Министерство промышленности и торговли РФ подготовило проект распоряжения правительства о проведении эксперимента по стимулированию приобретения новых автомобилей взамен сдаваемых в утилизацию, сообщает РИА Новости.
Проведение эксперимента предлагается осуществить с 1 января 2010 года по 1 января 2011 года.
На реализацию “пилотного проекта” из федерального бюджеты будет выделено 9,95 миллиардов рублей.
При сдаче автомобиля в утиль потребитель получит сертификат номиналом 50 тысяч рублей, который может быть использован только на приобретение нового автомобиля отечественного производства, включая машины, производимые в режиме “промышленной сборки”.

“Мы предполагаем в рамках “пилотного проекта” принимать к утилизации автомобили старше 10 лет как отечественного, так и импортного производства (снаряженная масса которых не превышает 3,5 тонн ), которые были зарегистрированы на последнего владельца не менее одного года”, – пояснил директор департамента автомобильной промышленности и сельскохозяйственного машиностроения Минпромторга России Алексей Рахманов.
В качестве площадок для осуществления эксперимента были выбраны: Москва, Московская область, Санкт-Петербург, Краснодарский край, Свердловская область, Ростовская область, Республика Башкортостан, Самарская область, Челябинская область, Республика Татарстан, Нижегородская область, Новосибирская область, Красноярский край, Приморский край, Ленинградская область, Республика Удмуртия, Калининградская область, Ульяновская область, Калужская область.
Ключевыми критериями отбора регионов стали размер автомобильного парка в регионе не менее 2% от общероссийского парка и высокая концентрация автомобильного бизнеса в регионе.

That was a statement made by Jeffrey Michael, as reported by the Chicago Sun-Times. Michael’s family runs Horizon Group Management LLC, which has filed a $50,000 lawsuit against a former tenant who tweeted a complaint about mold in her apartment. The company is seeking damages for libel, as they claim Amanda Bonnen has “maliciously and wrongfully published the false and defamatory Tweet.”  Libel, in less than a 140 characters.

Amanda Bonnen’s Twitter account has been since been deactivated, but reporters say that when active she only had 17-20 followers, and the tweet was posted in an @Reply, which means potentially not all of her followers would have seen the tweet. Here’s the $50,000 tweet if you’re wondering:  ”Who said sleeping in a moldy apartment was bad for you? Horizon realty thinks it’s okay.”

Talk about killing a fly with a bazooka.  Just exactly what is Horizon Group Management trying to achieve with this lawsuit? Obviously the Horizon marketing staff is playing with a few cards short of a full deck. There’s nothing the firm could have done to ensure that tens, maybe hundreds of thousands of people will now read Amanda Bonnen’s comment. Below is a list of news sites and bloggers bringing light to the situation. I believe it’s only time before fan groups spring up all across social media in support of Amanda Bonnen.

In effect, Horizon Group Management has just created it’s own national social media crisis. They are their own worst enemy- there’s no way a casual tweep like Ms. Bonnen could have caused more damage to their image than their own lawsuit against her. This is going down in my book as one of the biggest social media follies of all time. #epicfail.

After I first heard about the story from a friend on Facebook, I knew I would have to write this blog post and add my voice to the public uproar against Horizon. With a lawsuit like this, you’re not attacking just one Twitter user, you’re making an attack on all of us. Companies and their products and services get bashed all the time on Twitter, a public forum for ranting is part of the draw. Smart companies learn how to effectively deal with complaints in social media. Others file lawsuits. Hopefully this one gets thrown out. Even if Horizon wins the $50,000, the cost of this bad publicity is indeed far more expensive. I hope they burn.

Last year I participated in (and completed) NaNoWriMo. I really enjoyed it and relished the opportunity to try something new and push myself to achieve a set goal. This year, I’m not going to do it, and I’d just like to specify why.

This year is the most important for me (in terms of education.) And whilst I realise that school work is meant to get progressively harder, I can’t have any distractions over the next few months, because without doing well this year, I won’t get into university. That’s the sad truth.

So I’ll miss you, NaNoWriMo. Even as I type this, I’m thinking ‘but couldn’t I risk it? Just give it a go?’ But I know that my school work is more important, and it’s just not realistic to expect myself to be able to cope with work, school work and writing a 50,000 word novel.

I promise, next year.

The generations before us could feasibly get jobs after graduating and realistically own a home in their lifetime (even if its eventually forclosed).  I recently heard on NPR that with the recent economic turn-down, however, it is said that us twenty-somethings have no such hope and will more  or less be renters for the rest of our lives. 50,000 words is the magic number.

Why? you may ask.  Well I made a decision I was going to take part in something I found out about last year as I explored the Twitterverse and stumbled on a guy named Kevin Hendricks.  He took part in what is called National Novel Writing Month, or for short NaNoWriMo.  You kinda sound like Mork from Mork and Mindy when you say it, but it’s real.

I plan to write an entire novel in the month of November.

I decided I have the time, and I’m already trying to write a book right now, but I figured this would be fun for a multiplicity of reasons.  I also thought it would help me grab a second or third wind and help me try to finish the first draft of my first book, which inevitably will be my second book, but then again who’s counting.

