I get a lot of questions from moms who are looking for alternatives to antibiotics to help their babies or children suffering from ear infections. Many of them are surprised to learn about the benefits of gentle pediatric chiropractic care that often help children’s ear infections resolve.

Are Antibioitics the Answer?

This is just one of many studies that indicate the ineffectiveness of antibiotics for ear infections (not only do they damage gut flora, but they don’t necessarily work for their prescribed purpose!) Here’s another that indicates antibiotics only have a short-term, and non-lasting effect. Doctors prescriptions for antibiotics for middle ear infections is so rampant and automatic. Here’s a study that suggests doctors cease defaulting to the antibiotics prescription…STAT. When specifically testing amoxicillin, a study found no difference in the drug compared to a placebo, thereby claiming amoxicillin is ultimately ineffective for treating ear infections.

Alternatives to Drugs for Ear Infections

Instead of antibiotics, many doctors are encouraging parents to “watch and wait” instead. Read more from WebMD. Also, check out this health article on CBS where chiropractors teach young children to fight against ear infections.

As for medicated ear drops, there was a study that found that a naturopathic ear drop was just as effective as the medicated ear drops, minus the side effects of the medications. This study followed 103 test subjects between the ages of 6 to 18 years of age. After 3 days of receiving the Naturopathic drops compared to the group receiving the medicated drops, both groups reported the same decrease in perceived ear pain.

Here’s a great article on holistic approaches to ear infections by Lawrence Pavelsky, M.D. I like that he helps parents differentiate between an ear ache and an ear infection, he describes how ear infections develop, and he discusses alternative methods of treatment that won’t leave your child’s gut blanched from the beneficial bacteria killed off by anti-biotics.

I encourage you to find a chiropractic physician in your area who will support your choice for health care. Check out the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association, today!

Your Turn:

What about you? Has your child suffered from an ear infection? What treatment methods have you tried? What did you like or dislike about the treatments you tried?

Gw pikir gw baik-baik aja, sejak kasus ga napsu makan selama 5 hari sebelum lebaran, efeknya baru da

Gw pikir gw baik-baik aja, sejak kasus ga napsu makan selama 5 hari sebelum lebaran, efeknya baru dateng kemaren deh. Dah ngobrol ngalor ngidul sama temen gw, pas jam 8 malem dia pulang gw masih fine2 aja, jam 9 udah mulai senut2 lagi ni perut. Karena udah nelen 2 butir obat pengurang sakit, gw ga berani minum lagi, besides udah jam tidur ini, gw paksa2in aja untuk tidur walaupun malemnya kebangun2 terus dan perut gw masih atit.

Sakitnya nonstop, singing sakitku bukanlah sakit biasa… Trus gw ngisi kartu kuning and then langsung dilayani deh.

Waktu ditanya keluhan gw apa gw bilang “sakit perut dok, dipake jalan aja sakit”, trus dia nanya “suka telat makan ya? suka makan pedes ya?” yah emang bner siy, trus gw bilang “iya, takute kena infeksi saluran pencernaan” trus si dokternya nanya gw lagi “kamu takut apa tadi?” gw ulangi lagi “infeksi saluran pencernaan dok, soalnya dulu juga pernah”, eh si dokternya bilang “bukan, sebelum itu” dengan rada bingung gw jawab “ha? takutnya infeksi saluran pencernaan” terus si dokter negesin lagi “tadi bilang takute apa takutnya?” sambil nyengir begok gw jawab aja “eh, ya maskud aku takutnya” ~____~! trs dokternya nasehatin gw deh “nah gitu, kalau bicara bahasa Indonesia gunakanlah bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar, jangan dicampur2, takute? bahasa jawa kok dicampur aduk sama bahasa Indonesia” oalaaaah, bikin kaget aja, gw pikir takute itu kata2 jorok atau apaa gitu sampe ga boleh diucapin. Kelar nasehatin gw, gw dikasih obat 4 macem, obatnya juga obat S.T.D. Amoxicillin, Gastrinal, Imodium yang atu lagi ga tau deh namanya apa.

