Before the session, think about one problem that is  related with the subject matter . Create a dice and write on its faces the following questions:</p>

<li><em>When is the problem happening?</em></li>
<li><em>Why is this happening?</em></li>
<li><em>Who should be involved in 	solving the problem?</em></li>
<li><em>How should be the problem 	solved?</em></li>
</ul>
<p>2.  At the session, introduce the problem to participants.</p>
<p>3.  Divide participants into three teams.</p>
<p>4.  Explain teams that consequently they will designate somebody from their team to roll the dice and to find, as a team, an answer to the questions written on the face shown by the dice. You may indicate a time frame in which they have to answer.</p>
<p>5. Invite teams to take turns in rolling the dice and answer to the correspondent question.</p>
<p>6. Repeat the process until there&#8217;s enough information about the problem under discussion.</p>
<p>7. Ask clarifications and add more information if necessary.</p>
<p>8. Each correct answer is worth 1 point. The team with the highest score wins.</p>

<p><em>Schemat tzw. sześciu kroków ulepszania metody</em></p>
<p>Jest to standard przemysłowy, co oznacza, że należy wypełnić wszystkich sześć kroków, nie pomijając żadnego.</p>
<p>To zresztą stanowi trudność, gdyż w naszej kulturze mamy zwyczaj przystępować od razu do planowania rozwiązania&#8230;</p>
<p>Omawiany schemat jest bardziej szczegółowym ujęciem podstawowej procedury <a title="KAIZEN" href="/2009/09/03/kaizen/" target="_blank">KAIZEN</a>.</p>
<h3><strong>Dodatkowe wyjaśnienia</strong></h3>

<p>W pierwszym kroku musimy wybrać obszar ulepszeń czyli ograniczyć pole naszego działania. Nie możemy przecież zajmować się wszystkimi zagadnieniami.</p>
<h2>O</h2>
<p>W drugim kroku zbieramy dane &#8220;jak leci&#8221;, starając się możliwie szczegółowo opisać prace (procesy) wybrane do ulepszenia. Najlepiej w tym celu zastosować formularze obserwacji oraz wykresy opracowane samodzielnie, bądź też niektóre formularze standardowe, które służą do analiz prowadzonych w następnym kroku. Najczęściej stosuje się kartę przebiegu procesu i schematy blokowe opracowane na podstawie danych w niej zebranych, formularz obserwacji migawkowej, kartę działań wielopodmiotowych. Im prostsze narzędzia, tym bardziej czytelny obraz procesu i tym łatwiej dojść do sedna problemu.</p>
<h2>P i S</h2>
<p>Dwa następne kroki to analiza i projektowanie. W tym miejscu powyższy schemat jest trochę przesadny, gdy mówi o tym, że trzeba poruszać się &#8220;stale w górę, nigdy w dół&#8221;. W praktyce bowiem prawie nigdy za pierwszym razem nie znajdziemy właściwego rozwiązania, a nawet zdarza się często, że i analiza nie jest zupełnie trafna. Najczęściej więc kroki &#8220;P&#8221; i &#8220;S&#8221; powtarzamy cyklicznie kilka razy, aż uzyskamy zadowalające rezultaty. Zarówno analiza (&#8220;P&#8221;) jak i projekt (&#8220;S&#8221;) muszą odpowiadać na wszystkich sześć pytań zawartych w formule &#8220;5W1H&#8221;, ponieważ w przeciwnym razie analiza na ogół będzie nietrafna, a projekt niewykonalny lub nieskuteczny.</p>
<p>W jaki sposób znajdujemy rozwiązania? Stosując systematycznie formułę &#8220;ECRS&#8221;. W praktyce na odpowiednich formularzach prowadzimy analizę odpowiadając na wszystkie pytania &#8220;5W1H&#8221;, a następnie kilka razy próbujemy zastosować jedną lub kilka metod z formuły &#8220;ECRS&#8221; i powstające w ten sposób projekty ponownie nanosimy na takie same formularze, dokonujemy oceny zaprojektowanych zmian itd.</p>
<p>Występujące najczęściej w praktyce powiązanie między obiema formułami  wyjaśnia dolna część powyższego schematu.</p>
<h2>K</h2>
<p>Gdy w praktyce okaże się, że próbna realizacja naszego projektu zdała egzamin, musimy ustanowić nową procedurę pracy i pilnować, aby stare nawyki nie spowodowały &#8220;kroku do tyłu&#8221;. Najlepiej od czasu do czasu dokonywać przeglądu i sprawdzać, czy nowa procedura rzeczywiście jest stosowana.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p><em><span style="color:#0000ff;">Em resposta ao artigo sobre 5W2H (<a href="http://qualiblog.wordpress.com/2009/08/17/a-ferramenta-do-curioso/" target="_self">A ferramenta do curioso</a>), o nosso amigo <span style="color:#333399;"><strong>Antonio Carlos Sarkis Issa</strong></span> sugeriu a aplicação de outra ferramenta também muito útil: <strong><span style="color:#ff0000;">a técnica dos 5 Por-quês</span></strong>. </span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="color:#0000ff;">Vejam na íntegra o e-mail que ele me enviou:</span></em></p>
