Ja, du hørte rett. Så nå bør det pokker meg være noen som leser her!</p>
<p>Så jeg får vel la tankene og skrivefingrene mine gå tilbake til dagen i dag:<br />
Høydepunktet på skolen i dag var naturfagtimen. Herregud, for en herlig lærer!<br />
Stein er en litt vimsete, en smule distré, utrolig morsom og flink naturfaglærer.<br />
Han får selv de vanskeligste og uinteressante til å virke spennende. Hvor morsom er vel ikke en lærer som nyser og viser frem to hender fulle av grønt slim som han har laget selv? ”Ojoj, nå må svineinfluensaen ha tatt meg også.”</p>
<p>I dag gjorde vi elevforsøk inne stråling, og jeg var en av de heldige som fikk være en av hans hjelpere, eller disipler, om du vil.</p>
<p>Etter at jeg hadde stilt et spørsmål om det var fordi de er redde for stråling at sånne alien-nerder har på seg aluminiumshatter, hadde han nå tatt med litt aluminiumsfolie. Og nei, vi lagde ikke hatter, men vi pakket inn mobilen min. Deretter ga han beskjed om at alle skulle ringe meg. Heldigvis funket det med aluminiumsfolien, at det stengte ute alle signaler, ellers hadde jeg hatt 30 ubesvarte anrop.</p>
<p>Men det jeg skulle frem til. Jeg var altså én av hans tre disipler, og jeg fikk ansvaret for å holde tre radioaktive strålingskilder og måle energien. RADIOAKTIVE. Det var uansett litt gøy.<a href="http://theasuperhero.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/outfront-conspiracy-watch-tin-foil-hat-big.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-544" title="outfront-conspiracy-watch-tin-foil-hat-big" src="http://theasuperhero.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/outfront-conspiracy-watch-tin-foil-hat-big.jpg?w=300" alt="" width="300" height="300" /></a></p>
<p>Etter en 8-15.30 dag var jeg endelig hjemme. Men neida, treningen begynte klokken fem, og jeg løp rundt meg selv igjen. Har jeg forresten fortalt at jeg nå spiller på et såkalt senior-lag? Jaja, det gjør jeg i hvert fall. Den nye treneren er også treneren til Sarpsborg i Adecco-ligaen, og for en hyggelig kar!<br />
Treningen i dag var ikke på nær så god som på tirsdag for min del, men var uansett relativt god og morsom.</p>
<p>Hjemme ble jeg møtt av at rettetangen min stod på, og noen hadde plassert toalettmappen min oppå den igjen. Resultat: nesten hull i toalettmappen (bunnen var såklart av gummi), og en rettetang med svart, hard plastikk.</p>

<p>Nå må jeg virkelig legge meg. Jeg bruker for mye tid på dere altså! Dere bør sette pris på det..<br />

<p>De gezondheidszorg in Nederland doet zijn voordeel met een nieuw specialisme: Top Secretaries Healthcare. Het betreft een innovatieve serviceformule met een wereld aan kennis en ervaring op het gebied van secretariaatsinrichting als uitgangspunt. De behoefte hieraan neemt toe, gezien de vaak ingrijpende veranderingen die zich in de sector voltrekken. “Onze services zijn hierop toegesneden”, zegt Ineke Kooistra, Top Secretaries Director. “Wij gaan aanzienlijk verder dan het leveren van secretaresses. Wij leveren gedrevenheid en efficiency.”</p>
<p>Top Secretaries (TS) Healthcare komt voort uit de praktijk van Adecco Top Secretaries, het bedrijfsonderdeel van ’s werelds grootste HR-dienstverlener dat zich toelegt op secretariaatsinrichting. Top Secretaries bedient al langere tijd ziekenhuizen en andere zorginstellingen en ziet de vraag naar verdere specialisatie toenemen. Ineke Kooistra: “Secretariaatswerk in de gezondheidszorg kent veel overeenkomsten met het ‘gewone’ bedrijfsleven. Maar er zijn ook opvallende verschillen. Aspecten als werkcultuur, diversiteit in contacten en kwetsbaarheid van cliënten vragen om secretaresses die iets extra’s meebrengen. Dat is voor ons een overtuigende reden geweest om de gezondheidszorg binnen onze dienstverlening een eigen plaats te geven.”</p>
<p><strong>‘Interim Team’</strong><br />