Tapi jam pulang kantor sakit ga kunjung hilang, akhirnya gw ke RS. Sumber Waras, disitu gw langsung masuk IGD, penanganannya cepet, abis di cek tensi gw 130/80, trus selanjutnya cek darah & urine, hasilnya normal semua cuma leukosit gw aja agak tinggi, mencapai batas akhir nilai normal yang seharusnya, tadinya di anjurkan untuk nginep dulu untuk observasi karena kemungkinan usus buntu, tapi karena lagi mati lampu, ATM pun offline jadi bokap gw ga bisa bayar biaya RS. Pas gw tanya “emang biayanya berapa yah?” dengan santainya bokap jawab “Rp4,8 juta” gw langsung yang “HAAA!!!! Wah tiba2 sembuh yah, kita pulang aja yuk” akhirnya gw & bokap sepakat untuk pulang, tadinya kalo sakit masih berlanjut besoknya mau balik lagi ke RS. Abis sholat maghrib gw pun pulang, cuma dikenain biaya tindakan IGD Rp50000, Tes darah + urine Rp65000, sama antibiotiknya Rp165000, terus 2 hari kemudian dah sembuh deh =D

A detailed guide of the five most effective and most commonly prescribed antibiotics for the treatment of acute and chronic bacterial sinus infections.

There are two types of bacterial sinus infections: acute and chronic. An acute sinus infection lasts only a short time and is generally a stand-alone occurrence, responding to a single round of antibiotics. Chronic sinus infections may last several weeks, reoccur frequently throughout the year, and often require the use of several rounds of antibiotics.

A survey conducted in the United States showed the most commonly prescribed antibiotics for the treatment of acute and chronic sinus infections were in the penicillin family (27.18% for acute, 30.35% for chronic), followed by macrolides (24.32% and 14.03%), and then cephalosporins (17.98% and 13.80%).

Below are some of the best antibiotics for the treatment of sinus infections.

Well the clue to this post is all in the title. Once more i was lucky enough to receive a little lesson in laziness. After work on Friday last week, i was in a bit of a rush, trying to fix a few extra screws in the braces under my cabin. I was tired, hot and sweaty, probably a bit dehydrated too, so it was the end of a normal day. Anyway, the impact driver had already jumped out of three screws as i was driving them in and i saw that this had happened because the screwdriver tip had become worn. Now, i was about eight feet off the ground, wedged in place by my back, impact driver in one hand and screws in the other. I figured with a little extra force on the drill i could get the last few in without the hassle of getting down and changing the tip.

    Lazy.

A couple more screws went in with a few more jumps of the bit, and then the fateful one. I didn’t have a clear view of the screw because of my position but on with the show, eh! More laziness! (It would have taken just a moment to re-adjust my position). It started as the others had, then the tip jumped but seemed to go back into the screw head, at the same instant i felt the type of strain on the drill as when a screw tries to go through a knot in the wood, so I accordingly applied as much force as possible to the drill to try to keep the tip in……………only to realise a split second after that, that it wasnt in the screw head……..it was in my bloody finger! I removed the the foreign body (the drill) from the hole, noticing small lumps of something like sushi now decorating the worn tip. Luckily my body instantly reacted by trying to clean the hole that had been left, flushing it out with plenty of blood. I managed to wrap it up with some antibiotic cream and have since dosed myself up on amoxicillin. So far, so good……………

While this will not be a surprise to anyone in the Champlain Valley, it was raining again this morning, with showers forecast all day. So much for painting the house. It would be, however, a good day to work on the shelves I wanted to build in the garage. I was stymied a couple of weeks ago by my missing level. I did finally find it, hiding behind the paint cans. How it got there, I can’t say. I found it when I took a trip to basement with the children to see what paint we had that might be acceptable to paint their rooms. Another project.

I am glad I had the level. Someone made a comment on my earlier post that I could just measure from the floor. I was tempted. The level was key with the imperfect lumber I had, however. I was determined to use the lumber I had on hand and not to buy any. So far so good.

I would have finished both the upper and lower shelves, but I had to take my daughter to the doctor. She got a cut on her hand a couple of weeks ago and today it was clearly infected. She and her parents tried to clean it and bandage it but it got the nasties anyway. She was afraid to go to the doctor. She didn’t want anyone to poke it and she was afraid the doctor would want to look at her throat. She hates that. I’m not a fan myself. She had no throat inspection, however, just a confirmation that it is infected, a recommendation to come back in a few days to make sure it doesn’t need to be lanced, and a prescription for Amoxicillin.

By the time we got home it was a little late to keep plugging on the shelves. We had to stop to get the prescription filled (they didn’t have what we needed in stock so had to find a substitute) and shop for a few things to go camping at a state part tomorrow. I agreed to take the advice of a store employee and use the self-checkout. That was a bad idea. I have not had much luck with that approach. There seem to always be issues. The system doesn’t like when people bring their own bags, and the slightest shift on the scale sends it into a fit over the fear that one might be heisting some chewing gum.

We paid for the gum. I am chewing some now. The shelves wait for me. Maybe I’ll get to them after our little camping adventure. Or maybe I’ll just paint.