<p>Prezado Ronaldo</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">Você discorreu com muita propriedade sobre o uso do 5W2H,  de inegável eficiência para a consecução de Planos de Ação para o tratamento de  problemas, sejam reativos ou oriundos de metas de melhoria o para a execução de  um projeto. Permito-me acrescentar que muitas vezes basta um plano simplificado  apenas com O quê? Quando? Como? (cuja alocação dos recursos poderá depender do  quando e das dificuldades do o quê, ou seja, para breve maior alocação de  recursos de imediato, para médio e longo prazos, recursos mais distribuídos no  tempo) e, o que não pode faltar, quem ficará responsável pela execução do  plano.</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">Entretanto, nada disso terá utilidade se não houver de  fato o gerenciamento do Plano de Ação acompanhado e apoiado pela Alta  Administração e a verificação de seu sucesso após sua  implementação.</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">Mas sobre o que quero comentar, aproveitando o seu texto,  é a respeito de outro método muito útil para a identificação de causas de  falhas, e que deve preceder à utilização do 5W2H, ou 5W1H, quando o custo for  irrelevante, ou mesmo do simples O quê? Quem? e Quando?, porém pouco utilizado  sistematicamente.</p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">Trata-se do &#8220;Método dos 5 Por quês?&#8221;, que através de  perguntas encadeadas sobre os efeitos, motivos e causas dos problemas nos levam  às causas fundamentais que devem ser atacadas, evitando que se fique, como  muitas vezes é usual, agindo apenas sobre os sintomas dos problemas e não em sua  solução e bloqueio.</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">O arquivo em anexo <em><span style="color:#0000ff;">(imagem acima)</span></em> mostra um exemplo de árvore para ser  utilizado na aplicação do &#8220;Método dos 5 Por quês?&#8221; na análise de falhas,  lembrando que as causas fundamentais dos problemas serão as últimas apontadas na  seqüência de perguntas e que as ações ou contra-medidas para o seu bloqueio  devem ser transpostas para a coluna de O Quê fazer do 5W2H.</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">É interessante saber que esse método tem a sua origem  conhecida remontando a cerca de 400 anos antes de Cristo, pois era utilizado  pelo filósofo Sócrates e é conhecido também por<strong><span style="color:#333399;"> maiêutica</span></strong>, que consiste na  multiplicação de perguntas, induzindo o interlocutor na descoberta de suas  próprias verdades e na conceituação geral de um objeto e que, por extensão de  sentido é também denominado de heurística, que vem a ser o método de  investigação baseado na aproximação progressiva de um dado problema.</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">Faço esta  observação apenas para ressaltar que os métodos para identificação de problemas  existem há milênios e muitos ainda não o utilizam de forma sistêmica e  gerencial.</p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">P.S.: A identificação das causas fundamentais das falhas  tem tudo a ver com a necessidade de se ter um bom Sistema de Padronização, mas  isso fica para uma outra oportunidade.</p>
<p><em><span style="color:#0000ff;">Bem, faço aqui um comentário: O <strong><span style="color:#333399;">Diagrama de Árvore</span></strong> apresentado pelo Sarkis aparece também no </span></em><a href="http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sistema_Toyota_de_Produção" target="_blank"><em><span style="color:#0000ff;">Sistema Toyota de Produção</span></em></a><em><span style="color:#0000ff;">, e alguns autores atribuem a <strong><span style="color:#333399;">Toyoda Sakichi</span></strong> (fundador da Toyota) o seu desenvolvimento. </span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="color:#0000ff;">Apesar de conhecida como <strong>Cinco Por-quês</strong>, não há obrigatoriedade de limitar a análise a cinco perguntas, podem ser mais ou menos, conforme a complexidade do problema que estamos avaliando. Como num Brainstorming ou num Diagrama de Ishikawa, é interessante que a análise seja feita em equipe, para verificarmos a variação de interpretações que surgem e obtermos uma aproximação maior das verdadeiras causas raiz, que sim, podem ser mais de uma!