The Oscar winner and hit songstress showed off new photos of her nearly 4 month old son David, on Monday’s episode of the Oprah Winfrey show. Baby David was born on August 10th.

Hudson promises to make this first Christmas for baby David a memorable event,”…I’m going to go crazy”…He’s very aware but he is so young and it’s his first Christmas, so you have to go all out…”

She added….”I kind of want to get him his own Santa Claus and just have like a toy store in the house, full of thing”…

ABC has announced that Jennifer Hudson: I’ll Be Home For Christmas will air on Monday, December 14, 2009 at 8PM ET/PT.

BREAKING NEWS- The AP is reporting that four police officers were shot and killed Sunday morning in what authorities called a targeted ambush at a coffee-house in Washington state, a sheriff’s official said.

A gunman burst into a Washington state coffeehouse Sunday and opened fire on four police officers as they sat working on their laptops, killing the three men and one woman in what an official described as a targeted ambush.

Pierce County Sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer said officers were looking for one male suspect who fled on foot, but haven’t ruled out an accomplice.

Troyer said the four officers killed — all from the Lakewood Police Department — were catching up on paperwork at the beginning of their shifts when they were attacked at 8:15 a.m. Sunday.

Troyer said the attack was clearly targeted at the officers, not a robbery gone bad.

“There were marked patrol cars outside and they were all in uniform,” Troyer said.

“This was more of an execution. Walk in with the specific mindset to shoot police officers,” Troyer said.

A Pierce County manhunt is now under way, Sgt. Ed Troyer, Pierce County Sheriff’s spokesman, said all available officers are combing several potential crime scenes, including one on Pacific Highway where a suspect’s pickup truck reportedly was abandoned.

Families of the officers have been notified, Troyer said. All of the officers — three males and a female — were in uniform, wearing vests and had marked patrol cars parked outside, he said.

A $10,000 reward was offered for information leading to an arrest, Troyer said.

Police are looking for one man in connection with the attack, which happened at about 8 a.m., Troyer said. The suspect is described as an African-American man, between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, wearing a black coat and blue jeans, with a “scruffy” appearance, he said. The man is believed to have fled the coffee shop on foot, he said.

Authorities are not ruling out the possibility that a second person was involved in the attack, Troyer said.

There were no known threats lodged against any of the officers murdered, nor any against the police department at large.

“We don’t have any threat, we don’t have any targeted people,” Troyer told reporters, having no answer to the question of why the officers were singled out.”Chances are there is not going to be a good answer. There is not an answer that makes any sense.”

Killing black women in south Los Angeles

In a case that is reminiscent of the police oversight in Cleveland, by being remise in their investigation of a series of missing women reports in the same neighborhood for over 15 years, they only recently were able to arrest convicted rapist Anthony Sowell for the killings.

As in the Cleveland serial killer case, the perpetrator was able to get away with his murderous rampages for several years, due to the fact that police departments around the country continue to fail to follow-up and thoroughly investigate the murders, or the missing case reports, of black women that they deem to be street trash.

In Los Angeles, we see that black women are treated like dirt, as compared to the way a white women would be assisted, and if they go missing, it is the top priority for the department.

We see that with the mishandling of the Mitrice Richardson disappearance by the Malibu Police Department, after they released her after she clearly was acting disoriented as if her life and safety did not matter.

In LA, the name of the serial killer is ‘The Grim Sleeper’. A citizens action group has been set up to keep a focus on finding and prosecuting this killer. In south LA, the police were not very quick to connect the dots to incriminate one killer.

Because the killings were not connected as serial murders, the tragic enormity of the situation has been hidden and downplayed, and vital evidence, connections and patterns may have been missed.

 Public and media attention which would have been greater if the total numbers of deaths had been known, would have spurred the police into a more vigorous investigation. Lives might have been saved and the community better protected from further attacks.

The first set of murders was announced in the mid-1980s after eleven women had already been killed in a 40-mile radius in South L.A. The police falsely referred to the killer as the “Prostitute Slayer” a name then picked up by the press.

By the end of the 1980s the public was told that the murders committed by the South side Slayer were solved.

The police named the second set of murders the “Strawberry Murders” (a name given by LAPD because they said the victims were mainly women who exchanged sex for drugs). A Sheriff’s Deputy, Ricky Ross, was arrested and charged with three of the murders and then subsequently released for lack of credible evidence.

 After 11 dead victims and one surviving eyewitness, LAPD have finally re-released 1988 composite sketch of serial killer infamously known as the “Grim Sleeper.”

A well spoken, 20 or 30-year-old man began attacking women, typically those working as prostitutes in South Los Angeles in 1985. Police found fingerprints, DNA and other compelling evidence that point to the same killer. All victims, including the surviving woman, were shot with the same small-caliber gun.

One woman, ‘Enietra’ Margette, survived an attack in 1988. The alleged serial killer shot the victim in the chest and sexually assaulted her.

Families of several of the victims were never notified by law enforcement that their loved ones were killed by a serial murderer—and neither was the lone survivor of the attacks.

 Each was made to believe that it had been a random killer. Many families had to learn from press articles or from television! Crucial patterns of evidence have been missed.

The public is deeply disturbed by the lack of information released over the past 20 years. The  Black Coalition Fighting Back Serial Murders challenged the LAPD to take more aggressive actions toward solving the cold cases.

According to reports, the police have recently released a 911 tape of witness who saw the driver of a van dump a body.

The Black Coalition begs the questions, “Why was so little done in 20 years to solve these murders?”

I know the answer to that is easy….”because it is easy for many in law enforcement to believe that black women are trash”….

Their treatment of our women proves this to be true.

Known Victims Of The Grim Sleeper

“This guy’s targeting people on the streets. Most of our girls have had issues with narcotics or prostitution, so it’s not so much that he’s creeping around, taking innocent mothers off the street. We suggest people just use caution when they’re out.”

“It’s the difference between the valuing of Black life versus the valuing of White life.

 Clearly if these were White women, as opposed to being Black women, especially if these were White women sort of in the working class, there would be an all-out onslaught. It would be national news … whether or not they were prostitutes,” said Atty. Gyamfi.

Family members of victims held a meeting with task force investigators to determine what else they didn’t know, like police had a composite sketch of the suspect but have never released it.

“They have a sketch that was done back in 1988 and that is something that normally you get out everywhere. You think about the Craig’s List killer, and how they had pictures of him and his head was always down or turned to the side. They didn’t care. They put that mess up and said if you have any information let us know,” she said.

And the 911 tape about Barbara Ware’s murder existed in the 1980s—but wasn’t made public until earlier this year.

LAPD is currently composing an updated sketch of the serial killer who may be in his late 40s to mid 50s now.

At the time of the eyewitness’s attack, the alleged murderer was described as well spoken, 20 to 30 years old, pockmarked face, between 5’8” to 5’10.” He was last seen driving an orange two-door 1970’s Pinto, hatchback with tinted windows and green interior.

