<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>I toured 733 Front Street yesterday with a few clients in mind, and I am sorry to say there was nothing worth showing them. Aside from the location, which I think is excellent, the homes themselves are very basic. I cannot find anything unique or exciting to say about them. Each unit comes standard with red kitchen cabinets, some have outdoor space, 29 units do not have parking and closest space is minimal. The gym is 800 Sq Ft and the Concierge&#8217;s desk will be staffed 12 hours a day.</p>
<p>The prices seem to be on the high side to me. For what they are asking, you can find a beautiful home in say &#8220;The Brannan&#8221; (maybe for less) with a view, and also have access to a full range of amenities. Only time will tell, but my guess is that a price adjustment may take place here in the near future.</p>
<p>I do want to say that the sales staff for the Mark Company was knowlegeable, professional and provided me with an excellent tour.</p>
