Today, the MSM are not talking about this case any more. Yesterday, they wanted us to believe that Joseph Moshe was a nutcase and a terrorist, arrested for threatening to bomb the White House. Interesting detail about his arrest (the “Westwood standoff”) was that he seemed to be immune to the 5 cans of tear gas and 5 gallons of law-enforcement grade  pepper spray they pumped into his face. He very calmly remained in his car, as the video footage of his arrest shows.

Professor Moshe  had  called into a live radio show by Dr. A. True Ott, broadcast on Republic Broadcasting claiming to be a microbiologist who wanted to supply evidence to a States Attorney regarding tainted H1N1 Swine flu vaccines being produced by Baxter BioPharma Solutions. He said that Baxter’s Ukrainian lab was in fact producing a bioweapon disguised as a vaccine. He claimed that the vaccine contained an adjuvant (additive) designed to weaken the immune system, and replicated RNA from the virus responsible for the 1918 pandemic Spanish flu, causing global sickness and mass death.

Sources tell us that Bar-Joseph Moshe made no threat against the President or the White House. He did not mention any bomb or attack. He then proceeded to inform the White House he intended to go public with this information. When he noticed men in suits in front of his house and feared that the FBI was about to detain him, he packed some belongings into his car and, him being a dual Israeli citizen, tried to reach the Israeli consulate located in close proximity to the federal building where the standoff took place. The FBI and the bomb squad prevented him from reaching it. Who is this man? His profile on biomedexperts.com says he is a plant disease expert with many publications on his name involving the genetic manipulation of virii. Joseph Moshe was soon after his arrest sent or let go to Israel. Nothing has been heard from him since. The Secret Service was not the agency involved in the surveillance of Moshe at his home in California. This was done by the FBI, who had orders to detain or arrest him. Mounted on top of a large black vehicle used in his arrest was a microwave weapon that possibly damaged the electronics in Moshe’s car as well as any communication devices he had which might have been used to contact the media or others who could help him.

Moshe did not suffer the same effects of the gas and pepper spray that others would have because he had built up an immunity to such weapons as a by-product of his Mossad training. Moshe was not handcuffed because he was not placed under arrest.

Does this sound like an insane conspiracy theory? Sure it does. Due to the scarcity and anonimity of the sources we would dismiss it as exactly that, if it weren’t for some uncomfortable facts: Baxter Pharmaceutical has been caught, red-handed, in spreading a live, genetically engineered H5N1 Bird flu vaccine as a lethal biological weapon all over the world, destined to be used for human vaccinations. This happened just a few months ago. And only luck prevented a global catastrophe of epic proportions.

Baxter International Inc. had mixed live, genetically engineered avian flue viruses in vaccine material shipped to 18 countries. Only by sheer luck, a Czech laboratory decided to test the vaccine on a dozen ferrets, which all died in days. The World Health Organization was notified and catastrophe was averted. This was clearly a deliberate act on Baxter’s part, because they adhere to BS3, bio-safety level three. Baxter admitted a “mistake”. Such monumental screwups are totally impossible at that level. Many safety systems would have needed to be sabotaged, many key personell would have needed to be bribed. It simply can’t be done without direction from the inside. They did not send out the wrong vial – they produced dozens of gallons of biological-weapon agent (genetically engineered live H5N1 / Bird flu virus), then sent it out as a “vaccine”.

Baxter knew full well that their vaccine was lethal, because the year before they had tested it on a few hundred homeless Polish people – dozens died as a result.

Where’s the meat? Well – Baxter is now being sued for the deliberate, repeated contamination of vaccines with biological weapons designed – by them – to mass-murder people. Here is the complaint (PDF). By some kook nutcase? Not likely – Jane Burgermeister is an experienced, respected journalist. She is not the only one suing Baxter for planning and executing a plan for global genocide: Other are filing complaints as well. Read a well-researched complaint here (PDF).

Motive? The latter complaint alludes to it. Have you heard of the Georgia Guidestones? An enormous monument loaded with Masonic symbolism costing millions of dollars, it has been erected by unknown, powerful elites (multimillionaires with the clout to erect monuments wherever they please, obviously) around 30 years ago. It gives an “alternative ten commandments”, of which the first is the extermination of six and a half billion people from the face of the Earth. Half a billion will remain. This is the number of people the planet can sustain indefinitely, so that the descendents of the Rothschilds and Rockefellers can live in peace and affluence indefinitely. Slaves are needed to produce that luxury, but 500 million will do just fine. But how does one go about killing off most of the world?

“Vaccinating” the planet with a bioweapon with near-100% mortality would do the trick. Baxter would provide both the bioweapon as well as the vaccine against it to “civilized” Western peoples. Result: We can plunder Africa, we have no more competition from SE Asia, the oil is for our taking and only Western and perhaps Chinese sheeple remain.