As the annual Muslim pilgrimage of Hajj kicks off in Saudi Arabia, many of the world’s 1.5 billion Muslims around the world are celebrating Eid al-Adha under hardship.

The effects of previous wars coupled with the devastation from natural disasters in their country has stopped them short in their rejoice of the annual holiday.

The weather was sunny and hot Friday morning over the desert valley on Mina, a contrast to the unusually heavy rains that soaked the faithful on the pilgrimage’s opening day Wednesday. The downpours caused heavy flooding in the nearby Red Sea coastal city of Jiddah, killing 83 people.

The stoning rituals at Mina have long been the most hazardous of the hajj. The pilgrims — more than 3 million this year — file past three stone walls representing Satan and stop to pelt them with stones in a symbolic rejection of temptation. In the heavy traffic, crushes and pileups have killed hundreds, most recently in 2006.

Controversial Los Angeles Laker star Ron Artest is caught up in an investigation of welfare fraud against his sister Latoya Holmes-Ivey.

Police and housing authorities raided the home Latoya Holmes-Ivey and her three children rent at 336 E. Burgess Ave. Wednesday morning.

Holmes-Ivey is suspected of receiving federal housing assistance, as well as other social services, while receiving financial assistance from her millionaire basketball/rapper brother, and not reporting it.

That is welfare fraud, and is a criminal offense.

A tip came from a former CPA that handled Ron Artest financial affairs a Tennessee-based accounting firm called TriStar Sports and Entertainment.

According to court documents, the ex-employee sent an e-mail to the Housing and Urban Development Office in Indianapolis claiming that TriStar, under the direction of Artest, was using one of his bank accounts to pay all of Holmes-Ivey’s bills.

 The man requested to remain anonymous, saying that he could not, in good conscience, fail to report such an ethics infraction.

Ron Artest may want to check the wording in that non-disclosure form that I am certain the former accountant signed, as the accounting firm’s reputation has got to be destroyed by this leak. Confidentiality between their clients is key to their business.

If the former CPA did sign a non-disclosure form, then his disclosure of this information, even if it is to be found true, will be admissible in court, and will be the reason that all charges will be dropped.

 Housing authorities said that if the allegations are true, Holmes-Ivey would have used at least $34,000 in taxpayer money she was not entitled to. According to court documents, the ex-employee sent an e-mail to the Housing and Urban Development Office in Indianapolis claiming that TriStar, under the direction of Artest, was using one of his bank accounts to pay all of Holmes-Ivey’s bills.

The neighbors of Holmes-Ivey said they were skeptical of her, because she used to brag about who her brother was.

“I never understood why she was on assistance because of that, when she told me he was her brother,” said Marcia Taylor. “The people who do need the assistance don’t get it, when the people who don’t need it get a lot of time.”

None of the parties involved were available for any further comments on this matter.

Breaking News- Legendary golf champion Tiger Woods has been seriously injured in a car accident in florida.

The AP reports Tiger hit a fire hydrant and a tree near his Florida home, authorities said.

The Florida Highway Patrol said the PGA star hit the fire hydrant and tree as he pulled out of his driveway in his 2009 Cadillac sport utility vehicle. His airbags did not deploy, and he was not wearing his seatbelts, which is a violation of Florida law.

Woods was taken to Health Central Hospital. Officials there did not have record of him as a patient, though the news release said Woods’ injuries were serious.

Tiger Woods is 33 years old, married and has two children.

It is being reported that alcohol was not a cause for this crash. The crash is currently under investigation, and charges are pending based on the findings of the investigation.

Tyler Perry must be uber successful now, because that is the only time you get lawsuits filed against you claiming copyright infringement and other such claims of fraud, abuse, and misrepresentation.

Earlier this month, Tyler decided to answer claims of coonery, launched by Spike Lee against Tyler’s work, that were never discussed between the two directors in private, or the many years that Tyler performed the plays that are the subject of his movies,which is just jealousy on the part of Spike, but a sign of Tyler’s success.

He recently donated a million dollars to the NAACP,http://www.afro.com/tabId/551/itemId/5398/Director-Tyler-Perry-Makes-Largest-Individual-Dona.aspx , making it the largest single donation to the organization from an individual.

He is truly reaching back and supporting our communities, as well as hiring a multitude of black talent , in front of, and behind the cameras. It was what we hope that all of our black celebrities would do for the audience that supports their product, and should be celebrated rather than torn down.

Today, TMZ.com is reporting that a lawsuit over copyright infringement has been lodged against Tyler Perry.

Tyler Perry used too much of the goodness of Jesus in his movie, “Madea Goes to Jail,” at least according to a new federal lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

The suit, filed by the personal representative of deceased gospel singer/songwriter Bertha James, claims Perry lifted an entire verse from a song James wrote in 1950 — “When I Think of the Goodness of Jesus.”

The suit claims Perry pilfered the verse and used it in “Madea” — specifically, “incorporating the entire Chorus in a monologue delivered by the main character in ‘Madea” referencing her deliverance from a jail sentence and leniency for repetitive criminal conduct, in a staged court proceeding presided over by ‘Judge Mabeline.’”

Bertha’s estate, which is also suing Lionsgate Entertainment, wants unspecified damages for copyright infringement.

I have fought tirelessly to protect and maintain our current copyright laws, as well as to strengthen them in order for future generations of family  to benefit off of the exploitation of our artistic creations.

I feel that in life, most artist never attain financial security from their work, so I stand on the fact that the inherited value of ones art that is gained after death, is the financial gain that we, as artist must protect for future generations of our family, in perpetuity.

The downside of that , are nefarious lawsuits such as this one, that appear to be an attempt to loosely tie in a phrase of words, into an infringement case.The standard of substantial similarity is clear, and any competent attorney could connect the dots of what is actually a protected element in a creation, and what is not, quite easily, before going to court.

In this case, it is a phrase from a song, that was not performed in the movie, but Madea may have said…”Prasise God”…in the movies.

This case will not meet that standard, and the launching of the case is whimsical at best.It will be dismissed summarily, which means that it will be thrown out of court, mark my words.

It appears to be a bid for public relations, but probably more like a sad attempt to extort money from Mr Perry, and to sully his pristine public image.

Stay strong  Tyler, the more successful you get, the more idiots will creep out of the woodwork to try to get at your wallet, no matter how good you are to our people.

Tyler Perry is the producer, along with Oprah Winfrey, for the new movie that is gaining Oscar buzz,”Precious”,that is in theaters now. Run out to see it and support Tyler against this ridiculous lawsuit.

The Neocon Republican Terrorist vision of a divided and segregated America, where everybody that is not a white Anglo-saxon Christian is considered cannon fodder and trash, is coming to fruition. It is reminiscent of the reaction to the new population of freed slaves that the white former slave masters had after they were soundly defeated in the Civil War by the Union army.

