In light of the murders at Ft. Hood by a Muslim Officer (who had sworn to defend the people, our Constitution and the United States) this article becomes more timely and real than ever.

Can a good Muslim be a good American? This question was sent to a friend who worked in Saudi Arabia for 20 years.  The following is his reply:

Theologically – no. Because his allegiance is to Allah, the moon god of Arabia.

Religiously – no. Because no other religion is accepted by his Allah except Islam.

Scripturally – no. Because his allegiance is to the five pillars of Islam and the Quran (Koran).

Geographically – no. Because his allegiance is to Mecca, to which he turns in prayer five times a day.

Socially – no. Because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews.

Politically – no. Because he must submit to the mullah (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel and Destruction of America, the great Satan.

Domestically – no. Because he is instructed to marry four women and be and scourge his wife when she disobeys him.

Intellectually – no. Because he cannot accept the American Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and he believes the Bible to be corrupt.

Philosophically – no. Because Islam, Muhammad, and the Quran do not allow freedom of religion and expression.  Democracy and Islam cannot co-exist.  Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic.

Spiritually – no. Because when we declare “one nation under God,” the Christian’s God is loving and kind, while Allah is NEVER referred to as heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in The Quran’s 99 excellent names.

Therefore after much study and deliberation….perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country.  They obviously cannot be both ”good” Muslims and good Americans.

Call it what you wish….it’s still the truth.

As this is my first chance to announce it, allow me to share the main topics that will be discussed on this blog, which by design is focused on the United States of America.

The Constitution of the United States is – and will remain – the primary focus of this blog, even if it is not specifically mentioned at any given time.  The reasons for this will become clearer as time goes by.  How close we are to it today – or how far away from it – is a subject that matters more to me each and every day.  Reason #1 is on behalf of the next two groups mentioned.

American citizens will be a recurring topic here.

American taxpayers will be another recurring topic.

The various governmental entities in America will surely be mentioned here, too – on whatever level: national, statewide, or local.  The ’services’ that they provide – or don’t provide – or should provide, or shouldn’t provide,  and how all of that is handled will be fair game.  How all of this is done, or not done, is almost sure to come up.

Those who are “public servants” – defined here as those paid by tax dollars to provide value to both the taxpayers and the citizenry – may come up from time to time.  This is a reasonable thing in a country such as America, where we enjoy a government quite uniquely intended to be ” … of the people, and by the people, and for the people …”.

Some other topics may, or may not, include our K-12 education system, or our criminal justice system … and so forth.

Fair Warning: This is probably NOT going to be your favorite place if you are seeking “celebrity” gossip, sports news, or “reality” shows.  They get more than enough attention elsewhere, it seems to me.

I do not expect to have everyone agree with anything I post, much less everything I post.  So feel free to chime in, whether you agree or disagree with me.  Spirited debate is a good thing, but please keep your insults to yourself – as will I.

Nationalism in America’s churches is in many ways more explicit and more unnoticed by participants than even 1930’s Germany. The church I work at has decided that it’s far more acceptable to say the pledge of allegiance than to take communion on a regular basis. This shows a church that has lost its way, a community not gathered around the cross, but around a constitution, around not God’s Word, but the republic.

The church I attend is confesssional, it has creeds, it has liturgies, the sad fact of the matter is that these liturgies are America’s ideology. Our creeds are not the Christian creeds, but the creeds of America. Our pastor stands to decry a godless society week after week in love and patience, but, cannot even begin to articulate the problems which we really face. I’ve heard sermons about the evils of evolution and how serving Jesus is like being in the American service, I’ve stood in silent horror as my brothers and sisters salute a flag, pledging allegiance to a bloodthirsty nation in the very community that was built as a community of peace, and cross bearing discipleship.

I’ve heard our pastor thank veterans for defending our freedom, when really, there hasn’t been anything near a just war in the history of America, and the only war that comes remotely close is the European theatre of WWII. But even that was invalidated by our decision to as a nation commit the greatest act of terrorism ever known to history. There’s no defense of freedom in the wars we fight today, or in any of our wars, it’s never been about the defense of freedom it’s been about the unnamed expansion of empire. It’s been about cultural indoctrination and the self-entitled right to supremacy assumed by the American people.

The “tolerant” Americans have sought to excuse themselves from their imperialism by calling it other things, including: a war on terror, defending our freedom, liberating the oppressed, taking out a threat to our national security, disabling a mass murderer, bringing democracy to a people in need of freedom. The rhetoric is all the same and all underlies what’s really going on. America is a darkened face, and a nation willing to commit seedy acts to save her image, to save face. Just like Two-Face and Batman in the Dark Knight, our image has been marred by the publication of torture acts, of really looking at the things we’ve done in order to save “this fair city” from “madmen”.

America’s two face is the presidency and the CIA, agencies we love to praise, that we now have no choice but to see as disfigured and disfiguring aspects of our society. So we’ve created the idea of “the troops” and “freedom” as our heroes, who bear the weight of our guilt, for better and for worse, we shove off the blame on the president, the vice president, the government agencies, the powerlessness of the american people. The mask we’ve taken on for ourselves is a deliberate and overtly intentional rebranding, a way to distance ourselves from the war we find ourselves in. Yet it doesn’t change the reality that is Two-Face, the reality that our white knights have turned out to be monsters.

Our nation is a people determined to be free of guilt, obsessed with ignoring the past to live in the eternal present. The death of metanarrative and historical unity in American culture is a sign of the ways in which the American project is mediating its own failure to itself. We have become dejected and rather than acknowledge our place in history, we’d rather displace ourselves from it in what Foucault called differance. Trying to make ourselves differ from the past and even our present, making America an ideal, an invisible unity, a sinless body removed from the sins of individual persons.

America’s ecclesiological apologetic for itself is that it is an invisible body, perfectly unmarred by the sins of the past. The ideal still lives on, despite historical failures, because these were the failures of presidents, of leaders, but not of America. Underlying America is a strong belief in her invisible unity, despite her radical inclusion of most peoples (although there are some dissenters like Lou Dobbs and Rush Limbaugh). But nevertheless, the claim of America’s idealistic unity and legitimacy as this ideal society in the minds of both conservatives and liberals stands.

As Christians, we do not hope for America, we do not hope in America, we do not take oaths of allegiance, to church or state, baptism is our yes. We need take no oaths of allegiance to the church, to the bible, to the Christian flag, to Jesus. Baptism is our yes, so let us live as though it matters. Pledging allegiance to the Christian flag is rarely if ever done without pledging allegiance to the American flag first, and it just goes to show where the priorities are.

the only difference between that first video and the one that follows is not all the children in the first video have flags, but the sentiment is the same. The only difference between American and German fascism is that Americans are gathered around the invisible church that is “Christian America” rather than a charismatic leader. Fundamentalist churches have displaced the invisible church with the visible america in need of “restoration”. My only question is, were we a Christian nation while we moved in slaughtering indians, or after that, when we decided to import slaves to create our livelihoods? Was it at our earliest founding, by Catholic missionaries? Or was it when Puritans decided to betray the natives who had taught them to work the land?

What separates the “Christian” nationalism above from the one presented below?

What would Bonhoeffer say? What would Karl Barth say? What might St. Paul say? Augustine?

Thank you, Vaclav Klaus. You may have forever altered the future of the free world this week.

Vaclav who? If you are not a European citizen, you may not be aware of Vaclav’s role in the global community, or of his action this past Tuesday that transformed it. Nevertheless, he may well have transformed the future of global democracy.

Vaclav Klaus is the President of the Czech Republic in central Europe. No, not Vaclav Havel, the prize winning playwright who helped topple the Soviet Union and served as the Czech Republic’s founding President. this Vaclav is a self-professed skeptic of the European Union (EU), someone who has repeatedly criticized the entity as an infringement on national sovereignty.

