Sometime in November I asked my sister that if I were hypothetically to make her a Christmas present, what would she like. She answered that she might hypothetically like the Aira beret I made for myself earlier in the year, but in a rich red. So that’s what I made her and she likes it quite a bit more than hypothetically. Which is rather a shame, because I kind of wanted to keep it for myself.

Needles: Sizes 1 and 2 dpns

The only modification I made was to go down from a size 4 needle to a size 2. I wanted to make it a little less slouchy and a little more cloche-like.

Works beautifully in the Berroco Comfort Sock, which is blessedly machine washable and easy-care for my extremely busy sister.

I was captured by this particular art and would like people to help me find the artist. Yeah basically that’s it. I just found it very beautiful and eye catching. I assume that it’s done with watercolor. The precise lines yet carefree coloring. The intense eyes but soft colors are beautifully contrasting each other. But the one thing that was executed perfectly were the eyes.

This is a pilot chapter therefore if it doesn’t get enough feedback we will discontinue it. We will also try our best to advertise about it, it’s our part to do so. Most of the writer sending us their stories are old friends/ readers of Nichibotsu Gazette. Stories written there are being edited and transferred to a new home, Senjo Monogatari. Please help us enjoy what we do. Writing stories is fun but having readers is even more exciting.

word of the day: MOE!!!

Apparently, my partner, Aira isn’t feeling well… I mean who would after reading way too much mangas and quizilla stories without stopping to eat (only when it’s breakfast or dinner). She fails. T_T So she didn’t get to officially approving the stories that are supposed to come out today and I wouldn’t want to publish it with only 1 approval. Please be patient once again. I’ll get her to be in ship shape again!!!

I wonder if she has a stomach ache, diarrhea or something. Hahaha.

Today, I had fun chatting with my “little sisters”, including Aira. We exchanged opinions about mangas that we’ve been reading about and guessed at each others favorite stuff. One in particular enabled me to access multiple of her stuff: myspace, facebook, crunchyroll and email accounts. But I could really care less. It’s only the fact that now I have an idea what to give her for Christmas. I know her favorites, something I didn’t have to ask that dumb ass guy: Takeshi for. I hope she’ll anticipate this gift because…

All of us have been wanting to give her a gift since a year ago. I remember being told that they used to give her a box filled with everyone’s gift. I have also heard that some gifts, she’s never told anyone about. This time… for sure… she’ll want to tell the whole world how much we love her. Our HANA.

I can’t believe she’s never blogged about that name… Hana… why most of us call her that at occasional times.

Anyway, back to the topic. I’ve thought of something extra special. This year is my first year giving her a gift… but Matt/ Ryousuke gets to drop off the gift this year. The other years was all Ryan/ Kyousuke and Keith/ Takeshi’s doing. Oh… and this year will be Lia’s and Aoi’s first time meeting her. Exciting!!!

With all the recent focus on Copenhagen, I was just reminded that I never posted my promised blog about our recent receipt of the Australasian Investor Relations Association Award for Best Environment Disclosure by an Australasian Company.

Hi, actually this isn’t Rikku right now. For the first time, her wordpress is being “hacked” by a friend of hers. Not necessarily hacked since she’s allowing me to do this and also because my analyzation proves to be closer to being right than hers. Don’t worry though because she still plans to show you her own assumptions about our friend Hana… I mean Aira. The point of this post is just to mess around with her:Nichibotsu.

Let’s start from basic to her most complicated hairstyle.
1. Hair down : At this time, though her mind is preoccupied, she’s quite relaxed and happy. Reason is, she took the time to straighten her hair therefore there was something she was looking forward to.
- with a hair band: she’s feeling light and actually feels like she’s pretty.
- with bobby pins: her hair is irritating her. nothing much to that.
- with clip: feeling off, in a good way. a good time to ask her to do something she doesn’t usually do.

2. Half Clipped: This hairstyle is with a clip, this is a recent look for her. When her hair is like this she’s most likely looking forward to something and she probably thinks that it’s somewhat professional looking. If not her then either her mom or Katie.

3. Half Up : This one is like #2 except she uses a hair tie. With this, she most likely tired and sleepless. She most likely feels like crashing and has no energy to even try changing hair styles (but I heard that recently tying her hair up gives her a headache.

4. Plain Bun : Stressed out and too tired to even think about how her hair should be.

5. Japanese Bun : With the chopsticks… yes, that one. When her hair is styled this way then you should watch out because she’s easily irritated at this time.

6. Ponytail : When her hair is up that means she woke up late and had no time to actually look at a mirror and fix her hair. Now if the top of her head is smooth and her hair is tied neatly then she took her time tying it either in class or free periods. When it’s messy (though you can hardly tell) it means she’s sleepless and tired. But this is different than #3 because she’s actually in a good mood, it’s just that she’s tired.

