Club Greece are the only company on the Islands and the line size are about 35 – 40 all summer and the you as opc can send anything, the sales reps gets two tours a day and Club Greece works with a really high line turn, means as a sales rep you will get your 10 tours a week most of the summer, but i can be a little less in the beginning of the season do to flights are not full yet, but in beginning May the season really starts to kick in.

Premier Holiday Club Phuket started as a company in 2007. We are promoting Holiday Ownership, Fractional Ownership and out right ownership to the thousands of holiday makers that visit Thailand every year.

The directors of Premier Holiday Club Phuket have more than 30 years experience in the Holiday Ownership and tourism industry. We as a company have collected this experience to offer our members the highest standards in accommodation and services.

Our first two Holiday Ownership resorts are developments from acclaimed developer ‘Lersuang’. These two properties ‘Club Lersuang’ and ‘Turtle Cove’ have both been constructed to the highest western standards while incorporating the beauty of Thai design.
Both of these properties are situated in two of the most desired holiday locations that Phuket has to offer namely Surin Beach area and Mai Kao Beach area.

Western opcs will receive the following Marketing Commission for Qualified tours

2500 per Q tour  = less than 11.99% Closing
3000 per Q tour = 12% to 14.99% Closing

3500 per Q tour = 15% to 18.9 % Closing
4000 per Q tour = 19% to 22.99% Closing
4500 per Q tour = 23% to 24.99% Closing
5000 per Q tour = 25% up Closing

Western Opcs will receive 500 per CT tour. If a CT tour stays for 3 hours on tour it will automatically become Qualified tour paid at the normal rate. If a deal then will become a Qualified tour and Paid at the normal rate.

Marketing Commissions will be paid weekly on Fridays at the rate of 2500 per Q tour. An adjustment will be made at the end of each month and if higher closing percentages have been achieved the adjustment will be paid on the first Friday of the following month

Western opcs will receive 1% Commission from sales gernerated from their own Qualified clients.

Western opcs will receive 2% Commission from sales generated from their own CT clients

Sales commission will be paid on a 2 weekly basis on Fridays. We will pay the sales commissions on the second and last Friday of the month

Loyalty Bonus is as follows;

1-3 Q tour in month 100 THB Loyalty bonus per Q tour

4-5 Q tour in month 200 THB Loyalty bonus per Q tour

5-6 Q tour in month 300 THB Loyalty bonus per Q tour

7-8 Q tour in month 400 THB Loyalty bonus per Q tour

9-10 Q tour in month 500 THB Loyalty bonus per Q tour

11-12 Q tour in month 600 THB Loyalty bonus per Q tour

13-14 Q tour in month 700 THB Loyalty bonus per Q tour

15-16 Q tour in month 800 THB Loyalty bonus per Q tour

17-19 Q tour in month 900 THB Loyalty bonus per Q tour

20 + Q tour in month 1000 THB Loyalty bonus per Q tour

Loyalty bonus will be paid every 1 month

i.e Month of September will be paid 31st October, month of November will be paid 31st December.