&#8230; Às  vezes um problema é causado por um conjunto de fatores e neste caso todos eles deverão ser tratados para a real eliminação da causa. </span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="color:#0000ff;">O que leva ao sucesso na aplicação dos 5 Por-quês é exatamente o questionamento das causas apresentadas, assim como faz uma criança quando sua resposta não é satisfatória para ela&#8230;</span></em></p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Berawal ketika kami duduk di kelas X.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Kami yang terdiri dari 7 orang Asri, Muliani, Villa, Sinta, Nurul, Vanneska, dan Adnin selalu bersama-sama saat berada di Sekolah. Kebetulan kami ber5 sama-sama duduk di kelas X-1 sedangkan Vanneska dan Adnin mereka duduk di kelas X-4, tapi saat pulang Sekolah kami selalu pulang bersama keculai Sinta karena dia membawa motor.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Kami cukup dekat di Sekolah sejak awal masuk SMAN 15 Bandung, kebetulan ketika aku pertama masuk SMAN 15 Bandung aku terlebih dulu kenal dengan mereka. Setiap hari kami pulang bersama dengan naik angkot Sarijadi -Ciroyom, kebetulan rumah kami searah walau beda tempat.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Entah berawal dari apa pikiran itu tiba-tiba muncul untuk membuat nama W+H di dalam kebersamaan kami. Sebenarnya terinspirasi dari pelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang membahas tentang 5W 1H. Kebetulan kami ber6 selalu pulang bersama setiap hari dan 5 orang itu mengenakan jilbab dan satu lagi tidak, jadi tepatlah jika WH itu kami gunakan untuk nama kami. Nah kita bingung yang 2 orang lagi bagaimana? Akhirnya yang 1 orang lagi menjadi plus-plus. <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Akhirnya tepat satu tahun yang lalu di tanggal 09 Mei 2008 WH++ kami resmikan dalam perjalanan pulang <span style="text-decoration:line-through;">di angkot SarYom</span> dengan sambutan pertamanya adalah tentang Ujian Nasional dan dilanjutkan dengan pengguntingan pita sebagai peresmian terbentuknya WH++. Kenapa dulu dinamakan WH++? Karena dulu ada 8 orang yang selalu bersama, diantaranya adalah:</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Jadi awal terbentuknya WH adalah WH++, tapi berhubung Dewi sudah jarang gabung lagi bersama kami semenjak kami sudah berpisah karena naik kelas ke kelas XI dan beda kelas juga tentunya. Jadilah kami hanya tinggal ber7 dengan nama W+H karena plusnya hanya tinggal 1 orang.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Selalu banyak cerita dalam perjalanan persahabatan ini, terukir suka dan duka di dalamnya. Semuanya ada karena itulah hidup. Sampai akhirnya kami jarang sekali kumpul seperti dulu, mungkin karena kesibukan di kelas masing-masing yang menyita waktu kami. Tapi entahlah apa faktor utama dari semua itu. <p align="center"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Man critical after cable car accident</span></strong></p>
<p>A man was fighting for his life today after a cable car accident.</p>
<p>The 52 year old man from RAK, Mr Ahmed Al Sahari, was in a critical condition after injuries to his chest and legs.  He is currently a patient at the Saqr Hospital.</p>
<p>The accident happened after a cable plunged into a mountainside at the Jebel Al Jais Resort, just outside RAK.</p>
<p>Mr Al Sahari is one of four people who remain in hospital after the crash today.  The other patients include a two year old boy from Dubai.</p>
<p>A major rescue operation was launched after the accident happened at around 9.00 am this morning.</p>
<p>The spokesperson for Saqr hospital said that it was a serious accident, but thankfully there are few injuries.</p>
<p>The cable car system is made up of 25 different six-seater cable cars running continuously for 4,2 km on a thick steel cable.  After the accident, many people were stranded on the mountain and could not return to the departure point.</p>
<p>One of the survivors were interviewed and said that she does not know what went wrong.  They were gliding along smoothly when, suddenly the cable car started to swing, which was quite frightening.  She said that she was very happy to have her feet back on the ground again.</p>
