PHYSICOCHEMICAL LOOP REACTOR

ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE

   A physicochemical loop reactor comprises two loop channels and means for inducing a circulation of processed reactants through and around said channels. The letter are symmetrically biased at a sharp angle in relation to their common inlet, which is directed to the vertex of said angle and connected to the reactor. The channels are adjacent to each other at said vertex where their outlets oppose each other, cross the reactor inlet and are connected to the reactor outlet.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

   The invention pertains to physicochemical loop-type reactors with the reactants circulating via loop channels, a pump, propulsion jet and the like inducing the circulation. The main function of such known reactors (see US patent No. 4,037,825 and the reference cited in) is mixing of liquids and gases.
   The objective of the present invention is enhancing the known uses and widening greatly the reactors possibilities by achieving heterogeneous and homogenous effects in fluids for emulsification, dispersion, enhancing chemical reactions, wastewater treatment, degassing, aerosol production, coagulation, etc.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

   The above stated objective is attained by means of creation of (ultra)sonic oscillations of reactants in the reactor. For this, the loop channels are symmetrically biased at a sharp angle in relation to their common inlet. The latter is directed to the vertex of said angle and connected to the reactor inlet, the channels being adjacent to each other at said vertex wherein their outlets oppose each other, cross the reactor inlet and are connected to the reactor outlet.
   The invention will be more readily comprehended from the following description, drawings and appended claim.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

   Fig. 1 is a design of the first embodiment of the loop reactor with machined the loop channels;
   Fig. 2 is a design of the second embodiment with tubular loop channels.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

   The reactor is provided with loop channels 1 and 2, machined in a body 3 (Fig. 1), or tubular (Fig. 2). The channels are symmetrically biased at a sharp angle in relation to their common inlet directed to the said angle vertex 4 and connected to a reactor inlet 5. The channels 1 and 2 are adjacent to each other at said vertex. Therein their outlets 6 and 7 oppose each other, cross the inlet 5 and are connected to a reactor outlet 8. The body 3 (Fig. 1) is provided with a cover 9 and packing 10, all of them being fixed together with screws 11.
   The substances (gas, liquid, aerosol, emulsion, dispersion, etc.) enter the reactor through the inlet 5. Two or more reactants can be previously mixed by known methods (e.g. in counter flow, pumps, etc.), or several pipes 15 and 16 for reactants can be connected to the inlet 5 as it is shown in Fig. 2.
   The work of the reactor is based on the Coanda effect described for example in US patent No. 2,052,869, although one pouring water out of a pot can observe the effect oneself. The jet sticks to the wall of the pot and does not go into the cup.
   Let an occasional influence deflect the jet from the inlet 5 to the right. The surrounding medium flows carried away by the jet on its each side are approximately equal, but the effective area through which the medium is carried away is decreased on the right and increased on the left. This causes the force directed into the same side in which the jet has been initially deflected. As a result, the jet is deflected farther to the right side and sticks to the right wall.
   Then the flow in the right channel 2 returns back via the outlet 7 to the initial jet and deflects the latter into the left channel 1. Next, the flow follows the left channel 1, returns back via the outlet 6 to the initial jet, deflects the latter into the right channel 2, and the process is repeated, (ultra)sonic oscillations being produced. The treated fluid goes out through the outlet 8.
   The analytical description of the process in the jet sticking to a wall is very difficult, and the most common method of such investigations is experimental.
   Heterogeneous and homogenous effects of (ultra)sonic in all systems (liquid-liquid, gas-liquid, liquid-solids and gas-solids), obtained herein are well known and do not require further explanation. These effects provide the possibility to treat emulsion, dispersion, wastewater, aerosol, and the like, to enhance chemical reactions, degassing, coagulation, etc.

