I love how provocative the outfits are….this is Beyoncé on fire…and we already know Lady Gaga likes to literally set the stage on fire.

Ok so I was up till 3am and I couldn’t keep awake to do any more work! soo now I’m going into Uni with hardly anything…AND if that wasnt bad enough it’s absolutely pouring down outside! GREAT. well wish me luck!

If there is no reason, then we will create it.In this case on  Monday November 16, 2009, Rihanna performed at the Brixton Academy with star-studded guests including guest rappers Jay-Z and the Young Jeezy along for the ride.

Rhianna’s rider included a very comfy multi-coloured arm-chair. At 11pm, on the way out the driver hadn’t closed the trunk of the van and Rhianna’s luggage spilled out all over the road.

 After the luggage was locked away, Rihanna and her entourage headed for some sushi at Nozomi.

 They then headed to the Royal fave Mahiki nightclub to party until 3am, where she was joined by Jay-Z and Beyoncé.

Photos sometimes only tell part of  the story,but I find the contrast between these two to be interesting.

Both are dynamic stars with larger than life personalities and legions of fans.

 He was caught in London with his wife, to attend the Royal fave Mahiki nightclub after a gig at the O2 arena to party until 3am with Rhianna.

I wrote a story at 3AM during one of my usual bouts of insomnia. So far I have gotten 16 great reviews and many PM’s asking me to continue it. I’m happy about that. For a story written at such a late hour and at a  time my muse usually comes up with crazy shit, people seem to really like it. I’m shocked. I mean, I usually get great reviews, but I at least get one review that makes me want to murder the person who wrote it (I’m a violent person, I realize this. I’m okay with that).

So yeah, that’s what has happened since I last updated. I just wanted to blog about this. I’m weird like that.

i’ve been in a weird funk-haze. i’ve been lazy– ambivalent towards a lot of things, and it’s really bleeding into every arena of my life. could be something in the air? i’ve lost focus in my classes, i don’t really have much motivation to do much of anything. except drink and dance with the sexy ladies of my social circle. even then, though, i can’t wait for this melancholy to dissipate and my fire to resurface.

in other news, i’ve decided to learn how to cook korean food. real, old fashioned burn-your-fucking-mouth korean food. i find that too many korean people seem to look down their plastic surgery enhanced noses at me because i’m the worst korean in the world— not to mention being told recently by a male korean ex-flirtation that despite all of my more outstanding qualities, he could never date me because i wasn’t a ‘real korean’— that is, 1. don’t speak it, 2. have a japanese name and family— this is apparently still a big deal and grandparents still very much care. anyway, i don’t know where i was going with that.— oh, now i remember. food being the cultural equalizer, i think it’ll be easier for me to try and attempt to garner some sort of connection to my origins by cooking and eating food that, by all rights, i should be familiar with. plus maybe i’ll know what my korean friends are talking about when they start talking about SOON SAE BAE BUH BOO HOON. pray excuse the bastardization.

i’m going to have a pumpkin spice latte tomorrow morning.

I love a bit of trashy reporting with News of the World, The Mirror and Today Tonight usually getting a daily drop by. However I have just stumbled across a new jem in 3am. Aside from having news categories named “Ooh”, “Gasp” and “Phwoar”, every second story is on Peter Andre. I hope they take monetary donations as I would love to be personally responsible for keeping these guys going.

Special mention must go to a story titled ‘Lady Gaga And Agyness Deyn Desperately Seeking Attention At Fashion Awards Makes Us Want To Give Up And Retrain As Organic Farmers’. But I’m confused, what is the authors honest personal opinion on them? I suspect the following excerpt answers that: “So now you know (Gaga) dressing up like an arthritic wasp (we’re so out of sighs, we’re not even going to sigh any more about wearing her underwear on the outside) is in this nano-second…A ‘source’ said: “They both look like utter twats and deserve to die.”

Who’s this “source”? Josef Fritzl? Because that is pretty darn harsh. I know that sometimes in my rantings I come off as a bit of a bitter war vet, namely when discussing James Blunt, but to go so far as to wish physical harm to them? To myself when I listen to what they have given the world, maybe, but not to them. So 3am I am going to go out on a limb here and say there is no source. The author is the source and has let his/her personal opinions get in the way of good journalism. For a publication to make News of the World look good, well something must be up as I am fairly certain their chief editor is a mountain goat.

I love tard cars. With all my heart and soul, I do. How can you not like a seemingly ordinary ride being pimped to have the dashing pictures of Westlife on it? More of those should drive around the roads of the world at large.

I’d write a real witty entry to accompany this delightful picture, but I have better things to do, and honestly 3am wrote a pretty awesome article already.