Rockefeller said this in 1994 at a U.N. dinner: “We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis, and the nations will accept the New World Order.” PNAC said something similar right before 9/11.

Nov. 9 (Bloomberg) — The euro rose against the yen and the dollar after a report showed Germany’s exports climbed more than economists predicted, adding to signs the region’s economy is recovering and boosting demand for higher-yielding currencies.

The U.S. currency dropped the most versus the New Zealand dollar and Swedish krona after the Group of 20 governments agreed to maintain stimulus measures and remained silent on the dollar’s decline this year. The pound rose to the highest level in three months on speculation Kraft Foods Inc. may have to boost its 9.8 billion pound ($16.4 billion) bid for Cadbury Plc by today’s deadline to keep its takeover attempt alive.

“Overall sentiment has improved and we expect the euro to extend gains against the dollar,” said Antje Praefcke, a currency strategist at Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt. “The G-20 didn’t make any comments about recent dollar weakness, so the market continues to sell the U.S. currency.”

The euro advanced to 134.90 yen as of 8:35 a.m. in London, from 133.45 yen in New York on Nov. 6. The common European currency rose to $1.4969, from $1.4847, after climbing to as high as $1.4982, the strongest level since Oct. 26. The greenback traded at 90.12 yen, from 89.88 yen. The pound jumped to $1.68 versus the dollar, the highest level since Aug. 7.

Exports from Germany, the euro-region’s largest economy, rose 3.8 percent in September from August, when they fell 2.8 percent, the Federal Statistics Office in Wiesbaden said today. Economists expected a gain of 2.5 percent, the median of 13 forecasts in a Bloomberg survey showed. Exports still declined 18.8 percent from a year earlier.

Euro Zone

The euro strengthened as a Bloomberg survey of economists showed German industrial output probably expanded 1 percent in September, a second month of gains. A separate survey showed an index of European investor confidence improved to minus 12 in November, the highest level since July 2008. Both reports are scheduled for release today.

“The euro-zone economy is performing better than economies in the U.S. and Japan,” said Masanobu Ishikawa, general manager of foreign exchange at Tokyo Forex & Ueda Harlow Ltd., Japan’s largest currency broker. “Interest-rate differentials are also in favor of the euro.”

The yield advantage of 10-year German bunds over the similar-maturity Japanese government debt was 1.89 percentage points today, from 1.85 percentage points a week ago.

‘Maintain Support’

The dollar dropped after Alistair Darling, hosting in the U.K. a meeting of finance ministers from G-20 nations, said his colleagues decided to keep supporting their economies.

“We agreed to maintain support for the recovery until it is assured,” Darling said Nov. 7. “We are not out of the woods yet.”

New Zealand’s currency advanced against all 16 major counterparts after Fonterra Cooperative Group Ltd. said today it will probably pay its 10,500 farmer-shareholders NZ$6.05 ($4.46) for each kilogram of milk supplied in the year to May 31. That would be the second-highest since Fonterra paid a record NZ$7.90 a kilogram in the year ended May 2008.

Fonterra accounts for about 40 percent of the global trade in butter, milk powder and cheese and sells products in more than 140 countries.

“Dairy prices are one of the fundamental drivers of the New Zealand dollar so with that on board we’ll see more support for the kiwi this week,” said Mike Jones, a currency strategist at Bank of New Zealand Ltd. in Wellington. “The market still has a hike in there by March next year, which is quite a bit sooner than what the Reserve Bank outlined in their most recent statement. This is further fuel to the fire.”

Carry Trades

The New Zealand currency rose 1.6 percent to 73.67 U.S. cents, the most since Oct. 28. It gained 1.9 percent to 66.39 yen.

The U.S. currency also dropped after the International Monetary Fund said traders are probably using the dollar to fund so-called carry trades around the world and it may still be overvalued.

The IMF said in a report published on Nov. 7 that while the dollar “has moved closer to medium-run equilibrium,” it is still “on the strong side.” The Federal Reserve last week repeated its intention to leave borrowing costs “exceptionally low” for “an extended period” as long as inflation expectations are stable and unemployment fails to decline.

Rate Expectations

“The dollar was hurt by the IMF’s observation,” John Kyriakopoulos, head of currency strategy in Sydney at National Australia Bank Ltd., wrote in a research note. “With the Fed implying it will keep rates very low until the unemployment rate starts falling, traders continued to pare expectations for rate hikes in 2010, which is weighing on the dollar.”

The U.S. currency has dropped against 15 of 16 major counterparts in the past six months as investors increased carry trades, where they borrow in countries with low interest rates to invest in higher-yielding assets.

The greenback’s decline helped push the price of gold to an all-time high of $1,108.43 an ounce today, as demand increased for the precious metal as a store of value.