As many of you probably know, the risk of being bitten by a dog is greatest in the summer. The risk

As many of you probably know, the risk of being bitten by a dog is greatest in the summer. The risk is higher for children (particularly boys). And about 27% of those bites come from family pets.

Researchers speculate that children may spend more time outdoors playing with dogs in warmer months. Or it may be that dogs are generally more irritable in hot weather. (In American cities the murder rate also elevates in the summer, for pretty much the same reasons. People are outdoors more, gathering together more, and the heat and humidity make many of us grouchy.)

So were were perturbed to see that US researchers are warning of the risk of staph infection from pet bites and scratches.

The staph infection in question is known as MRSA. Staph infections, including MRSA, occur most frequently among persons in hospitals and healthcare facilities (such as nursing homes and dialysis centers) who have weakened immune systems.

MRSA stands for Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.

MRSA is a type of bacteria that is resistant to certain antibiotics. These antibiotics include methicillin and other more common antibiotics such as oxacillin, penicillin and amoxicillin.

MRSA infections that occur in otherwise healthy people who have not been recently hospitalized or had a medical procedure are known as community-associated (CA)-MRSA infections. These infections are usually skin infections, such as abscesses, boils, and other pus-filled lesions. If untreated, blood poisoning (sepsis) can also result.

MRSA – Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus – is not a common strain of the bacteria in domestic animals, but it is being seen more and more.

Writing in the journal Lancet Infectious Diseases, a team led by Dr. Richard Oehler, of the University of South Florida, said “As Community-Acquired strains of MRSA increase in prevalence, a growing body of clinical evidence has documented MRSA colonisation in domestic animals, often implying direct infection from their human owners.”

So MRSA outside the hospital setting can be passed back and forth between humans and pets.

Before you freak out, here are some handy facts:

Boys aged five to nine are most at risk of dog bites. Because of their height, children are usually bitten on the face, neck or head.

Cat bites are more common in women and the elderly. They usually cause deeper puncture wounds than dogs, and carry a higher risk of infection and soft-tissue abscesses.

Severe infections occur in about 20% of bite cases, and are caused by bacteria in the animal’s mouth, plus other infectious agents from the person’s skin.

Any MRSA infection acquired from pets is treated with medication, in the same way as other MRSA infections.

According to Dr. Oehler, “Clinicians must continue to promote loving pet ownership, take an adequate pet history, and be aware that associated diseases are preventable via recognition, education and simple precautions.”

Finally, infection from pet bites and scratches is very common, particularly in children. So if your child, or a child you know, does get bitten or scratched this summer, watch the wound carefully. If signs of infection appear, then it’s probably a good idea to seek medical treatment.

Here’s the ABC News story and here’s one from the New York Daily News.

Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is one of many vaginal infections may suffer from a woman in his life. The vagina has a natural balance of good bacteria and harmful bacteria. In normal situations, this is not a problem because the bacteria can keep the good bacteria in check. But if something happens to upset this delicate balance of good and bad bacteria, and overgrowth of bad bacteria can occur.

Bacterial vaginosis is usually caused by overgrowth of bacteria Gardnerella. This type of vaginal infection is often mistaken for a yeast infection, and women trying to deal with the medication for yeast infection. But those sales without the creams are not effective against bacterial vaginosis. You may need a prescription to get rid of him. So what is the normal treatment for this condition?

Bacterial vaginosis is usually treated with oral metronidazole, which also goes by the brand name Flagyl. Another medication is clindamycin, which is also known as Cleocin. These two antibiotics are the first line of defense against vaginal infection.

There are other drugs that can also be given for treatment. However, these drugs may not be as effective. One of these drugs are prescribed amoxicillin. This antibiotic is often prescribed in the 1970s to treat various types of bacterial infections, including bacterial vaginosis. However, doctors and researchers have found that amoxicillin for treatment of BV is not as effective as other prescription drugs. Therefore, amoxicillin is reserved for those women who may not be able to take metronidazole or clindamycin, due to allergic reactions.

Another reason that you can choose to take amoxicillin to treat bacterial vaginosis is the price. Amoxicillin is relatively cheaper than buy metronidazole or clindamycin. If money is a factor, you can ask your doctor to prescribe the cheapest medicine. Note that it is less effective and can not be completely cured of their condition.

Side effects of each of these drugs BV may be the deciding factor in their choice for treatment. All prescription drugs on the market has the potential to produce side effects or interactions with other medicines you are taking. Talk to your doctor about the side effects of each of these drugs. This will help you determine if you want to test amoxicillin for treatment of bacterial vaginosis.

If you suffer from this condition can be a very unpleasant experience. Seek treatment as soon as you start to notice symptoms. The faster you receive treatment, the easier it is to find a cure.