We’ve been sitting at our desk staring at this picture for ten minutes now and we still can’t think of a thing to say about it. That might be because today is apparently the least productive working day of the year, or it might be because this picture does a perfectly good job all by itself of causing major offence to the motoring industry, the four members of Westlife and humanity in general so really, a pithy insult or two from us lot is surplus to requirements. But we’ll have a “craic” at it anyway, shall we?

Cars are bloody boring to look at, yes, but that’s because they’re, y’know, cars – functional hunks of metal to get you from A (school/work/home/the loony bin) to B (the Westlife concert). But not this one. This one’s a four-wheeled tribute to Ireland’s favourite key-change experts. If we owned it, we’d trade it in under that whole government scrappage thing, and spend the cash on shoes, sweets, holidays, an extensive course of therapy… anything but Westlife hubcaps.

Guttingly, though, you can’t buy a car like this in the shops – it was created a couple of years ago for ITV1’s Westlife Show. The owner rocked up at the GMTV studios this morning in the vehicle and even the boys themselves commented on what good nick it was in. Yep, nobody’s even drawn a comedy moustache on Nicky’s face.

But let’s look at the positives. We suppose having such a distinctive vehicle must come in handy when you’re lost in the car park after a four hour Bluewater shopping marathon (“Well, it’s got four wheels… and you pump the petrol into Kian’s groin…”). And at least nobody in their right mind would ever steal it. Although we’re not sure we’d trust Louis Walsh to look after the keys.

There once was a mother that had scrubbed all day. When it came time to put the cranky children to bed, she felt secure in the knowledge that her work for the day had been done. She then sat on the couch with her husband, who ever so kindly made her a pizza. They ate while watching a movie and the mother finally drifted to sleep. Her husband woke her and told her to go to bed. She complied, longing for the comfy blankets and fluffy mattress. She got to the stairs to start her climb. It was rough at first, as she bumped into walls and the rails, yet she managed to make it to the top of the stairs in one piece. She laid in the bed and drifted off again when she realized her husband was trying to wake her. She stubbornly tried to stay in the “I’m asleep” mindset. However, it did not work very long and she was soon wide awake after only an hour’s nap on the couch. It is now 3AM in the morning and the mother can no longer get back to sleep. Rather than being in that comfy bed of hers, she is blogging, knowing that her kids will be up in about 3 hours and her husband will get up around 8AM to rush off to work again. This is the bedtime story of a mother who only wanted a little rest before beginning the next day. Note to self : Self, if you want to sleep, do it at the in-law’s house where there are grandparents to chase the kids and hubby is busy socializing.

Alrighty, so I’m about 3 hours late in this blog entry, but in my defense, I just got home. So we’re counting it because my day hasn’t ended yet.

There are so many things that I would LIKE to say about this quote, but probably shouldn’t. I love this quote for many reasons, above all, the devotion that is represented in these lines. This man had sacrificed all other happiness, all of his worldly possessions, his worth, and probably his dignity for just the simplest of things – a woman. To make it even simpler, a kiss from a woman. It shows the power one person can hold and the dedication one person will give for the other. How passion, love, and especially lust can destroy everything and at the same time have it not matter because of what you gain.

It’s simple psychology and it’s beautiful. How much is one person willing to give? Do the pros outweigh the cons? Is the chance worth it?  This man his putting everything on the line – including his heart – for simple affection. It makes you think, will it break? But look at me, tending toward pessimism.

That is the second reason I love this poem. It is both optimistically and pessimistically viewed depending on how you look at it. On one hand, you have this man who is giving up everything for a woman – depressing? But on the other hand, there is the man who is willing to risk everything for someone he adores – romantic?

Ok… since I’m starting to not make sense because it is in fact almost 3 am and will not get any sleep. I will leave you with a question: What is your perfect kiss?

after posting those depavali pictures, i fell asleep. then i woke up and was immensely hungry. so i got up and made another satisfying meal. i finally utilized the new groceries i bought the other day!

a triple decker, honey baked ham with cheese, lettuce and japanese mayonnaise on toasted wholemeal bread and of course an ice lemon tea. top it off with the new episode of community followed by the office and you have a hell of a 3am.

I was awake at 3am last night and i realized sometimes you come across commercial that either make outrageous claims or that are just ridiculous. Remember Cleo the Jamaican Psychic ?? or how about the partyline girls dancing to their special song “CALL ME, pick up the phooooooonnnnneeeee”. Well on yet another sleepless night I came across a commercial that I originally thought was a parody until they put the company number and order info on the screen. It’s 2009 and the Snuggie has officially taken over , it has been on the Ellen Degeneres show and has a bunch of parody spin-offs. I think the original commercial is too funny to even make a parody of, watch how happy dad is when he clicks channels on the remote and how he raises the roof with ease at the end of the clip , lol funniest shit I seen all week THANKS SNUGGIE !!