Benchmark interest rates of 0.1 percent in Japan and as low as zero in the U.S., compared with 3.5 percent in Australia and 2.5 percent in New Zealand, making the yen and dollar favored targets for investors seeking to fund carry trades.

Trade Deficit

The dollar may fall further as economists forecast the trade deficit in the U.S. probably widened in September, reflecting growing demand for foreign oil and automobiles.

The gap between imports and exports increased to $31.8 billion from $30.7 billion the prior month, according to the median of 60 estimates in a Bloomberg News survey ahead of the Commerce Department’s Nov. 13 report.

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao called on the U.S. to keep its deficit at an “appropriate size,” saying that it would be conducive to stability and global economic recovery, Reuters reported.

The Dollar Index, which the ICE uses to track the currency against those of six major U.S. trading partners, fell to 75.214, from 75.819 on Nov. 6. The index earlier today touched 75.152, the lowest since Oct. 23.

Estulin afirma que si tienen éxito  la devaluación del dólar  sería tan repentino que  supondría el hundimiento de la economía mundial a través de una reacción en cadena que colapsaría el sistema financiero del mundo entero. Como se discutió en el cónclave  secreto del Grupo Bilderberg en mayo, esta medida se utilizaría como excusa para lanzar al un mundo un nuevo sistema monetario. Los líderes de G20 son conscientes que aquellos que dirigen los mercados monetarios y el sistema monetario, controlan el mundo.  Por eso hoy, el mundo es dirigido por un sistema monetario de un dinero dominante y no por sistemas de crédito nacionales.

Una grave crisis afectaría a todos los rincones del mundo y sería un preludio a la inestabilidad,  guerras y la hostilidad general a lo largo de las líneas económicas, geográficas y geopolíticas, que afectan no sólo a determinados países, sino también a las sociedades, culturas y continentes enteros. Esta medida podría resultar en una consolidación del sistema monetario mundial.

Estulin afirma que la creación de la nueva moneda mundial es el verdadero significado de la globalización, que no es sino un imperio. Se trata de la eliminación de la nación-estado, la degradación de las libertades individuales nacionales y la depredación de los derechos civiles.

Colapsando el dólar, en primer lugar, es un asalto a la estructura de la economía de Estados Unidos hacia la creación de una empresa “Mundial”. Este concepto, afirma Estulin, inicialmente se discutió en la reunión de abril de 1968 Grupo Bilderberg, que se celebró en Canadá en Mont Trembland, por George Ball, un alto Lehman Brothers banquero y ex subsecretario para asuntos económicos para los presidentes John Kennedy y Lyndon Johnson.

El objetivo de esta empresa mundial, como se explica por Ball fue “para eliminar la estructura política arcaica de estado-nación” en favor de los más “moderna” estructura corporativa. Esta iniciativa aleja al dólar de EE.UU. como moneda mundial, es la verdadera intención de la reunión del G-20 November 6-7 a St. Andrews en Escocia, el sitio de la conferencia de 1998 Bilderberg, afirma Estulin.

A bombshell article in today’s edition of the New York Times lifts the lid on how the brother of Afghan President Hamid Karzai, a suspected kingpin of the country’s booming opium trade, has been on the CIA payroll for the past eight years. However, the article serves as little more than a whitewash because it fails to address the fact that one of the primary reasons behind the 2001 invasion of Afghanistan was the agenda to reinstate the Golden Crescent drug trade.

“The agency pays (Ahmed Wali) Karzai for a variety of services, including helping to recruit an Afghan paramilitary force that operates at the C.I.A.’s direction in and around the southern city of Kandahar, Mr. Karzai’s home,” reports the Times.

An October 2008 report from the Times reveals how, after security forces discovered a huge tractor-trailer full of heroin outside Kandahar in 2004, “Before long, the commander, Habibullah Jan, received a telephone call from Ahmed Wali Karzai, the brother of President Hamid Karzai, asking him to release the vehicle and the drugs.”

In 2006, following the discovery of another cache of heroin, “United States investigators told other American officials that they had discovered links between the drug shipment and a bodyguard believed to be an intermediary for Ahmed Wali Karzai.”

The Times article out today also discusses how the CIA uses Karzai as a go-between between the Americans and the Taliban. He is also directly implicated in the manufacturing of phony ballots and polling stations that were attributed to the President’s disputed election victory.

“If it looks like a duck, and it quacks like a duck, it’s probably a duck,” the American officer said of Mr. Karzai. “Our assumption is that he’s benefiting from the drug trade.”
Officials quoted by The Times described Karzai as a Mafia-like figure who expanded his influence over the drug trade with the aid of U.S. efforts to eliminate his competitors.

