La Presidente de la Federación Agraria Argentina, Filial Río Tercero, la Sra. Adriana Cabo le confirmó a este medio que luego de dos reuniones con las máximas autoridades provinciales de la Ex-Dipas, quedó en claro que los casi 70 pozos a más de 130 mtrs. de profundidad no pone en peligro el suministro de agua potable para los pueblos y localidades adyacentes dado que para éstos los pozos no superan los 40mts. Que además este organismo es el único que autoriza y controla los pozos en cuestión y que miembros de esta repartición gubernamental darán charlas para llevar tranquilidad a la población en general y productores que habían presentado quejas sobre el tema. No obstante F.A.A.Río Tercero quiere que se cumpla la ley.

Hoy calificó el candidato presidencial y exministro de defensa Rafael Pardo Rueda en contra del  presidente uribe para criticar el polemico programa Agro Ingreso Seguro, programa mediante el cual se beneficiaron los más poderosos del pais, pues entre sus beneficiarios figuran personajes de la talla del banquero Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo y empresas de la talla del ingenio manuelita, el ingenio mayagues, para nombrar unos de los beneficiarios de este programa.

Con varios adjetivos dejó Pardo muy claro ante el presidente que este progra ha sido un fiasco desde su diseño hasta su ejecución.

La Paz – Bolivia.- Guaqui mostrará todo su potencial productivo, turístico y cultural en la III Expoferia “Wakisoñani (compartiendo con todos) 2009″, informó el martes el alcalde de esa población lacustre, Daniel Delgado.

El funcionario explicó que el evento se realizará del 7 al 8 de noviembre en esa población ubicada a 91 kilómetros de La Paz a orillas del Lago Titicaca.

“En la Feria participarán productores, agropecuarios, micro empresarios, pescaderos y artesanos de la localidad, para demostrar lo mejor de la producción agropecuaria, piscícola, láctea, gastronómica, artesanal y cultural”, explicó…. Ver:

Sejumlah pebisnis agro Jabar kesulitan memenuhi kuota pesanan ekspor produk jamur mentah sejak tiga bulan terakhir, menyusul masih rendahnya minat petani. Hanya dua puluh persen dari total pesanan yang bisa dipenuhi setiap bulannya.

Ketua Asosiasi Pedagang Komoditas Agro (APKA) Jabar, Yoke D. Yusuf di Bandung, Minggu (25/10) mengatakan, pangsa pasar ekspor jamur mentah berasal dari Negara-negara Asia Tenggara, Jepang, Korea, dan Amerika Latin. Mereka sangat  meminati produk-produk jamur asal Jabar karena kualitasnya tinggi dan harganya lebih murah.

“Sayangnya, pesanan jamur mentah untuk ekspor tersebut, sampai kini masih sulit dipenuhi karena secara umum para petani jamur sudah puas dengan pasar lokal. Padahal banyak pembeli bersedia menghargai jamur-jamur mentah asal Jabar sampai 2-3 dolar AS/kg, dibandingkan dengan harga lokal yang masih stagnan sekitar Rp. 6.000,00 – 7.000,00/kg,” katanya.

Menurut dia, terbukanya pasar ekspor jamur diperoleh melalui upaya pembukaan jaringan pasar baru, dengan melihat tren pasar. Dari sejumlah peluang, produk jamur asal Jabar ternyata memperoleh respons pasar yang tinggi, apalagi cita rasa dan harganya paling bersaing.

Tingginya minat dari pembeli juga tak terlepas dari kemampuan para petani jamur Jabar yang sudah sangat mahir menguasai teknologi produksi. Secara umum pula, para petani jamur Jabar tak kesulitan memenuhi jenis pesanan yang ditentukan pembeli.

Kendati demikian, menurut Yoke, besarnya peluang ekspor produk jamur mentah dari Jabar, masih “tersandung” mahalnya biaya pengapalan, dan pengurusan surat-surat izin ekspor lainnya. Situasi demikian, menjadi tantangan besar yang harus dapat diatasi, termasuk diharapkan adanya kebijakan pemerintah untuk penurunan biaya, untuk memotivasi usaha para petani jamur.

