For a great firework display and an amazing concert, you and your family should head to the Ben Franklin Parkway and see the WaWa Welcome America Festival with a free concert headlined by the band The Roots  and  features musical guests Michael McDonald,  Earth Wind & Fire, Estelle, Sara Bareilles and DJ Jazzy Jeff. The concert will begin at 8:30 p.m. and can be seen all over the Ben Franklin Parkway on giant screens. The fireworks are scheduled to start around 10:30 p.m. Great areas to watch the fireworks are the Ben Franklin Parkway, Lemon Hill, Boathouse Row, Kelly Drive, Schuylkill River Park and Martin Luther King Drive. Make sure to bring lawn chairs or a blanket to sit on in order to enjoy the concert or the fireworks!