   What is claimed is:

   1. A physicochemical loop reactor, comprising two loop channels and means for circulating processed reactants through and around said channels biased symmetrically at a sharp angle in relation to their common inlet, which is directed to the vertex of said angle and connected to the inlet of the reactor, the channels being adjacent to each other at said vertex where their outlets oppose each other, cross the reactor inlet and are connected to the outlet of the latter.

ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE

   A sonic oscillator comprises a nozzle directing a pressurized fluid into an obstacle shaped as a closed loop channel having its inlet opposite to said nozzle and outlet crossing the outlet of the nozzle. That enables the fluid return and the primary jet deflection away from the obstacle inlet.
In the first embodiment of the invention, said nozzle and channel are machined in a body. In the second embodiment, the channel is tubular, in the third – a tubular spring. The oscillating frequency of the latter can be close to the forced frequency caused by the fluid flowing in the channel.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

   The present invention pertains to sonic oscillators, particularly to those with a nozzle directing pressurized fluids into an obstacle. Such known devices are ultrasonic whistles described in Theodor F. Hueter and Richard H. Bolt. Sonics. John Wiley & Sons, Inc., New York, 1955, pp. 288-295; Richard G. Goldman. Ultrasonic Technology. Reinhold Publishing Corp., New York, 1962, pp. 94-107, 137-139). More particularly, the present oscillator relates to those with a vibrating blade (US patents Nos. 3,926,413; 2,657,021 and 3,176,964).
   The known devices cannot work with both liquid and gas. While working with liquids, it is impossible to elevate cavitation activity and enhance the physical-chemical treatment by raising the jet velocity. Cavitation bubbles aroused in the high-speed jet (the velocity being around or above the critical one) change the wave-drag of the medium and deteriorate the conditions of bringing the oscillating obstacle into resonance. In addition, there is fatigue failure in the oscillating blade of the ultrasonic whistle. Still another disadvantage is a considerable high pressure with a relatively small range within which it operates.
   The objective of the present invention is to eliminate above disadvantages (at this, any movement of the details can be also eliminated) and to elevate the efficiency of heterogeneous and homogenous effects in all systems: liquid-liquid, gas-liquid, liquid-solids and gas-solids (emulsification, dispersion, enhancing chemical reactions, waste-water treatment, degassing, aerosol production, coagulation, etc.).

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

   Above objective is achieved by the obstacle shaped as a closed loop channel having its inlet opposite to the nozzle and its outlet crossing the nozzle outlet to deflect the initial jet away from the inlet of the obstacle.
In the first embodiment of the invention, said nozzle and channel are machined in a body. The second embodiment employs a tubular channel. The third embodiment uses a tubular spring with its natural oscillating frequency close to the forced frequency caused by the fluid in the channel.
   Thus, the present device generates oscillations by shifting the initial jet from the obstacle channel to the outlet of the device (EITHER…OR), the latter being switched ON or OF. At the same time, several old techniques working on the principle of the primary jet interacting with the fluid volume of a vortex chamber may seem to bear resemblance to this invention. In order not to confuse the latter (to make this description more “fool-proof”), several examples are provided below.
   US patents Nos. 1,496,858 and 3,731,877 describe the jet interaction (and so does this invention). Yet, in the first case, both jets are primary, whereas in the present oscillator, the initial jet interacts with the secondary one. Besides, the device of patent No. 1,496,858 does not produce oscillations. The device of patent No. 3,731,877 does, but by a blade.
   Sonic generators (US patents Nos. 3,071,145; 3,137,882 and 3,325,150) are hydrodynamic radiators with resonating devices forming vortexes when a fluid jet is collided with a non-streamlined obstacle. The explanation in above patents is not strong enough. More correct explanation is given in B.A. Vonnegut, Vortex Whistle, JASA, 1954, 18-20, 26; Greguss P. Ultrasonic News, 1957, vol. 4, 10, 11, 17; R.C. Chanaud, Experiments Concerning the Vortex Whistle, JASA, 1963, 35, No. 7, p. 953-960).
   At the flow-around of non-streamlined bodies, the jet flows in another (in comparison with the principal flow) direction. Thus, interaction of two flows and a trajectory deflection of their resulting flow occur as a vortex. The centrifugal forces of the rotating flow raise the pressure in its periphery and decrease that in the medium center, i.e. a pressure gradient causing the medium oscillations and vortexes. Since the pressure in a cross-section of any vortex is variable, the acoustic oscillations propagate into the surrounding medium.
   In addition, the chamber center rarefaction by the rotating jet causes the counter-flow of the surrounding medium and promotes the jet instability. Therefore, in comparison with the present oscillator, there is no shifting or even switching of the primary jet in the vortex whistles. In a physical sense, the distinguishing characteristics of the present device is a closed loop channel instead of a vortex chamber (with a closed loop path – as pointed out in patent No. 3,071,145, and that is why it is not to be confused with), the treatment of the fluid being more intensive.
   The device of US patent No. 3, 157,359 is a generator known as Hartmann’s stem radiator. The oscillations are generated by shock waves formed near a nozzle when the supersonic jet impinges upon a cavity resonator placed along the jet axis (the present apparatus does not use such a resonator).
   The devices of US patents Nos. 3,506, 244; 3,599,940 and Re 29,161 can be with some difficulties related to the ultrasonic whistles of above patent No. 3,926,413. However, the device of patent No. 3,506,244 is not a generator because its blade is inflexible. Comparison of those devices with the present one has been made above in the Background of the Invention.
   The invention will be more readily comprehended from the following description, drawings and appended claims.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

