And if this is coupled with a stressful lifestyle, poor diet and bad habits of staying under the sun, it will really progress to something much worse.

But what needs to be done anyway? You can start by choosing a reliable cream. Creams are your first line of defense against the harmful rays of the sun and against further skin deterioration. Not many trust the benefits of creams but if you are using a competent one, it will work for you more than you gave it credit for.

First of all, find a good cream that can reduce the appearance of the spots. The ingredients you can look for are Avocado Oil, Extrapone Nutgrass and Manuka honey. They each contribute to the lessening of this condition.

Avocado oil for instance contains sterolins that hamper the progress of those spots. These sterolins reduce spot formation. Also, it helps replenish lost moisture to the skin so you are not susceptible to many skin problems brought about by lack of moisture.

Extrapone Nutgrass has been proven effective in reducing melanin production by a significant 40% during the first two weeks of use. In a way, it beats other ingredients like Hydroquinon and lemon juice because other than lessening and fading spots, it can also help soften skin up and make it feel like the skin of a baby.

Manuka honey also leaves a softer skin where it touches but other than that, it gets rid of many surface blemishes including sun spots and scars. Also, it helps improve immune functions as it supplements nutrients that are surely lacking in your skin.

Sunday was the 46th anniversary of President John Kennedy’s assassination. Two hours and 8 minutes after Kennedy was shot, Vice President Lyndon Baines Johnson was sworn aboard Air Force 1. The hastily arranged swearing-in ceremony marked a number of firsts in American history.

• The ceremony was conducted by Federal Judge Sarah T. Hughes, making Johnson the first — and thus far only — U.S. president sworn in by a woman.
• Air Force 1 was still on the ground at Love Field Airport in Dallas when the ceremony was conducted, giving Johnson — a proud Texan — the distinction of being the only U.S. president sworn in on Texas soil.
• Johnson, who was not Catholic, is the only U.S. president to take the oath of office using a Catholic Missal. The Catholic prayer book was used because aides could not find a Bible aboard Air Force 1. Johnson was not the first president sworn in without a Bible. Shortly after the assassination of William McKinley in 1901, Theodore Roosevelt took the oath without using a Bible or any other book. Franklin Pierce affirmed the oath of office in 1853 using a law book, as did, John Quincy Adams in 1825. Adams used a law book that contained a copy of the U.S. Constitution.

Following the Pewter Nike Air Force 1 Women’s, the Nike Air Force 1 comes in another pewter colorway. The Nike Air Force 1 Women’s sports a grand purple/pewter colorway. The upper consists of full grand purple leather, along with a pewter patent swoosh to match the pewter outsole, which is placed under a classic white midsole. A pewter lace plate offsets the white laces and white inner lining, making this a simple colorway that the ladies can mix and match to.

Some classic Air Forces have been released by Nike this month. The Nike Air Force 1 Low comes in two clean colorways: white/khaki-gum-light brown and white/orange blaze. These Forces both use white leather uppers and white midsoles, giving these both a vintage feel. The first colorway uses a nice gumsole to go along with the khaki swoosh and light brown inner lining. The latter pair is contrasted by orange blaze at the sole, swoosh, and tongue, keeping it strictly two-toned.

I am not a big fan of the AJF line being that I would rather rock the originals, but with that said, I kind of like these! The Air Jordan VIII is not in top ten list to begin with, however I can rock these joints. The AJF combines the best of both worlds from the Air Force & Jordans. From the straps, to the Air Force style shoe box. Look for these joints nationwide sometimes in 2010.
