Satyajit Das a renown author and risk analysts who called on the financial crisis a year before it happens. If you ever believe the whole world is on the road towards recovery, then you should take 7 minutes off you time and listen to an interview with Satyajit Das by the ABC economic corespondent Steven Long.

http://mpegmedia.abc.net.au/news/audio/pm/200912/20091209-pm-9-das.mp3

What Satyajit have outline that:

Stagflation will first appear there for a very long time.

Governments and central banks fails to address the causes of the problem in the financial which is huge amount of debt.

China’s stimulus program is creating a lot of mal investments, flooding goods into global markets, debt, asset bubbles and credit flowing thorough out their economy.

Current US polices are not creating jobs for those who newly entered into the workforce.

Central banks are buying treasury bonds, will lead to failed auction of government debt while they are trying to bail out their economies.

A flood of US dollars of debt will have a negative impact on the US currency.

Global growth driven by debt in a much slower pace.

A much bigger crisis ahead in early 2010 or early 2011, as government haven’t address its debt.

I hope you enjoy listening to that audio clip. Its a good and interesting interview.

Also I want to touch on the recent jump in full time jobs in November according to the ABS, I think that’s an small sufficient improvement in the labor market while there’s far more part-time jobs being created from the past couple of months. I won’t say that we are out of risk of heading for recession yet.

Julia Gillard’s praise of the stimulus that it is supporting Australians jobs even while 600,000 people are still looking for work. Julia is kidding herself here that the stimulus program only delays the coming recession they don’t prevent the recession.

The unemployment rate in Australia is probably much higher than the official unemployment figures if the ABS includes those who are looking for full time work while working part-time or casual time, the those who are not receiving welfare but still out of work and the contractors who is being idle.

Joe Hockey does have a good case for the stimulus to be pulled off, the debts which the government currently carrying is at its highest and that will puts upward pressure on interest rates that will undermined the newer jobs from being created.

Cheers, Khoa

If you want to know how to get a six pack in a month, then I’m glad you found this article. In this article, my aim is to explore the idea of toned abdominals, and try to answer the question: is it really possible to get a six pack in just a month? Many men have that extra bit of fat on their belly, so it’s understandable that so many people want to know how to get rid of this fat. However, first we need to take a look at what your body fat percentage is, which should be less than 10% for men or less than 15% for women.

So, the approach you need to take towards getting rid of belly fat is to think in terms of reducing your body’s oevrall fat percentage. But in order to do this, you first need to know what your body fat percentage is at the moment. You can have a personal trainer or doctor measure this for you, or you can get a body composition monitor.

Once you know what your percentage is, you then need to calculate how much weight you need to lose to get yourself down to the ideal body fat level.

For the sake of this example, let’s say you weighed 200 pounds, and your body fat was 20%. Now, let’s say you wanted your body fat to be 9%, you would then need to do this calculation:

* 0.2 (20%) minus 0.09 (9%) = 0.11

* Add 1 to this = 1.11

* 200 divided by 1.11 =’0 pounds (ideal body weight)

So, what does this mean? Well, this means you have to lose 20 pounds of full body weight. The problem is, you will want to achieve this without any muscle loss, and the only way to safely do that is to do it slowly. For example, over the course of 20 weeks – minimum! And you must use good exercise and nutrition too. If you try to lose weight any faster than this, and you do it in a bad way (i.e. without good nutrition), you will mess up your metabolism, which will just make things worse in the long run.

Want to read someone’s real life story about how they managed to burn belly fat? Check out TheBestExerciseToLoseBellyFat.info to read one guys true story about how he managed to finally get rid of his flabby belly.

Wife and husband trainer team Elisabeth Halfpapp and Fred DeVito have developed this DVD which targets the entire upper body. The exercises are based on the duo’s popular Core Fusion and Core Fusion Sport classes that attract Heidi Klum, Cameron Diaz, Julia Roberts, Mario Lopez and Kate Hudson, among others. The program has been segmented into five ten minute sessions: Upper Body Weights; Upper Body; Abdominals; Abdominal Curl with Leg Variations and Upper Body, Back, and Hip Stretches. It is sure to easily fit any schedule.

Elisabeth is great. Fred is a bit dry. The exercises really target the core and this team knows its stuff. That is clear from doing several of the routines. It’s a fantastic workout to do daily: just pick one each day for ten minutes. My friend and I did both ab workouts and the Upper Body, Back and Hip Stretches and could definitely feel the burn. This is one DVD worth investing in.

Bollywood films have always been popular throughout the world. Slumdog Millionaire has really only brought the music to the United States and also the dance number nod to Bollywood films at its ending. Hemalayaa, a Bollywood fitness star, features two new workouts on Bollywood Dance Blast. Each workout [Removing Obstacles and Celebrate!] is a 20-minute cardio routine.

The Indian music provides a grooving background beat and Hemalayaa has plenty of energy. Many of her moves are similar to basic aerobics set to Indian music. I wanted more Bollywood infuesed into it and that was disappointing that it was not. It still gets your heart pumping and is a fun work out. When Hemalayaa started to focus on hip movement: openers and rotations, I enjoyed that and felt I worked parts of my body I might not otherwise concentrate on. It definitely felt good. She talks of getting rid of “biodegradable and compostable waste” (bad energy) and then put on “sexy spiritual boots” to stomp it back into the earth. Bollywood Dance Blast definitely will add variety to your work out routine.

Shiva Rea’s latest DVD features seven 20-minute practices—one for each day of the week. There are six pre-set practices and there’s also a customizable Yoga Matrix where users can combine segments [I’ve used this feature on another Shiva Rea DVD and it is fantastic. You are left with endless opportunities for workouts. What YOU want to do]. Shiva Rea might take a bit of getting used to at first but her techniques work. You’ll feel looser, much more relaxed and lengthened after completing one of her sessions. And that’s the whole point of yoga isn’t it? Shiva Rea has a soothing voice, a perfect yoga body and expert poses. All her practices have excellent pacing and a variety of poses. After the workout I chose, I felt looser muscles, opened joints, and overall calmness. Shiva Rea: Daily Energy Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a must for your DVD workout collection.

20-minute Practices: Earth, Shanti, Heart-Air, Fire &Water, Water, Fire and Chakra Namaskar
Extra Segments: Solar Meditation, Lunar Meditation, Core, Forward Bends, and Shavasana