   Fig. 1 is a sectional view of the invention with a machined channel (the first embodiment);
   Fig. 2 is the same as above with a tubular channel.(the second embodiment);
   Fig. 3 is the same as above with a non-circular tube (the third embodiment);
   Fig. 4 is a sectional view taken along lines B-B and C-C of Fig. 3.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

   Sonic oscillations in a fluid are generated by directing the pressurized fluid from a nozzle 1 (Fig. 1) into an obstacle 2 shaped as a closed loop channel returning the fluid and deflecting the primary jet away from the inlet of the obstacle 2.
   The nozzle 1 and the loop channel of the obstacle 2 are machined in a body 3 provided with an inlet 4, an outlet 5, a cover 6 and a packing 7 fixed with screws 8.
   As the primary portion of the treated fluid passes through the nozzle 1 into the channel of the obstacle 2 and returns back, the latter flow interrupts the primary jet and deflects it away from the entrance of the obstacle 2. This causes the pressure in the latter to drop. That is why the deflected jet again enters the obstacle 2. Then the process is repeated, the waves of increased and decreased pressure propagating along the obstacle 2.
   The geometrical parameters of the oscillator and the physical properties of the fluid (gas, liquid, aerosol, emulsion, dispersion, etc.) determine the operating frequency. In treating liquids, the most efficiency is achieved by combined action of jet cavitations (at or above the jet critical velocity) and sonic oscillations producing cavitations too, the possibility to generate the oscillations being not disturbed.
   The jet cavitation and its action have been described in my previous application “Method of Producing Physical-Chemical Effects in Liquids” assigned to International Design and Development Corp. The treatment of liquids can be also enhanced by increasing temperature and static pressure in the outlet of the oscillator. Such regimes are also described in the above application.
   The obstacle 2 can be shaped as a tube (Fig. 2) fixed to a disc 10 in a tubular body 3 provided with the inlet 4, outlet 5 and nozzle 1, collars 11, packing 7 and screw clamps 12. In this case, a tubular spring can have its natural oscillation frequency matched with the operating one.
In another design (Fig. 3 and 4), the tube has a non-circular shape.
   The present oscillator can be to produce suspensions and emulsions, to reduce the size of the particulates suspended in a liquid, for degassing, aeration, activating chemical, electrochemical and catalytic reactions, waste-water treatment, destruction of bacteria, extraction of biologically active substances reduced to fragments and dispersed in a liquid, for coagulation of gases, etc.