<p>The RAK Police will be investigating the accident.  The cable cars will not be running until the investigation has been completed.  This should take at least ten days.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Menulis itu gampang-gampang susah. Susah karena biasanya bingung bagaimana harus memulai. Bingung apa yang akan diceritakan. Rumus<span> </span>dasar yang tak lekang dimakan waktu soal tulis menulis ini adalah 5W + 1 H ( What, Who, When, Where, Why, dan How).</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Rumus itu berlaku universal dan mencakup hal-hal dasar yang harus dipenuhi untuk kelengkapan sebuah tulisan apapun, tak melulu berita.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">WHAT adalah apa yang ingin kita tulis. Tema apa yang ingin kita ungkapkan dalam tulisan. Bisa soal jalanan berlubang di sekitar rumah yang tak kunjung diperbaiki, limbah sampah yang tidak ditangani dengan baik hingga mengganggu lingkungan, atau soal elpiji yang belakangan sering meledak. Apapun yang menarik perhatian Anda dan dan anda pikir layak diketahui orang lain.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Apa yang ingin kita tulis ini menjadi landasan untuk menentukan W yang lainnya. WHO adalah siapa tokoh yang terlibat dalam topik yang kita tulis. Bila si tokoh tak cukup dikenal oleh pembaca, maka kewajiban kita untuk “memperkenalkan” si tokoh dengan menjelaskan siapa dan apa perannya dalam peristiwa yang kita tulis.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">W yang ketiga adalah WHEN adalah waktu kejadian dari peristiwa yang kita ceritakan (what). Kemudian W keempat WHERE, yaitu tempat dimana peristiwa terjadi. W terakhir adalah WHY adalah mengapa terjadi peristiwa. Latar belakang dari peristiwa inilah yang biasanya menjadi bagian paling menarik dari peristiwa.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Satu satunya H adalah HOW,yaitu menerangkan bagaimana peristiwa terjadi, proses, dan kronologi. Ini unsur-unsur dasar yang harus dipenuhi agar sebuah tulisan bisa disebut lengkap dan informatif.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Jangan lupa soal akurasi atau ketepatan data dalam memenuhi unsur-unsur tulisan tersebut. Hal ini sangat penting untuk menghindari terjadi kesalahpahaman akibat informasi yang kurang akurat.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Selanjutnya tinggal masalah detil, tata bahasa dan soal pilihan kata, yang bisa dipelajari dalam tahap berikutnya.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Planz schmanz - Wedding (the limousine)]]></title>

Believe me, just looking at the list Michele and I have finally drawn up (after much debate, grief and an abrupt 15 minute stand off that culminated in an unemotional gorging of Subway cookies) a rather exhaustive list of what&#8217;s what, who&#8217;s who, when&#8217;s that and every other possible permutation of the fabled <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="http://changingminds.org/techniques/questioning/5w1h.htm">5W1H</a></span>.</p>
<p>Until recently, the idea of paying $1000 for a chauffeured limousine was met with ridicule and scorn from a very budget-conscious wallet. Companies out there &#8211; and there are heaps &#8211; charge an arm and a leg just to drive people around in a fancy car that looks like a page out of a science-fiction story. If you&#8217;ve actually been in a stretch limo, you&#8217;ll know what I mean.</p>
<p>Michele and I have done a bit of research on limousines and have even been into a few, but it simply boiled down to economics. If you&#8217;re paying $1000 for three or four hour on Melbourne roads, you&#8217;re either:</p>
<p>a) Extremely stupid,<br />
b) Extremely wasteful,<br />
c) All of the above.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s more shocking is, most companies start their clock when they <em>leave their premises</em> en route to the bride&#8217;s place. Well knock me over with a feather boa, but there&#8217;s no way in hell we&#8217;re paying another $150 for half an hour of service.</p>