TS Healthcare richt zich primair op ziekenhuizen en aan de zorg gerelateerde organisaties. De dienstverlening, aangeboden vanuit diverse, over Nederland verspreide vestigingen, wordt gecoördineerd door consultants die binnen de gezondheidszorg jarenlange ervaring hebben en weten wat er op de sector afkomt. Kerndienst is de tijdelijke beschikbaarstelling van professionele secretaresses/ondersteuners, algemeen en medisch, op alle voorkomende niveaus. Professionals van het TS Healthcare Interim Team zijn geselecteerd en getest op competenties en eigenschappen die in een professionele zorgomgeving het verschil maken. Ook detachering voor langere termijn en werving &#38; selectie behoren tot het HR-servicepakket.</p>
<p><strong>Verbeteringstrajecten</strong><br />
Daarnaast verwacht TS Healthcare in toenemende mate consultancy services uit te zullen voeren. Ineke: “Met de veranderingen die veel zorgorganisaties doormaken, staan secretariaten vaak letterlijk onder druk. Wij hebben ervaring in het maken van analyses en inventarisaties van bestaande werkprocessen, met als uitkomst: concrete verbetervoorstellen. Voor de implementatie en ‘nazorg’ hebben we gepassioneerde professionals beschikbaar die ter plaatse de handen uit de mouwen steken en in staat zijn om het complete bestaande team te enthousiasmeren voor nieuwe werk- en communicatiemethoden. Dit levert altijd verrassende resultaten op.”</p>
<p><strong>Aan de slag in de gezondheidszorg<br />
</strong>Secretaresses die aan de slag willen binnen de gezondheidszorg, kunnen rekenen op eerlijke, deskundige voorlichting, persoonlijke advisering en een speciale introductie in de wereld van de gezondheidszorg. Zo heeft TS Healthcare een eigen trainingsmodule ontwikkeld, die inzoomt op de specifieke eisen die de sector stelt en kunnen geïnteresseerde secretaresses deelnemen aan diverse gespecialiseerde opleidingen. <p style="text-align:justify;">Il se trouve que tous les matins et soir quand je prends le métro, y&#8217;a quelque chose qui ressemble à un stand en bas de l&#8217;escalator. Dans ce stand là, c&#8217;est Halloween tous les jours. Je t&#8217;explique. En général, y&#8217;a deux mamies qui ressemblent à <a href="http://www.trucsetdeco.com/images/stories/deco/maquillage-pour-halloween-galerie-portraits-4.jpg" target="_blank">ça</a> et qui t&#8217;attendent en bas, avec un regard qui laisse penser que t&#8217;es l&#8217;incarnation littérale de Satan et qu&#8217;elle vont soit commencer à te vouer un culte, soit entamer ton exorcisme. Sans ton autorisation, bien sûr.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Ce que je ne te dis pas, c&#8217;est que ces madames là tiennent dans leurs mains environ 5 prospectus différents écrits en 22 langues différentes (oui, mon quartier est moulticoultoural comme tu le sais), elles te le présentent quand tu sors de l&#8217;escalator comme un prêtre lèverait une Bible, limite tu sens qu&#8217;elle incante intérieurement tu vois. Je te précise qu&#8217;elles sont là toute la journée, de 7h30 à 22h.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Je m&#8217;étais jamais préoccupé de ce qu&#8217;étaient ce genre de prospectus jusqu&#8217;à ce que je me fasse alpaguer pernicieusement SUR l&#8217;escalator par un être humain qui ressemblait approximativement à <a href="http://cequetulis.files.wordpress.com/2008/10/geek.jpg" target="_blank">ça</a>, tu comprendras donc que j&#8217;ai sursauté ma race et que je me suis demandé ce qui m&#8217;arrivait. Le mec a commencé à me parler, à me dire que j&#8217;avais une vie pourrie, que personne ne s&#8217;intéressait à moi et que de toute façon j&#8217;allais mourir jeune (mais moi je m&#8217;en foutais, je venais de savoir que j&#8217;avais 15 de moyenne à mes partiels alors bon&#8230; je te raconterai)&#8230; et gnagnagna. Le type, qui avait quand même commencé à me pomper l&#8217;air méchant, je l&#8217;ai défoncé en anglais dans le texte en lui disant que j&#8217;en avais rien à foutre et que si lui, il voulait plaire à quelqu&#8217;un et pas mourir jeune, il fallait qu&#8217;il songe à changer de gueule. Fallait pas me faire chier. Il a plus dit un mot. Et j&#8217;ai fini de grimper l&#8217;escalator.</p>