This is the period in our history called Reconstruction where,for a decade after the Civil War,blacks gained political power, and some attained financial wealth as well.

During Reconstruction, southern whites turned violent when they saw blacks making major gains.

 Reconstruction was followed in the South by domination by the Democratic Party and the enactment of Jim Crow laws, grandfather clauses and similar measures. The bitterness and repercussions from the heated conflicts of the era lasted well into the twentieth century.

In todays modern post-racial world, we have organizations and groups that have a mission to keep track of, and to investigate the existence of, the number of racially motivated,or bias motivated crimes against minorities,religious groups, gay Americans.

Currently, America is going through another Reconstruction like era,as we are experiencing the racial backlash of hatred based on the election of our first black president,Barack Obama.

The election of Barack has caused a rise in all forms of hate crimes, as well as the emergence of the Ku Klux Klan as a force to stoke the flames of hatred and encouraging physical action of violence against blacks, Gays, and all other religious groups that are not Christian.

What is most distressing is that the tide of racial violence is being egged on and financed by the foreigner Rupert Murdoch, and the entire Republican party,that at one time represented the opposite of what they believe in now.

For a group that, centuries ago, used to be the main supporter of civil rights, they currently are the main driving force behind this increasing tide of racism and bigotry that is the rage in most of the states in America.

The racist are moving from the south, and invading the once liberal California, in order to spread their southern tradition of hatred and illiteracy. Hate crimes based on sexual orientation shot up 21 percent in Los Angeles County last year, while religious crimes increased 14 percent, because the southern bigots have moved in.

The Daily News in Los Angeles reports that...in 2008  in the Valley,James Shamp, an African-American man who worked as a janitor at a bowling alley in Canoga Park, was shot to death as he was throwing out trash. According to the report, three members of the Canoga Park Alabama gang, which has a long history of violent anti-black crimes, were arrested and charged with murder and hate crime enhancements.

The San Fernando Valley had the most amount of hate crimes in the Los Angeles area.

"Whenever I look at a map of hate crimes, I find there is a great diversity of hate crimes that occur in the San Fernando Valley," said Robin Toma, executive director of the commission. "You have anti-Semitic hate crimes, homophobic hate crimes and racially motivated hate crimes. There is also the phenomena of racialized gang violence."

Sexual orientation hate crimes rose the most last year, with more than 80 percent targeting gay men and at least nine crimes traced to Proposition 8.

A report on a sexually motivated hate crime from the Daily News... A white lesbian couple walking hand-in-hand on the beach in Malibu. The mother of a white tourist family from Arkansas told them, "You are going to burn in hell!" and dumped her water bottle on one of them and punched one in the face...

Please keep that level of ignorance in Arkansas,...and my family is from Arkansas.

The election of the first black president and hot-button issues such as abortion and gay marriage contributed to the spikes, anti-bias groups say. Public figures like Sarah Palin and Glen Beck have done a lot to cause the current racial hatred that whites are visiting on all others.

The two of them have been quite effective when it come to rallying sympathy for groups like the KKK and the Nazis.

USA TODAY is reporting that the number of attacks on blacks increased 8% to 2,876, accounting for seven of every 10 race-motivated crimes.

"There is this kind of extremism going on," says Hilary Shelton, director of the NAACP Washington bureau. I say to the world, this is a good look at the so-called ''Post-Racial'' America, a country where race relations and the unity of the races has been usurped by the in vogue traditional American practice of racial bias,hatred and division.

Our country has been going through this cycle for well over a Hundred and 8o years, and by the looks of things, that sad tradition will continue.

What do we do to end this....will we come together, or will we have to resort to our primal instinct, where only the strong survive.

I think that based on 200 years of data and statistics, the tradition of racism is alive, well, and thriving in the United States, and that we are guilty of the same atrocities against humanity...our own people, that we so blatantly accuse our so-called enemies of doing to their minority populations.

We are all truly hypocrites.

In elementary school, I grew ashamed of the African heritage that sprung from my father’s Ghanaian homeland.  Every day seemed to bring with it a new snide remark from fellow classmates.  Either, I lifted rocks for exercise, had too big of a nose, or was an “African booty scratcher.”  As I absorbed these remarks with smiles and giggles, I came to despise my heritage more each day.  All the while, my father shared story after story of Ghanaian heroes such as Jerry John Rawlings who overthrew two corrupt governments before solidifying Ghana as a democratic state.  Why couldn’t I muster up even a little of Rawlings’s courage to stand up for my own heritage?  Instead, I did everything I could to fit in.  I pulled down my pants as soon as I boarded the school bus.  I tried to pierce my ear.  I incorporated as many curses as possible into my vocabulary.  My nickname during those years embodies my efforts to reverse my heritage.  I went by Emawk–Kwame spelled backwards.

I continued to suppress my heritage throughout middle school, but as a freshman away at boarding school, I finally began to embrace the very culture I had tried so hard to reject.  Surrounded by boys from privileged backgrounds and WASP society, I spent hours in the weight room, on the basketball court, and on the track trying to harness my physical prowess in order to prove I belonged.  Thankfully, my teachers took a sincere interest in my cultural roots, and it was through their eyes that I began to see my own heritage anew.  Conversations with my teachers challenged me to engage my heritage and read about these heroes my father had spoken of during my youth.  Kwame Nkrumah’s passion for uniting the countries of Africa sparked my interest in the African Union and its goal of creating a United States of Africa.  J.J. Rawlings’ pursuit of justice in overthrowing corrupt governments in Ghana led me to investigate corruption levels within his own administrations.

In college, coursework studying African politics, American foreign policy, and African cultural continuum in the United States helped answer some questions and guide me in framing more.  Follow-up on past research confirmed that African émigrés to the United States needed to be more involved in US foreign policy concerning Africa.  Work with African-American elementary school-age students convinced me of the need for a connection between African-American youth and their peers on the African continent. 

Now, I find myself in graduate school studying Public Administration as I bring more shape to my ideas regarding African émigré involvement in US foreign policy and connecting African and African-American youth.  My postings will let you in on the development of these ideas.  I will look at a wide range of issues, including the following: private equity investments, incursions by Chinese companies, political elections, governance, US foreign policy, and the development of African and African-American youth.  Feel free to comment on my posts.  I want this to be an interactive process as I plan to learn an incredible amount in this process, and pray that you do as well.

On Sunday afternoon in  a Fayetteville, North Carolina church, Manna Church, the world,family and friends said goodbye to Shaniya Davis. Shaniya had captured the heart of the world, after it was discovered that her own mother had sold her into bondage as a sex slave,to Mario McNeill, who brutally raped and murdered the little child.