Sementara itu, salah seorang perajin usaha olahan jamur asal Cimahi, Bambang Eko mengatakan, usaha produksi jamur juga patut dikembangkan pula dari usaha produk olahan. Ini sebagai upaya petani memperoleh usaha nilai tambah, apalagi produk-produk makanan olahan kini semakin terbuka lebar, apalagi jika mampu memanfaatkan imaje kota Bandung sebagai gudang makanan enak.

Hanya, yang diperlukan adalah efisiensi biaya produksi, yang semakin hari harus semakin harus dapat ditekan. Soalnya dari beberapa pengalaman, banyak usaha produksi makanan olahan, termasuk jamur, ikut terkena imbas dari kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM).

“Usaha makanan olahan sebenarnya tergolong paling mampu mempertahankan tenaga kerja, namun jika biaya produksi terus-menerus terganggu, bisa menjadi kendala utama. Berdasarkan pengalaman taun 2008 lalu, banyak usaha produksi makanan olahan, termasuk jamur, mengurangi produksi sampai lima puluh persen karena imbas harga bahan bakar minyak,” katanya.

As in, I’m in the richest 1% of the worldwide population!

Are you a #1 too?

My family is actually at .78%. However, this is more impressive-sounding than a corresponding number, our actual numerical ranking on a “world’s richest” list. On THAT list, we’re #47,380,745. Aw shucks. I thought I was #1?

Still, being in the top 1% is reason to be grateful, not to mention a strong encouragement to be realistic anytime I’m feeling sorry for myself – like when I can’t buy something, or can’t get the job or the raise that I really want. I’m trying to be a “glass half full” sort of guy, and not sweat the small stuff, so info like my statistically-confirmed #1 status helps with that.

BTW, all this was calculated using a nice round number within about $5K of last-year’s annual net salaries — thus not including our assets, our non-wage earnings, etc. Full disclosure: we have better than average assets, if one were to add up “what we’re worth”. For instance, there’s that little vacation home up in Wisconsin…

A related item: Back in April 2009– a.k.a. tax-time for those of you here in the U.S.– I posted a short blognote and some links detailing the median (most common) income in the U.S., and how my family stacks up. The above link gives a few choice income details from 1916 through 2008, but for sake of time, the basic 2007 number was $61,500. I noted with neither pride nor shame that our family income was above that (no other personal info will be given here… my wife would kill me… in fact, she still may…)

So you may not be number one in your own community, but if you expand your thinking out to everyone in the world, you’re probably one of the number ones, too. Maybe everyone who owns a computer in order to read this is a #1. And all this, of course, is meant to say just one thing, as any good progressive would:

Technological, financial, food, natural resources… whatever you have access to. Find a way to give that other 99% a better chance at dignity and a decent life.

Il territorio dell’agro nolano e della bassa Irpinia è stato per troppi anni e molte volte trascurato da istituzioni e forze politiche che per lo più hanno puntato la loro attenzione su “bacini elettorali” certamente più ampi del nostro. Consideriamo la tutela del territorio sicuramente non come un qualcosa da dare “in cambio” di una manciata di voti, ma la rivalutiamo come un diritto che ci appartiene; l’azione volta a conquistarla è appunto un dovere al quale noi non possiamo sottrarci. Il nostro paese in particolare, Visciano, ha subito negli ultimi decenni delle catastrofi ambientali che ne hanno minato alla base la sua essenza di “collina verde e amena” a carattere turistico: la costruzione di due megadiscariche e degli impianti di compostaggio che ne sono seguiti e il piano estrattivo delle cave di pietra hanno “raso al suolo” le coltivazioni, hanno “mangiato” la montagna, hanno limitato al massimo le possibilità di sviluppo. Tutto questo per l’interesse di pochi. Questo sistema va combattuto tenacemente. Il problema va però inserito all’interno di un modo di pensare più ampio, che indaghi i temi dell’ambientalismo e delle energie alternative, del pacifismo e dell’antimilitarismo, delle politiche del lavoro contro la disoccupazione e il precariato, della necessità di una scuola pubblica e laica, dell’antifascismo come insieme di valori sui quali fondare tutto l’agire politico.