   What is claimed is:

   1. A sonic oscillator comprising a nozzle directing a pressurized fluid into an obstacle, wherein said obstacle is shaped as a closed loop channel having its inlet opposing said nozzle and its outlet crossing the outlet of the nozzle, enabling the fluid return and the primary jet deflection away from the obstacle inlet.
   2. The oscillator of claim 1 wherein said channel is that of a tubular spring.
   3. The apparatus of claim 2 wherein the natural oscillating frequency of said spring is close to the forced frequency caused by the fluid in the channel.

Smettiamola con la solite manfrine su quanto e’ difficile fare la mamma, come sono duri i primi mesi, i dolori del parto,  la mastite, i copricapezzoli,  bla bla bla. Un mito da sfatare:

Essere padre e’ molto piu’ impegnativo. Alle mamme vanno tutti i benefit: allattano bimbi che pendono adoranti dalle loro mammelle, sono piene di ossitocina e hanno l’obbligo di essere sovrappeso di almeno tre chili per non perdere il prezioso nettare. Gli viene addirittura consigliato di bere vino rosso tanninico di alto lignaggio, a prenzo e cena, perche’ agevola la produzione di latte!!! Non lavorano e ricevono lo stipendio. Ma di cosa vi lamentate????

Pensate a nostro duro mestieri di poveri giovini padri abbandonati a noi stessi. Ci toccano solo gli scarti. A me hanno lasciato in dote i compiti che la mamma non vuole fare. Sono io a torturare giornalmente la signorina K. infilandole una siringa di soluzione fisiologica per narice. Vengo costretto, con enormi difficolta’ polmonari, ad aspirare il muco con un aggeggio infernale che costa come una Porche. Mi tocca l’aerosol e lo sgradito cambio d’abiti dopo il bagnetto, oltre che almeno mezz’ora a fare il pagliaccio travestito da giraffa volante e parlante. Per non parlare poi della mia laurea in pediatria, presa on-line in due mesi, che mi obbliga a fare diagnosi e dettare cure per ogni malanno della K.

Neanche una tetta da darle per tranquillizzarla, ne una da succhiare per tranquillizzare me.

Carmine Galante, del clan de los Bonanno, se hacía grande, y muy peligroso. El colmo había sido el tabú que Galante había roto traficando con drogas, actividad que estaba vedada, ancestralmente, a los Hombres Hechos. La Familia aprobó su muerte, y De Meo postuló a su hombre. El golpe se aprobó, y el trabajo fue encargado a Richard.

Galante era un Capitán, y tenía su propia banda de matones siempre a su alrededor. De Meo trazó un plan sencillo. Galante solía comer en la terraza interior de una pizzería. Se haría allí, según un plan que propuso De Meo, y que aprobó Richard. Era un plan sencillo, pero muy peligroso, pues implicaba un enfrentamiento abierto, a tiro limpio, con la  banda de Galante.

Richard comía en el interior del local. Solo, armado. Llevaba ocultas dos pistolas del 357, muy potentes, y un 38 más manejable. Galante y sus esbirros comían en el patio. Como estaba previsto.

Se presentaron ruidosamente los locos de De Meo, y los matones de Galante salieron a la puerta, alarmados. Empezó el tiroteo allí. Como estaba previsto.

Richard se levantó y sacó las 357. Caminó a lo largo del pasillo que llevaba al patio, y a la puerta se encontró cara a cara con Carmine Galante. Richard disparó con ambas pistolas repetidamente, lanzando a Galante contra un rincón del patio. Richard salió por el callejón trasero. Allí le esperaba De Meo en coche. Le recogió y desaparecieron. -¿Todo bien? -Como un maldito reloj.

Delante, las cosas habían ido bien, sin bajas para De Meo. Galante y sus hombres estaban muertos.