More than 2000 people were inside the church to support Bradley Lockhart, Shaniyas dad, and the man who made the decision to send Shaniya back to her mother,after having raised the child for the full 5 years of her life,which directly led to her death.

“Don’t let God’s words and don’t let his actions get you down,” Lockhart told the packed congregation. “He did this for a reason.”

Shaniya Davis funeral was open to the public and was standing room only.Lockhart urged the 1,500 crowded into Manna Church and another 500 watching the service from an adjacent building to help the community’s needy, according to press reports.

As mourners filled the church, a photo display of Shaniya Davis was streamed on the overhead projector. Never before released photos of Shaniya were displayed. These photos showed Shaniya with her father, Bradley Lockhart and her siblings.

Lockhart said, “Shaniya, Daddy love you honey. And I know you’re gonna’ be waiting for me … I’ll see you when I get there.”

White doves were released at her graveside as the little child Shaniya was laid to her eternal resting place.

The H1N1 Swine Flu virus knows no borders,has no boundaries, and has absolutely no respect for religious or cultural traditions.

This year at the annual Hajj to Mecca,  Four foreign pilgrims have died of swine flu, the Saudi Health Ministry announced on Saturday.

The Saudi Arabia Health Ministry  said none of the four foreign victims had been vaccinated against the H1N1 virus, as has been recommended by The Health Ministry.

An official statement released by the ministry said all had underlying health problems, including cancer and respiratory illness, AFP news agency reported.

Three of the victims died in Medina and one in Mecca.

The BBC is reporting that….up to three million Muslims from around the world take part in the holy pilgrimage every year, but health officials have expressed fears that it could provide a breeding ground for the virus.

Authorities had tried to prepare for any outbreaks by installing thermal cameras at airports and sea terminals, deploying 15,000 additional health workers and ensuring hundreds of extra beds were available.

The Hajj (Arabic: حج‎ Ḥaǧǧ) is a pilgrimage to Mecca. It is currently the largest annual pilgrimage in the world,^[1] and is the fifth pillar of Islam, a moral obligation that must be carried out at least once in their lifetime by every able-bodied Muslim who can afford to do so. The Hajj is a demonstration of the solidarity of the Muslim people, and their submission to Allah (God).^[2] The pilgrimage occurs from the 7th to 13th day of Dhu al-Hijjah, the 12th month of the Islamic calendar. The Health Minister has reported that there are 16 other people that have been diagnosed with swine flu and four remain in hospital in “critical condition”.

He added 12 others had recovered following treatment.

The Saudi government has recommended the elderly, pregnant women, people with chronic diseases and children skip the Hajj this year.

The Saudi government has said all pilgrims need a certificate of vaccination before they can apply for a visa.

This is real people, and this disease is spreading worldwide,at a rapid pace.

I encourage everyone to get a H1N1 swine flu shot as soon as you can.The reports of any side effects are exaggerated, and will cause millions of people to perish from the lack of the vaccine.

Any paranoia surrounding any alledged complications from the shot are totally unsubstantiated, and if those people out there insist on not receiving the vaccine, then we as a society should only expect more mounting mass casualties from the swine flu, as exhibited this weekend, unfortunately in Mecca.

If it can happen in Mecca, it can happen anywhere.

Jamar Pinckney executed his own 15-year-old son

Jamar Pinckney 37, after suspecting and confronting his son about his suspicions that he,15-year-old Jamar Jr., about molesting his 3-year-old baby half-sister.

There were rumors swirling on the internet that Jamar Jr. had confessed to his dad of molesting his 3-year-old baby sister, but there are no official reports of any such confession by Jamar Jr.

The family tragedy happened on November 17th, in Highland Park,Michigan.

Since the execution, doctors have not been able to find any sign of abuse on the young girl, after a very thorough medical investigation. It is believed that nothing happened to her, and that Jamar Jr. was killed for no reason.

Police say that Jamar Sr. went to the home of Jamar Pinckney Jr.’s aunt in Highland Park, Mich., and pulled Jamar Jr. from the house. Witnesses say the father, 37, ordered the teenager to strip nude and took him to a nearby vacant lot, yelling, “Lie down! Lie the f— down!”

He was armed with a hand gun, and acted very crazy, so the witnesses feared for their own life, and could only beg and plead for him to stop.

The boy reportedly was heard begging his father to stop. But when he refused to lie on the ground, police say Jamar Jr.’s father fired at point-blank range in broad daylight about 2 p.m.

 Witnesses say the father then casually drove away, leaving his son wounded and bleeding. Jamar Jr. later died at the hospital.

Young Jamar Jr. spent time in joint custody at the home of his mother and sometimes with his father. The father and son had reportedly been in a verbal and physical altercation over another unrelated family transgression,unknown to the police. The defense is claiming that James executed his son because it was his personal reaction to hearing the news that his son had molested his little girl, and that there is no standard for a ”normal” reaction in such cases.

They are claiming that it was done in the heat of the moment, which is short of saying that he was temporarily insane.

Given that the little girl was not molested by young Jamar Jr. nor anyone else, it appears to me that Jamar Sr. executed his son for some other reason, if there is such a thing that would rise to this extreme level of punishment.

I suspect this is the result of mounting tension between the ex-wife and the father.Executing young Jamar was his way of  getting rid of his ties to his ex-wife, because he probably lost total authoritative control over his son, who wa going through normal teenager growing pains.

Everybody involved with this will be damaged forever. He should have let the justice system take it’s course on the son, because this is one mistake that he can not take back.

He now is left to attempt to defend his defenseless actions here.

Child sodomizer and killer McNeill and Antoinette...Shaniyas' rapist and mom pimp...Lets hope they die soon.

This is a story that is truly disturbing for me to report, but it has to happen.

The animal that killed Shaniya Davis must be put to death, the sooner the better is my preferance.I have no mercy for this person, Mario McNeil,or her terrible mother,and the people who supported them to be able to live this long.

I hope they all burn in hell for what they did to little Shaniya.

The AP reports that the 5-year-old North Carolina girl was raped and killed the same day she was taken from her home, according to an arrest warrant released Friday. Shaniya Davis was sexually assaulted and asphyxiated Nov. 10, the day her mother reported her missing from the trailer park where she was staying, according to the warrant.

Mario McNeill is charged with first-degree murder and first-degree rape of a child in the warrant, which was issued after police said they collected hair and fibers, clothes, and a straw from his 1997 Mitsubishi Galant. He was initially charged only with kidnapping.

McNeill seemed nervous as he appeared in court Friday for a brief hearing on the latest charges. He nodded his head slightly to the judge’s questions but did not enter a plea. His lawyer, Allen Rogers, left the courtroom with his client and didn’t speak to reporters. He also didn’t return messages left at his office from The Associated Press.

The girl’s mother, Antoinette Davis, is charged with filing a false police report, trafficking her daughter and child abuse involving prostitution.