Qualche tempo fa, su questo come su altri blog della rete, sono stati pubblicati due articoli riguardanti una “strana” storia finanziaria. E’ la storia di due distinti signori giapponesi fermati a Chiasso, presso la frontiera tra Italia e Svizzera, dalla Guardia di Finanza di frontiera e trattenuti per qualche giorno con l’accusa di trasportare titoli di Stato americani per un valore complessivo di 96 miliardi di euro. I due figuri (uno dei quali inizialmente individuato come cognato del vice-Governatore della Banca del Giappone, notizia poi smentita),come detto, sono stati rilasciati in quasi immediatamente, fatto questo che ha indotto più di uno pensare all’autenticità dei titoli in questione.

In realtà per ora non c’è nulla di certo, nonostante qualche smentita sia arrivata sia dalla Federal Reserve che dall’U. S. Secret Service: la prima è ad opera di un funzionario che, basandosi su una foto inviatagli via mail, ha asserito la non autenticità dei bond, la seconda è riconducibile ad un funzionario dell’Agenzia che, in maniera molto opinabile, ha affermato che quei bond non sono stati stampati negli anni ‘30 e dunque falsi. Qualcuno ha fatto notare che durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale è probabile che siano stati stampati titoli “non ufficiali”, sopratutto nei confronti dei propri nemici. Qualcun’altro, uno degli inquirenti secondo il CorSera, ha maliziosamente fatto notare che nessuno, ma soprattutto il Governo USA, ha interesse a dichiarare questi titoli autentici. Tutti si sono chiesti cosa sia questo U. S. Secret Service: è il servizio segreto americano più antico, infatti è stato creato nel 1865 per volontà del successore di Lincoln al solo fine di smascherare i falsari; è sempre stato sotto la dipendenza del Ministero del Tesoro fino al 2003, per poi passare sotto la tutela del Dipartimento della Sicurezza Nazionale.

Tra l’altro, i titoli sequestrati a Chiasso, hanno già perso il primato per cui sono diventati famosi; è infatti notizia del 24 Settembre scorso del sequestro di titoli di Stato americani per un valore complessivo di 180 miliardi di dollari. Le analogie fra i due casi sono tre:

• i titoli sequestrati sono statunitensi e risalenti agli anni ‘30-’40
• si tratta di cifre enormi
• i corrieri sono una coppia di asiatici

L’unica differenza sostanziale è che i secondi sono stati immediatamente riconosciuti come falsi. La coppia (flippini, fratello e sorella), fermata a Malpensa, ha dichiarato che speravano di rivendere i falsi per incassare una cospicua cifra da investire nella costruzione di edifici religiosi per un’associazione evangelica-pentecostale nelle Filippine. Se speravano di incassare l’intera cifra relativa al valore nominale dei titoli avrebbero potuto costruire molti edifici, sempre che l’intenzione fosse quella.

La cosa veramente preoccupante è che quello che sembrava un episodio isolato sta diventando una consuetudine. Si ha l’impressione che sempre più persone non abbiano più una gran considerazione del dollaro,  d’altronde come dar loro torto: il biglietto verde è ai minimi storici nei confronti dell’euro (1 euro = 1,485 dollari) dai tempi del crack Lehman Brothers (Settembre 2008); secondo l’Indipendent, gli Stati Arabi stanno portando avanti trattative segrete con Russia, Cina, Giappone, Brasile, Francia per smettere di usare il dollaro come moneta di riferimento per il petrolio.

I complottisti direbbero che anche gli Stati Uniti si apprestano a mollare il dollaro per una nuova moneta: l’amero, unione di dollaro (Canada e USA) e peso messicano. Ma questa è solo un ipotesi di alcune menti fantasiose. Per ora.

Afghan Civilian Casualties

This past week there has been a lot of discussion and debate on the continuing war in Afghanistan. Lasting twice as long as World War II and with no end in sight, the war in Afghanistan has been one of the longest conflicts in which our country has ever been involved. The situation has only gotten worse with recent escalations.

The current debate is focused entirely on the question of troop levels. How many more troops should be sent over in order to pursue the war? The administration has already approved an additional 21,000 American service men and women to be deployed by November, which will increase our troop levels to 68,000. Will another 40,000 do the job? Or should we eventually build up the levels to 100,000 in addition to that? Why not 500,000 – just to be “safe”? And how will the public be brought back around to supporting this war again when 58 percent are now against it?

I get quite annoyed at this very narrow line of questioning. I have other questions. We overthrew the Taliban government in 2001 with less than 10,000 American troops. Why does it now seem that the more troops we send, the worse things get? If the Soviets bankrupted themselves in Afghanistan with troop levels of 100,000 and were eventually forced to leave in humiliating defeat, why are we determined to follow their example? Most importantly, what is there to be gained from all this? We’ve invested billions of dollars and thousands of precious lives – for what?