L’unica strada è il socialismo. Questo non può essere fatto se non all’interno di una struttura di Partito da creare dal basso, dalle fondamenta, forte e radicata sul territorio, presente in tutti i luoghi del conflitto sociale. Il Partito deve essere senz’altro comunista, il più grande partito di popolo possibile, che superi gli attuali settarismi, nel quale siano presenti tutti questi valori da assimilare, da far maturare e da discutere, che lotti per una società senza classi e nella quale siano i lavoratori a dettare i tempi e i modi dello sviluppo secondo le proprie esigenze. Il Partito della Rifondazione comunista ha tutte le potenzialità per poterci guidare verso i nostri obiettivi: per questo lo abbiamo scelto e lo presentiamo all’attenzione del nostro territorio che da tempo non conosce una forza comunista organizzata. This is a short guide to help people get started raiding. Much of the advice is not class specific, however it was inspired by an email I got from a fresh level 80 hunter, who had never grouped for an instance.

Depending on the activity of your server (and your guild, and your playtime), you may get to level 80 with a minimum of instancing, and never learn the basics. This can hinder you if you want to raid in the end game.

Agro

• NPCs (like raid bosses) keep track of who they see as the largest threat, and they will almost always attack whoever is highest on threat. They track this by keeping a “threat table”, and every time someone does damage to them, they add threat to their entry on this table.
• Healing someone on this table also adds threat to the healer.
• Tanks are a special type of class that are good at both generating more threat than their group mates, as well as being able to survive the punishment these bosses can mete out. Most tanks can “taunt”, which puts them automatically to the top of the threat table, however this can be resisted, and has reduced effectiveness as it’s used more often on the same target.
• Many classes (especially hunters) have abilities that reduce their threat. Hunters can feign death, which takes them right off the threat table.
• “Pulling agro” means doing so much of whatever you do that the boss decides you’re a bigger threat than the tank, and decides to eat you instead.
• There are typically very few tanks in a group, however the loss of a single one will often result in a wipe, unless cooldowns are used to recover.

Healing

• As the tank (and other members of the group) take damage, a healer can keep them alive by casting heals on them.
• This causes threat, however many healing classes can mitigate their threat with abilities.
• Healers are almost universally very squishy, and will die if hit by the boss.
• There are less healers than damage dealing classes in a typical raid group, however they are equally important, so the loss of any one healer is much more likely to cause a wipe than the loss of a damage dealer.

Damage Dealing

• Often called “DPS” (damage per second). You can refer to, for example, a hunter as a “DPSer”.
• The goal of all PvE raid groups is to kill a boss (or group of bosses) as quickly as possible. These days, most bosses have an “enrage timer”, which when expires, causes the boss to enrage and become many times as powerful as he was to start with.
• The goal of all DPS players is to do as much damage as they can.
• A dead DPSer does no damage, so if there is an aspect of the fight (like a fire or void zone on the ground, or a direction from which the boss can not be safely attacked) that can kill DPS players without requiring them to pull agro, they must carefully avoid it.
• Of all the people in a raid, a DPSer is generally the most expendable.

Crowd Control

• For raiding, don’t worry about it.
• It’s an obsolete tactic by which some of the raid’s targets would be rendered harmless temporarily while the raid focused on another target.
• These days, we tend to use area of effect damage instead of crowd control, other than for a few fights.

Now that you know the overall dynamics of raiding, let’s talk about how to be a good DPS player, and some of our goals.

Goal: do not pull agro.

• Accomplish this by knowing how much threat you have built up on a boss, and making sure you never pass the tank.
• The default blizzard interface will flash your screen red around the edges if you pull, and will display a small percentage number above the target’s frame telling you what percent of the tank’s threat you have.
• If you are at range, you have more leeway, however if you stray into melee range, you will need less agro to pull off the tank. The percentage number will update based on distance.
• There is also an addon called omen that will show you everyone’s threat.

Goal: survive the encounter, and continue doing your job the whole time.

