de maconha.</p>
<p>Em depoimento, Ivaldo informou a polícia que receberia R$ 3 mil para transportar o material até Natal. Ele foi levado para a delegacia da cidade, onde continua à disposição da justiça.</p>

Am învăţat lucruri noi şi am ajuns să înţeleg mai bine altele din trecut. Am întâlnit o mulţime de oameni minunaţi, agreabili şi extrem de colocviali, un gen de oameni pe care îi credeam dispăruţi &#8230; mai ales la noi în ţară.  Cu toate că, în momentul când bat cu sălbăticie butoanele tastaturii mele, am atins un nivel de oboseală fizică ce mă apropie de dezintegrare, psihicul meu este mai energic decât un oltean alimentat la 380.<br />
Ştiu că sună ciudar dar m-am întâlnit pe mine într-o femeie, mai precis am întâlnit o femeie cu aceleaşi tipare generale de gândire şi comportament ca ale mele, fapt ce m-a pus în situaţia de a-mi reanaliza poziţia pe scara masculinităţii.<br />
Am avut norocul să iau în picioare fiecare ţeavă, pavea sau piatră &#8220;binecuvântată cu blesteme&#8221; ce mi-a ieşi în cale de-a lungul drumului dinspre facultate spre staţia de microbuze (Stargate-ul meu).<br />
Odată ajuns la destinaţia prefinală am realizat, cu zâmbetul pe buze, că am pierdut maşina cu care trebuia să ajung din oraşul de studiu în oraşul de baştină şi considerând varianta trenului am ajuns la concluzia că următorul tren în direcţia &#8220;Casă&#8221; era abia la 05:10. </p>
<p>Cum opţiunile se apropiau de 0, ideea unei bănci în parcul municipal ajunsese să sune deja foarte confortabil în mintea mea iar un tomberon plin cu cartoane era o altă opţiune viabilă. Însă nu am avut ocazia să experimentez stilul de viaţă &#8220;homeless&#8221; nici măcar pentru o noapte dar &#8230; niciodată nu se ştie unde mă poate purta viaţa <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  !</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Hoje acordei e pensei que iria subir o morro, choveu e decidi ir na rodoviária de Curitiba para ver o movimento de volta do feriado. Encontrei um pessoal legal, trocamos algumas idéias e fotos. Não briguei muito com minha digital hoje e consegui ver alguns carros inéditos.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Uma coisa que não entendi é como a Catarinense, consegue tirar tantos carros da série 20 e 21 e botar em Curitiba, só na volta pra casa devo ter visto uns 7 chegando a capital paranaense, fora o que já tinha passado durante o dia.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Nessa primeira parte vou colocar as melhores fotos feitas durante o dia, com luz boa.</p>

<p>The Rufous Hummingbird is the only variety of its species that nests in the northern part of North America, as far as the Yukon and Alaska. Found at low altitudes along the Pacific coast, West of the Rocky Mountains, it migrates southward in the winter, to reach Mexico. It feeds mainly on flowers – such as columbines and tiger lilies, for instance – and sap. The length of the Rufous Hummingbird is 10 cm.</p>
<p>Le colibri roux est le seul de son espèce à nicher au Nord du continent, et ce, jusqu’au Yukon et en Alaska. Observé à basse altitude le long de la côte du Pacifique, à l’ouest des montagnes Rocheuses, il migre vers le sud, en saison hivernale, pour rejoindre le Mexique. Il se nourrit principalement de fleurs, tels que l’ancolie du Canada et le lis tigré plus exactement, et de sève. Le colibri roux a une longueur de 10 cm.</p>

<p>A night-hunting and sedentary bird, the Boreal Owl nests in boreal and mixed forests, on the Îles-de-la-Madeleine, in Acadia and on Cape Breton island. It diet is varied and made up of voles, shrews, mice, birds, frogs and insects. During the winter, it visits other regions close to its nesting area. The length of the Boreal Owl is 22 to 27 cm.</p>
<p>Oiseau nocturne et sédentaire, le nyctale de Tengmalm niche en forêts boréale et mixte, aux Îles-de-la-Madeleine, en Acadie et à l’Île du Cap-Breton. Son régime alimentaire est varié et se compose de campagnols, de musaraignes, de souris, d’oiseaux, de grenouilles et d’insectes. En hiver, il visite d’autres régions à proximité de son aire de nidification. Le nyctale de Tengmalm a une longueur de 22 à 27 cm.</p>