The truth is it is no coincidence that the more troops we send the worse things get. Things are getting worse precisely because we are sending more troops and escalating the violence. We are hoping that good leadership wins out in Afghanistan, but the pool of potential honest leaders from which to draw has been fleeing the violence, leaving a tremendous power vacuum behind. War does not quell bad leaders. It creates them. And the more war we visit on this country, the more bad leaders we will inadvertently create.

Another thing that war does is create anger with its indiscriminate violence and injustice. How many innocent civilians have been harmed from clumsy bombings and mistakes that end up costing lives? People die from simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time in a war zone, but the killers never face consequences. Imagine the resentment and anger survivors must feel when a family member is killed and nothing is done about it. When there are no other jobs available because all the businesses have fled, what else is there to do but join ranks with the resistance, where there is a paycheck and also an opportunity for revenge? This is no justification for our enemies over there, but we have to accept that when we push people, they will push back.

The real question is: why are we there at all? What do our efforts now have to do with the original authorization of the use of force? We are no longer dealing with anything or anyone involved in the attacks of 9/11. At this point we are only strengthening the resolve and the ranks of our enemies. We have nothing left to win. We are only there to save face, and in the end we will not even be able to do that.

 I watched this film after I found it while looking for video of a guy I am interested in named Bruxy Cavey. I watched it because it caught my attention and I have always had a closet love for conspiracy theory and how the government is pretty much evil and we are pretty much walking through life on certain levels ASLEEP. We think we know what’s going on because of information we have recieved and yet I challenge you to look at where that information is coming from. At the top of the information onslaught sits only a few individuals. Everything you see and hear is DICTATED to you by only a few people who are ultimately in control of what you think, spend, say and do. Is it possible that your beliefs are not even your own? Have we lost the power to think for ourselves, and has this ultimately been done without us even realizing it? When did we lose our ability to question, and HOW?

This movie literally blew my mind. It was both intriguing, thought provoking and it also angered me. I particularly got a wake up call on the section about income tax. So, please just find the time to watch this, and do so with an open mind. It is a little unsettling, in the sense that we really don’t have a clue about the ‘men behind the curtain’. Keep in mind this is only a small section of the entire film. This section deals specifically with the Federal Reserve. Conocí la existencia del informe de las Fuerzas Aéreas USA  Air Force 2025 (realizado en 1996 y también denominado Alternate Futures for 2025) gracias a un vídeo de la televisión mexicana donde lo señalaban por haber pronosticado una pandemia de influenza (gripe) justo para éste año 2009, que mataría 30 millones de personas. Me resultó muy sospechoso ese hecho, pero no lo investigué hasta hoy.

No me extenderé sobre ésta primera “predicción” acertada, es evidente para todos nosotros lo real que es. ¿Cómo fueron capaces 13 años antes de predecir lo que está pasando ahora? perdón, lo que algunos pretenden que suceda estando a las puertas de ello.

Artículo del año 2007:

“Subrayen por favor la fecha del 13 de abril del año 2036, en que un asteroide podría impactar con la Tierra. Si lo ocurriera, podría destruir gran parte de la zona de contacto en la Tierra”. Se trata de la advertencia hecha por científicos que participaron recientemente en la reunión annual de la Asociación Americana para el Avance de la Ciencia (AAAS). Instaron a la ONU a asumir el cargo para evitar esta crisis y salvar a la humanidad. De acuerdo con las informaciones, la posibilidad del impacto del mencionado asteroide con la planeta Tierra alcanzaría de uno por 37 a uno por 45.000, cifra que significa un índice muy alto de probabilidad en la astronomía. Esto ha obligado a la humanidad a prevenir que esto ocurra.

A comienzos del otoño de 1998, los dirigentes yugoslavos, ante la amenaza de ataques aéreos de la Organización del Tratado del Atlántico Norte (OTAN), habían aceptado el despliegue de unos 2.000 miembros de la Misión de Verificación para Kosovo (MVK) bajo la autoridad de la Organización para la Seguridad y la Cooperación en Europa (OSCE).

Cuarta y quinta “previsión” casi correctas

La disolución de la URSS provocó el progresivo acercamiento hacia la Unión Europea de las antiguas repúblicas socialistas soviéticas.

Las repúblicas se fueron poco a poco adicionando a la Unión Europea (European Union EU) progresivamente en fechas cercanas a lo indicado por el Air Force 2025, no voy a redundar en ello, lo podéis ver en el enlace.

Saddam Hussein no murió en 2002, lo ejecutaron en 2006, aunque fue derrocado en 2003 (supongo que quisieron eliminarlo durante el ataque pero fallaron). Una “predicción bastante cercana a los hechos pensando que fue diseñada en 1996.