Her mother does not believe that her daughter harmed her child….so I say that they all should be thrown in jail with the general population.

She had to have known that her daughter is a pig, and was a danger to her defenseless little grand-daughter while she laid back and allowed it to happen.

She should be ashamed to support her vile and viscous daughter, and I suspect that she was a child abuser and molester, and she more than likely taught her daughter how to be one as well.

I hope they all die by the hands of the justice system.

Meanwhile, Shaniya’s father, Bradley Lockhart, appeared on Friday’s “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” where Winfrey asked him if he had anything to say to Davis. He told The Associated Press earlier that he had cared for Shaniya for several years but decided to give Davis a chance to raise her because she seemed to be getting her life together.

“Right now I just think it’s best that we let the justice system take its course,” Lockhart said on the show. “I try to keep my heart as pure as possible, and I’m sure one day I will be able to sit down and talk to her, try and understand what was going through her mind.”

All I can say is that I wish I could be a juror on that trial, because I would not hesitate to vote the death penalty for these cowards…

It was billed as the “party of the century” to celebrate the four decades of the hip-hop artists life. The  the theme of the party was a “fantasy dreamland”, and by all reports and papparrazi photos, it definitely lived up to the hype.

Diddy planned the party with famed event planner Bronson Van Wyck. Bentley Meeker, the “Wizard of Light”  set the mood with the lighting.

Sean Comb’s has come forth to state that Shyne has and has always had his full support, and if there is anything that Shyne need from him, like his assistance to get back to the States, that the whole Bad Boy camp will be at his disposal.

 He says that since his trial lawyers — Murray Richman and Ian Niles — were indirectly on the Bad Boy payroll, they worked halfheartedly in defending him, so that Combs would look innocent.

Charise Myers, a Club New York security guard who said she fell on top of Sean Combs during the melee. Myers also gave an account of seeing Shyne get into an altercation with Matthew “Scar” Allen — who was determined to be the antagonist in the incident — and then firing shots in the air first…

It was obvious that they were selling me [out] in order to appease [Diddy]. There was a dual loyalty there.”

The AP in Johannesburg reports that the South African sports ministry says 800 world champion Caster Semenya will keep her gold medal.

Caster Semenya has been under humiliating public scrutiny for several months now, when it was made public that the gold medal winning world champion female runner was suspected of having been born with male sex organs and had an unusual amount of testosterone for an actual woman.

Caster was forced to take a gender test, and the alledged test results were leaked, and falsely reported internationally.The leaked results stated that Caster was rumored to have been proven to be a male, and a female at the same time.The report of the results were confusing at best.

The actual results of the gender test will remain closed and confidential, saving Caster from any more intimate public scrutiny,it is truly the right thing to do in this case.

The South African sports ministry pushed the IAAF to keep the recent gender test results strictly between patient and doctor. Once the IAAF agreed, the ministry announced today the confidentiality and urged South Africans and media to please respect Semenya’s privacy.

She will also be allowed to keep the prize money winnings she earned in August at the IAAF World Championships in Berlin in where she won the gold medal by blowing out the competition. That is where suspicion grew about her actual gender, based on her deep voice, and muscular build.

A quote reported in the Huffington Post explains the Caster Semenya’s gender qualifications test situation as follows….

She was tested for not being female enough even though the kind of conditions required to disqualify a self-identified girl from competing in boys sports are quite extreme. In fact, according to the IAAF’s own policy document on gender verification (2006), women can compete even if they are genetically male:

Conditions that should be allowed: (a) Those conditions that accord no advantage over other females:
- Androgen insensitivity syndrome (Complete or almost complete – previously called testicular feminization);
- Gonadal dysgenesis (gonads should be removed surgically to avoid
malignancy);
- Turner’s syndrome.

As well, athletes who choose to have sex changes are permitted to continue to compete in sport as long as they have completed a mandatory number of months in hormone therapy…

I did not know that there were rules that governed intersex athletes in international sports, but, given that they do exist, and some may excel in sports, I think that the International Sports authorities have shown some proactive leadership in specifying the qualifications for the intersex athlete around the world.

The official ruling clears Caster Semenya and the South African Sports association of any wrongdoing, or malicious intent, like the violations of doping and steroid abuse that seems to be so prevalent among international athletes covering a wide range of sports.

I personally look forward to Caster continuing in her chosen field of sport, and I am sure that she will continue to set new world records, and represent her country well in the coming Olympics, should she choose to compete.

A four-month old infant girl is the latest casualty to succumb to the deadly H1N1 Swine flu virus that is spreading faster than a wildfire across the nation.

The flu pandemic is on the rise and has been allowed to kill at a rate that has gone unchecked, due to the lack of and the fear of taking the Swine flu vaccination.The vaccine has been doled out to a select few qualifying groups of minor children,health workers, and people who supervise and come in to contact with groups of children.

In this latest case, doctors suspect that, since infants under the age of 6 months can not take the current vaccine due to health risk, and the fact that her parents were not allowed to be vaccinated since they are not in a rationing qualifying group, they were all at risk to be infected by the virus.

It is being reported in the media that both of the deceased baby girls siblings had received the H1N1 vaccinations, as their parents value and respect the vaccination program.

The infant had no known underlying medical conditions, according to the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency, and none of the family members, vaccinated or not, tested positive for the virus, so it is still a mystery as to how the infant contracted the disease. They also report that the child had no underlying medical conditions, that has been known to make the virus even more deadly, and has been cited as the cause of dying from the disease.

I suspect that someone kissed the child, or hugged her, as people tend to do with babies, and that would be hard to track, and most Americans do not wash their hands after using the bathroom or sneezing in their hands,which only helps to spread the disease.

“If a child that age — up to 5 years old — gets a fever, shows symptoms, the parents should seek medical care as soon as possible because they can go down the tubes really fast,” County public health officer Wilma Wooten said.

Doctors at the Rady children’s Hospital in San Diego say that this case is unusual because the child exhibited no signs of the flu. She only had a little bit of a cough, but no fever or running nose for about four days.

On the fourth day the mom put the child down to sleep, and 45 minutes in to the babies nap, the mom discovered the child had stopped breathing.

She was rushed to Paradise Valley Hospital in south San Diego and was resuscitated, then flown to Rady’s children’s Hospital, where she died 24 hours later.

Dr. John Bradley of Rady’s Children Hospital stated that…We now know that H1N1 probably had something to do with setting up the baby for not breathing”…

To date, there have been 33 deaths of San Diego County residents linked to the H1N1 influenza and four deaths of non-residents, according to the HHSA. The number of people hospitalized with the virus locally stands at 617!!!

There is only enough vaccines to help 13% of the population, but each of the county’s where the infant died, six public health centers and one immunization clinic have each received between 20 and 60 additional doses of injectable H1N1 vaccine, according to the HHSA.