<p>The habitat of the Snow Goose includes the watercourses and the shallow ponds and lakes of the Arctic tundra. A migratory bird, it travels in enormous flocks along an axis leading from the Arctic to the State of Virginia in the United States. In the spring and the fall, it stages a halt along the Saint Lawrence River, especially around Cap-Tourmente, to get some brief rest! A vegetarian, the Snow Goose feeds on Scirpus rhizomes and seeds. Its length is 64 to 76 cm.</p>
<p>L’oie des neiges a pour habitat les cours d’eau, les étangs et les lacs peu profonds de la toundra arctique. Migratrice, elle voyage en immenses volées sur un axe la menant de l’Arctique à l’état de la Virginie, aux États-Unis. <p>MANILA, Philippines – Rescuers pulled more bodies from swollen rivers and debris-strewn streets Tuesday, pushing the toll from flooding in the northern Philippines to more than 284 dead or missing, while two new storms brewing in the <span id="lw_1254222260_0">Pacific</span> threatened to complicate relief efforts.</p>
<p>Authorities ordered extra police to be deployed to prevent looting in communities abandoned by fleeing residents, as frustration rose among those who have lost their homes or belongings.</p>
<p>Queues of bedraggled victims grew long at hundreds of aid distribution centers as floodwaters subsided further and more people went in search of food, clean water, dry clothes and shelter.</p>
<p><span id="lw_1254222260_1">President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo&#8217;s</span> administration — sensitive to criticism it did not give sufficient warning of the deluge or was too slow to respond — conceded it was overwhelmed but said it was doing all it could to help.</p>
<p>The homes of nearly 1.9 million people in the capital and surrounding areas were inundated by flooding unleashed by <span id="lw_1254222260_2" style="background:transparent none repeat scroll 0 0;cursor:pointer;">Tropical Storm</span> Ketsana at the weekend, the <span id="lw_1254222260_3" style="border-bottom:1px dashed #0066cc;cursor:pointer;">National Disaster Coordinating Council</span> said. Nearly 380,000 people have sought shelter in schools, churches and other evacuation centers.</p>
<p>The council said 246 were confirmed dead late Tuesday, with 38 missing.</p>
<p>Officials appealed for international aid, warning they may not have enough resources to withstand two new storms forecasters have spotted east of the island nation in the <span id="lw_1254222260_4">Pacific Ocean</span>. One could hit the northern Philippines later this week and the other early next week, although meteorologists say that could change.</p>
<p>Ketsana, which scythed across the northern Philippines on Saturday, dumped more than a month&#8217;s worth of rain in just 12 hours, causing the country&#8217;s worst flooding in 40 years. The storm strengthened into a typhoon mid-Monday and crashed into <span id="lw_1254222260_5" style="background:transparent none repeat scroll 0 0;cursor:pointer;">Vietnam&#8217;s central coast</span> on Tuesday, killing at least 23 people, officials there said. Some 170,000 people were evacuated from its path.</p>
<p>In the Philippines, authorities rescued more than 12,000 people, but unconfirmed reports of more deaths abound, Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro said.</p>
<p>Water that reached shoulder-depth in parts of the capital&#8217;s streets on Saturday had subsided in many areas by Tuesday. People trudged through ankle-deep sludge to reach shelters where volunteers handed out bottles of water and other items. Elsewhere, people used shovels and brooms to begin mopping-up.</p>
<p>Many people complained the aid was too coming too slowly, and was not enough.</p>
<p>Arroyo said those who suffered had a right to complain but appealed to them to understand that the scale of the disaster was huge.</p>
<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re responding to the extent we can to this once-in-a-lifetime typhoon emergency,&#8221; she said in a statement issued Tuesday.</p>
<p>Arroyo opened part of the presidential palace as a relief center, where hundreds of people queued Tuesday for packets of noodles and other food donated by companies and individuals. At another center, Arroyo&#8217;s executive chef cooked <span id="lw_1254222260_6">gourmet food</span> for victims.</p>
<p>Arroyo and her Cabinet said they would donate two months&#8217; salary to the relief effort.</p>
<p>But conditions in many hard-hit areas remained squalid.</p>
<p>In the <span id="lw_1254222260_7">Bagong Silangan</span> area in the capital, about 150 people sheltered on a covered basketball court that had been turned into a makeshift evacuation center for storm victims. People lay on pieces of cardboard amid piles of garbage and swarming flies, their belongings crammed into bags nearby.</p>
<p>Seventeen white wooden coffins, some of them child-sized, lined one part of the court. A woman wept quietly beside one coffin.</p>
<p>The storm left entire communities covered in mud, cars upended on city streets and power lines cut.</p>
<p>The government declared a &#8220;state of calamity&#8221; in metropolitan Manila and 25 storm-hit provinces, allowing officials to use emergency funds for relief and rescue. Arroyo would issue an executive order within the week declaring a national holiday as &#8220;clean up day,&#8221; the palace said.</p>
<p>The United States has donated $100,000 and deployed a military helicopter and five rubber boats manned by about 20 American soldiers from the country&#8217;s south, where they have been providing counterterrorism training. The <span id="lw_1254222260_8">United Nations Children&#8217;s Fund</span> and the World Food Program have also provided food and other aid.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>The last time I played everything was okay but when I tried to log-in today at five in the afternoon the Luna game client was giving me a notice that tells me about a <strong>GameGuard Error 380</strong>. Below is a screenshot.</p>