<p>Lame attempt at humour aside, I was pleased to have had dinner with a dear friend of mine from university days. Monica had gotten married last year and she could not stop gushing over <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="http://www.classicandprestigecarhire.com.au/">Classic and Prestige Car Hire&#8217;s</a></span> attention to detail. As we chatted over spanish tapas, I learnt that her wedding day had many highlights, but the car company&#8217;s service left an indelible impression on her.</p>
<p>Turns out, it&#8217;s run by a family who drives a fleet of white Rolls Royce Silver Clouds. John Gordon and his wife are the drivers themselves and just so happened they weren&#8217;t booked out on our wedding day. I&#8217;m sure they&#8217;ve got a couple of part-time drivers as well, but don&#8217;t quote me on that.</p>
<p>Not only was I impressed with John&#8217;s attitude over the phone, he treated every phone call or email as a paying customer. A rare commodity these days. Michele had spoken to him in the earlier parts of December and I had not followed up on it. An email sent just two days ago reiterating certain parts of the conversation (minus our wedding reception and an effusive apology for not following up since he came highly recommended) was met with a response that indicated John had not only written down every detail of our wedding in the conversation few weeks prior (Michele must have filled him in), he also dissuaded us hiring two Rolls Royce (as we have initially planned).</p>
<p>It&#8217;s simple. There&#8217;s no point in hiring two Roll Royce(s?). While it looks really pretty on the roads (the first car with the bride and family in it, the second with the bridesmaids. The boys will make their own way there.), come photo time the newlyweds will only be posing in front of one car. It&#8217;s simple economics. Common sense prevails and I saw the error of my ways. I was also impressed with John&#8217;s honesty &#8211; he wasn&#8217;t in the business to make a quick buck and seem very keen on emphasizing quality over quantity.</p>
<p>And quality, for once, doesn&#8217;t come any better than this. John quoted us $375 for three hours of usage. Timing starts when the bride is picked up, so we end up not paying more for John&#8217;s drive to our home. It should take about 45 minutes to get to our reception, and as Michele and me pledge our undying love to each other, the car (and driver) waits patiently outside for us. We return about an hour later with about an hour left for photo taking. Perfect. I cannot have asked for anything more.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll find time over the next weeks to write about other aspects of our wedding. While some were easy, it&#8217;s the difficult ones that have you asking yourself &#8220;Why am I getting married? It&#8217;s not worth all this hassle!&#8221;</p>

<p>This is the 2nd new thing I learnt at SEETest 2008, which made it into an excellent conference. I&#8217;m sure that quite a few of you already know this technique, but as I wrote in my post about <a title="Attending International conferences" href="http://debizblog.wordpress.com/2008/07/07/attending-international-conferences-one-of-the-perks-of-being-your-own-boss/">attending International conferences</a>, I got left behind &#8230;</p>
<p>The subject was &#8220;Creating Real-World Test Cases using Extension to Noun and Verb Usage&#8221;. Vipul adds an extension to the Noun and Verb usage technique which was first coined by <a title="Elisabeth Hendrickson’s Thoughts on Testing, Agile, and Agile Testing" href="http://testobsessed.com/">Elizabeth Hendrickson</a>. Vipul gave a talk on this subject at <a title="Conquest 2007" href="http://www.isqi.org/konferenzen/conquest/2007/">CONQUEST 2007</a>, and since he had a bit of time left at the end of his Q-Patterns tutorial, he used it to explain this technique.</p>
<p>The goals of this technique are to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Write effective test cases</li>
<li>Reduce the impact of bad and missing requirements</li>
<li>Raise important questions about software behavior</li>
<li>Bring more uniformity into the coverage even when different testers write test cases</li>
</ul>
<p>In Object Oriented design, nouns are classes, and verbs are methods</p>
<p>In Testing,</p>
<ul>
<li>nouns are test objects,</li>
<li>verbs maniputlate the test objects, i.e. they are the tests you want to apply,</li>