J&#8217;aurais du le savoir plus tôt. Ils ont en commun une dentition technicolor (bi-teintes jaunes et noires), des fringues hors d&#8217;usage (oui, je pense que recruteur chez Jéhovah, c&#8217;est pas super bien payé tu vois) et une tronche à te demander si t&#8217;as pas sonné chez Marc Dutroux un soir de pluie en jupe-collants-talons hauts.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Bref, je sais maintenant que:</p>
<ul>
<li>Chez Jéhovah, ça paye pas.</li>
<li>Que tout le monde peut-être embauché, mais y&#8217;a quand même un maxi-bonus pour les moches.</li>
<li>Qu&#8217;ils font trop gaffe à comment tu présentes.</li>
<li>Faut surtout pas avoir de vie sociale à côté sinon y&#8217;a faute professionnelle.</li>
<li>Si t&#8217;as une forte tendance névrotique avec un penchant pour l&#8217;introversion et les voyages psychotiques, tu peux être manager.</li>
</ul>
<p>J&#8217;ai (enfin) résolu le mystère du métro. Et ça franchement, ça fait presque plaisir tiens.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Pôle Emploi : Wauquiez se prend un éclat de réalité en plein vol]]></title>

<p>Pôle Emploi c&#8217;est le montage idéologique de la droite umpiste. L&#8217;usine à gaz ne satisfait ni les personnels qui y sont regroupés (issus des Assedic et de l&#8217;ANPE), en n&#8217;ayant pas les moyens de leurs missions face à un chômage exponentiel, ni, plus embêtant encore, ceux qui ont besoin de ses services, les demandeurs d&#8217;emploi. Popaul, comme surnommé par ces derniers, c&#8217;est avant tout un de ces bidules à effets multiples mais inutiles que l&#8217;Etat de droite affectionne. On a voulu faire une opération de com&#8217;, avoir l&#8217;air de taper sur le soi-disant fonctionnaire nanti, faire croire à une volonté d&#8217;efficacité, cacher qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit de stigmatiser, rayer des listes, tricher avec les chiffres et enfin renvoyer l&#8217;ascenseur aux copain et coquins en refilant le fric et une partie des missions de service public au privé.</p>
<p>Sur cette dernière partie, je noterai juste qu&#8217;une fois de plus la gauche de gouvernement (qui se dit telle) n&#8217;a, une fois de plus, pas les mains très propres. C&#8217;est sur la base d&#8217;un texte remontant au passage à Matignon de Jospin que certaines pratiques on pu êtres mises en oeuvre, avant de monter en puissance. J&#8217;ai ainsi vu une proche avoir droit à des convocations chez Adecco pour &#8220;la motiver&#8221; dans ses démarches  pour retrouver du taf&#8217;, des sommes publiques allant dans la poche de cette société privée de travail (et surtout d&#8217;exploitation) temporaire pour faire un job qui auparavant relevait d&#8217;autres structures mais dont on avait sucré les moyens.</p>
<p>Donc, sur France-Inter, Laurent Wauquiez s&#8217;est retrouvé fort dépourvu face aux questions venues d&#8217;une salaries du Pôle Emploi attachée à son travail et à mener à bien ses missions:</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>If you thought that pure-play HRO provider acquisitions were out of vogue – as compared to the recent flurry of M&#38;A activity among broad-based BPO providers and technology-oriented companies, ala HP/EDS, Xerox/ACS – think again, per two significant acquisitions announced this week.</p>
<p>First, Adecco, headquartered in Switzerland, is acquiring U.S.-based MPS Group to strengthen its professional staffing services capabilities and expand its delivery footprint, especially in the U.K., Canada and the U.S. Under the terms of the agreement, Adecco will acquire MPS Group for €782m or $13.80 per share in a cash transaction, a 24 percent premium over the October 19, 2009 closing stock price. The acquisition is to be completed Q1 2010. MPS Group will bring to Adecco professional staffing services to businesses with functional focuses in IT, F&#38;A, law, engineering, marketing and healthcare. This is all good for Adecco, its existing clients and potential buyers. It’s also good for employees of both companies as they will benefit from increased career opportunities.</p>