7. Special : This could mean she’s been watching hair tutorials (which I know you have) and tried doing it herself. This means she actually either woke up on time or early. Not always a good thing. Sometimes she could be mad but this one is hard to differentiate since she hardly does this.

8. Braided : She’s in her own little world right now. It also means she wants to curl her hair in a certain way. With her hair braided she’s assured about… yup.

So there goes my analysis…

Okay, cool. I guess mine isn’t even worth looking at since I couldn’t really analyze Aira. I don’t know how to explain mine. I just know because it’s something I’ve noticed about her.

Hair down: she’s quite happy
Ponytail: irritated
Hair in half: relaxed
Braided: tired

I find myself in front of the school Aira goes to. I’m a bit curious to see her walking with heels on. hmm. I’m bothered… just a bit since she didn’t tell me. She passed by without noticing me but it’s okay since I was a good 6 cars away from her. I decided, not as a stalker, to follow her. I know she didn’t notice. Now a days she’s so preoccupied in her thoughts that she fails to see anything anymore. (You must be wondering why I was there in the first place. I was there to get her since she wanted to go shopping but like everything else, she’s forgotten about our engagement. My little sister…)

As I followed her, now only with my eyes, I saw that same boy again. He was listening to his music. Is it weird to say that I saw her glance at him? I don’t think so. She seemed to have glanced for a quick few seconds three times in a row. I’m not quite certain it she knows him or just had a “double” take which I get a lot. The way she looked made it seem like she didn’t want to be noticed, like it was taboo to meet.

Another thing I’d come to notice is how she now always looks down. Her eyes are always so tired and sighing deeply but smiling the next. I wonder what is bothering my imouto.

Oh, instead of the boy here I am talking about Aira. I can’t help it. I’m like an ate to her. Did you know in our circle of friends, we call her at least 5 different names.

For me, hiei and ry: imouto
For reg, katie, lia and ten: iyu, aira, Jen, maru
For hiei, ry, reg, ten, ate cait and takeshi: hana, ai-chan, anne, sis (not takeshi though. never)
For takeshi: iyu, izuuyu and ai-chan.

What makes me crack up every time I read it is this:
“*warning… she’s mine even if if she says she’s not I’ve given her multiple nicknames as well. ” – Takeshi 2008

But they’ve both moved on, right? No more crushing… and that stuff that you guys went through. right? Hmm. he’s got a girlfriend. she’s got this boy she blogs about… i hope this is all over like with ate yan and ry. … hmm maybe i should stop calling her that since it’s a reminded of her and ry.

Weird thing is, I also dated ry… and we broke up when imouto cried. That’s just how I much I love her more than Ryan. *sigh* If she asked me… I wouldn’t have a crush on a certain someone either…

I will be blogging about Aira more often… especially when I finally finish analyzing her different hairstyles. Look forward to that cause it’ll be extremely funny… well for me that is.

edit: Takeshi offered to help me out. Also I’m quoting aira… from a long time ago… not word by word though… “if you needed a hand go as Ten but if you need a hug, I’ll gladly give it to you.” pffft. hahaha but it’d be funnier if you were there since it made more sense. Takeshi had fallen into a bucket filled with paint in my house and she refused to help him get his foot out. ahaha but she hugged him and said, “that’s all I’m doing for you”. haha.

bf’s white shirt, express shiny leggings, vintage belt, F21 shoes

Threw on bf’s white shirt on Thanksgiving eve for a Rockets game, then kept it on for a night out paired with some shiny leggings and a red belt for a pop of color. This is actually similar color scheme as my work outfits.

The bf was all, “are you wearing my shirt?” – YES I AM. Stare. shrug. walk away.

That night I got to see a lot of people I had not seen in awhile including AIRA owners, Karen and Annie! It was a good night.

Thanksgiving was equally as nice, good company who always provide me with a good laugh. =)

So, I’m not sure what’s up with Rikku but I’m trying to keep pace with everything that’s happening to me. For my sake right now, just check out the release dates and don’t ask me when. I’ll update when I’m able to.

I hate time. Time seems to be cheating me. I still hate it.

I’m a busy person, or the opposite, depending on everything around me. But I like  getting things done quickly and efficiently while still enjoying myself. But I can’t!!! There’s no way to get past those things that last forever or actually living what’s going on. We, as humans, are always trying to get to what we want most and it takes forever! There’s no end to our wait! It goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on…. And when we finally get to that point, it flashes by before we can even grasp the moment. Our lives are wasted on moving forward and letting go, not embracing the moment or reflecting on everything.

Personally, the time I spend working is way too long and the time I actually enjoy is only a couple of minutes. All of my time is given away to people who take life for granted, that waste it with the dillydadling distractions, too self absorbed to be considerate that not everyone in the room is going that slow or entertained. And the last of that time is much too short. Okay, so seven hours for me…. That includes six hours sleep which doesn’t at all help calm me becuase I only wake to the stress of the flow of life.