<li>and adverbs and adjectives affect the test objects, i.e. add more test cases.</li>
</ul>
<p>Great. Now what do I do with this? I combine the nouns, verbs and adverbs/adjectives into test cases.</p>

<p class="conteudo">A Teclógica, empresa de Blumenau (SC) especializada em soluções corporativas nas áreas de projetos de software, infra-estrutura e integração, desenvolveu um novo serviço: a Consultoria Técnica de Investigação de Problemas.Trata-se de um produto que possibilita a investigação de erros em sistemas e infra-estruturas corporativas de TI e da formulação de soluções que evitem perdas de informações importantes ou gerem danos na produção.</p>
<p class="conteudo">Segundo Roni Nicoletti, Gerente de Projetos de Infra-estrutura, o projeto é desenvolvido em três fases: “estudo e análise do problema, formulação e teste das hipóteses e proposta de solução”. “Utilizamos o método científico para investigação, que é orientado ao levantamento de teses e conclusões”, comenta.</p>
<p class="conteudo">Roni explica que uma das grandes vantagens do serviço da Teclógica é o acionamento apenas quando há demanda. “A empresa não precisa manter uma equipe técnica especializada e, ao mesmo tempo, conta com um serviço de alto nível quando houver necessidade”, comenta. Ele conta ainda que, por ser uma equipe externa que não está envolvida nos processos diários da empresa, a investigação e a conclusão tendem a ser mais amplas e ágeis, devido ao foco na questão a ser resolvida.</p>
<p class="conteudo">Para que o trabalho de Consultoria Técnica de Investigação de Problemas possa atingir resultados de forma rápida e a raiz do problema seja facilmente encontrada, a empresa precisa conhecer os sintomas e a extensão do incidente em questão. Segundo o analista de suporte, Fabio Cristofolini, as informações prestadas por quem vive o problema são o meio mais importante de chegar às hipóteses relevantes. Depois de concluído o trabalho, o processo aplicado a esta consultoria prevê a apresentação e a entrega de relatório técnico aos gestores de TI da empresa, dando assim a oportunidade para a empresa internalizar o conhecimento através de registros bastante detalhados.</p>
<p class="conteudo">Os processos desenvolvidos para esta consultoria foram obtidos através do uso de práticas contidas na biblioteca ITIL, principalmente na disciplina de gestão de problemas. “Em geral as equipes responsáveis pela gestão de problemas e incidentes estão dentro da organização e por vezes são as mesmas pessoas”, explica Fabio. “No modelo desenvolvido pela Teclógica, as equipes são distintas e a equipe de gestão de incidentes fornece informações para a investigação dos problemas, uma vez que a Teclógica complementa a equipe de gestão de problemas do cliente”.</p>

<p class="conteudo">As conclusões obtidas através da Consultoria Técnica de Investigação de Problemas são apresentadas através da ferramenta 5W1H (What, Who, When, Where, Why e How) utilizada em processos de qualidade. Graças à utilização desta ferramenta, é possível demonstrar claramente as ações, definir responsabilidades pela execução do plano de melhorias e pela aplicação dos questionamentos para orientar as ações que serão implementadas, garantindo assim o correto encaminhamento para a solução definitiva do problema.</p>

<p>Os resultados que esperamos dos processos que gerimos precisam ser bons para todos. Essa é a melhor definição de qualidade. Qualidade Total é qualidade para todos.</p>
<p>Clientes, Empregados, Fornecedores, Comunidade, Governo e Acionistas. Isso é o que o jargão dos negócios chama de stakeholders ou partes interessadas.</p>
<p>Uma atividade de negócio precisa entregar os produtos que os clientes pedem, pagando os impostos ao governo e cumprindo a lei, remunerando os fornecedores, empregando pessoas da comunidade e gerando lucro para os acionistas que retornam para a comunidade.</p>
<p>Implantar gestão da qualidade é um trabalho penoso mas que vale a pena. Tudo deve começar pelo cliente. O que ele quer? Como ele quer? Quando ele quer?</p>
<p>Os processos serão organizados sob a ótica do cliente. Isso alimenta todo o trabalho de re-organização agora focados nas necessidades do cliente.</p>
<p>A gente vai continuar, o show não pode parar.</p>
<p>Mas lembre-se, pensar <strong>PDCA</strong>, rodar o <strong>PDCA</strong>.</p>