Cacofonía Digital

Imagina un mundo completamente inmerso en la tecnología; hay muchos inventos espectaculares. Sin embargo, muchos hábitos tradicionales y costumbres se han esfumado, se han borrado a una velocidad increíblemente alta, la mayor parte de los días de vacaciones no se respetan, y las fechas del calendario Juliano son la norma.

El progreso tecnológico ha llevado a efectos adversos también, creando casi tantos problemas como ha resuelto, la tecnología produce dañinos efectos secundarios para el cuerpo humano, causando a la mayor parte de los humanos la necesidad de transplantes de órganos a la edad de treinta años.

Este mundo se denomina “Cacofonía Digital” debido a su a menudo naturaleza discordante.

De los seis escenarios de futuro alternativos, este mundo es con diferencia el más avanzado en progreso y gradiente tecnológico y ofrece la mayor promesa de riqueza y poder para los individuos. Por otro lado, también es el más peligroso tanto para los individuos, como para los estados.

Todo el mundo tiene acceso instantáneo a la red global y al omnipresente, casi omnisciente base de datos global. Aquellos que no comparten la riqueza emplean la tecnología para aterrorizar a las elites, empleando armas de naturaleza abierta y o encubierta. La vida en este mundo está llena de promesas, pero también es un mundo lleno de miedo.

La historia plausible

En el mundo de la Cacofonía Digital la tecnología une a la gente, pero también la distancia. Como se ve en la figura, el año 2000 fue un hito en muchos sentidos. Por primera vez el mundo estaba “conectado” y cualquier podía tener acceso a la información mundial, lo cual exacerbó la inestabilidad social y política en todo el mundo. Los políticos internacionales no eran capaces de controlar la tecnología nuclear. La población mundial sufre un aumento debido al declive de la mortalidad.

La tecnología no podía resolver algunos de los viejos problemas, como en 2009, cuando una pandemia de gripe golpea el sur de China y se extiende rápidamente por el mundo. 300 millones de personas se ven afectadas y cerca de 30 millones mueren. Nadie pudo determinar jamás si el virus era una mutación natural o producto de la bioingeniería. Muchos se temían lo último.

La masa de desempleados emigrantes amenazada de los países de segundo y tercer mundo, continuaron retando a los pocos estados ricos. En el 2010 las Naciones Unidas se disuelven debido a su incapacidad para resolver estos temas y los conflictos regionales. En el vacío resultante, los pactos de seguridad bilaterales y multilaterales entre naciones-estado y grupos de interés, florece.

En el 2012, Wall Street sufre un atentado con ondas de frecuencia de radio de altas energías (HERF) y se destruyen todas las bases de datos financieras. Dado que la capacidad de guerra de la información estaba disponible en todo el mundo, se investiga la causa pero encontrar la fuente fue imposible.

La economía de Estados Unidos se vio envuelta en un torbellino durante semanas hasta la reconstrucción de la base de datos, y los negocios pedían acción federal para prevenir futuros ataques.

En el 2015, 48 actores en el escenario mundial habían adquirido distintas clases de armas de destrucción masiva, y los sistemas de equipos necesarios. Las amenazas de conflictos relacionados con las armas nucleares, químicas, biológicas y de información se hicieron comunes. Durante la guerra territorial del Norte de África, una detonación nuclear táctica mató a miles de personas.

El mundo comenzó una expansión a nuevas fronteras en el 2020, Los viajes espaciales con interesados acompañantes se hicieron comunes y muchas corporaciones multinacionales establecieron instalaciones de producción en el espacio par explotar los recursos del sistema solar disponibles.

Muchos retos encaraba el mundo en el 2025. Casi cada individuo o grupo podía adquirir armas de destrucción masiva y las amenazas son una de las constantes en este mundo.

La naturaleza de los actors en el escenario

La ubicuidad de la información y la naturaleza al alcance de la mano de la alta tecnología llevaron a un tipo de poder disperso en este mundo. Las naciones estado se habían convertido en menos importantes, mientras que los individuos y pequeños grupos podían ahora tener un tremendo impacto en los eventos mundiales. Todo el mundo se comunica por la red global incluso usándola para hacer toda la compra de forma electrónica en el mundo. Los individuos pueden vivir en todos los países y trabajar online para una corporación mientras viven en otro país.

Sólo aquellos individuos que son o bien abiertamente aventureros o claustrofóbicos se unen a organizaciones tales como el ejército activo, que conlleva mucho viaje y peligro. Otros se quedan haciendo servicio online en la reserva.

En la Cacofonía Digital, los individuos piden input directo respecto a las decisiones directas y el gobierno empieza a convertirse en algo virtual y deslocalizado. La mayor parte de los países democráticos operan ahora sobre una versión de “NETOCRACIA” o un estándar de democracia electrónica. Esta netocracia supera al antiguo sistema político de 3 facciones y se basa exclusivamente en la interacción electrónica.