La popularidad de Richard creció hasta sus máximos históricos, máxime cuando no cobró nada a la familia por el golpe. La noticia, además, dio la vuelta al mundo cuando un fotógrafo obtuvo una vista inmejorable del patio interior, desde una vivienda vecina.

Richard era una pieza de relojería, y sus trabajos siguieron saliendo bien. Richard conoció en aquella época a Robert Pronge, otro asesino a sueldo.

Se vieron por primera vez acechando al mismo tipo, un hombre importante realmente inaccesible. Coincidieron dos veces en el hotel del tipo en el espacio de un par de horas, y ambos estaban convencidos de que el otro era un asesino a sueldo. Poco después, se volvieron a encontrar, frente a la casa del tipo. Richard se acercó a un carrito de helados, y se encontró al tipo, de nuevo. Se presentaron el uno al otro, e hicieron buenas migas. Pronge sentía verdadera pasión por el asesinato. Antiguo miembro de Operaciones Especiales, poseía un arsenal de rifles, artefactos explosivos activados a distancia, y todo tipo de herramientas. Ejecutaba sus trabajos mediante un sinfín de procedimientos, y utilizaba todo tipo de artilugios para ello. Lo que encandiló a Richard fue un artilugio que había inventado Pronge: un pequeño aerosol con cianuro mezclado con un compuesto que se absorbe por la piel. El resultado era un spray mortífero al contacto. Richard se mostró tan fascinado, que Pronge le invitó a acompañarle en un trabajo. Ofreció a Richard acabar con la víctima usando el spray. El trabajo salió a las mil maravillas, y Richard incluyó el spray entre sus objetos de culto.

Pronge también mataba por diversión, y de vez en cuando salían por ahí para probar sus inventos y sus nuevos juguetes. Richard dijo, ya en la cárcel, que De Meo y Pronge eran las dos personas más peligrosas que había conocido.

Después de haber matado a Galante por traficar con droga, De Meo decidió ocupar el lugar vacante, y envió a Richard a cerrar un trato de cocaína con unos hermanos brasileños, en Río de Janeiro. Richard cerró exitosamente el trato, pero nada más volver, De Meo le envió otra vez a Río con el encargo de matar a los hermanos brasileños. Al parecer, se la habían jugado con la droga. Richard, de nuevo en Río, compró una pistola del 38 en los bajos fondos y acechó a los hermanos. Los vio salir de un bar con unos amigos. Se reían, habían bebido. Richard salió del coche, caminó hacia ellos, y mató a los cuatro a tiro limpio.

Como un maldito reloj.

Such observed data were analyzed to understand urban aerosol effects on atmospheric heat budget. die Ukraine versinkt im Chaos und bittet die Welt um Hilfe, so die Medien. Was ist Wahrheit und was ist Manipulation? Warum berichten die Medien nicht, worüber viele Foren, Gruppen und Webseiten schreiben?

Ukraine

• Infowars Ireland und Prison Planet berichteten jeweils am 02.11.09, dass die Behörden für Gesundheit im Bezirk Desniansko (Kiev) hartneckig Augenzeugen von Bürgern dementieren, wo Flugzeuge Substanzen (Aerosol) versprüht haben. Es gibt hunderte Zeugen aus Kiew, Lwiw, Ternopil und anderen Städten in der Ukraine. Redakteure erhielten viele Anrufe von Bürgern der Stadt, die das gesehen haben. Hubschrauber und Flugzeuge sind stundenlang gekreist und haben gesprüht. Einzelhändler und Geschäftsleute wurden angewiesen “im Haus zu bleiben”. Soweit.

Interessant ist, dass neben den Behörden inzwischen auch die Radiostationen die Berichte dementieren. Aus Zwang? Die Ukraine erlebt ein Chaos durch das Virus. Die öffentliche Ordnug muss sicher bleiben. Gottesdienste und Versammlungen wurden bekanntlich verboten und Schulen geschlossen. Die Polizei darf mit allen Mitteln die Verbote der Behörden durchsetzen. Regionen wurden unter Quarantäne gestellt. Für mich gibt es keinen Zweifel an der Sprühaktion der Behörden.