So you whom disagree, stop and think: are you using your time wisely? Are you pleased with what you have gotten? Are you wasting someone else’s time? Think. And don’t whisk it off. Think hard. (I apologize for seeming a bit depressing.)

Tema : Menikmati keindahan alam tu berpahala. Merapatkan sillaturrahim sesama manusia pun berpahala jua.

Instrumen yang digunakan untuk tiba ke sana adalah 6 makhluk pelbagai jenis,warna dan saiz(sila lihat gambar di atas). Menggunakan jalan darat memandangkan makhluk-makhluk di atas tak mampu terbang dan berenang. Perjalanan mementingkan aspek keselamatan yang tinggi dan menghormati polis traffik.

Ini namanya Livi. Dia pencinta keamanan kerana sering menunjukkan simbol PEACE ketika bergambar. Gembira-pergi-bertuah(happy-go-lucky) orangnya. Berasal dari negeri Sarawak. Keadaan cuaca semasa ketibaan kami adalah mendung nan indah. Langit kelabu dengan angin bertiup lembut memberikan efek ketenangan sepanjang zaman. Aku cadangkan datang ke sini bagi para jiwa-jiwa kacau semua.

Di satu sudut, kelihatan beberapa peserta mengambil kesempatan untuk melampiaskan jiwa keanak-anakan dengan bermain buaian dan papan gelongsor. Seorang peserta jatuh entah-macam-mana dari papan gelongsor, sebagai tanda peringatan umur sudah tidak anak-anak dan hari mendung mungkin akan hujan.

Mamat ni pulak namanya Farock. Takdelah Rock mana pun, lebih kepada dangdut. Kalau tak percaya sila pantau lagu-lagu mp3 yang terdapat di dalam handphone canggihnya. Sama seperti tadi, abaikan Farock, fokus pada alam semulajadi. (Gambar dicuri tanpa kebenaran dari fesbuk beliau)

Selang tak berapa lama,ramalan ku benar belaka, Tik!tik! bunyi hujan menitik mengetuk bumbung, bukan mencarut. Kami mencari tempat berteduh supaya tidak dibasahi hujan. Sambil-sambil berteduh, berdoa dalam hati agar hujan berjaya berjumpa titik nokthahnya.

Hujan berhenti Tik! Tik! tidak lama kemudian, langit kembali cerah walau tanpa sang pelangi. Cendawan selepas hujan tidak juga kelihatan, yang kelihatan adalah para cendikiawan.

Kayuh-kayuh

Makhluk tuganggan ni namanya kayuh-kayuh(bukan nama sebenar). Takda kaitan dengan kudap-kudap ye. Memang selari  dengan motif kami untuk ber-rekreasi bukan ber-ereksi. Harga yang perlu dibayar adalah RM 6 bagi seekor tugangan yang boleh dinaiki oleh dua orang manusia tak kira bangsa dan agama, tapi kalau boleh elakkan dari berat badan yang terlalu jauh berbeda antara satu sama lain. Kalau senget sebelah agak susah nak kayuh nanti.

Aktiviti menunggang kayuh-kayuh ni sesuai untuk semua lapisan masyarakat. Takdelah bahaya pun. Aku tak pasti apa aktiviti dorang kat tengah-tengah tasik tu, sebab time tu aku tengah layan baca majalah Remaja di tepian tasik. Antara yang menarik Remaja keluaran November adalah topik Awas perempuan seksi suka berskandal,bersenam boleh menghilangkan Dara,maskulin metrosexual dan lain-lain, tapi aku selak-selak saja, tak sempat nak habiskan secara terperinci,macam geli-geli je. Milik salah seorang peserta wanita.

Seterusnya, aktiviti menaiki binatang yang dipanggil buggy. Nak naik binatang ni kena bayar RM 12 untuk satu pusingan Tasik Darul Aman, boleh naik muat 4/5 orang. Teruja jugak naik binatang ni, tapi muka kena kontrol relax..tak boleh keterlaluan eksaited.

Jeng jeng jeng!

Dalam perjalanan dengan Buggy, sempat juga kami bertegur sapa dengan kambing yang sedang berjoging-joging di tepian tasik. Tak payahlah aku letak gambar kat sini, rasanya semua orang dah kenal dengan Encik Kambing kan.

Kat Tasik Darul Aman tu ada sebuah dataran makanan, kat situ ada lah beberapa kedai makan. Kami singgah kat situ untuk berehat.  Menu utama dah tentulah my favourite iaitu ABC. Pastu aku ushar-ushar lagi apa yang menarik untuk berekreasi perut pulak, nampak pulak rojak buah, aku pun order satu. Tiba-tiba, aliran darah aku menyuruh aku pergi membeli waffle.  Lidah aku pulak menyuruh suara aku order waffle coklat 2. Mata memerhati waffle dan penjual waffle. Tu semua berlaku secara spontan. (si penjual waffle tu sangat sweet sebenarnya).