Los problemas fundamentales son las tradicionales armas nucleares del hombre pobre”, toxinas químicas y biológicas, que ya se producen en este mundo. Las redes de información también son vulnerables a las armas de destrucción masiva.

Las distintas facciones y combinaciones de estados-nación y alianzas crean interacciones complejas e insospechadas lo que resulta en consecuencias que nadie puede predecir, haciendo el mundo más peligroso.

Cada pequeño conflicto puede explotar potencialmente y convertirse en una guerra regional mayor.

Millones de personas han muerto ya como consecuencia de ataques biológicos y químicos.

Los papeles de las organizaciones gubernamentales y no gubernamentales están cambiando constantemente y su poder ha disminuido drásticamente. La OTAN todavía existe pero se ha convertido en algo trivial, relegado primordialmente a su papel de secretario legal entre países que negocian los pactos de seguridad

La mayor parte de los americanos tiene vínculos e intereses fuertes en el planeta vía las redes de información. Estos intereses son el objetivo de los terroristas y los ciudadanos de los USA sienten que el ejército debería protegerse de estos intereses. El ejército esta bien entrenado y equipado para esta misión y constantemente monitoriza casi todas las redes de información.

La naturaleza de la humanidad

En este mundo, los individuos poseen un gran poder y son capaces de tener un efecto en un número importante de cosas. Sin embargo, son sólo entidades independientes y solitarias en Internet ya que son totalmente dependientes de la función de la red. A pesar del encanto de la vida electrónica, un sueño común es “desconectarse” y ser dejado en paz un rato, pero el pensamiento de perder la última actualización de información resulta demasiado enervante.

Los sicólogos han categorizado esta neurosis como “infolepsis”, una enfermedad que describe el deseo frecuente e incontrolable de información. La gente se comunica libremente en la red, pero muchos se han convertido también en isolacionistas, incapaces de comunicarse cara a cara. La red se ha convertido en el centro de la existencia de las personas. La red-evangelismo se ha convertido en la forma de persuasión dominante que compite en igualdad de condiciones con otras formas de comunicación.

La gente sufre de altos niveles de ansiedad. Muchos no pueden soportar el ritmo incómodo de cambio exponencial.

La naturaleza de la tecnología

El gradiente tecnológico exponencial es el motor clave de este mundo, que se acelera fuera del control de los actores mundiales.

La información se convierte en una commodity valiosa, a menudo usada para hacer intercambio. En particular, filtrar y resumir la información se convierte en el foco de cadi todos los individuos y organizaciones.

Los filtros también se protegen de los”ciberagentes” que llenan la red. Los ciberagentes se infiltran profundamente en el ciberepacio, para detectar, alterar, robar y destruir los filtros de información y los archivos. Dado que los filtros no pueden proteger contra la información falsa, indetectable, los individuos han perdido confianza en la información que reciben.

Los clientes fuerzan innovaciones y las empresas deben adaptar sus productos a las necesidades del cliente. Algunos de los avances significativos se producen en el campo médico. La mayor parte de las enfermedades se tratan en el nacimiento, productos anti-envejecimiento y servicios que aseguran una esperanza de vida que supera los 100 años. Los transplantes de órganos están ahora realizándose con periodos de recuperación de siete a diez días. Los soldados pueden reciclarse fácilmente. Se diseñan super-materiales diseñados de nivel molecular, la miniaturización de la mayor parte de los dispositivos hardware y los robots se utilizan para tareas domesticas y productivas.

La naturaleza del medio

Este es un mundo caracterizado por “256 colores”, partes en verde, partes en marrón y otros colores que llenan el paisaje. Hay demasiados colores y la mayoría son demasiado artificiales, Todo el mundo tiene una voz en este mundo y es difícil encontrar paz y tranquilidad con tantas voces en tantas direcciones.

La amenaza terrorista ha modificado los hábitos de conducta de la vida en las urbanizaciones y la gente vive dispersa en el mundo. Muchos viven bajo tierra buscando protección adicional y estética medioambiental. Los pozos de agua están comenzando a florecer para soportar las operaciones de minería y producción de alimentos.

Toda la basura se recicla y los vertidos industriales casi han sido eliminados. El agua también se recicla en todo el mundo, mientras que los filtros de agua y el aire mantienen algunos manantiales seguros. La gente y los animales sufren de fallo orgánico debido a la radiación electromagnética extrema de los muchos aparatos electrónicos pero los avances médicos han hecho que el problema sea tratable. Los recursos energéticos abundan, y cada vez más se basan en recursos renovables como la energía solar, eólica o de las mareas, así como el uso cada vez más importante de la fusión nuclear.

