I heard that Amazon now has a global version of Kindle. I was disappointed to find this morning that the new version still will not work in my country.

Quanto a legittimità e risultati dell’intervento «salvifico» dell’Alleanza atlantica, sponsorizzato dallo «statuario» Bill Clinton e dagli allora leader democratici della Nato come Javier Solana, Massimo D’Alema, Tony Blair, ecc. ecc. Va ricordato che quella guerra del marzo 1999 fu illegale, venne fatta senza l’Onu e contro l’Onu. Mise in scacco l’autonomia dell’Europa e permise agli Stati uniti di riappropiarsi della Nato. Che cancellò la possibilità che la controversia interna all’ex Jugoslavia potesse essere composta da una mediazione internazionale in corso quale era la missione dell’Osce. Azzerando i principi dell’articolo 11 della nostra Costituzione che «rifiuta la guerra come mezzo di composizione delle controversie internazionali».
La guerra fu motivata da ragioni umanitarie. «500mila morti» titolava il New York Times, «Sessantamila vittime» Liberation, «Genocidio» Le Monde. Ma quei giornali (non proprio gli ultimi) non hanno nemmeno titolato – arrivarono solo 15 righe della Reuters – quando il 6 settembre 2001 proprio la Corte suprema di Pristina, sotto egida Onu, sancì che i miliziani serbi nel 1998-1999 furono responsabili sì di violenze ai danni della popolazione albanese che, comunque, cominciarono dopo i raid aerei della Nato, ma non di genocidio. E il Tribunale dell’Aja con l’inchiesta sul campo non trovò prove del «massacro», rinvenne il seppellimento di duemila morti, ma caduti in combattimento. Non solo: la Corte di Pristina in quel dibattimento ha dichiarato di avere le prove che il drammatico esodo di 890mila persone – rimaste in attesa sul confine e tutte rientrate dopo 78 giorni di guerra – non fu provocato dai miliziani serbi, come ci venne detto, ma dal terrore di essere colpiti dalle bombe della Nato. Un terrore giustificato, viste le stragi efferate tra la popolazione civile, sia in Serbia che tra gli albanesi in Kosovo – Djakovo, Korisha, Pristina – con i cosiddetti effetti collaterali che un’indagine di Amnesty International ha dimostrato essere omicidi deliberati per terrorizzare i civili.
Alla fine la farsa di Rambouillet (il diktat con cui si pretendeva di mettere l’intera ex Jugoslavia sotto controllo della Nato) e il casus belli inventato della strage di Racak come ha dimostrato il documento dei medici legali impegnati dall’Onu, hanno fatto il resto per attivare la guerra a tutti costi.
Il fatto è che quella guerra di raid aerei un obiettivo l’aveva: il 17 febbraio del 2008 infatti è stata proclamata l’indipendenza unilaterale del Kosovo, sponsorizzata da Bush e riconosciuta subito da molti paesi atlantici – non da tutti, Spagna, Grecia, Romania, Slovacchia e Cipro Nord hanno detto no. E non è riconosciuta dal Consiglio di sicurezza dell’Onu. Ora è caos istituzionale, c’è la nuova missione Eulex ad imporre l’indipendenza ai pochi serbi rimasti, resta la Kfor-Nato con meno ruolo. Ma l’Onu con Ban Ki-Moon che lo ha annunciato a fine ottobre, insiste a rimanere sulla base della Risoluzione 1244» con cui finì la guerra, entrò la Nato ma riconoscendo la sovranità di Belgrado sul Kosovo.
Venerdì al vertice governativo Italia e Serbia di Roma, il presidente serbo Boris Tadic ha ribadito: «La Serbia non farà mai un passo indietro nel rivendicare la propria integrità territoriale. Lotteremo con tutti i mezzi giuridici». Fiducioso che la massima Corte dell’Aja dica sì – la scadenza è ora, a dicembre – al ricorso serbo contro l’indipendenza unilaterale del Kosovo.

Komisioni per Organizimin e Festes se 28 Nendorit i cili pa dyshim ishte i perbere nga drejtuesit me te larte te Qeverise se mbrritur nga Berati , Shtabit i Pergjithshem e Kryesise se Keshillit Naciona – Clirimtar , te BRASH , te BGASH etj. kishte pergatitur nje program te ngjeshur per tere diten e pare duke e ndare ne tre pjese secila me aktivitetet e veta , te paradites , pas-dreke dhe pas-darke. Bie ne sy qe ne pjesen e pare ate te para-dites ishte prezantimi i plote i pushtetit te ri qe kishte marre drejtimin e Shqiperise dhe demostrimi e parakalimi i ushtrise se saj qe ishte alokuar qe prej 17 nentorit ne kryeqytet . Ky prezantim i pare i pushtetit te ri perpara popullit te Tiranes dhe te Shqiperise kishte parashikuar qe ne tribune te ndodheshin pervec nomenklatures drejtuese te organeve te tyre qeverisese dhe perfaqesues te misioneve te huaj ushtarake ne Shqiperi t’Ingliteres , Bashkimit Sovjetik , Amerikes , Jugosllavise , Perfaqesite e Komuniteteve Fetare etj.