Those vaccines will be given to pregnant women which is a high risk group that is given priority due the rationing of the vaccinations due to a production shortage.

I am also afraid that the paranoia associated with the fear of the side effects of the vaccination will only help to spread the disease even quicker.I personally know some associates of mine that refuse to be inoculated due to their holistic beliefs, and some people reject it out of pure ignorance.

The problem with all of that is that Americans continue to have deplorable personal hygiene. I have witnessed some who think it is funny to sneeze and cough in the face of some unsuspecting citizen, in a ‘Jackass” inspired joke, and these are the same guys that do not bother to wash their hands after using the restroom.

I would rather risk the side effects of the H1N1 vaccine, than risk having to rely upon the general public to wash their hand,..or for that matter to wash their bodies at all. I know the latter is more of a risk, and I refuse to gamble with my health.

Those with underlying medical conditions experiencing influenza-like symptoms should contact their doctor immediately, according to the Health and Human Services Agency .

County health officials again encouraged people to stay away from work or school if they have influenza-like symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills and fatigue.

Please practice safe and sane pristine personal hygiene…our lives depend on our cleanliness!!!

Evan Chandler has finally learned that chickens always come home to roost.

In life he was never forced to answer his crime of extortion and slander that he committed on the late King of Pop, when he forced his son to lie about an alledged molestation that Michael Jackson had committed on him.

He accepted a financial payment of 15 million dollars to settle the case of sexual molestation, which proved to me that it was all a lie, designed to extort money from the king of pop, because really people….who does that.

There is no father on the planet earth that settles a sexual molestation case for any amount of money for a crime against his own child, and if they do, that should be criminal.

It all never happened, and from all reports,the karma that was visited upon this family for this graft against Michael Jackson, destroyed their family, rightly so.

I believe that they earned all the disdain and contempt from the world, for this criminal act.

Evan Chandler,65,the father of a boy who accused Michael Jackson of child molestation, Jordan ‘Jordy’ Chandler has been found dead in an apparent suicide.

The Beverly Hills dentist a Jersey City official said Chandler was found in bed with a single gunshot wound to his head. He was still holding the gun when the body was found. He took his own worthless life,which is the most honorable thing this criminal could have done.

A source confirmed the death, which occurred on Nov. 5.

Police said it does not appear that he left behind a suicide note.

Evan Chandler reported Jackson to authorities in 1993, claiming that the singer had abused his son Jordan, then 13. Jordan repeated the accusations to a psychologist, sparking a criminal investigation.

 Chandler and his son settled out of court for a reported $15 million and never publicly discussed the case.

The former dentist and aspiring screenwriter had several cosmetic procedures, rendering him virtually unrecognizable from the way he looked since the Jackson matter, a family source said as reported in the New York Post.

It is said that Evan Chandler looked like a botoxed version of a young Rob Lowe in the body of a 65  year old. I hear that he truly had a shocking bad plastic surgery look to his messed up face. Some have said he looked ridiculous.

Who knows maybe he wanted more than Michael Jackson’s money, it looks like he tried to copy what was perceived by the public as an addiction to plastic surgery that left him unrecognizable as well, but at least he was a star entertainment, this extortionist had no excuse but his mental instability.

His son did not want have anything to do with him, because he is ashamed and knows that the world hates him for lying about Michael Jackson in such an unseemly way. His dad masterminded the whole set-up of lies, because he was mad at his ex-wife, and wanted to punish her as much as possible.

The dad should have been incarcerated for child abuse and extortion a long time ago, now it’s too late.

Jordan Chandler claimed his dad attacked him with a dumbbell weight and got a restraining order against his dad in fall 2006.

The boy, now 29, has never spoken publicly about the case. In recent years, Jordan has reconnected with his mother — about the same time he and dad Evan had a massive falling out, sources said.

It looks like to me Evan Chandler did not want to have anything to do with himself as well.

Let it be known that there will be no city shut down, no throngs of mourning fans, and no billion dollar cottage industry developed in your honor to continue your legacy of love, caring, sharing, or musical genius.

No, your passing will not even be a significant moment in even the life of your children, because you have doomed them to a life of disrespect from their fellow man…because of your evil deeds.

Any opportunity to feature Rhianna here on the pages of this blog, we will take it.

If there is no reason, then we will create it.In this case on  Monday November 16, 2009, Rihanna performed at the Brixton Academy with star-studded guests including guest rappers Jay-Z and the Young Jeezy along for the ride.

Rhianna’s rider included a very comfy multi-coloured arm-chair. At 11pm, on the way out the driver hadn’t closed the trunk of the van and Rhianna’s luggage spilled out all over the road.

 After the luggage was locked away, Rihanna and her entourage headed for some sushi at Nozomi.

 They then headed to the Royal fave Mahiki nightclub to party until 3am, where she was joined by Jay-Z and Beyoncé.

Photos sometimes only tell part of  the story,but I find the contrast between these two to be interesting.

Both are dynamic stars with larger than life personalities and legions of fans.

Mya is a perfect 1o on 'DWTS' with Dmitry

Mya has totally won over judge Len Goodman, who had been a consistent harsh critic of the pop and R and B star singer.

Tonight on the ‘Dancing With the Stars’ semifinals she danced away with his heart and mind as she scored an almost perfect 87 our of 90 points from the judges for the three dances she performed with her professional dance partner, Dmitry Chaplin, besting all of the other fabulous stars in this season’s competition, and they are all formidable, so she better not slack off or let it go to her head.

I would say that the model Joanna Krupa is in second place, Kelly Osbourne is in third place, and Donny Osmond is in fourth. This was also reflected in the judges scores for tonight’s performances.

Sexy Joanna Krupa will be on the cover on the December Playboy issue, which I will run to the store to get a copy to review. She has a compelling family background and biography which we got to see tonight.

Her sister is also a beautiful woman as well.That seems to run in the family.

It is amazing to see how humble Mya has been throughout the competition, and tonight we got a chance to get a glimpse of her mother and father, and to see a little about her background.It was an impressive story, and from a young age, Mya has been very focused with developing her talents.

She has put in a lot of hard work, and we are seeing the results of that work, by her performance in this competition.

Mya’s and Dimitry’s salsa was the standout dance of the evening.

There was a lot of precision of passion in her salsa performance, and it featured a very hot solo number that lit the stage on fire.It was the only memorable solo performance of the evening. I suggest watching this performance on-line if you missed it, Mya is built for this classic Latin dance.

Judge Len Goodman declared that he was disapointed….disapointed that it did not go on longer.

His next line will be the most memorable comment from a judge this season, topping even Bruno, which is hard to do.

Before giving the Salsa performance a 10, he told Mya …”Tutti Fruiti, oh what a Booty”,…and the ”I could not keep my eyes off of it”…

I don’t blame him, because he was expressing exactly what I was feeling. Mya is a smart and charming young lady,but ,just keeping it real…the girl is hot and it does not hurt to look.