<p>This acquisition could also be a big boost for Adecco&#8217;s RPO business and its clients, as MPS Group has its own integrated talent management platform which includes recruitment, learning and performance management systems, as well as compensation management and succession planning. Our research demonstrates clients have shown increased demand for leveraging talent management platforms, both with RPO and other single line HRO services such as payroll.</p>
<p>This transaction makes good sense as it eliminates the two providers from fighting for the same customers, and $50 million of synergy savings gained by combining the companies is no small potatoes.</p>
<p>Second, NorthgateArinso has acquired Randstad HR&#8217;s payroll outsourcing division, CIAN, to strengthen its Dutch payroll outsourcing business. CIAN reported 12 million euro in revenue in the past year. Though small in comparison to Adecco’s purchase, this acquisition is still significant in strengthening NorthgateArinso’s position in the Netherlands. With Randstad deciding to exit the payroll business in the Netherlands, CIAN’s five large and 32 mid-sized clients will gain business continuity benefits by moving to a provider that remains committed to payroll outsourcing. CIAN employees will also benefit, as they will be working for a global provider of HR and payroll services, likely resulting in increased career opportunities within and outside of the Netherlands. This acquisition also makes sense as it strengthens NorthgateArinso’s employee base, enabling it to better service its clients, and adds additional clients to its portfolio.</p>
<p>In my analysis, these acquisitions signal two important HRO industry trends:</p>
<p>•  Acquisitions will continue to support geographic expansion and service delivery capabilities</p>
<p>•  Partnerships between HRO providers – which far outpaced acquisitions this year – will continue for the same reasons as acquisitions, such as access to better technology. But the partnerships will be more focused on areas in which the providers are not directly competing for the same customers, e.g., to service existing multi-country clients that have employees in a country they do not currently service when building that capability organically may not make sense if there is not enough scale of clients and employees to service</p>

<p>Ma non possiamo credere a tutto ciò che ci viene detto, vero?</p>
<p>E infatti, scopriamo la coda di paglia dell&#8217;Orèal.</p>
<p>Torniamo ai fatti, di ormai un anno fa, che ci riporta <a href="http://fattideuropa.splinder.com/post/17596995/Discriminazione+positiva+e+mag" target="_blank"> fattideuropa.splinder.com </a>e proviamo a fare ordine.</p>
<p>&#8220;L&#8217;AGRIF (<a href="http://agrif.fr/" target="_blank">Alliance Générale contre le Racisme et pour le respect de l&#8217;Identité Française et chrétienne</a>), <strong>un&#8217;associazione identitaria francese</strong>, aveva citato in giudizio Jean-Paul Agon, il direttore generale della nota industria di cosmetici l&#8217;Oréal, per <strong>discriminazione razziale</strong>.</p>

<p>Agon aveva infatti ammesso di applicare il <strong>concetto di discriminazione positiva</strong>, sostenendo che nel suo gruppo un candidato con un nome straniero (ovvero proveniente da un certo background etnico) ha più chances di essere assunto.</p>
<p>Il tribunale di Parigi ha respinto la richiesta dell&#8217;AGRIF motivando la sentenza con la &#8220;volontà [di Agon] di ristabilire un equilibrio compromesso&#8221;, cioè di pareggiare il conto rispetto alle altre eventuali &#8220;<strong>discriminazioni proibite</strong>&#8220;.</p>
<p>Il tribunale dunque afferma implicitamente la legittimità solo di alcune discriminazioni: quelle contro gli autoctoni. Le altre sono &#8220;proibite&#8221;&#8230;</p>