Caktimi i dates se clirimit te Shqiperise nga fituesit material te pushtetit te ri me kapjen perfundimtare te kryeqytetit Tirane me 17 Nentor 1944 mendoj se ka qene nje dileme dhe debat i vazhdueshem i tyre. Nga dt. 17 dhe deri me 27.11.1944 , data e shpalljes se           “ PROGRAM per KREMTIMIN e 28 NENDORIT “ shumica e personazheve te lartpermendur , te shkolluar ne Europe dhe me tituj te larte Dr. apo Prof. do te kene kerkuar dhe argumentuar se kjo dite duhet te jete e njejte me Diten e Pavaresise se Shqiperise . Populli yne ,  qe nga v. 1912 , per 32 vite me rradhe Diten e Pavaresise me 28 Nendor e ka  konsideruar si diten me te madhe dhe te shenjte te tij te cilen  kurre nuk e ka zevendesuar me asnje ngjarje tjeter te kesaj periudhe . Shenjterimi i kesaj date ne ndergjegjen e memorien e kombit shqiptar ishte nje nga vlerat per ngjarjen me kulmore te historise se tij. Kete gje pushtetaret e rinj e dinin shume mire sepse dhe ato vete ishin qytetare qe e kishin respektuar , nderuar dhe festuar kete eveniment .                                                                  

Clirimi i Shqiperise nga okupatoret e huaj perben nje ngjarje tjeter te madhe te historise se popullit tone i cili ka vendin e duhur dhe vleren e tij te padiskutueshem ne histori . Keto dy ngjarje te medha pa dyshim jane analizuar dhe diskutuar gjate periudhes se pare 10 ditore  pas marrjes se pushtetit te larte ne Tirane nga drejtuesit e fitimtareve te nacional clirimtares . Ne se pavaresia e Shqiperise ishte pranuar e celikosur si evenimenti me i madh i historise se kombit tone dilema ishte per daten qe do kishte clirimi i vendit ne kete histori . Une mendoj se vendosja e tij ne te njejten dite me daten e pavaresise me 28 Nentor 1944 nga Komisioni Organizues do ti jepte me shume vlere dhe me shume dinjitet , certifikimit te dates fituese te luftes  si date e clirimit te Shqiperise . Ne funksion te ketij vendimi e tere infrastruktura e kremtimit te 28 Nendorit u pergatit dhe u zbatua per ti kremtuar se bashku ne simbioze keto dy data te medha . Si ne emertimin e                    kokes se “ PROGRAM-it “ ashtu dhe ne permbajtjen e tij me 14 pikat e veprimtarive festive te tij  ne asnje vend nuk permendet fjala e pavaresise , pra duke i konsideruar te tera keto obligime si kremtime te dites se clirimit te vendit . Vetem ne piken 15 kemi unifikimin e “ dites se madhe te 28 Nendorit qe perkujton fitimin e Indipendences Kombetare me 1912 dhe qe sivjet koincidon me festen e clirimit te Tiranes dhe te gjithe Shqiperise ….” Pra data 28 Nendor 1944 ishte vendosur te ishte Dita e Clirimit te Shqiperise dhe njekohesisht se bashku me “ Dita e Indipendences Kombetare  “   e cila koincidonte me festen e clirimit te Tirane dhe te gjithe Shqiperise . Kjo ngjarje , Dita e Clirimit me 28 Nendor do te festohej per tre dite me rradhe pra deri me dt. 30 .11.

Clirimi i Shqiperise me 28.XI.1944 tashme i aprovuar si ngjarje e madhe e historise se popullit shqiptar dhe certifikimi i tij si dite e njejte me diten me te madhe e te shenjte te  vendit ate te Pavaresise argumentoi nevojen e organizueseve te respektonin traditen e Kishes Katolike te Tiranes per “ TE DEUM “ duke e futur qe ne piken e pare te                    “ PROGRAM -it  “ te saj . Sic u tha me lart kete himnizim te dites se Pavaresise me              “  TE DEUM “ ne Famulline Katolike te Tiranes e ndoqi dhe vete Gjeneral – Major Mehmet Shehu , nje nga eksponentet me te larte te PK dhe Ushtrise Nacional-Clirimtare dhe me vone Kryeminister per 27 vjet . 