<p style="text-align:left;">I didn&#8217;t know why my game client acted this way so I restarted my computer. But the same problem still occurs so I did a reinstall of the game client. But, to my surprise, the error didn&#8217;t go away. I restarted the system a few more times but to no avail.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">So I went to the CS Page to ask suggestions from their support team. [GM]Seto told me to do an Antivirus checkup and/or System Restore since the issue seems to be involved in something that altered my system&#8217;s settings. I saw his point and so I did his suggestions. I did an Antivirus checkup first but there wasn&#8217;t any malicious software. All I got were three warnings. So next thing I did was System Restore to last week when my game client was okay. I thought that move was going to be the solution but then again I was wrong. The same GameGuard Error was still there and I was getting irritated.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">My head started to hurt so I took a break and ate supper. I was out of ideas anyway.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">It took me four hours to find the problem solver. It was nine in the evening today when I got my game client up and running again. It is all thanks to Google and this site: <a href="http://www.gameguard.co.kr/gameguard/faq/eng/FAQ_3xx.htm" target="_blank">nProtect GameGuard FAQ on Error Code 340, 350, 361, 380</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Following from the instructions in the site, here&#8217;s what I did:</p>
<ul>
<li>Open your Internet Explorer browser</li>
<li>Go to Tools -&#62; Internet Options -&#62; Connections -&#62; LAN Settings</li>
<li>Uncheck the proxy server button (if it is ON)</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align:left;">It is really odd that the problem was because of Internet Explorer&#8217;s (IEs) LAN Settings and ironic because we do not use IE to browse the Internet here at home. So that means I still don&#8217;t fully understand why my game client acted this way today. LOL. But at least I got my game client back on track. I can now play Luna again. And I learned many things about<strong> GameGuard Error 380</strong> today.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Seguramente muchos (sobretodo si eres de Guadalajara) la conocerán como la &#8220;ranchochenta&#8221;, el &#8220;sexochenta&#8221;, o muchos otros apodos que uno puede conocer con subirse un poco a este camión. Pues bien, quiero platicar un poco de un recorrido que decidí hacer en ella, una especie de cronología urbana de los medios de transporte representados en tan insigne microbús (en realidad me cambié de casa y tengo que usar esa chingadera para llegar a la universidad&#8230;).</p>
<p>La primera odisea es llegar a la parada. Esta ruta tiene su camino por todo lo que en Guadalajara es el periférico, o en realidad, semiperiférico, porque no está completo. Si no tienes que cruzarlo, no hay problema, pero en caso contrario, tienes que lidiar con una horda de amables automovilistas que por supuesto se preocupan por el peatón y no avientan su carro como pensando en lograr puntos cual personaje de Grand Theft Auto, y como nuestras amables autoridades se han avocado en poner puentes a su muy misteriosa manera, pues hay que burlar esos pequeños artilugios móviles de metal. Ya estando en la parada, uno se tiene que preparar para estar atento al momento en que dicho transporte se vea llegar, porque hay que luchar por un lugar en la parte trasera del camión, ya que entrar por adelante es prácticamente imposible a no se que seas un suicida en potencia y quieras morir asfixiado por los cuerpos sudorosos y los vigorizantes gases que emanan cada 5 minutos. Aunque por detrás no es muy diferente (la puerta, puercos), al menos tienes oportunidad de defender los 5 mm de espacio que conseguiste con el sudor de tu&#8230;.frente.</p>