And yet, last week, he signed the treaty that allowed the EU to take its next great step towards the creation of a United States of Europe. And with that step, the European model of democracy took a great step forward as a viable alternative to American style democracy.

America: The Original Model

American readers, of course, may be unaware that there are any alternatives to American democracy at all. The American Constitution is the oldest such document on earth, born in the strife of an eighteenth century revolt for independence and forged through subsequent centuries of external war and domestic conflict. It establishes the governing structure of the most economically and politically powerful nation of earth, managing to do so in less than 8,000 words.

In its original form, America’s Constitution called for white male citizens to directly elect delegates to a federal House of Representatives, and to elect the Electors who would choose the President in an Electoral College. It called called for state governments to appoint delegates to a federal Senate, and required the President and Senators to collaborate on making lifetime appointments to a federal Supreme Court.

America’s Constitution also included a mechanism that empowered citizens to change it in response to evolving circumstances. The ink on the document was still fresh when an initial set of ten amendments, dedicated to guaranteeing a Bill of Rights to all citizens, was passed into law. And subsequent amendments ended slavery, extended voting rights to women and African Americans, and provided for the direct election of most elected officials.

The European Union: Democracy 2.0

There is another model of democracy, though, a parliamentary style system that is rooted in the ancient British system of government. In medieval Britain, merchants and tradesmen appointed representatives to a House of Commons. But feudal land barons also appointed representatives to a House of Lords, and the royal family personally ruled over significant areas of society as well. Because there was no single Constitutional document that described how the system should work, occasional disagreements erupted into full-scale wars, such as the one that ended when Parliamentarian Oliver Cromwell relieved King Charles of his head.

After the Second World War, Jean Monnet and others proposed the development of a United States of Europe to ensure that the continent’s nations would never again destroy each other. The process began slowly, with France, Italy, West Germany, and the Benelux nations joining a European Coal and Steel Community to support their industrial infrastructure. Then a broader Common Market was created with the Treaty of Rome in 1957, and a common currency was launched with the Treaty of Maastricht in 1992. The EU finally reached full maturity with Klaus’ endorsement of the Treaty of Lisbon last week.

The EU model of democracy is a much different entity than the American version, one that preserves the unique national identities of nations like France and Germany in ways that would be inconceivable to quarreling American border states like New York and New Jersey. Although there are direct elections of representatives to the European Parliament, significant power and authority remains in the hands of the unelected European Central Bank, the Council of Ministers of the member nations, a European Council of heads of state, and the national parliaments of each member state.

A Complicated Puzzle

Americans, of course, may shake their heads in puzzlement over this European model of democracy. How can the European Central Bank serve as a state institution if many members of the EU do not utilize its Euro currency? Why is it necessary to have both a Council of Ministers AND a European Council of Heads of State? And who holds the power to establish legislation when interests diverge: the national parliaments or the European Parliament?

Only time will tell whether the streamlined American model of democracy or its more complex European rival will prove more adaptable to the needs of future generations. With a single stroke of Vaclav Klaus’ pen, though, the Europeans positioned themselves to offer a viable alternative to Uncle Sam’s version.

The US is still the only country in the world where people if given a choice would want to migrate into.  Up until recently, The USA represented a symbol of plenty.  It was a country that welcomed you into its vast land, where people of all ages, different nationalities, and religions lived.  It was a country that welcomed new immigrants. Immigrants were necessary.  Any country where freedom reigns allows you to pursue your right to happiness.  Part of happiness in the American lexicon equates with success.  Hard work equates with profits.

Any standing structure needs a solid foundation to hold it up.  The US foundation is the Constitution.   Have you ever read it?  I recommend that all US citizens and residents in this great country take some time and get cracking on reading and understanding,  what made this nation so great.

This new administration has decided the true cornerstone, backbone, self-evident truths of the Constitution are worthless, and that the USA should follow to espouse a new philosophy.  The little red book of Bill Ayres and the Progressive movement which is based on the bigger red book from Chairman Mao is the new proclamation of the land.   After you finish reading the American Constitution, make sure you pick up a copy Of Chairman Mao’s little red book.

If it wasn’t so sad and scary, the situation in America would be comical. For the first time in the history of this country, a supposedly non born citizen of the USA Barack Obama was elected president of this country.  He campaigned on having a transparent administration.  A joke. President Barack Obama is not even willing to show the nation his birth certificate.  Why is he so insistent on not sharing that information with all Americans?  Why the government is allowing this, is beyond insanity.

The government’s job, is working for the people.  It is accountable to its citizens.  How can you trust a man to run your country when he is not willing to even disclose his birth certificate?  The reason He can get away with it, is that the sitting administration of this government  is endorsing this secrecy.  I always thought the government was elected to serve the people and as such disclosure of pertinent information regarding such civil servants are in accord with transparency.

The problem with this country right now is that Barack Obama’s administration and private czars are all running to Chairman Mao’s red book. The American Constitution is no longer the source on which all things decided for America are based on.  After all, how can our Constitution inspire and help implement a social system?  It cannot.  The concept is oxymoronic.

Will this administration succeed in turning America  into a Socialist Order which will  join force with other nations to form a single World Order? I believe it has started the ball rolling. While rolling, the ball will knock down quite a lot of pegs before its stops rolling…….

The Twilight Factor in the culture today is that those 20 and 30 year olds are a product of a very petulant, self-absorbed, righteous, spoiled upbringing. It is a generation that was raised on the entitlement mentality. That generation is now being told, it isn’t about You but it is all about the Collective.  That should be an interesting realization when self is no longer evident – definitely a twilight moment.

The answers are always in the light, and you are the light.

The Republican propaganda has had much effect in reaching people both inside America and without. Coming from Russian immigrants who settled in Northern Virginia, I saw the effects of this propaganda on both demographics. I am writing this to correct two commonly-held errors that resulted from this propaganda. One is that of comparing Democrats to the Communist Party of Soviet Union (CPSU). The other is that of equating Republican Party with America and giving it credit for America and its achievements.

On the first I ask this: What labor camps have Democrats built? How many millions have they imprisoned and murdered for their political convictions? What countries have Democrats invaded and made their satellites by force? All evidence points instead to CPSU-type activity by Bush Republicans, who have used fraud and corruption to get into the White House; murdered over a million civilians in Iraq; instituted torture, even of teenagers; lied to Americans and to the rest of the world; and have consistently used bullying and deception to push their party line against public opinion while claiming that they are America and that the rest of America is not America, when they in fact not only not America but a minority of America and not its better part either.

Another error is that of equating Republicans with America and giving Republicans the credit for all of America’s accomplishments. It is largely for the sake of transparency that this claim put to rest. Here are the facts:

- The Democratic administrations of Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Roosevelt won, respectively, the First and the Second World War;
- The Democrats form the vast bulk of America’s scientists and innovators, with over 90% of its Nobel Prize winners being Democrats and only 3% of academics being Republicans;
- Of America’s 10 foremost educational institutions, 9 are in solidly Democratic states and are centers of Democratic Party’s activities;
- The computer industry, which has been the main engine of prosperity of 1980s and 1990s, is largely Democratic. The personal computer was invented by a hippie. The computer industry is located in solidly Democratic San Francisco Bay Area and Washington State, as well as in the Democratic-voting Northern Virginia. The Democrats make up the bulk of both its management and its rank-and-file.
- The Clinton Administration gave America its greatest peacetime economic expansion (the greatest wartime one having been under Franklin Delano Roosevelt). Its policies created 23 million jobs, the first balanced budget in three decades, international peace and prosperity, and a revamping of the government to become efficient and user friendly (Reagan only whined about the government while being its head). It also brought about a significant reduction in violent crime – which grew under Reagan and peaked under Bush Sr. Meanwhile the Bush Jr. administration added $5 trillion to the debt, with no jobs created, amid collapsing family incomes, and at the end the worst economic crisis America has had since the Great Depression.
- Democrats form the bulk of America’s teachers and journalists, whose contributions are not easily measured monetarily but are of greater significance than those of many far higher-paid professionals.
- Democrats have fought for civil rights, human rights, and women’s rights, while Republicans have done all they could to sabotage all of the above.
- Democrats have fought to bring to public attention the facts about global warming. Republicans have done nothing but aggressively deny reality – on this, as much as on federal debt.