<p>Ma non basta: i magistrati, non contenti, hanno condannato l&#8217;AGRIF a versare 2.500 euro di danni e interessi al direttore generale per abuso di procedimento giudiziario.</p>
<p>Signore, quando sugli scaffali di un supermercato o nelle vetrine di una boutique notate i prodotti L&#8217;Oréal&#8230; beh, ricordatevi di questo post&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Non so se cedere all&#8217;ottimismo</strong> soprattutto perchè, con una piccola ricerca on line, si scopre che<strong> Orèal è stata condannata</strong> nel 2007 dalla corte d’appello di Parigi assieme al leader mondiale del lavoro interinale Adecco, per aver vincolato le<strong> assunzioni aziendali a criteri razziali</strong>.</p>

<p>De gezondheidszorg in Nederland doet zijn voordeel met een nieuw specialisme: Top Secretaries Healthcare. Het betreft een innovatieve serviceformule met een wereld aan kennis en ervaring op het gebied van secretariaatsinrichting als uitgangspunt. Top Secretaries bedient al langere tijd ziekenhuizen en andere zorginstellingen en ziet de vraag naar verdere specialisatie toenemen. <p><em>“Ofrecemos el outsourcing a las empresas, para los que tienen vacantes y necesiten ampliar su planilla de trabajadores; el empleo puede ser temporal como en vacaciones de verano o Semana Santa, incluso en Navidad, nos solicitan que contratemos el personal bajo nuestra razón social”</em>, señala.</p>
<p>Explicó que en Tampico hay personas y empresas que ya están familiarizadas con esta forma de trabajar porque vienen de otras ciudades y se enteran de este método de empleo por otro lado; hay otras que definitivamente no conocen ni saben de qué se trata y que pueden trabajar de esta forma sin salir afectados.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Idag har jag varit på adecco o skrivit intresseanmälningar som jag ska skicka ihop med mitt CV till olika företag.. Får se hur det går, om jag får ett jobb på så vis.. Det är bara o ligga i med det, för på nått sett så kommer det att lösa sig inom en snar framtid.. Få jobba med det jag verkligen gillar.. Vill jobba allra helst som lastbilschaufför, som hag är utbildad till.. Sen är det som bussmekaniker eller lastbilsmekaniker, är även utbildad till tungmek (mekaniker för tunga fordon)..</p>
<p>I eftermiddags var jag iväg till badhuset o tränade (har precis skaffat ett årskort på medley), vart att jag simmade 1½ km.. Var väldigt skönt att få komma iväg o träna.. Göra nått annat o rensa tankarna man har m.m. Avslutade simmningen med att sätta mig i bubbelpoolen o bara ta det lugnt.. Känns så skönt när man sen går därifrån med samvete att man har tränat..</p>
<p>Imorron blir det att gå på gymmet, hade jag tänkt mig.. Se om jag avslutar med några längder i bassängen eller om man ska gå in en sväng till relaxen.. Märks imorron hur det blir efter gympasset..</p>
<p>Det som känns så skönt när man tränar på medley är att man bara betalar 320 kr/månad o då ingår allt utom sola solarium i priset.. Så då är det bara att välja mellan: gym, simmning, gympa, vattengympa m.m.</p>
<p>Men men, annars så är det bara bra med mig.. Händer inte så mycket nu ikväll.. Blir o se på färjan, funderar på att läsa i boken som jag håller på med efter färjan.. Fast det är sånt som märks då..</p>
<p>Ni får ha det så bra tills vi höres nästa gång..</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>The Wall Street Joural reports that the number of <strong><a title="EEOC lawsuits, sexual harassment and retaliation" href="http://en.wordpress.com/tag/eeoc-lawsuits/" target="_blank">EEOC lawsuits</a></strong> that include a retaliation charge have increased by 23% since last year, while EEOC claims that didn&#8217;t include a retaliation charge rose by 12%.</p>
<p>EEOC representatives and <strong><a title="employment lawyers" href="http://en.wordpress.com/tag/employment-lawyers/" target="_blank">employment lawyers</a></strong> believe that the increase is due to the higher unemployment level and due to the fact that retaliation is usually easier to prove in court than <strong><a title="discrimination" href="http://en.wordpress.com/tag/discrimination/" target="_blank">discrimination</a></strong>.</p>