Implicaciones

En la Cacofonía Digital, el crecimiento exponencial del gradiente tecnológico contribuye a un mundo inestable, nacional e internacionalmente. La proliferación de armas de destrucción masiva mantiene al mundo al borde de un precipicio.

Aparte del anterior, Cacofonía Digital, aquí hay una breve descripción de los otros 5 escenarios planteados.

En El trabajo de Gulliver, usa está saturada y preocupada con los objetivos a nivel mundial, tales como contra-terrorismo y contra- proliferación de armas, asistencia sanitaria y medioambiental y operaciones de paz. Este mundo fuerza al ejército de USA a diseñar sistemas y Concepts de operaciones para conseguir sus objetivos cada vez más importantes mientras mantiene un tempo alto de operaciones durante una época de presupuestos limitados.

En Zaibatsu, las corporaciones multinacionales dominan los asuntos internacionales y cooperan para crean mundo superficialmente benigno. El principal reto para el ejército de los USA en este mundo que es cada vez más inestable debido a las disparidades crecientes, es mantener su poder líder y competencia en un mundo relativamente pacifico.
El escenario King Khan contiene una sorpresa estratégica, la creación y el dominio por parte de un coloso asiático formado por China, Taiwán, Malasia, Singapur y Hong Kong.

King Khan es también un mundo donde el dominio de USA se ha debilitado debido a los problemas domésticos, incluyendo una depresión económica. El principal reto de este mundo es determinar que competencias básicas retener durante un decrecimiento rápido del presupuesto de defensa seguido de el reto de decidir qué capacidades reconstruir, una vez que el presupuesto se reponga.
El equipo de Futuros Alternativos dibujo estos cuatro mundos al Comandante en Jefe de las Fuerzas Aéreas a comienzos de enero de 1996.

A petición suya, el equipo de Futuros Alternativos creó un quinto mundo usando aspectos comunes a todas las anteriores cuatro alternativas, para servir como base para el análisis. Este quinto mundo, llamado Medias y Medias-Nada es un mundo de estructura social y condiciones de seguridad cambiantes. El principal reto para el ejército es prepararse para una multitud de amenazas en un mundo dominado por el conflicto entre los que tienen y los que no tienen.

Finalmente el Jefe del Cuerpo de las Fuerzas Aéreas solicitó un sexto mundo, para ofrecer un “puente” entre hoy y el 2025. Este mundo, situado en el 2015, emplea fuerza programadas de 1996-2001 para luchar en un conflicto mayor. Este mundo se llama “Cruce de Caminos 2015” porque presenta a los Estados Unidos con un reto estratégico en el 2015 que podría llevar a varios mundos diferentes en el 2025.

At least thats what its being called. News reports have surfaced recently that the oil producing nations have been having secret meetings with the intent if dropping the US Dollar as a meduim for exchange and instead creating a NEW currency or a baskett currency. This has widely reported as some sort of ANTI-American conspiracy.

Nothing could be further from the truth. In reality, the US Congress is to blame for all the woes facing the Dollar. If the Dollar was holding its value these other governments would not want to dump it. However, as Congress continues on with its plan of massive government spending not supported by by the tax base or economic growth there can be only one outcome and that is a devalued dollar.

As the Government deficit spends (Spends Money Not Supported by Tax Revenue) they have to print money in order to do it. When you print money faster than an economy grows you devalue the money currently in circulation. Any time you have more of something the price goes down. Now if you had an investment in your neighbors house and you discovered your neighbor was going to tear the house down, would you not want to rid yourself of this investment before your neighbor makes it worthless?

Of course you would, and thats what is going on with the push to rid the world of the deflating US Dollar. Its not ANTI-American – in fact for americans who want a small Government which obeys its Constitution restrictions this is the best thing that can happen. If were lucky the rest of the world will drop the dollar and this will force Congress back in check.

Russian Scholar Says US Will Collapse By 2010 – Re-Colonization of America Before 2011

Obama has officially embraced the New World Order at the G20 meeting in New York, stating; “The time has come for the world to move into a new direction” and that the world must “embrace a new era of mutual interests”.

Panarin forsees the U.S. breaking up into six large estates by 2011, roughly along the lines of the beginning of North American colonialism where British, French and Spanish settlers were the main countries that fought for Indian land.

Panarin sees all the states of the west including California will be part of China, the entire north including the central states with their large Native American populations will be under the influence of Canada (which is a British Commonwealth Nation), the majority of the eastern states may be taken over by the European Union, the Southern states including New Mexico and Florida will be under the influence of Mexico and Alaska would go to Russia and Hawaii would either go to China or Japan. America as we know it will cease to exist altogether if any of what Panarin says is true.