The people who blame all things on “liberal government” or “big government” or compare American government to the Soviet Union know nothing of what they’re talking about. Without the government Interstate, the anti-government truckers would not have the roads on which to deliver the farming goods, created by government-subsidized anti-government farmers, to the big liberal cities that are the market for their products. Without the government academia, the academic research that has been necessary for the hardware and technology that are at the core of business production would not have taken place. Without the government Internet, the computerization and Internet commerce that was the source of 1990s growth would not have been possible. Whining about taxes was a big trend under the Clinton administration. Being in the high-income bracket, I had a lot of taxes to whine about. I did not whine about my taxes, because I knew where the money was going and saw it as my civic duty to pay it. Under Bush I would have had less taxes to whine about; but there was a problem. Like many others, under Bush, I no longer was in the high-income bracket – or, for some of that time, in any bracket at all.

But beyond personal experience, let us look at the big issues. Who has given America a $10 trillion debt? Who has aggressively for three decades denied global warming? Who has done this to the country they claim to love, and to the children and grandchildren for whose sake they claim to practice “family values?” It wasn’t the Democrats. It is the Republicans who have done this to America and to their children’s and grandchildren’s future.

So to put it shortly: Democrats are not Communists; Republicans are not America, nor do they deserve credit for America. Case closed.

The many disguises of evil.

“You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies.”

The two names our Lord gave to Satan are murderer and liar. The two names go together. Untruth leads to death, and leads others to death, in more ways than one.

Our sole problem in contemporary America involves truth vs. untruth.

Of course, the biggest, most dangerous and most successful (in America) opposition to truth factor involves the varying levels of acceptance of Marxist ideology. And there are lots of levels. My contention is that there is nothing in Marxism that is of any value to man. But many Americans consider some part of Marxist theory to be of some value. Only one of these positions can be correct.

Beginning, I think, some time in the thirties, when the world began to be aware of the government brutalities imposed on people in Russia and in Germany, American Leftists – both of the German and Russian variants – began to refer to themselves as moderates, to disassociate themselves and their movements from Marxism. At some point, the new word for Communist became Moderate. The term Leftist has always applied to Marxists. For a number of decades, the term Liberal was favored.

Today, few American Marxists refer to themselves as Marxists. Even Leftist is too strong for most of them. Even the softer Liberal is too strong for some of them. Moderate seems about right for most of them; but note well that they all remain Marxist.

We are mesmerized into thinking that one can be a little bit Liberal, or take some of Marx’s theory to heart, and still be a good Constitutional American. This is false. It is untrue. There is nothing at all in Marxism that is in any way compatible with Constitutional America. Seeking any sort of compromise position between Marxist theory and Constitutional American can only result in a weakened Constitutional America.

Some things cannot be compromised. The difference between good and evil is one. Government by Marxism, in any variant or form whatsoever, and government by the American Constitution is another. They are incompatible, to the point of being mutually exclusive. You can either have free markets and a liberated citizenry, or you can have some variant of Socialism, one or the other. You cannot have both.

I therefore regard Communism, Socialism, Fascism, Nazism, Liberalism, Leftism, Moderate-ism and Marxism to all be one and the same thing. For simplification, I refer to them all as Marxism, which is what they all are.

Again, our problem in contemporary America involves truth vs. untruth.

Marxist Driven Public Education.

So where is all the untruth coming from? Little American children are not learning how to put condoms on cucumbers, and the mechanics of safe fornication, protected sodomy and responsible promiscuity in home schools, private schools, parochial schools, in their homes or in their Churches, Temples or Synagogues. Little American children are being taught these things, solely and exclusively, in the Marxist driven public school system.

Hillary has taught us that it takes a village to raise a child. See?

Little American girls are not smuggled in and out of abortion mills without their parent’s knowledge from any home schools, private schools, parochial schools, from their homes or from their Churches, Temples or Synagogues. That sort of thing is done, solely and exclusively, in the Marxist driven public school system.

Judao-Christian religion, scripture, tradition, morality, religious expression, religious exercise and so forth are not strictly and, you might say, religiously censored, prohibited and even opposed in teaching in any home schools, private schools, parochial schools, in their homes or in any Churches, Temples or Synagogues. That sort of thing is done, solely and exclusively, in the Marxist driven public school system.

Pro-Marxist and anti-Capitalist bias is not taught American children in any home schools, private schools, parochial schools, from their homes or from their Churches, Temples or Synagogues. That sort of thing is done, solely and exclusively, in the Marxist driven public school system. That is where American history is taught in the most negative light possible, and Socialism is shown in the most positive light possible.

Our so-called public schools are the only places in America where children are exposed to the false rantings of the Femi-Nazi movement, the Homo-Nazi movement and the Eco-Nazi movement. Well, actually, they might see quite a bit of that on TV today, too, and in the public media. Black children are taught to feel victimized, and white children are taught to feel perpetually guilty, in a false and biased racist America slant of American history.

All of this captive audience Marxist indoctrination happens only in American public schools.

Marxist Driven College Education.

The ‘60s and ‘70s revolutionary, anti-war, hippy-freak, Woodstock generation, which was the first of several truly anti-American American generations, is now in charge of the American college campus. Yesterday’s hippy is today’s dean. They who led and participated in the sit-ins, love-ins, pot parties, orgies, bra burnings, draft card burnings, campus riots, ROTC building burnings, bombings and street-warfare are today’s Ivey League professors and talk-show celebrities.

Whatever else may be learned in the typical American university today, American and world history will be dripping with anti-American bias, and Socialism will be taught in the most positive light possible.

On the American college campus, flat out Communist disinformation has gone main-stream. It is the norm.

Even those graduates who are not infected with Marxism are often infected with what the late Jeane Kirkpatrick referred to as the Blame America First Syndrome in which America is always somehow seen to be the cause of whatever is bad in the world. The fact that we consume more than anyone else is grossly over-emphasized; the fact that we produce more than anyone else is forgotten. As is the fact that we export more than anyone else. If we have more than someone else, why, somehow that is unfair, and we owe it to someone else. When Marxism isn’t sinister, it is just silly, but always at the expense of America.

Marxist Driven Mainstream Media.

These days I’m working as a local delivery driver, and I get to listen to talk radio quite a bit out on the road. I love to listen to Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh. Both of them seem to seek the truth and find it, quite regularly, and they always seem to hit the nail on the head, on whatever controversial topic they are discussing. Rush gets the preferred nod, as the most entertaining of the two, because of his wit. He is funny; he is always good for at least one good belly laugh every day, and sometimes he keeps me laughing through most of his show. This is good for me, these days, with who is running both houses of Congress and the White House, because sometimes I think if I didn’t laugh, I just might cry.

But both Sean and Rush have got something wrong, and it is their view of the mainstream media, which I have labeled the SLIMC. They feel that mainstream media journalists have missed the boat, are making themselves irrelevant, have failed in their duty, are going to be sorry, and so forth. But that is wrong. They know exactly what they are doing.

The SLIMC is every bit as Marxist as Obama is. I’ve been saying that ever since the Vietnam War. If any American profession today is more anti-American, on average, than the American teaching profession, it is American journalism, by an order of magnitude.