Die Fragen sind:

1. Was wurde gezielt in der Ukraine versprüht?
2. Hat es was mit der Schweinegrippe zu tun?

Manipulation der Luft

Es ist kein neues Pfänomen, dass Flugzeuge Gemische versprühen. Technik und Materal ist vorhanden und es wird weltweit genutzt. Aufgeweckte Menschen, die vor Chemtrails warnen, werden als Spinner und Verschwörer abgestempelt. Es ist aber kein Geheimnis, dass das Militär mit Substanzen experimentiert.

Die Schweinegrippe ist nicht einfach vom Himmel gefallen. Es gibt inzwischen genug Hinweise und Beweise, dass hinter dem Virus ein Kartell steht. Die Menschen zahlen den Preis. Alles in allem sind diese Machenschaften so unvorstellbar, dass die wenigsten Bürger die Wahrheit glauben. Das wissen auch die Macher dahinter und manipulieren durch die Medien fleißig weiter.

Die Wahrheit macht Dich FREI, aber bist Du bereit die Wahrheit zu akzeptieren?

“Rocking Time”

OK Folks,

I’m doing an exclusive show for 2009 at Upper Playground Seattle. From Now until the show I will be posting updates about the show…triumphs and struggles…along with detail shots of me in the studio working, and of the work itself. Along side the original works I will have a very limited line of T-shirts and scarves.

Now down to the dirt, The show is called Orchestra of old souls. The show is about the inevitability of old age and the transfiguring of our souls into a physical form before it evolves into pure energy. As the soul leaves the body it takes the form of a colorful explosion of what I’m calling “Ultra Gore” which is mash of eyes, tentacles, pores, skin, fungus and everything that makes up organic life forms. I believe sometimes old souls can be trapped in any “shell” or form, and that death of the body is the only way that the soul may be free to do what it is destined to do somewhere else in this immense universe that we truthfully know nothing about.

Now that that is out of the way…This Show will be the first marker for the Weirdoculture empire, product line.

Según Alan Watts el único país en el planeta que no están fumigando es China.

si las órdenes de fumigar productos quimicos proceden de la élite, entonces, no se fumigarían a ellos mismos. El Tratado de Cielos Abiertos entró en vigor el 1 de enero de 2002 y actualmente cuenta con 34 Estados Miembros. Establece un programa de vuelos de vigilancia aérea sin armamento sobre el territorio de todos los países participantes. El tratado está diseñado mediante la obtención de información sobre los efectivos y operaciones militares que puedan afectarles. El concepto de “observación aérea mutua” fue propuesto inicialmente al Presidente del Consejo de Ministros de la URSS Nikolái Bulganin por parte del Presidente de los Estados Unidos Dwight D. Eisenhower en la Conferencia de Ginebra de 1955. Finalmente se alcanzó un acuerdo por iniciativa del Presidente (y anterior Director de la CIA) George H. W. Bush en 1989. Negociado por los entonces miembros de la OTAN y del Pacto de Varsovia, la firma tuvo lugar en Helsinki, Finlandia, el 24 de marzo de 1992. Los Estados Unidos lo ratificaron en 1993. el Tratado de Cielos Abiertos (no el comercial, pero si el militar – no hay dos de ellos) Canadá lo firmo. este es un esfuerzo global que están llevando a cabo en una escala increíble, porque tengo fotos de Australia, Nueva Zelanda, de todo el mundo y Gran Bretaña también. Y en todo el mundo están haciendo fumigaciones excepto China y partes de África. Suiza, China y otro país, no firmaron el Tratado de Cielos Abiertos y ellos no estan siendo fumigados!