• Before you do an encounter, know it’s mechanics. If it has avoidable damage, be aware of it.
• Install an addon like scrolling combat text, and configure it so that it’s obvious when you are taking avoidable damage.
• Have cooldowns available if survival is in question. If the healers are busy keeping the tank alive through a spike in damage, it can help for you to have a health potion off cooldown if you make a mistake. As you get better, you’ll make less mistakes, and you’ll be able to use that potion cooldown to replenish your ability to do DPS, or to temporarily increase your DPS.

Goal: be able to focus fire.

• If an encounter has a mechanic that makes it important to all attack the same target, get good at paying attention and attacking the right target.
• You can use the default blizzard raid framed- shift click on a name from the raid tab, and drag a person onto your main screen. Right click, and check “show target”. If you set another DPS player (or a tank, or the main assist player) up this way, you will be able to target their target very easily by simply clicking it.
• You can also use the game’s “focus” feature. If you set a tank or main assist player as your focus and have configured your user interface to show you their target, you can click on a focus’s target (as above), or even create macros that will target your focus’s target with abilities. This allows you to have one thing targeted, but use your abilities on another target. Google “focus macros” for more details.
• Learn to remember kill orders. If your raid leader marks things with a raid marking, and then says “kill skull then X”, don’t rely on seeing who other raiders are targeting, just switch to the next target. You can also, optionally, download an addon called Magic Targets. This will let you see all the marked targets. It also shows you who is attacking which targets.

Goal: be able to do your main job and remain aware of your surroundings.

• As a DPS player, you will have a priority list of shots, or possibly a rotation, and will be watching for procs, cooldowns, and who knows what else.
• You can not afford to be staring at your ability buff bars if it will cost you awareness of what’s happening around you.
• Consider filtering your available data and moving the important parts to an area of the screen that will allow you to keep an eye on your surroundings, team mates, and opponents. I use a bar mod called bartender, which I’ve configured to show me my abilities while in combat around my character as a heads up display. I also have power auras set up to show me a heads up warning when I need to be aware of things (like the presence of a proc, or the fact that I’m out of mana)
• [edit: thanks Eidotrope] Install deadly boss mods. It’s not optional, and gives you invaluable insight into the mechanics of a fight. Here’s a good guide on how to use it.

Goal: put the raid’s well-being ahead of your own.

• If a tank dies and the boss heads for a healer, try to sacrifice yourself to buy the healer some time. They might just be able to pull off a miracle, preventing a total wipe.
• If you have the ability to bring a buff to the whole raid (or you group) that would bring more utility overall than what you sacrifice for it, do so. For example- hunters tend to pick one person and have them spec for improved hunter’s mark, which increases all hunter DPS at the cost of a little DPS from one player.
• Learn how to do the advanced skills of your class, in case they are ever needed. Many DPS classes can, for example, kite, which means holding the attention of something and prevent it from killing you.

That’s my guide to raiding 101. I think I covered the bases, but if you guys can think of anything obvious that I missed, just leave me a note.

Baru-baru ini saya mengunjungi seorang guru di Desa Ajung, Kalisat, Jember, Jawa Timur. Beliau bernama Abdul Saleh yang juga menjalankan usaha sampingan berupa katering dengan spesialisasi ayam kampung panggang. Kebetulan beliau memakai produk baru kami yaitu VITERPAN Khusus Unggas. Alhasil nselama 5 bulan pemakaian, Pak Saleh merasakan manfaat yang mencengangkan dirinya. Bayangkan, umumnya ayam kampung sejak menetas sampai mencapai umur layak potong setidak-tidaknya memerlukan waktu antara 4 sampai 5 bulan. Ternyata dengan VITERPAN Khusus Unggas ini, ayam kampung sudah bisa disembelih saat mencapai umur 2,5 bulan sampai 3 bulan saja. Luar biasa. Silakan saksikan videonya di sebelah kanan.

Tak kalah luar biasanya, kotoran ayamnya sekarang minus bau alias tidak berbau. Beliau menjadi sangat bersemangat sekarang untuk mengembangkan usaha ternak ayam burasnya karena sangat menguntungkan jadinya. Pak Saleh tidak perlu membeli ayam dengan harga mahal lagi di pasar. Ini berarti keuntungan yang didapat dari usaha kateringnya semakin berlipat-lipat.