As described in several other pages on this site, Walter Cronkite may be the worst example of them all. Cronkite could have been and should have been investigated, charged, tried, convicted and executed for treason. The same could be said of John (did you know he served in Vietnam) Kerry, Hannoi-Jane Fonda and others, but Cronkite takes the highest “honor” because he was so trusted, and so believed, by so many. Cronkite, more than anyone else, is responsible for producing the first of several anti-American American generations. Cronkite, more than anyone else, as we said in the Vietnam War page, is responsible for the loss of the Vietnam War itself.

Other American journalists idolize Cronkite; he is the one they most seek to emulate; he is their hero. They hope one day, following his lead, to somehow destroy Capitalism, and Constitutional America along with it.

Why Civil Law must be Representative Law and Must reflect the Common Ethos of the people.

Judao-Christian driven ethos, or, Marxist driven secularism?

As we said above, Founders such as Franklin, Adams, Jefferson, etc. have all warned us that the proper functioning of our American Republic depends upon a basically moral citizenry. To summarize Tocqueville, the greatness of our nation is entirely dependent upon the goodness of her people.

So how are we to judge “goodness?”

In Western Civilization, we judge goodness by adherence to the immutable Word of God, and by how well we obey His laws and precepts. The Marxists among us, who today represent a clear majority in our sitting federal government, would prefer that we remove God entirely from the discussion. Political play-acting aside, they do not believe in God, and they would prefer that we not believe in Him either. They would have us turn to The World for guidance, and to look to worldly government to provide our worldly utopia, and to not think about any afterlife, because this life is all there is. So do your part for worldly utopia while you’re here.

If we listen to them, we should turn our lonely, helpless eyes to scientism and naturalism, recognize the need for a wise and benign ruler, see the beauty of the earth and nature, and recognize the scientistic fact that HBAACOTE. Once we’ve finally internalized that little bit of “wisdom” we will be ready to join in one or more of the Leftist programs moving us all toward worldly utopia.

We have the Marxist driven Femi-Nazi movement; the Marxist driven Homo-Nazi movement, and the Marxist driven Eco-Nazi movement, among others. Pick your favorite. We have been “saved” by the great sexual revolution that opened our unsophisticated eyes to the wonders of fun for the sake of fun. We have been “educated” in the “truth” of our population problem and thus the need for artificial contraception methods including abortion. Because we still need to have fun, for fun is a requirement for a good quality-of-life. And always remember, a good quality-of-life eventually may be a requirement for continuation of life when you get older. That explains the ever growing need for ongoing development of male enhancement drugs and morning-after pills.

Any devout Jew and any practicing Christian, of whatever denomination, should see all of this as nothing but absolute crap. It is utter nonsense. Sophisticated? Anyone who pushes or embraces secularism and would use it to displace our Judao-Christian Ethos has got to be so stupid as to make us wonder how they still manage to live. Any brain that small must raise questions regarding the function and purpose for it’s surrounding skull.

But, you see, once you are properly secularized – once you put your faith and morals aside – anything and everything becomes acceptable, and everything that involves any sort of worldly pleasure works its way to the forefront in your attention.

Today, grown and educated men and women, keeping a straight face, will argue with you about how homosexuality is an involuntary orientation rather than a chosen lifestyle, with nothing whatsoever to back up their nonsensical argument. No genetic proof, no evidence of any kind, just idiotic, head-bobbing general consensus thinking. Ignoring the huge and continuing history of those “cured” and turned to heterosexuality, and the huge and continuing history of those “converted” or seduced into homosexuality, and the huge and continuing history of those who are episodically heterosexual and then homosexual. To say that someone is somehow born homosexual is pretty much equivalent to saying someone is somehow born to commit serial murder, or to abuse children, or to rob banks, or to do anything at all. They have absolutely no choice in the matter.

They will insist that someone who decided to have his (hers/its) sexual genitalia surgically reversed, somehow, by that incredibly stupid decision, needs to enjoy more legal rights than the rest of us, and special protections under the law. We actually have gay, lesbian, transsexual and bisexual special rights coded into civil law in some American jurisdictions, because, after all, they have no choice in the matter. Freud and Jung and Kinsey said so.

Bull.

I know many of you are probably tired of my harping on Darwin, Freud and Marx, but that’s who started it all, and theirs are the foundational “truths” that have been socially accepted in spite of the fact that they are all falsehoods. While these universally accepted “false truths” are not the only ones or even the earliest ones, they are the biggest ones, and the ones most responsible for turning American faces away from God, and for the resulting decline of Constitutional America.

So what does that term even mean?

Our Constitution is the supreme law of the land, it describes the organization of the United States, and it alone provides, describes, empowers and limits the legal authority of the three co-equal branches of our federal government to govern here. If it is not in the Constitution, then the government may not do it. Very simple. We are a nation of laws and not just of men, even elected men. Elected or appointed government officers and officials are not free to do whatever they damn well please; they are constrained by the limitations of the United States Constitution.

American Marxists like to use the so-called Elastic Clause in Article I Section 8, which says

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

because they claim, falsely, that the term “general welfare” is open to such broad interpretation that Congress may levy any tax for virtually any purpose whatever, so long as it may be claimed to provide for the general welfare of the people. Note that the quote above finished with a semi-colon, indicating that the statement was not yet complete. Go to the actual Article I Section 8 and you will find a long list of the specific things to be included in the “pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States;” If it isn’t in that list, Congress is not authorized to do it. Period. Taxing for anything not specifically in the list is unconstitutional. The list presents the very specific details of exactly how our government may pay debts, provide for common defense and general welfare.

The only other place in the Constitution that the term general welfare may be found is in the Preamble, which serves as an introduction to the Constitution, and is not Constitutional Law.

Our Founding Fathers clearly intended to limit the reach of government, and government restriction and limitation is clearly the intent of our Constitution as written. Today’s American Marxists, with Obama in the lead, intend to grow the government and expand it’s governing power far, far beyond the legal constraints of our Constitution. They’ve already done it. They ignore it, and they violate it.

But they are not the first; the ground has been prepared by others.

Why is the Court driving the American bus?

And how long must we endure the domination of all legislative and executive actions by the court? It is easy to see what Marxist driven Supreme Court and lower court bench-loading has done to us as a people.

We have the wild-assed Chief Justice Black gross miss-interpretation of a private letter by Jefferson as somehow pertaining to the intent of the religion clause of the First Amendment, which is just nuts. This Black Court establishment of new law ruled that no state, nor the federal government “can pass laws which aid one religion, aid all religions, or prefer one religion over another.” He further ruled that “No tax in any amount, large or small, can be levied to support any religious activities or institutions, whatever they may be called, or whatever form they may adopt to teach or practice religion. Neither a state nor the Federal Government can, openly or secretly, participate in the affairs of any religions organizations or groups and vice versa. In the words of Jefferson, the clause against establishment of religion by laws was intended to erect a “wall of separation between Church and State””.

He made all that up out of thin air. Jefferson, and others among the founders, actually did all of the very things Black said they could not legally do. He lied about Jefferson’s wall, and about Jefferson’s intent, and about the intent of the framers. And a majority backed him up, Congress and the Executive branches did nothing, and we had ourselves a “Constitutional Principle” that to this day may not be found anywhere in the Constitution. We have the wild-assed Justice Douglas penumbras formed by emanations so-called precedent that allowed a new Constitutional Right to be interpreted into being, on the whim of an evil man supported by a majority of justices. A Constitutional Right, mind you, that may not be found in the Bill of Rights, or anywhere else in the Constitution. And upon this flimsy, foundationless, thin-air legal precedent, another Constitutional right was interpreted into being: the Constitutional Right to abort someone. Again, another “Constitutional Right” not to be found in the Bill of Rights or elsewhere in the Constitution. Worldly men made it all up out of thin air.