Perfundimisht bazuar dokumentave e fakteve si me lart i tere ceremoniali shteteror i duhur per kete qellim u miratu , u projektua , u organizua dhe u zbatua nga drejtuesit e Qeverise dhe Ushtrise Clirimtare , per Diten e Clirimit te Shqiperise me date 28.nenodr 1944 . 

Diabolizimi i historise

Natyrshem lind pyetja , perse pushtetaret e rinj te Shqiperise me ne krye Enver Hoxhen si nje te diele te fundit te muajit Mars e shtyne  24 ore perpara ne kohe Diten e Clirimit duke e rizyrtarizuar ate por tashme me  29 Nendorin 1944 .

Deabatet dhe provat e kunderprovat nga palet e kunderta per kete qellim kane qene dhe vazhdojne akoma dhe sot te jene aktive dhe me sa duket do te vazhdohet akoma me tutje.

Transferimi dinak i debatit  se ne date 29.XI.1994 eshte larguar ushtari i fundit gjerman 

i cili nuk vertetohet kurre , si debati pula beri vezen apo veza beri pulen , vazhdon te konsumoje studiues , kohe te vlefshem e te tyre dhe deri tani pa rezultat .                                        

Duke e pare nga nje kend tjeter analitik kete debat , perfituar dhe nga dokumentat e AQSH nga fondi i Arqipeshkvise Durres – Tirane une i largohem gjykimit te studiuseve te tjere dhe ofroj aresyetimin tim bazuar mbi lenden filozofike te llogjikes se komunizmit qe bazohet ne te drejten e fituesit qe ta shkruaj historine per nevojat e tij si donte vete .

Mendimi im eshte se pushtetit komunist i Enver Hoxhes me 1946 ndjehej me i forte dhe me i konsiliduar ne krye te vendit se sa ne muajt e pare te ardhjes ne fuqi .. Ay kishte arritur qe me metoda drejtimi ekstremisht te majta ta dominonte kete pushtet dhe ta ushqente me frymen e filozofise leniniste dhe pervojave te vendeve socialiste aleate . Sic ishte legjitime per substancen e teorise dhe te praktikes komuniste ajo ja njihte vehtes dhe vetem vehtes meritat e cdo ngjarje , arritje , reforme , suksesi etj. gjate ushtrimit te qeverisjes me dore te forte nga shtrenguese  deri shtypje me mjete militare . Ajo duke  glorifikuar vazhdimisht cdo gje me partine  e tyre , me filozofine marksiste-leniniste dhe drejtuesin e saj Enver Hoxhen nuk mund ta pranonte per nje kohe te gjate mbivendosjen e Dates se Clirimit te vendit  pas perfundimit te Luftes se II Boterore me Diten  Pavaresise se Shqiperise . Sipas saj Dita e Clirimit te vendit nga pushtuesit e huaj ku ajo e ndjente vehten pronare te vetem te saj meritonte nje perkujtim tjeter me pompoz , nje festim me te shkelqyer dhe nje glorifikim me te ndritur nga ay i Dites se Pavaresise .

Po te lexosh e studiosh  te gjitha dokumentat e PK dhe PPSH , fjalimet e udheheqesve komuniste me E.Hoxhen ne krye , veprat e tij , propaganden mediatike te shkruar e me vone  vizive , festimet dhe perkujtimet e vazhdueshme gjate 37 viteve te rregjimit komunist , kongreset e PPSH, BGSH , BRPSH , BPSH etj. , Dita e Clirimit te Shqiperise sipas versionit komunist eshte dita me lavdishme , me e dashura , me vlefshmja , me historikja etj. e tere kombit shqiptar ne shekuj dhe merita per kete i takonte vetem PPSH dhe udheheqesit legjendar e ta pavdekshem E.Hoxha .

Kjo dite sipas tyre , 29 Nendori 1944 dhe jo 28 Nendori 1912 ishte dita ku kombi dhe populli i tij shqiptar rilindi perseri nga erresira , u nda nga rregjimet shfytezuese e obskurantiste dhe u shkeput nje here e pergjithmone nga e kaluara e saj jo dinjitoze. Ato ishin te bindur dhe te vendosur qe ti impononin ppopullit shqipatr se kjo Dita e Clirimit dhe data e saj e 29 Nendorit 1944 solli lindjen e historine vertete te popullit shqiptar dhe se autori e krijuesi i epokes se re te pas kesaj date ishte PPSH nen udheheqjen e njeriut me te  madh dhe lavdishem qe kombi shqiptar kishte nxjerre . Nevoja per kete supremaci te rreme tipike per rregjimet diktatoriale dhe vecanerisht per ato komuniste beri te mundur spostimin e clirimit me nje dite nga 28 ne 29 Nendor 1944 duke ja faturuar vlerat e atributet e kesaj dite E.Hoxhes dhe partise se tij te cilat qendronin shume me larte se vlerat e atributet e Dites se Pavaresise dhe Heroit te tij  Ismail Qemali .