<p>A continuación viene el show en grande. Por lo visto los choferes tienen algo parecido a una desvinculación con el mundo que los rodea, o sienten que su unidad es como un vortex donde todo cabe sin necesidad de saberlo acomodar. Al estar tan lleno de seres carnosos dicho armatoste, pues es normal que sucedan experiencias cuasisexuales donde bien puedes perder la virginidad en partes de tu cuerpo donde siempre habías sido y siempre pensaste que continuarías casto y puro; algunas ocasiones se puede escuchar la clásica frase &#8220;te la cambio&#8221;, o &#8220;el de abajo es mío y las de arriba también&#8221;. Algo que podemos poner a  favor del 380, es que no existe la discriminación, aquí se agarra parejo: flacos, gordos, altos, chaparros, negros (bueno, tal vez nazgul no) y blancos, mujeres, hombres o quimeras; en este lugar a nadie se le niega el placer.</p>

<p>Mi recorrido llegó hasta aquí, y no por falta de ideas, o por hueva, sino porque en un afán por mostrarme uno de los tantos atractivos del &#8220;puercochenta&#8221;, el amable vacuno mal llamado conductor (o al revés?¿ nahhh), tuvo la gracia de chocar contra otro camión, por lo que todos tuvimos que abandonar la unidad, no sin mostrar nuestro rostro de insatisfacción por un <em>coitus interruptus</em> que no nos esperábamos. Ya volveremos, después de todo, el motel sobre ruedas, la 380, seguirá ahí para recordarnos porque debemos estar agradecidos con nuestro sistema de transporte. Ya luego les contaré sobre el bendito Macrobús&#8230;..</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p style="text-align:center;">Ok, so this post is about the Hot Mitsubishi vehicles that for one reason or another, we do not have in the US&#8230; &#8220;<strong>Why Not U.S. (United States)?&#8221; </strong>In some cases, the vehicles here never made it to production from Concept status. In other cases, they made production, but never cleared US customs or Mitsubishi Corporate in order to be sold in North America.</p>
<dt>This first case, the 9th Generation Galant Ralliart is unique in that it actually met both of the above requirements. It is available for sale in the US&#8230; but for what?! To prove again that Mitsubishi has a &#8220;good start&#8221; or &#8220;some good points&#8221; but other than the EVO, doesn&#8217;t really have a total package offering? We&#8217;re talking about the descendant of the mighty Galant VR-4, and all we can get is a capable 3.8L V6 with a 5spd automatic (Sportronic though it may be), and FWD? Come on Mitsu&#8230;? I know we can do better that that. If the concept Eclipse (which we will touch on later) had AWD and was built on a platform using the 3.8, why couldn&#8217;t the Galant also have AWD. Why is there no 9th Generation version of the Galant VR-4 even though it was wildly popular worldwide &#8211; even in the 8th Generation? </dt>

<p>The Eclipse GSX is another vehicle that Mitsubishi faithful have mourned for years since it was phased out in 2000. The V6 offerings have done okay, but there&#8217;s nothing like the AWD launch and the insane grip it provides in the corners. A concept was constructed by Ralliart &#8211; Mitsubishi&#8217;s official tuning wing. I know I can say I&#8217;ve never seen it anywhere but on the internet. What give&#8217;s Mitsu? How do you expect sales to increase when you take away all the cars the long-term faithful buyers love the most?</p>

<p>The above pic leads us into talk about the Street Raider Concept. This is very close to my heart since I drive a Mitsubishi Mighty Max &#8211; a great truck, but one that is definitely much smaller. It limits both my towing and dating capability (sometimes size does matter).  :-)</p>