These court decisions (Roe v Wade; Doe v Bolton) overturned existing, legislated, representative law in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, and made new law, at the national level, overriding all existing state laws. It was un-legislated, un-representative, un-constitutional new law. And Congress just sat there like a bunch of dumb-asses and did nothing. Legislation was supposed to be their job, but they weren’t smart enough to know that. Or, perhaps, they were evil enough to want this to happen. All of this is a matter of undeniable historical fact. We are supposed to be – or, rather, we were intended by the Founders to be – a nation of laws and not just of men. What this trend is turning us into is a nation of popular whim, fad and fancy, saying to hell with any fixed set of rules. To hell with fixed notions of right and wrong. To hell with the Constitution.

You don’t have to be an attorney to know that these actions were clearly unconstitutional. All you need to be able to do is read.

The Ascent of Evil in America

This nation began life animated, motivated and guided by the Judao-Chrisitan Ethos, which represented the common social sense of right and wrong. This Western religion-based morality served as the foundation of our Constitution and our civil law. Ethos is a commonly held sense of morality; a recognized, fixed, standard set of moral values. Ethos has its base in religion. It is ethos – not race, and not ethnicity – it is a common ethos that makes a unique people. And it is a people with a common ethos that makes a nation.

It is religion that provides ethos. For an individual, we call it a conscience. For a group of people of similar conscience, or a common sense of right and wrong – which is to say, a culture, or a people – it is an ethos.

Using the common sense of right versus wrong that they all held and were raised with in their various Judao-Christian families, our Founding Fathers, acting in a hurried crisis-mode, put together, and then eventually Constituted this American Republic, which has been passed on to us. (There was at least one Jew, a couple of Catholics and all the rest of the Founders were Protestants.) Our first Congress, in fact, our whole sitting government, and every sitting government since, was and is overwhelmingly Christian. The same may be said for our first and all following voting populations. America remains Christian by population, and the largest single non-Christian minority is Jewish.

Much is made by some of the fact that many of the Founding Fathers were infected with or dabbled in a popular intellectual fad of the day called Deism; the belief that God just sort of created everything and then stood back and watched to see what it might become. Which would be blasphemous, I suppose, but it never took hold of any of them with enough force to get them to reject the common ethos of Judao-Christianity. That was the ethos they were all raised in, it was how their individual consciences were formed and strengthened in their families and in their Churches, and that was what they all lived their public lives by, whatever other transgressions or imperfections they might have experienced. They were, after all, mere humans, like us. Popular Deism seems to have died out with their generation.

So our national ethos – at least on paper – has not changed. But we all know that, as a practical matter, meaning how we live it, it has indeed changed, and the change has been dramatic.

Today we see many if not most of our supposedly representative elected officials directly opposing our national ethos in their campaign speeches, their policies, their legislation and their lives. Yet they continue to play-act at being devout worshipers of God, for the cameras, and for purely political reasons. Our judges and justices overturn representative, legislated law in order to adjudicate in favor of evil, and the two representative and Constitutionally co-equal branches of our government seem to cheer them on rather than overturn their clearly unconstitutional judicial actions. The Court now overturns representative law and makes new unrepresentative law, while the Legislative and the Executive branches just sit and watch.

Our notions of Right and Wrong have changed places with each other. Examples abound showing how our contemporary civil laws and regulations now show vice as virtue, and virtue as vice. The good is outlawed, and the bad is protected by law. The Founding Fathers may be rolling over in their graves.

Homosexuality may be the best example, because, as Satan knows, if you can get a man to accept homosexuality as a good, then you can get him to accept anything. Today, sodomy is celebrated, and sodomites have become celebrities, frequently even treated as some sort of heroes thanks to universal uncritical acceptance of the HIV=AIDS Myth. In fact, calling sodomy what it is, by its name, may even be a misdemeanor or a crime. Saying the word sodomy or the word sodomite is now a Hate Crime in some American jurisdictions. You are supposed to call it gay and not refer to it in any negative way. Our supposedly representative civil law has changed and is still changing for the worse.

Note well that our ethos has not changed on this matter, or on any other. Scripture has not changed. All versions of the Bible, including the most popular King James Version, treat sodomy as a sin so horrific as to be an abomination before God. Which means that, in the same jurisdictions in which publicly renouncing sodomy by name as sinful has been outlawed, the Holy Bible is, officially, Hate Speech, and is against the law.

Right is wrong, wrong is right; white is black, black is white; virtue is vice, vice is virtue. This is the New World Order as seen through the eyes of Marxist driven worldliness and elitist pseudo-sophistication. Meanwhile our most Marxist political leaders, who proactively feed this new way of thinking, continue to play-act and pretend at being devout men before the public and the cameras. They are, after all, indeed first and foremost, politicians.

They are also actors.

Washington, Jefferson, Hamilton, Adams and others among the Founders, and perhaps most eloquently, the Frenchman Tocqueville, elaborated on the undeniable dependence of the American Republic upon a highly moral citizenry for proper function and sustenance. The American Republic, as constituted, cannot survive with an immoral citizenry.

Marxism despises and always seeks to destroy the two completely co-dependent twin elements of, first, free and open commerce, and second, individual liberty, which together represent a nutshell definition of Free Market Capitalism. But men may only enjoy the blessing of liberty when they are self-constrained in such a way as to predominantly act in favor of what is right, and in opposition to what is wrong. That means that they need to know right from wrong in the first place. And, it means that they need some proper motivation other than civil law to keep them moral.

Up until now, meaning contemporary times, that motivation has involved purposeful alignment with Divine Will, a constant seeking to know that Will, and a felt need and desire to please God. Up until now, those who acted otherwise were widely recognized as instruments of evil.

But now many of them have learned to act, and they take on the camouflage of the chameleon. They play-act at public piety while they live like pigs. They make patriotic-sounding speeches while they act to destroy the very foundations of the American Republic. They champion and sponsor abortion and sodomy and dare to come to the Communion rail.

Permit me to quote from Scripture:

[23] For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread,

[24] and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, “This is my body which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”

[25] In the same way also the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.”

[26] For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.

[27] Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of profaning the body and blood of the Lord.

[28] Let a man examine himself, and so eat of the bread and drink of the cup.

[29] For any one who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgment upon himself.

1 Cor 11:23-29

Nothing has changed here. No matter what any man says, no matter what the world says, nothing has changed here.

Our American culture has declined; we are becoming a coarse and vulgar people. The Marxist driven secularism movement has done it’s evil work.

But our ethos has not changed; it is still here, in the background, unchanged, and ready to be taken up again and revitalized.

Deliverance From Evil

Deliverance From Evil is not the first title chosen for this article; it is the third. When it started, the title was Deliverance From Obama; but then as I got into it, there came the realization that the problem did not begin and end with Obama.

So it was changed to be Deliverance From Marxism; but then there came the realization that the problem did not begin and end with Marxism.

So then it was changed to be Deliverance From Evil, because what is ultimately at stake here is our American national soul and the very nature of our nation. And with it, the immortal souls of millions who are being mislead, in opposing God, His Law, truth, science, nature, any fixed moral standard, and all that is good and decent in man, as created by the Father, redeemed by the Son and animated by the Spirit.

We are talking about direct opposition to Truth.

What is being contested here is more than the very American Constitution Obama swore, falsely, to defend, and which Obama has repeatedly dismissed, ignored and violated. In the Constitutional America page we argued for the impeachment of Obama and gave our reasons. Since then, the situation has rapidly grown worse. In the arguments and following dialogues at “The Marxism of Obama”, against National Health Care and elsewhere we have shown the unprecedented trampling of the American Constitution by an American President.

We are mesmerized into thinking this is merely another political debate; a contention between Left and Right, between the conservative and the liberal political positions; even merely a contention between the two major American political Parties. All of that is true enough, of course, but it represents to our limited vision only the tip of a hidden gigantic iceberg. The problem is not merely Marxist opposition to free enterprise and liberty; the American political arena is loaded down with Marxists; Marxists predominate in the American classroom, the American newsroom and in American show business. There is more to this than mere Marxism.

