WEDNESDAY – All day charity auction followed by Gala Ball at 5 pm SLT

1. All day charity auction with special horses: Limited editions, 5+ traits (new and old) at 9:30 am SLT and 2:30 pm SLT.  Still plenty of room to rent a stall.

2. GALA BALL with a live DJ at 5 pm SLT – Everyone is Invited!!! Wear your prettiest ball dress or steampunk outfit! Come meet and greet and make friends with people in the horsing community.

Market Stall and Auction Info
1. Market stalls are 150L each for 50 prims during May 23rd to May 25th.

2. We require all market stall renters to donate at least one or more horses/bundles to the Charity Auction:
Limited editions, black 5+ traits (new and old), white 5+ traits (new and old)
*90% of the proceeds go to the charity, 10% goes to the seller

There will be donation boxes there at the auction so sellers can deposit their money after each sale.

We will have a waiting list on a first come/first served basis for stall and auction reservations.

Please send Akemi Myanamotu a notecard that has

1. Your full name
2. The horse you are thinking of donating to the auction
3. What shift you would like the auction time to be and whether you would need a proxy there for you during Wednesday the 23rd.

Interested in being an instructor?
We need instructors to please teach one or more of the following classes on either Monday, Tuesday or both days:
-So you want to be an auctioneer?
-Testing the temperature of the market
-Intro to Horse Breeding
-Selling your horses
-Joining helpful groups and where to get help

Since this is a charity event, will not be able to pay instructors.
However, we will encourage participants to leave tips of gratitude. You will also have a free stall for the 3 days of the event along with their name (and horse ranch) published along side the class schedule in all ad updates.