Why am I telling you this.  Well for one I really don’t have much else to tell you, and I would also like it if I had a little more incentive to get it done. If some people like my friends knew I was doing this, then I imagine that someone would probably heckle me about it if I decided to slack on it. So don’t let me slack.

I’m still tossing around ideas of what the novel will be about, but when I know I’ll keep you updated.  This is possible to be the most awful piece of work since Madonna wrote a children’s book, but I think I’ll be alright. (seriously she did, and it’s even faux Britishy) Every great novel started as a piece of crap and an empty page.  So I’ll do the same.

So I have quite a month ahead of me.  On top of everything else I’ll be writing approximately 2,000 words a day to bring me to a total of approx 50,000 words.  I’ve got a long November ahead of me, but I think it’ll be fun.  I’ll keep you updated via Twitter and maybe a few blogs during November.  I’ll even use the hash tag #nanowrimo.

Whilst I was away up in Moore River for the weekend, it seems that my blog has rolled over 50,000 page views!

Thanks so much to everyone for reading my little life anecdotes and postings!  I know some days it seems pretty mundane and boring, but I hope that most of you, my readers, have found something interesting, informational or useful, and come back regularly.

I had reached 10,000 views in just over 5 months, and now 50,000 page views in just over 15 months.   Not a bad increase in page views!   I know it’s nowhere near power bloggers (like Karen Cheng - no stats, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she gets this many page views in a few days), but it’s better than single digits per day.     To all starting bloggers – I know how hard it is to start.  It can be disheartening to see only 0-5 readers per day, but keep at it and it will pick up.    For my records, my average daily page read is around 180 per day.

Although I’d love regularly subscribers and readers, it’s really only a handful of posts that have pulled numbers up so much.    My story of pain with uploading photos to Facebook has registered the most views, followed by my micro transcription of the Eurovision Fairytale violin part.   Third most read post was my fix for the Guitar Hero drumkit.    I just hope that a small fraction of these readers will come back again, and hopefully subscribe.

Well like I said earlier while I was at school I am now posting since I have now gotten home. I will try and keep the posts going regular so KEEP ON VIEWING YOU PEOPLES!!!!!!!!!!!! Well I’m guessing if you read the title you are probably wondering, what in the heck is NaNoWriMo. Well it stands for National Novemember Write a novel Month, and guess who’s gonna be involved?! ME!!! I am going to write a novel in November. The competition starts November 1st at midnight and ends November 30th at midnight. If I type up a full 50,000 words (you got that 50,000 words) then I will have finished for the deadline and I will be awesome!!  I am going to do this I AM GOING TO WRITE A NOVEL. . . On other means I am going to write enough posts and date them back to the times when I didn’t post just so they’ll be there. So there will be a lot of new stuff to read!!! Fin dessert mitt i veckan

Ja, det bjuder jag på, för att fira att Du och alla andra gjort så jag kommit upp i 50000 besök. Just idag, så har jag passerat det magiska strecket på morgonen. Vem kunde tro att det skulle gå så bra, när jag satt och försökte lära mig blogga i mitten på juni?

Jag som aldrig gillat att plugga, tyckte att en 3-timmarskurs var alldeles lagom. Sen har jag lärt mig det mesta genom Trial and Error. Kul att Ni är så många som tycker om det jag håller på med.

Grändens Delikatess

Det blev ett besök igen, på min nya favoritbutik. De flesta shoppar kläder, men jag shoppar mat. Och det är jag riktigt glad över. Kläderna hänger mest bara i garderoben, men jag får äta gott varje dag.

Nu är det ju inte så att jag lyxar till det varje dag, men ibland är det gott med en riktigt fin ostbit. Och den här osten var ett riktigt bra köp. Beemster Very Old, en Holländsk, mycket smakrik ost. Den lagras i 3-4 år. Testa den om Du kommer förbi en riktig Ostbutik.

Till den gjorde jag en ny krusbärsvariant med rostade hasselnötter. Det blev väldigt gott. Sötman och syran i sylten, gick perfekt ihop med den salta, starka men ändå krämiga osten. Hasselnötterna blev ett gott inslag, med lite tuggmotstånd.

Ost och bär är nåt jag tycker passar väldigt bra ihop. Det är ju en perfekt dessert, när man vill hålla kolhydraterna nere. Sylten kokade jag på Björksocker, det gör den till en ännu bättre  lågkolhydratdessert.

Krusbärssylt med Rostade Hasselnötter

3 dl Krusbär

½ dl Björksocker eller Råsocker

1 dl Rostade Hasselnötter

Snoppa krusbären, blanda med sockret i en kastrull. Koka upp och låt puttra på svag värme i 20 minuter. Rör då och då, så det inte bränns vid. Blanda ner nötterna efter halva tiden. Häll upp på burk och låt svalna. Jag vet inte hur lång hållbarheten blir med björksocker, så ha inte för stor mängd framme i kylen. Frys in i mindre portioner.