Ardhja e Demokracise dhe shembja e pushtetit komunist te diktatures se proletariatit e c’mitizoi perfundimisht kete paranoje te shpikur dhe pompuar nga rregjimi qe lame pas duke e risjell ne altarin e vet , Diten e Pavaresise , si dita me shenuar e historise se kombit e popullit shqipatr dhe njekohesisht duke e vene Diten e Clirimit te Shqiperise  ashtu sic ishte e pranuar , deklaruar dhe festuar ne diten e saj te vertete ne daten e 28 Nendorit 1944 .

Germany’s largest intelligence agencies are in for a challenging few days, as two spy scandals are making headlines in the country’s media.

The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz or BfV), Germany’s foremost domestic intelligence organization, is firmly in the hot seat after it emerged that a woman it employed as an undercover informer was among seven extremists indicted for helping operate a hardcore neo-Nazi online radio station.

The woman, who has been identified only as “Sandra F.”, had been hired by the spy agency to monitor the German People’s Union (Deutsche Volksunion or DVU), a national socialist political grouping with substantial following in Brandenburg and Saxony. But in turns out that, while spying for the government, she was also busy strengthening the neo-Nazi group’s online presence through the European Brotherhood Station, which, among other things, aired instructions on how to build homemade bombs.

Another court case due to start this week will undoubtedly draw the public’s attention to the Federal Intelligence Service (Bundesnachrichtendienst or BND), Germany’s primary external intelligence agency. Court papers reveal that a BND field agent stationed in Kosovo, where German intelligence is currently extremely active, shared intelligence secrets with his gay lover for several years.

The agent, identified only as “Anton K.”, is accused of passing classified information to his Kosovar interpreter, Murat A., who was “involved with the Albanian (Sherbimi Informativ Shteteror, SHISH or State Intelligence Service) and Macedonian (Agencija za razuznavanje) intelligence agencies”. According to Der Spiegel magazine, the information Anton K. shared with Murat A. included “insights into the entire network of sources of the BND’s Kosovo office”.

When Leigh and I visited Albania in October, the two must-see stops on our list were Butrint and Gjirokaster, both designated as World Heritage sites by UNESCO.

Butrint is famed for well-preserved ruins from the Hellenistic, Roman and Venetian eras, but archaeologists have found signs of habitation going back far into the Stone Age. The layer-cake ruins stand on a wooded island in the middle of a lagoon. Rich meadowlands and marshes have provided a reliable food source for eons, and the city stands on the strategic straits of Corfu, guarding passage into the eastern Adriatic.

Extensive floor mosaics are left covered with sand to protect them from the elements, but visitors are welcome to brush the grains away to take a close look at the intricate stonework. The skeletons of Roman villas, baptistries and a grand basilica are easy to discern, even for non-experts.

Gjirokaster, in the Drinos River valley, is dominated by a castle towering over a well-preserved warren of Ottoman-style houses, many of them built in the 17th Century. Standing on the ramparts during a gloomy sunset, we found it easy to picture Ottoman ruler Ali Pasha surveying his domain in the stunning mountains of southern Albania.

Great stone walls, arches and wildflowers harmonize on the grounds of the Butrint World Heritage site in southern Albania. This gateway on the souteast side of Butrint was one of the main entrances into the city between the 3d century BC and the 14th century AD.

Leigh brushes away some sand in a corner of the 6th century basilica at Butrint to take a closer look at the floor mosaics. Extensive mosaics remain in some of the Butrint ruins, but they're left covered with sand to protect them from the elements.. Butrint was the bishop's seat for many centuries, and the great basilica was the physical manifestation of his authority in the area.

Napoleon, the bartender at a pub deep in the bowels of the Gjirokaster castle, showed us how to warm up with raki. to make the Albanian-style hot toddy, he browned some sugar over a campstore, added water, then the raki, and served it to us in tiny mugs.

It wasn't easy to find an open restaurant during the off-season in Gjirokaster, Albania, but when we did, Oh boy! With many menu items costing between $1 and $2, we enjoyed a kind of Albanian cheeseburger, made of spicy mince meat patties, layered on a bed of green pepper and whole wheat bread and topped with a hard goat cheese similar to feta. With a side of grilled sweet green peppers and washed down with a tasty Albanian Pilsner beer, it was a feast to remember.