I am looking at her the same way Len is, and I will keep on looking. I just won’t say it out loud.

Mya and Dimitry’s salsa netted a perfect score of 30 out of 30 points.

Hopefully, they will give us a repeat performance of the  dance on Tuesdays results show, it is truly worth repeating.

Make sure you tune in to the results show on Tuesday, as Alicia Keyes and Leona Lewis are scheduled to perform, so if you are like me, I am trying to see Mya, Alicia Keyes, and Leona Lewis all in the same evening.

Japans cultural customary greeting is a sign of respect

The customs and regulations dealing with diplomatic formality, precedence, and etiquette is the definition of protocol.

The United States has had an upper executive level position that is as close to consulting and directing the specific details and directions that assist the president in issues governing how to greet the multitude of heads of states that visit the White House, as well as when the President travels internationally to foreign lands.

The name of the position is called the  Chief of Protocol of the United States, and Ambassador Capricia Penavic Marshall was sworn in as Chief of Protocol of the United States on August 3, 2009.

This is a summary of the duties of the Chief of Protocol as explained on their website….

Whether rolling out the red carpet for a King visiting the President at the White House, hosting a Prime Minister at the President’s guesthouse, traveling overseas with the President, credentialing a new foreign Ambassador, or planning events for the Secretary of State, the duties of the Office of the Chief of Protocol are many and varied.

All involved in the Office of Protocol are experts in this area. Protocol and the rules of decorum are critical in dealing within the international arena.

The pundits, neocon sycophants, and Republican haters of our President are not, yet they are spreading misinformation to those that are predisposed to believe their special form of sedition. News photos of President Barack Obama bowing to Japan’s emperor have gotten the neocons panties in a twist here, who said the US leader should stand tall when representing America overseas, as if the rules of protocol in international politics are something that Joe the Plumber can figure out as easy as the rules of a street fight.

International politics is not a street fight, and like all other specialties, there are highly specialized techniques and rules to adhere to,and the interpretation of the greeting traditionally is based on what the meaning of the gesture is in the foreign land.

Obviously President Obama’s blackness makes him an untraditional president, but that is not of his doing; it is what the bigots in and around the Republican party, and independents of their ilk are making it.I blame Rupert Murdoch mainly, and call for his deportation.

Characterizing a bow, which in many cultures is a greeting, as an act of contrition and weakness, is disingenuous on the part of the critics,irresponsible, and racist. What is more disturbing is the fact that these elite political Republican pundits know this, and have done similar gestures in their political and social life, and have participated, rightly so, in greeting foreign leaders in international lands, in a manner that is customary in that foreign land without being subjected to any ignorant racist re-interpretations.

In Japan, and every country and culture that bowing, rather shaking ones hand, is a common sign of respect, and Bill Kristol, world traveler and scholar, knows this.I find this statement by Kristol to be a racist slur against the great culture of Japan, and I demand that he apologize and detract his slur. His father must be rolling in his grave…

I clearly understand Kristol to be calling  the entire Japanese culture and Emporer as being ”weak” because of their custom of using the cultural bow as a greeting rather than a handshake. It is very clear that he is making a racial slur against the Japanese culture, and is an epic low in the history of the Republican party, and the Kristol legacy.

In light of the worldwide Swine- flu pandemic, I find the gesture by President Obama to be not only respectful to the Emporer of Japan and the Japanese people, but also a high-profile example of how not to spread the flu virus.

I understand the Republicans want us all to get sick, and die quickly.That is why they do not support Universal Healthcare, President Obama , or bowing.

They are irresponsibly promoting the shaking of hands as a strong gesture, rather than the what it truly is, …a conduit to spread the H1N1 virus  around the world, unchecked.This is their latest strategy to thwart universal healthcare.

If we all stop shaking hands and strongly bow to each other when we greet our friends, then that would curtail the mounting casualties from this disease that Mr. Kristol and the Republicans want us all to die from.

Another conservative voice, Bill Bennett, said on CNN’s “State of the Union” program: “It’s ugly. I don’t want to see it.”

“We don’t defer to emperors. We don’t defer to kings or emperors. The president of the United States — this coupled with so many apologies from the United States — is just another thing,” said Bennett.

Some conservative critics juxtaposed the image of Obama with one of former US vice president Dick Cheney, who greeted the emperor in 2007 with a firm handshake but no bow.

Now, in the middle of a flu pandemic and a flu virus shortage,and the mounting casualties worldwide from the flu, whose example are you following…Dick Cheney’s or President Obama.

In order to be a true Republican, you must be willing to vote against your own self-interest, and strongly shake hands.

The Chief of Protocol for the United States specifically is directing the President to bow to world leaders, because it is a sign of respect in those countries, much like President W. Bush double cheek kiss on the face of the King of Saudi Arabia, and it is a way to promote a healthier custom in our own land.

The people actually in the driver’s seat running the country have to see the bigger picture, and they can not afford to act at their level in a base and uninformed manner.

Simple gestures around the world, mean different things from country to country, culture to culture. Informed people know that it is not relevant what the interpretation of a gesture means between two distinctly different cultures, and is not a fair or balanced measuring stick.

When informed people do this, their motivation can only be to stir up an insurrection in our land, by the uninformed citizens that believe them, and that is an act of treason.

I call for the department of justice to open an investigation into these charges against Bill Kristol and the other propagandist that spread this treason today about this Presidential bow, and I demand a retraction of the racist statement against the nation of Japan by the Republican party immediately.

I respectfully would like Kristol to explain his motivation for doing this against our country,or explain to the nation that he does not understand protocol.

If at this point he is not well versed in the rules of international protocol, then I would say that that would discredit his authority as a journalist, and his accomplishments as a journalist should not be recognized, and he should be diminished in the views of his peers.

He simply came to prominence on the lap of his daddy, who was the real talent in the family.Nepotism strikes again.

From the AFP comes this quote on the topic…. an unnamed, senior Obama administration official told the Politico.com news site that the president had simply been observing protocol.

“I think that those who try to politicize those things are just way, way, way off base,” the official told Politico.

“I don’t think anybody who was in Japan — who saw his speech and the reaction to it, certainly those who witnessed his bilateral meetings there — would say anything other than that he enhanced both the position and the status of the US, relative to Japan,” Politico wrote.

“It was a good, positive visit at an important time, because there’s a lot going on in Japan.”

Honoring a fellow world leader is and always will be a strong sign of respect, and has never been a sign of weakness, and I am embarrassed for all Americans that a political party of ours that is actively involved in governing our country, would launch such a vile a viscous slew of racial slurs against not only the Nation of Japan, but all Japanese people foreign and domestic.

It is truly a low point for our nation and for journalist and political pundits.