<p>The companies mentioned in the Journal story that have recently been accused or discrimination and/or <strong><a title="retaliation lawsuits" href="http://en.wordpress.com/tag/retaliation/" target="_blank">retaliation</a></strong> are:</p>
<p><strong><a title="Zachry Industrial sued by Connie Beseda for retaliation" href="http://en.wordpress.com/tag/zachry-industrial/" target="_blank">Zachry Industrial</a></strong> of New Braunfels, Texas, is being sued for allegedly retaliating against and firing <strong><a title="Connie Beseda sues Zachry Industrial for retaliation, EEOC" href="http://en.wordpress.com/tag/connie-beseda/" target="_blank">Connie Beseda</a></strong> after she complained about unequal access to bathrooms for women workers.</p>
<p>In August, the EEOC filed a lawsuit against the staffing company <strong><a title="Adecco sued by EEOC for sexual harassment and retaliation" href="http://en.wordpress.com/tag/adecco/" target="_blank">Adecco</a></strong> for failing to protect women employees from sexual harassment at one of its client&#8217;s factories and for firing the woman who complained to Adecco about the harassment.</p>
<p><strong><a title="Childress Engineering Services sued by Jennifer Green for sexual harassment" href="http://en.wordpress.com/tag/childress-engineering-services/" target="_blank">Childress Engineering Services</a></strong> of Richardson, Texas, was sued by the EEOC for allegedly retaliating against and firing <strong><a title="Jennifer Green sues Childress Engineering Services for sexual harassment" href="http://en.wordpress.com/tag/jennifer-green/" target="_blank">Jennifer Green</a></strong> for complaining about a <strong><a title="hostile work environment" href="http://www.ebosswatch.com" target="_blank">hostile work environment</a></strong> that included repeated sexually explicit remarks from male coworkers.</p>

<p>El próximo día 7 de octubre empiezas una nueva experiencia en Londres.</p>
<p>Estoy seguro que va a ser muy positiva y te va a venir muy bien.  Seguro que vas a estar muy bien allí casi estos 3 meses porque Londres es una ciudad llena de gente, de movimiento y con actividad las 24 horas del día&#8230;. es decir, como tú. Esta experiencia te va a valer para recargarte las pilas, llenarte de energía y olvidar un poquito de los problemillas que tenías en Lissone. Cambiar de aires siempre viene bien.</p>
<p>Espero y estoy seguro que vas a estar genial allí aunque espero que Londres no te guste más que Madrid, y que no se te pegue el humor inglés o te parto la cara <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p><span style="color:#000000;">La crisis no está afectando a todos, eso no es ningun secreto, pero parece que la solucion que muchos barceloneses y catalanes es la búsqueda de un segundo trabajo, por lo tanto un segundo sueldo. Éstas noticias provienen de la empresa de trabajo temporal<strong> (ETT) Randstad</strong>, que comenta que recibe el doble de gente que por necesidad y preocupación busca ser pluriempleadas, y por otro lado, la empresa <strong>Adecco </strong>tambien confirma un mas que notable incremento.</span></p>
<p>Las mayoria de las personas que cumplen este perfil son personas con cargas familiares y los problemas economicos, que todos padecemos, hipotecas, coches que pagar cada mes&#8230; y que han reducido sus ingresos porque ahora no hacen tantas horas extras como antes o porque alguien de su entorno se encuentra en el paro. <strong>Un 52% son immigrantes</strong>, no les interesa tanto un trabajo y un puesto estable, sino tener una fuente de ingresos, por temporal que ésta sea.<br />
El otro sector que se mueve son los jovenes estudiantes y las mujeres mayores de 45 años, un colectivo que anteriormente no buscaba trabajo, que quieren recuperar las perdidas de ingresos en la familia porque algun miembro de ésta, se encuentra en el paro.</p>