The Clintons, the Carters, the Kennedys, the Kerrys, the Pelosis, the Reids and many, many others in high office are just as Marxist as the Obamas and the Gores; the only difference is that none of them have the guts and ruthlessness to push for tyranny in America as fast and as hard as an Obama or a Gore. The difference between, say, a Clinton and an Obama is that a Clinton would push gently and incrementally to eventually wind up in the same place. There is nothing gradual or incremental about what Obama is doing; he intends to get to absolute tyranny just as soon as possible. He will make it happen.

Look back at the fearsome threesome that confronted human liberty and free commerce before and during World War II: Stalin, Hitler and Mussolini. All were Marxists; all “developed” different forms of Socialism, all of which were in fact sham organizations of gangsters, common criminals and ideologue-dupes supporting absolute dictatorships, and all of which sought empire, and empire expansion through military conquest. All were, in truth, imperialists. The only question in any of their minds during that era was which one of them would ultimately wind up on top; utter ruthlessness mandated that only one of them would rule, and the others would die. Nothing has changed. Obama sees all political opponents as mortal enemies who must be dealt with sooner or later. The goal has not changed since World War II, and the goal is world conquest. I see little difference between Obama’s union thugs and his ACORN and other Communist organizers and Hitler’s brown shirts, SA and SS.

We are looking at parallel historical events.

Many of America’s kinder and gentler Marxists are mere ideologues, what Stalin referred to as his useful idiots, who are convinced of the “truth” of the never proven and historically falsified theories of Karl Marx. They really, actually believe that Capitalism is a mere stepping-stone, or an evolutionary way-point in the inevitable and supposedly “natural” social evolutionary path to World Wide Communist Utopia. Since they believe it, and they believe that it is naturally inevitable, they see no problem with proactively helping it along a little.

That is a very serious and dangerous problem.

They firmly hold and believe an utter falsehood, which they see as good, and as the inevitable future, to which they want to contribute, and they actually feel patriotic about it. They want to do their part. Therefore, they will not only take advantage of any crisis to promote Marxism and attack Capitalism, but they will go so far as to encourage, create or induce social crisis for that purpose. Economic calamity is good. Health care elimination is good. Industrial collapse is good. All of these things help the cause of Marxism. Rampant unemployment is good. Social unrest is good. More unemployed and therefore more uninsured is good for the greater cause, for you cannot make an omelet without breaking some eggs, and the noble ends justify the regrettable but necessary means. They have completely bought into the Great Communist Lie.

They fancy themselves as forward-looking historians, who love history. But they only look forward, never back, which is the wrong way to look at history. Real history repeatedly disproves Marxist theory, and proves that Marxism lowers societies into degenerate barbarity. But today’s American Marxist only looks forward; past history is seen by them only through lenses clouded by the purposeful disinformation of legions of teachers and professors and newsmen and authors and publishers and filmmakers who are all, or predominantly, Marxist. I ask you, therefore, to take a hard, cold look at the barbarism of Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini and Mao, from the viewpoint of the ordinary citizens who suffered under them. A true Marxist makes a very poor historian.

I have said before that Communism = Fascism = Nazism = Marxism, and I said it with good cause. Any differences are noted only by the most pedantic useful-idiot “historians” who are convinced of the truth of Marxist theory; they can go into great detail when describing the differences between the terms. But the resulting tyrants of yesterday, and the would-be tyrants of today, don’t particularly give a damn what you call the movement that gets them to the top of the heap. They’ll pay lip service to whatever variant predominates to keep their useful idiots in the fold while they are still useful, but the real goal is dictatorship, pure and simple.

It’s all Marxism, which is to say, it’s all dictatorship. It is the purest form of authoritarianism, a tern which is demonized by all convinced Marxist useful idiots. Nevertheless, pure authoritarianism is the true unspoken goal of Marxism.

As stated above and elsewhere, there is not one iota of difference between Communism, Fascism and Nazism (German National Socialist Worker’s Party), as the terms are understood in contemporary English today. Later, I will include the terms Leftist, Liberal and Moderate in this list, for reasons I will then explain. My reason for the first statement is that all of these terms pretend to be unique variants or interpretations of Marxist organization, while all of them are, in actuality, pure dictatorships. Dictatorship is the first goal. Solidification of total power will follow, after which may come expansion, and empire. I still say it is all the same thing.

The German writer Peter Drucker once described Communism and Fascism as not being essentially the same thing, but that “Fascism is the stage reached after communism has proved an illusion, and it has proved as much an illusion in Stalinist Russia as in pre-Hitler Germany.” [The End of Economic Man (1939), Page 230.] The difference is of importance only to the dim-bulb ideologues, or Communism’s Useful Idiots, who often become horribly disillusioned upon the discovery of the impossibility of the Communist Utopian dream, which most usually dawns upon them after it is too late to turn back. But, to the would-be Tyrant, such as Obama, there is no real surprise here. The goal for the would-be Tyrant is very simple: centralize all political power so that it may be seized, and then seize it. His whole, sole goal is to become dictator of a country. Expansion, opponents and Empire will be worried about later.

As noted elsewhere, the most typical philosophical Communist does not even know what he is. Many are they who have been educated (indoctrinated) by formal education and slanted news, history and even entertainment into believing that some part, any part, of Marxism is of some worth or value to man. And yet, Marxism is only successful as a tool of use to tyrants to enable them to more easily get on top of populations. Marxism’s success is as much due to popularity as a fad among elitist pseudo-sophisticates as it is to history’s great Marxist rulers. Marxism, on its own, is shear, unmitigated, indefensible stupidity. It is truly amazing that it has had such a long and successful run among supposedly advanced peoples.

And yet, as indicated at the beginning, Marxism itself is nurtured, nursed and fed by an underlying, foundational monster, which I shall call untruth, or, if you wish, evil. The two names are interchangeable. Marxism could not be accepted by any moral man, for Marxism is, obviously, immoral. The very notion that the ends justify the means is immoral. Before a man may accept Marxism, he must first accept basic, fundamental immorality. The immoral ground has been being prepared to that end for many, many decades now.

Whether or not the Founders or Framers — the people who helped to form the American government — influenced the structure of the United States government is a fairly raucous debate that recurs again and again. We are reminded of it by the recent posting of Erik Jensen’s 1991 paper repudiating the connection between the Haudenosaunee Great Law of Peace and the American constitutional structure of federalism (here). Shortly thereafter (in 1993), Robert Miller published a paper purporting to show both significant “positive” and “negative” influences from tribal nations (not just the Haudenosaunee) on the Framers (Miller’s paper here). And there are numerous other studies in other fields, some of which get pretty vituperative.

We are struck by the superficial aspects of the origins of both the Haudenosaunee Confederation and the United States — uniting to confront a common enemy, it would seem.

And we are struck by the amount of scholarly (and other) literature that seeks a connection between the Haudenosaunee and Ben Franklin, and the amount of writing generated to harshly debunk those theories.

As Spring enters robustly, like a gale filled with fragrance, a’tousled with the flung hair of amour, -that is the Spiritual “Hair” rather than the Physical, it is tyme to begin to make a List of Gratitude.

To this end, comes to mind, a young man, from The State of New Jersey (more on my gratitude to the State, later-first the youth concerned!). His name is Benjamin Maddison, a Student of Rutger’s University, last I ‘checked’ studying History and Theology.

Mr. Maddison is a man of exceptional gifts, as any that knew him, as I did, in German Class as ‘coached’ by Frau Llewellyn, and in some other smattering of more mindless classes, than less, I found as a diminutive and decidedly strange colleague to Mr. Maddison, particularly his guffaws to be most instructive.
They were guffaws that would burst out with its own ring of boister, availing one to the notion of a resident personality seeking exposure to a joyful, robust, dionyssian Spirit. That of a man who loves his barrel- be it at the Boston Party of Tea and Tar and Feather, or even the other genus of barrel in which only Irish ale is contained.