The Presidents example once again is the way to go.

The Republicans want to shake us all into our graves.

The pressure of a public and political life, filled with all of its temptations has consumed and taken the life of yet another public servant, who was confronted with facing the scrutiny of an investigation.

It is not surprising to find out that a Chicago politician could be investigated for corruption, but the president of the troubled Chicago city school systems board of education explains the recent failures of Chicago inner city schools,as shown by the brutal murder of Derrion Albert as he was walking home from school.

Michael Scott was a longtime Chicago leader. In August, Scott said he’d been subpoenaed to testify before a federal grand jury investigating allegations of politically influenced admissions to top schools.

From Chicago Breaking News comes this report…Scott  found himself in the spotlight this spring and summer when the Tribune published several stories related to his key role as a member of Daley’s Chicago 2016 Olympic committee and his real estate dealings.

In August, the Tribune reported that Scott was working on a development in Lawndale that would had have increased in value if Chicago had won the Olympics and built a planned cycling venue in nearby Douglas Park.

Although state records and his partners referred to him as the manager and developer of the project, Scott claimed he was involved as a favor to a group of politically connected ministers. He said he had no financial interest in the project. Although Chicago 2016 officials at first defended Scott, they subsequently acknowledged he should have disclosed his involvement in the project.

Scott also worked as a consultant on a large South Side condominium project very near the proposed Olympic Village site. He also had longstanding business relationship with developer Gerald Fogelson, who had expressed interest in building the village…

The body of Michael Scott was found on the bank of the river around 3 a.m. Monday morning near the city’s Merchandise Mart building after his family reported him missing the day before. Sources say a gun was recovered by the body. They also said that cops used Scott’s cell phone to locate the body and blue Cadillac.

Autopsy results show that the Chicago Board of Education president committed suicide by shooting himself in the head.The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office released Michael Scott’s autopsy results Monday.

The Rev. Jesse Jackson arrived on the scene at about 7:30 a.m. local time Monday morning. “Everything is just so wrong,” Jackson said.  Jackson said he spoke to Scott last week, as the former Chicago Public School Board president continued to deal with the brutal death of a Chicago student.

Jackson said Scott did not display any signs of emotional trouble recently, Scott reportedly disappeared from his Chicago home Sunday.

No suicide note has been found.

Family members say they appreciate the outpouring of support and a memorial service will be announced soon.

“My wife and I would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of Michael Scott,” Cook County Board President Todd H. Stroger said in an e-mail statement released Monday.

Stroger called his friend of nearly 25 years a negotiator held in high esteem. “Mr. Scott was a strong advocate for education,” Stroger said in the e-mail. “His contributions to the minority communities of Cook County will be sorely missed.

U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan, the former chief executive officer of the Chicago Public Schools, issued a statement saying: “I am shocked and saddened by the sudden death of my friend and colleague Michael Scott. Michael cared passionately about public education and made many courageous decisions as president of the board.”

Mayor Daley was visibly shaken by the news and abruptly canceled a speaking engagement.He stated that he had no idea his close friend of more than 3o years was facing any kind of personal problems that would lead to this.

This will close the books on the corruption investigation, but it leaves a family without their father. None of this is worth it.

Shaniya Davis Pimped,Molested,and Muredered by her Mom...

I know that children are a blessing and that they should always be protected. Babies and little children look towards their mothers primarily for that unconditional bond of love,trust and safety.

It is incredible to think that people can be so cruel and inhuman to children. It is sick that a mother could sexually molest their own child, and unthinkable to think that a mother would profit from the sexual  molestation of her own small child, it is uncomfortable for me to have to even be aware that it is even possible.

Today, the AP is reporting that this very thing has happened. A missing innocent little child, Shaniya Davis has been found dead, at the hands of her own mother , who pimped her out to a sexual deviant. The precious little baby girl had no chance at life, at the hands of her worthless, and heartless mother.

She deserves all of societies contempt and hatred for this unspeakable act of man’s inhumanity to man.

Searchers found Shaniya Davis’ body early Monday afternoon about 100 feet off a road southeast of Sanford, in central North Carolina, Fayetteville Police spokeswoman Theresa Chance said. She declined to comment on a cause of death or the condition of Shaniya’s body.

The missing 5 year old’s own mother, Antoinette Davis, 25 is charged with human trafficking and felony child abuse.

An accomplice, Mario Andrette McNeill, 29, will face kidnapping charges. He was seen on surveillance footage carrying Shaniya at a Sanford hotel. As a result, another man who was arrested last week has been freed.

Davis  reported Shaniya missing last Tuesday.Authorities first arrested a man named Clarence Coe, but charges against him were dropped a day later when investigators tracked down McNeill after receiving a tip from a hotel employee.

Additional information led investigators to a search site near Sanford on Sunday. They continued searching Monday, scouring miles of landscape, roads, ravines and fields on four-wheelers and with helicopters.

According to arrest documents cited by The Fayetteville Observer, Davis “knowingly provide(d) Shaniya Davis with the intent that she be held in sexual servitude” and she “permit(ted) an act of prostitution.”

Shaniya had only been living with her mother since last month,when Shaniya’s father, Bradley Lockhart,  decided to let her stay with her mother.

Lockhart said he had raised his daughter for several years but last month thought it would be good for his daughter to be raised by her mother.”I should’ve never let her go over there,” he said Saturday.

Lockhart told The Associated Press on Saturday that he and Davis never argued about him raising Shaniya, and Cumberland County courts had no record of a custody dispute. He described his relationship with Davis as a “one-night stand” and said he did not know McNeill.

Davis struggled financially over the years, but she recently obtained a job and her own place, so Lockhart said he decided to give her a chance to raise their daughter

It proved to be a death sentence for his daughter, and he must be shocked to find out that he delivered his baby daughter into the hands of her mother who is a monster. Prostituting your 5-year-old baby daughter is an activity that one has probably been involved with before.

I bet little Shaniya was excited to be with her mother, as all little baby 5 year olds would be.

I demand that they force her to turn over all the names and information of the sick pedophiles that she had sold her daughter to for the past four weeks prior to her murder.

After Shaniya’s body was found, a solemn group of searchers met quietly at a nearby fire station to ensure that all volunteers were accounted for.

“We were hoping that someone could carry her home,” said Syd Severe, 42, who came from Raleigh to help with the search. “It’s just sick.”

Authorities have said McNeill admitted to taking the girl, though his attorney says he will plead not guilty to the charge. They have not said if McNeill and Davis knew each other.

Miss Davis’s aunt, Leona Cromertie, said her niece also had a son and was pregnant.

I cite this as a case that is worthy of the death penalty.

I pray that this child can find peace in death,because the realization of the torture and sexual abuse that she endured up until the molester snapped her neck or however he killed this beautiful innocent child is unbearable for me to comprehend.