Just a few days ago I had been invited by Aira to her house. I would have loved to actually go but I was unable to go at the time. The circumstances were just too complicated for me. Anyway instead of visiting her at her house I was able to meet up with her elsewhere.

Before we met up, I’d seen a boy of the same age as us. I had to actually stop walking because the boy looked so familiar to me but as he got closer it showed me that I had no idea who he was. I felt my heart skip a beat but it wasn’t the feeling of “he’s the one”. I actually felt like protecting him only in a sense that he seemed like a brother to me. haha but that’s impossible since my parents, if ever, had an outside child they wouldn’t keep it a secret. Well to actually stop and stare at the kid was a total first for me.

Ты совсем недавно влился в роллерблэйдинг в ижевске и очень сильно прогрессируешь, и так расскажи о ситуации которую ты увидел, когда начинал кататься, и как ты решил начать.
Айра: Однажды, не помню когда точно, писались в аське с Оркай, и он мне ссылку дал на видео, и сказал: “После этого видео, я пошёл с купил себе агры”. Там был профаил Карлоса Пиановский из видео USD Legacy. Видео меня очень впечатлило! Очень очень. И я загорелся желанием тоже встать на ролики, спасибо Орке, за советы и за то, что подбил встать на них)
А вижу я следующее: как только ролы пришли, в этот же день в воскресенье Орка позвал кататься, я опоздал где был сбор). Пришёл в парк, там ещё был Серёга Ч. Дружеская атмосфера, Дум еще был. Я думал щас одену и всё начнётся, а вышло как корова на льду, ну ничего поддержка и советы дают о себе знать и всё начинает получаться:). Но правда не все такие дружелюбные)

Да это было наше первое знакомство. Ходят слухи что у нас все роллеры разбиваются на определенные компании, как ты считаешь на счет этого. А так же поясни что означает твоя только что сказанная фраза: “не все такие дружелюбные?
Айра: Да.. Так и есть. Я сам это заметил. Некоторые очень дружелюбно тебя воспринимают, а кто-то и здороваться даже не хочет и не разговаривает. Понты, пафос. От этого создаёться такое впечатление, что совсем не одно нас всех объединяет…
Да и когда сам начинаешь, как-то тяжело кататься с теми кто на уровне катает, больше думаешь не о катании, а о том что далеко тебе до этого. но со временем проходит и более уверенее начинаешь кататься.

Айра: Да, мы ходим. обычно созваниваемся, или спишемся. Ходим обычно: я, Ренат, Лиля, часто приходят Миша, Егор, Егор, Марса. Встречаем очень хорошо:). Всё дружелюбно и весело). Подбадриваем). Точим новые трюки, смотря на других, пробуешь что-то новое и тем самым все дружно прогрессируют, кто-то медленее, кто-то быстрее. Пытаемся понять ошибки.

Очень радует, что у вас такая компания. Чье катание, я имею в виду ижевских ребят, тебе больше всего нравится?

Айра: да, это первая наклонка. я не хотел совсем брать, вообще это была идея Ксюхи (Марс), она хотел взять её,а я за компанию так). I frequently look at patterns on Ravelry and marvel at the kind of creativity that can create such amazingly detailed patterns. It’s even more striking when the pattern is constructed by a 12 year old, as this one is. The pattern is not yet up on Ravelry, but it will be soon. And remember Lily’s name – I have a feeling we’re going to be seeing even more beautiful designs from her in the future.

Perhaps my favorite thing is those puckers. They’re a lovely touch.

As is the beautiful picot band. Both warm and stylish.

I love her like my own sibling. I treat her as if she were the little sister that He forgot to give me. So when I hear her tell me how desperate she’s become and how torn she feels, I myself feel the pain. I’m an only child and most of my friends do not make me feel this way. With her, I feel powerless and this makes me feel even more depressed. I can’t help her in her time of need; I sure am worthless right now.

Hey Hey

I’m posting an update for those who read Aira’s stories. Since she just started school, she messaged me about not being able to update as much as she can. Therefore, she’s apologizing already for not being able to post the new part for both series. She does promise that by the end of today, they’ll be there.

I’ll be popping in and out. Maybe even post up my own stories. You never know.

Sneak Peak:
I glanced down once again but this time to see a calm girl. No longer was that sinister looking girl beside her but a serene, but betraying girl was there. Calm yet deceitful. Yes, that was what I felt while looking at that girl.

I can’t quite recall them now but fear, fear was the one feeling that stuck to me the most. I remember that right after she left, Katie jumped down from the top, making a loud thud and waking Madison and Richelle completely.
