I’m returning to blogging after six weeks away. The time away allowed my to evaluate my writing and presentation.

Thus, I decided to switch my hosting from Blogger to WordPress, as well as create a plan for improving my writing. For that I am going to work on paying more attention to editing, research and timeliness.

To use technology terms, I’ve migrating from version 1.0 to 2.0. Much like many dot com companies during the first dot com boom, I had a pretty good run, but I found myself wanting more. My personal blog attracted between 20 and 50 people per day, while my fantasy football blog that attracted between 50 and 100 people per day.

Success aside, I thought it was best start from ground zero. This way I can take my lessons learned and apply them to something bigger and better.

I hope you’ll visit the Go Woody Wire 2.0 quite frequently and enjoy my humble views on sports, media, technology and politics. For old times sake: Go Woody!