Though I never examined deep into his eyes, his mischief was known to be contagious, his use of handkerchiefs common, his habits strangely rounded, but pleasantly so. And of course the guffaw – a transcendental belch of the Inner Spirit.
He found it amusing when the young and curvaceous madamme Cohen and Mr. Andrew sitting betwixt myself, would flirtatiously engage each other under that fine and wonderfully thoughtful, considerate, and noble spirited woman, Frau Llewellyn.
‘Frau’ was a miraculous culmination of Catholic principles and decidedly more Unitarian Synthesis. She was always found to be reasonable, and in her manners she expressed the best essence of Christianity-always by deed, preaching only the various varieties of datives and et cetera- distinctions of German grammar, presently oft in an Un-German way.

While I took –and liberally made use of this classroom opportunity, to draw various maps, cartoons, designs, and patterns and helices- many of Elves, and also practiced the Elven languages and Runes, much so inspired by Mr. Tolkien, reading the volume (unsubscribed by the “High” School) called ‘English and How It Got That Away’, whilst eating and slowly synthesizing through that orifice called my mouth, trucculations of sensations caused by my tastebuds in connotation to the expression contained within sugary and salty things to match the inner essences of my thought, Mr. Andrew and madamme Cohen, toyed with each other’s navels and close proximal venues of reproductive appendages in the dilly-dallying caress of fond and purposive, open and exerted youthful Love. Frau Llewellyn condescended with a tolerance that fluctuated between bemusement and outrage.

The guffaws of Mr. Maddison, always inclined on the “underbelly of the puns” provoked, titillated, and never bored the quiet and mild-mannered Mr. Himmel, the son of the Chief of Township Police, who carried always the mien of an Ethical Protestant.

Mister Maddison, who would later go on to write Coffee Shop Plays about desire and heartbreak, serenading the heart of an anonymous cooing maiden, loud in his Guffaw, and quick to discover contradictions, always liked to tease, and for whatever was contained within the bounds of his character, there was always plenty of Pop Corn and Soda Pop to unbind it. He studied with great care the distinctions of German Grammar, – with a sort of inclined virtue as that found in the attics of Rutgers’ Skull and Cap, brushing up on impressive facts, studying the canonical relevance of farting as a “ means to an end” , he visited Coffee Shops of a local variety, in the evenings of his commute overlooking the industrialized Schuylkill River, – a young man who guffawed, aged like Jacob before his time, ( or so the Bible says ), – he shifted uneasily between theology and autobiography.

My Gratitude, for he wrote mine ( autobiography ) on the Internet, in pencil, paper, pixel, and pen, with multiple cases of Pop Corn Provincialism and Nominative, Imaginative, Un-Grammatical Aphorisms, moved by the fantasies of a history major and blur of a jilted romance suburban poet, listening to Indie Tunes, he extolled his own examples after my borrowed name, and thunderstrokes of theological assertions, having scripted a few lines of autobiography, as my modest Self, he gained a poetic fame.

Kudos Mister Maddisson, for I Believe an Autobiography by any other name, would still be Just ( As ) Ben.

Silverwolf has just been shaken by a spectacle he had not witnessed since seeing the anger swirling around War Criminal Humphrey at the Democratic Convention in ‘68. This spectacle was the irrepressible rage of the American populace at being manipulated and propagandized by the pusillanimous minions of the White House, as they try to ram this Fascistic healthcare bill down the infected throat of the American body politic. Never, since the days of St. George, running against War Criminal Richard Stinkhouse Nixon, in his attempt to gain the throne majestical and wield the sceptre royal over the American populace, has Silverwolf seen such ructions. It has finally dawned on many complacent Americans exactly what this new Socialist imposition of HR 3200 will mean to the quality and cost of their healthcare, and they are aroused as never before in years two score.

Three videos, mentioned on drudgereport.com, show Congressmen being raked over the coals by irate constituents.  Lloyd Doggett, of Austin, RonPaulland, is confronted by an angry mob chanting “just say no!”. Lord Quisling-highness Senator Spector of Pennsylvania is shown trying to explain to the crowd, with a defensive Secretary Sebelius trying to deflect some of the blows, why it’s impossible for him to read the bills he signs, and so they are broken up and read in parts by different people. That really brought out the lion’s roar in the crowd. Guess that Senator’s salary is so measly, and the pledge Spector took to defend the Constitution so feeble, that it’s really not worth his time to actually read through all the new regulations he helps force down the gullet of American Humans. Millions will have to live with the decisions this lazy man makes for us all.

Finally, Congressman Tim Bishop got a real ear-full from his angry mob in Long Island, New York, a state on the Eastern coast of America. Poor Tim told his sometime listeners that the purpose of the Constitution was to “provide for the common good” — in his Collectivist interpretation, this means a form of Communism. But poor Tim’s understanding of the Constitution is feeble indeed, for, as we well know, the purpose of the Constitution is to protect the Rights of the Individual and Individual Liberty from the encroachments of the State. That is why Jefferson felt it was imperative to add the Bill of Rights to the Constitution, for without them, he knew is would be worthless. But “provide for the common good” really means the exact opposite of Bishop’s Collectivist interpretation of the phrase. It actually means, to guarantee to every citizen in common the protection of their property rights (contained in Jefferson’s phrase “the pursuit of happiness”). The “common good” means every single citizen will have in common that protection, and that will be good for all men. Whatever is necessary to protect those Rights is the true function of the American Constitution.

Then Congressman Bishop had the gall to say that the Veterans Administration worked very well, and he was proud of it. A  elderly Veteran asked him if he was a Vet himself, and he said no, and then the Vet wondered how Bishop could assert that it worked very well, since his own experiences for years had been horrendous, and he’d had to wait two months to see a doctor. Beautiful!

And finally, the most heinous dodge of all, when a woman asked him where in the Constitution it authorized the government to force everyone into a health plan, he came back by quoting ”The Pledge of Allegiance”, and quoted the part “One Nation, under God, indivisible” stressing “indivisible”. Now didn’t Hitler have his fellow countrymen mumble something similar, except his name was substituted for the Deity’s? In other words, Bishop is subtly saying  ”don’t dissent because we’re going to ram this down your throat, even if it is blatantly unConstitutional”, just like War Criminal Johnson did with his “police action” in Vietnam, and his hatred of dissent. But, as you will observe, by corruptly switching the question from the Constitution to the Pledge (which ironically was instituted under Eisenhower, a Republican), he dodged the question, which of course he couldn’t answer, since forcing everyone to buy health insurance, either private or from the government, is a form of coercion which is both unConstitutional, and Fascistic. Another corrupt Collectivist politician. They sure are a dime a dozen, eh what?

The American people are arising in brushfires of Liberty to speak, and shout, and yell against the Socialist imposts being planned and forced through in that Chamber of Political Sin, the Congress. The Democrats have miscalculated, and miscalculated badly, as Socialists invariably do in the marketplace. Judging by what Silverwolf saw today,something which he has not witnessed in 36 years, the Democrats will be toast in the mid-term elections of 2010.

Ron Paul’s message of political Truth has reached deeply into the political consciousness of America, and things will never be the same again. Never.

The Power of One!

Conservative commentators, led by Rush Limbaugh, keep referring to the President as a person with evil intentions, bent on implementing evil designs. What precipitated the torrent of right-wing invectives is the fact that it’s become obvious that every one of the President’s extravagant initiatives has failed or is failing.

Note that nothing I wrote above tells you anything about what I think the administration should have done, if anything. I usual, I am taking power at its own word. The President announced repeatedly that the many measures he pushed or tried to push through Congress would accomplish X,Y and Z. The so-called stimulus package is only one of those, of course. As I speak, his health care reform plan is half-dead and it has triggered open rebellion among “the masses.” (Yes, I know the President never actually used those words in public. I am just reading his mind.)

