I have been a big man all of my life and now I am older, much older. I feel aches and pains hat I have never felt before and I was looking for better health. Hi, my name is Pat Hourihan and I am a healthcare consultant working with people just like you who suffer from all kinds of illnesses. I myself suffered from a chronic disease and had tried just about anything that offered relief – building up my hope that I would finally find something that would work, only to be let down again and again. Hello everybody, How are you doing this evening. I am a 41 yr. old and a mother of two beautiful kids. I graduated in 1986 from high school. I spent a few years working in factories until 1990.

I joined the US Navy in 1990 and spent 4yrs. 7mo. and 28days in service. I spent some time in the Gulf and a few other places. I received an honorable discharge in 1995.

My kids are now teenagers and into sports of all kinds. They keep me very active and on the move. I have one that does Cross Country, and one that does Football. In 2003 I was diagnosed with migraines and Massive Depression. They say that this has to do with Post War Syndrome so I am just honored to have served. The doctors have also discovered a mass the size of a quarter in my left lung. With all the test they have determend that it is just a lesion. Being on Nuclear ships kind of scares me a bit because I have always known the risks of serving in that capacity.

The problem is that this all puts a damper on my activity, and I don’t like it. I do push myself to be there for the kids. I push myself to be the best I can be. This is just my nature. I am a 61 year old father of 7 children and I feel like I am in my youth again. I know this may seem strange but allow me to explain.

I am twenty years old and I used to work at a medical implant manufacturer as a CNC machinist. This required me to do quite a bit of repetitive movements over several hours. This is not a big deal for most people, but I have a rare back problemthat causes intense pain due to repetitive exertion, and this made it very difficult for me to do my job. The only way I could handle the pain was to take fist fulls of over the counter pain killers.

On top of taking the pain killers, I have a lot of trouble sleeping at night. Most of the time I stayed awake because the back pain kept me up.