<p style="text-align:left;">Since the Mitsubishi Diamante was phased out of production, many expected the 9th Generation Galant (finally with enough interior room for four normally-sized humans), to be the new flagship &#8220;luxury&#8221; cruiser. But really Mitsubishi? What multi-millionaire is going to conduct his or her international business, pick up their children, or go on a hot date in that car &#8211; especially when they could do it in a Mercedes, Aston, (fill in the blank) instead? And trust me, I LOVE Mitsubishi (thus the blog), but I&#8217;m no idiot. They might choose the Galant, but it won&#8217;t be their first choice by any stretch. The Diamante used to be the flagship, but couldn&#8217;t quite get all the details right either to gain the necessary mass appeal. Here is a picture of a pretty attractive cruiser concept that also never made it to the US shores &#8211; the ZT.</p>

<p>Now, I&#8217;ve gotta admit&#8230; until I did the research for this post, I had never even heard of this next vehicle. It&#8217;s called the Mitsubishi 380 because it too has the 3.8L V6 at it&#8217;s heart. Kind of looks like the 9th Gen. Galant huh? This Ralliart version of the 380 has a Twin-screw Helical Supercharger, Koni Suspension, Upgraded Intake and Exhaust, and 5-spd Manual Transmission with a Limited Slip Differential! <strong>&#8220;Why Not U.S.?&#8221;</strong></p>

<p>A Russian-based tuning company called E-Go built this concept &#8211; The Revolt &#8211; clearly as the evolution (if you&#8217;ll pardon the pun) of the 3000GT.  It&#8217;s built on the same 3.0L Twin Turbo V6 motor with a Six-Speed Transmission. Dear Mitsubishi, will it remain a wet dream, or will we bring the heat to the other car companies by setting fire to the streets with new ideas?</p>

<p>Ok, I will end this session with a nod to circuit racing. It is what I aspire to most, and I long to see the Diamonds on the circuit track and in the winner&#8217;s circle where they rightfully belong. When I saw the Jim Russell Racing School Formula 3 Car powered by the Turbocharged Mitsubishi Evolution motor, my heart almost stopped with amazement. Not that I thought something like that couldn&#8217;t be done, but I thought it never had been and was beginning to fear it never would be. I was ecstatic to know that not only had it been done, but was proven very successful by an organized group who used it again and again.</p>
<p>Infineon Raceway is one of the world&#8217;s premier circuits and the Jim Russell Racing School is also highly regarded. Mitsubishi race cars are not only fast, but powerful and reliable &#8211; just like I&#8217;ve always said. So, Dear Mitsubishi, why aren&#8217;t there more of them? Where are the F3, (insert racing series here), cars with Mitsubishi Power under the hood? If everyone knows that you race on Sunday and sell on Monday, and Mitsubishi has had trouble with sales in the U.S., why do we not do more racing in the U.S.? </p>

I quit Club Penguin back when my membership expired which was maybe early February?  Then all of these old items were coming back, and there were a lot of newbies acting like they knew everything about Club Penguin being all arrogant, it made me quite mad. Miko might still post, idk if she will or not. But it is for sure that I will not be posting anymore. Club Penguin is <em>definitely</em> now more focused on a younger audience. Which is ok, but it feels odd trying to talk to kids who could be anywhere between 3 and 7 years younger than you :/  . I&#8217;m not too sad about quiting the blog because I don&#8217;t think anybody really comes to this blog anymore which is ok because no one is maintaining it anymore lol. SO, I&#8217;d like to thank everyone for over the years coming to this site, it was really fun while it lasted! <strong>Also, if you see me, Snowballkate, on Club Penguin, it is more than likely NOT me.</strong></p>

Based on a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home using part of the home as a rental, therfore allowing first-homebuyers  to afford a buy, part of the home is sealed off from the rest, creating a rentable one-bedroom, one-bathroom home.<br />

The rent is taken into account when assessing borrowing capacity and surplus income can be used for bigger mortgage repayments.<br />

“The home can easily be converted back to a standard four-bedroom, two-bathroom home at a later date if the owners wish,” he said.<br />

Homeowners are advised to use a property manager to handle the rent collection and tenancy details.</p>