<p>Pero lamentablemente, una cosa es buscar este segundo trabajo, y otra muy diferente, es encontrarlo, matiza la adjunta de Selección de Barcelona y el Baix Llobregat de Adecco, <strong>Meritxell Aiguadé.</strong></p>
<p>Los numeros corroboran estas percepciones, con unos 57.600 catalanes que declaran tener un segundo trabajo, segun el <strong>Instituto de Estadistica de Catalunya</strong>. Por desgracia con esta economia submergida, todo esta siendo mas dificil, con nuevas opociones como <a href="http://purejetset.es/">escorts Barcelona</a>, <a href="http://purejetset.es/">escorts Madrid</a>, y un monton de trabajos temporales que muchos de ellos, la mayoria de gente, tiempo atras no queria hacer, pero la necesidad es un mal de nuestros dias.</p>

<p> Men ska försöka komma på allt.. Med mig är det bara bra, förutom att jag är lite småtrött just nu..</p>
<p>Måndag 21/9: Hände inte så mycket, var på adecco o sökte jobb.. Var ute o gick en runda.. Annars var det en lugn dag..</p>
<p>Tisdag 22/9: Var på adecco o sökte jobb m.m. Var en sväng på stan, ute o gick..</p>
<p> Onsdag 23/9: Var en lugn dag, var en sväng hos morsan o fikade..</p>
<p>Torsdag 24/9: Hände inte så mycket, var hemma o fixade lite.. Var ute o gick en runda..</p>
<p>Fredag 25/9: Tog det lugnt under dagen, var förbi morsan en sväng.. Conny, Annika, Tommy o Lise-Lotte kom vid tre tiden o åt med mig, farsan o styvmorsan.. Satt o snackade o hade det trevligt.. Vart ett par öl <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ..</p>
<p>Sen vid sextiden gick jag upp till Marre o Danne, för att betala det jag beställt från tupperwearpartyt o hämta sakerna.. Även Anneli, Catrin o Monica kom o betalade o hämtade sina saker.. Vart att jag, Marre, Danne, Catrin o Monica satt o pratade o hade det trevligt över en kopp kaffe..</p>
<p>Vid nio tiden tog sig Monica o Catrin sig hemåt.. Då vart det att Marre o Danne gjorde sig iordning o följde med mig hem, så jag kunde fräscha till mig lite.. Mötte farsan, styvmorsan, Conny o Annika hemma.. Vi drog oss ner till Highlander Inn.. Sen kom även Tommy, Danne o Macke dit.. Mötte även Jalko (jobbarkompis med Danne) o en kompis till honom där.. Vi satt o snackade o hade det trevligt..</p>
<p>Sen straxt efter ett tiden gick farsan, styvmorsan, Conny o Annika hemåt.. Funderade på om hur jag skulle göra, ville ju gå ut en sväng jag med eller om jag skulle ta mig hemåt jag också.. Vart att Tommy, Danne o Macke drog med mig till Harrys.. Var trevligt där på Harrys faktist.. Vart att jag tog mig hemåt vid tretiden på natten :S.. Men hade svårt o somna när jag väl var hemma..</p>
<p>Lördag 26/9: Har inte hänt så mycket just nu sen jag vaknade.. Har gjort mig iordning o tagit det lugnt.. Ska snart iväg med morsan en sväng.. Se vad som händer o sker ikväll..</p>
<p>Berättar mer sen imorron..</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>My July 22 blog focused on partnerships between RPO providers to improve multi-geo and global RPO capabilities in order to serve the needs of buyers looking for recruiting support beyond domestic regions and to boost their own revenue growth. </p>
<p>And as we identified in our May 2009 <a href="http://www.nelson-hall.com/service-line-programs/hr-outsourcing/market-analyses/?avpage-views=article&#38;id=65539&#38;fv=1"><span style="color:#0000ff;">Targeting Recruitment Process Outsourcing</span></a> report, a growing number of providers in the RPO space are taking the acquisition route to gain the same benefits for themselves and their clients. In fact, 40 percent of all RPO providers have acquired another company, and 28 percent have completed an acquisition in the past two years.</p>
<p>The most recent example was yesterday’s announcement of The RightThing acquiring Capital H Group’s RPO division, based in Milwaukee, to expand its geographical reach in the upper mid-west region of the U.S. Others include Kenexa’s acquisition of Quorum International to strengthen its RPO capability in EMEA, Alexander Mann’s purchase of Capital Consulting to enhance its ability to serve the European and Asian markets, and Adecco’s acquisition of TalentTrack to strengthen its position in North America.</p>