The only bright exception to the disaster that has met the Obama initiatives is the “cash for clunkers” programs. It turns out to be both a boondoggle and a demonstration of the validity of conservative approaches to economic problems: Give people their money back, they change their behavior. Rush Limbaugh reports that the beneficiaries are buying more Toyotas and Hondas than GM or Chrysler. I have not checked this assertion. It’s what the liberal press calls a rumor “too good to check.” Besides, Fox News said the same thing today at noon.

I believe the President is not very evil, much less than some past presidents, at any rate. The problem, as I have said several times on this blog, is that he is a man who has never accomplished anything in his life. He did nothing as a state legislator, nothing in the US Senate, nothing as a law school professor, and nothing he wishes to brag about as a “community organizer.” By the way, we still don’t know his grades.

Think of Mr Obama as a mediocre academic, a breed I know well. He never had to face the real world as long as enough of his students liked him. University administrators liked him too, as they like anyone with a black face who is not an object of embarrassment or of scandal. He was never tested, either in the real world or in the academic world.

Like many academics, including good ones, he knows what he knows and he does not know what he does not know. He views every problem as something that can be thought through, experience be damned, hard facts are secondary.

His entourage is something else. He did have very bad friends, and not only the race-baiting pastor and the aging, unrepentant terrorist. That’s what happens if you really love power and you have no particular talent. You have to try to chum up with all kinds of people, including scum.

Two things place the President at odds with many of the ordinary citizens whose compliance he seeks. They are his vision of how the world works and basic values.

Because I have known so many of his kind in my thirty years in academia, I think the President does not fundamentally understand the counterintuitive idea of the market. It’s not obvious he ever took a single economics course and if he did, whether he passed. It’s not that he is stupid; rather he dismissed the idea when he was young and has never given it another thought. He did not have to because he was surrounded by authoritarian collectivists. He is narrow-minded for the same reason many conservatives don’t know what they are talking about when they say, “socialist,” or “Marxist.”

His moral values also differ from those of I don’t know how many Americans, and they are inconsistent with the tradition embodied by the US Constitution, for example. I am pretty sure he dismisses the preamble to the Declaration of Independence as an interesting historical document of little contemporary relevance. So, he prefers equality to fairness, and comfort to liberty. He finds redneck vulgarity distasteful and the vulgarity of self-made rich men even worse. Culturally, he is barely American. (And I don’t care where he was born; that’s a dead horse, as far as I am concerned.)

There, you have it, irreconcilable differences with many of us! That’s serious enough. We don’t have to add evil. To do so is unfair.

Robin Williams jokes in his Broadway Part I stand-up show that “…President Bush isn’t talking while Dick Cheyney has a sip of water…”

And although it is funny, the truth behind it really isn’t.

But I have to go back here a bit: My ex husband and myself used to work as interior decorators on Florida’s West Coast during the 2000 elections. One of our clients back then was the interior designer for the Bush family, who maintain a private summer residence in Punta Gorda, FL. Leading up to election day, we were preparing for some work at the place, and many jokes were made, that “if we got the nod, we will go up to D.C. and redecorate the Oval Office” Providing, of course, that my ex would vote for G.W. Hopeless liberal democrat that I was (and still am, just more militant now), I begged him to vote in my place, since I had residency but no citizenship in the US back then.

A few days before election day, we were on the phone once again with our client, the Bush’ s designer, who by now was really worried – because knowing the entire family and G.W. he never really thought Bush would get anywhere close to being elected. At that time, however, polls showed a lead by Bush/ Cheyney, that was giving every sane-minded person sweaty palms. Therefore, at the end of the call, our friend stated to my ex: “you know I was only joking when I said let’s vote for G.W. to redecorate the Oval Office, right ?! You have to understand that the man is really, really stupid!!” It fell on deaf ears with my ex, who thoroughly enjoyed my bitter disappointment over his “ticking” of the totally wrong box on the ballot. Never mind the hanging chads and countless recounts that were to follow – or the corrupt secretary of the State of Florida, Katherine Harris: the rest, as they say, was very evident history.

Over the years, Dick Cheyney has lined his pockets by appointing the various firms of which he was either proprietor, chair man, board member, CEO or CFO to perform in the “reconstruction” of Iraq. Straight-faced lies to the public about WMDs lead the way into economical disaster impacting the entire globe. All this, because the leading man was just a puppet on a string to the forces of the establishment that were holding a hand under Cheyneys rear end, all the while counting the cash coming into their tills.

To see Dick Cheyney being wheeled onto the stage, impaired and immobile, at the inauguration of Barack Obama was only a weak consolation to me. I was almost disappointed to hear that it was a temporary injury incurred by working in his yard. I felt, he should not have been allowed onto the stage, or anywhere near the ceremony for that matter.

For all the above reasons, today’s headlines are disturbing – but not at all surprising:
Dick Cheney ‘hid plans to kill al-Qaida operatives abroad‘ – according to the UK paper “The Guardian”, which goes on to quote a former intelligence official:

“One of the most sensitive areas has been what we do in friendly countries that don’t want to co-operate or maybe we don’t have enough confidence to entrust them with information. If you have an al-Qaida guy wandering around certain bits of the world we might decide that we need to deal with that ourselves, directly, without making a lot of noise,” he said. “There was a plan to deal with that. It was much talked about in the CIA and the military had its own operation.”

In other words – the way you and I would talk: if we are sure we will not get the public to agree, we will just do it secretly, any way we want to. Or: if you do not like someone who wears a beard and looks suspicious walking around your neighborhood, and are worried the rest of the neighborhood will criticize your judgement – well, heck, you just go and take him out yourself.

September 11 was a horrible day for me, my friends, my world. Not to mention to those, who lost their immediate family in the disaster. Whoever planned it and is ultimately responsible for it, will always stay a mystery.

But none of what happened justified that a powergreedy man, whose favorite pastimes include shooting tame animals, decided above the heads of a nation to go out and hunt human beings.

Voting for G.W. Bush was a waste of constitutional privilege – I guess everyone agrees with that by now. Giving Dick Cheyney opportunity to abuse an entire government apparatus for his own personal gain – frightening. I hope he will have to pay in one form or another. Here or in eternity. It makes me angry and upsets me – but luckily for Dick (every nasty pun intended), my upringing and respect for human creation keep me from going about the matter myself.

There is not much you can find as a controversy in Laura Bush’s profile. But may be there are some grey shades in Laura Welch’s. According to several websites, Laura Welch, who happens to be Lady Bush and the First Lady, was involved in a road accident case in 1963. The websites claim that she was a teen, 17 years old then and ran over a guy after ignoring the lights.

There are two things about this whole story that has raised public curiosity. One, that Laura Welch was not charged for killing the guy, despite being under the influence alcohol (as some say). This may just be an opinion or one more evidence to support the fact that the rich and powerful have easily got away because of loopholes in judiciary system.

Michael Dutton Douglas used to date Laura Welch and he was the one who actually got killed when Laura could not control her vehicle. Laura was driving her Chevrolet Impala sedan, when the fatal accident happened. Douglas succumbed soon after the crash and was declared as dead on arrival.

Obviously, people are not that stupid to have a muckraking session. It is more than gimmicks and publicity stunt. American constitution is the ideal for any democratic society or community. If things like this happen in America, what about other nations?

The police, legal system and other institutions have been criticised a lot of times to play foul and favour the privileged class. Earlier when interracial conflicts were at large, the “Jim Crow” period, police brutality against African Americans, against gay community, the Judiciary did keep mum and silent, making the wrong people to finally receive the brunt. If that is how it has been going and if that is how it will be going, than there is no point to endeavour the citizenship of world’s progressed nation.