<p>What benefits do acquisitions deliver to RPO providers and buyers?</p>
<p>•  RPO contracts often begin with the provision of services in one or two geographies. But if the relationship proves successful and the provider can service all the client’s geographies, the number of suppliers with which the client works can be reduced and the contracts can be expanded</p>
<p>•  The economies of scale gained by standardization of processes and technologies across geographies reduces expenses for providers and increases cost savings for buyers</p>
<p>•  In countries and regions outside the U.S., clients often want recruiters to be onsite for in-person requirements discussions with hiring managers, to meet candidates during interviews, and greet new hires on their first day and help with the on-boarding process</p>
<p>•  Even in the U.S. where provision of services is more service-center oriented, clients still want providers to be close by to accomplish similar objectives</p>
<p>While growing organically is important, acquisitions can help RPO providers meet revenue growth objectives and satisfy client needs. As a result, we expect further consolidation via acquisition in the RPO provider space. And this consolidation will not only be between big-name players but also with smaller providers that may be experiencing financial difficulties due to reduced hiring volumes and where most of their revenue is paid on a per hire basis.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>As a habit, I follow closely what my companies competitors do&#8230;press releases, articles, service offerings, etc. And now with Facebook its as easy as becoming a fan of all my competitors to follow exactly what they are up to.</p>
<p>One of the companies I follow is Adecco. Great company, tremendous amount of success. No one can fault them there. But what they are doing on Facebook is the wrong way to go about using social media. Here is a recent example.</p>
<p>In one of their recent  post to Facebook, Adecco touted that the job market was showing signs of recovery and provided a link. That&#8217;s good information for their fans. Adecco is in the market of finding people work so any information on the job market makes sense. The problem came when their fans started to comment.</p>
<p>&#8220;Adecco stinks, the girl in the Falls NY area passed over submitting me for jobs i was wanting instead using me for a warm bdy for grunt work, Steamed!!!!&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Be carefully what you say they deleted my comment last time I said something they didn&#8217;t like.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;If you have any talent at all&#8230;don&#8217;t go to Adecco cause they don&#8217;t care about talent&#8230;&#8221;</p>
<p>Now, no company wants to see comments like this for everyone to see. But unfortunately, its part of doing business. And the bigger you get, the more likely it is that there will be people that will say negative things about you. That in itself is typically not the problem. The problem comes when you do not respond the right way. So how did Adecco respond? They deleted the negative comments and replaced them with positive comments. Positive comments by their employees non-the-less.</p>
<p>&#8220;Adecco is the best company ever!&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;You&#8217;re def right (name), it IS!!&#8221;</p>
<p>This is NOT the way a company should use Facebook. The proper way is to address the problems right then and there. Show the world that you know the proper way to deal with unhappy customers. Complaints on Facebook are an opportunity. Don&#8217;t try to sweep them under the rug. They will simply show up somewhere else. And you won&#8217;t be able to simply delete them there.</p>