We stopped at the house briefly to gather some things we’d need for an overnight stay. We knew that with the numbness, they wanted to admit him. Once at the hospital, the staff quickly told us that it WAS NOT Lyme Disease. Benjamin was given some more Benadryl but otherwise, no medications were prescribed. Regarding the numbness though, they were going to do some MRIs and other testing but they didn’t think it was necessarily tick or rash related. Good news, but puzzling.

Benjamin's Legs on Sunday Evening

As the evening wore on, Benjamin got worse. The good news was that he was not itchy or in pain and he was going to be allowed to eat. One Mighty Kids Meal later, he seemed to be a happy, healthy kid—except for the rash. The rash actually got worse and started reappearing on his face, neck and back. It got more intense looking on his legs and if I didn’t know better, I would think he had been burned or scalded.

He was finally assigned a room and around 2:00 in the morning—48 hours after this began, Steph was stretched on the little converta-chair and I was heading home to sleep. I wanted to be back first thing Monday morning to see the doctor when he came around. It seemed Benny had a case of Urticaria. How or why, no-one knows. And it would eventually go away.

So Monday was filled with neurological tests of his hands and feet, countless stethoscope exams of his heart, lungs, and abdomen, eye checks, ear checks, mouth checks—all good. And then the MRI. The first one was in the morning and was of his head. We learned a new term that morning: Gliosis. We’d have to wait for a follow-up to learn more. A second MRI was done in the afternoon and that was of his neck. It was normal.

This past Friday, we met with his doctor who told us his best thoughts on the gliosis. With a normal medical history, it would be unlikely that we’d ever determine what caused it. It could be from any number of injuries or illnesses. I suggested to Steph that rather than submit Benny to a battery of tests that might not give us any more or better information, we would do just as well to watch him over the years and “be aware” in case something else happens.

So there you have it. The staff at Clarian West who thought they’d seen Lyme disease for the first time—didn’t. The immediate care doctor who said it wasn’t—vindicated. As for the tick? Certainly not the troublesome deer tick. Last we heard, it was still in the canister in the doctor’s office. How it got on Benny? I don’t know. We’re up against a wooded area and it could’ve gotten on him directly or the dog may have had it. We’re just glad it’s gone!

In a departure from my normal topics, I decide to share with you about a recent “scare” in the family. Three Saturdays ago, I found a tick on Benjamin. It was well-fed and fortunately, came off easily. Based on what I could find online, I

Not the actual tick

was able to determine that it was an American dog tick—not particularly known to cause problems. Relieved it was not a deer tick which is known for transmitting Lyme disease, we went about the day normally. The tick found its way into an old film canister—the type 35mm film comes in. Anyone remember film?

The following week, Benjamin finished kindergarten and began his summer break. Steph and I attended Katherine’s graduation on Friday night and on returning home, settled into something of a normal Friday-night routine. Benjamin got to bed a little later than normal but otherwise, everything seemed OK. Around 2:00 in the morning, there was a knock on the door. It was Rebekah with Benny letting us know that he had woken up itchy and crying. He had a rash over his face and upper torso and was very uncomfortable. We put some itch cream on his face which helped, but it would be impractical if not a bad idea altogether to try to treat all of him that way. I doubted one tube could cover everything.

Benjamin's Legs on Sunday Afternoon

Realizing it was a systemic problem, I decided to treat him from the inside out. Seemed safer and more reliable since the problem was likely to spread. Two Benadryls later, he was feeling some relief and ready to go back to bed. Steph and I spent another half hour or so going through the list of things he’d been exposed to that could have caused an allergic reaction. We came up empty.

Later Saturday morning, he initially seemed OK but as the morning wore on, he began getting the rash again. Some of it was splotchy, some of it raised bumps. By now, we’re suspecting the tick so I decided to take him and the tick to a local emergency clinic. The doctor felt it was not a tick-borne illness and agreed that the tick was not a known vector for such diseases. She felt the rash was unrelated and said to continue the Benadryl and other treatments that could give him comfort like lotions and bathing. As a precaution, she gave us a prescription for amoxicillin.

Sunday morning rolls around and we keep Benny home from church. By the afternoon, he seems better and Steph and I go out to do some grocery shopping. As we’re walking away from the check out and heading to the car, my cell phone rings and the caller ID says “Home”. It’s Aaron wanting to know if we’re still at the store or headed home because Benny is walking funny. When Aaron had asked him why he was walking that way, Benny told him that his feet felt numb and tingly. We raced home.

Twenty minutes later, we’re off to the local hospital’s ER with Benjamin. The staff heard the history and felt it was Lyme disease. After three failed attempts at establishing an IV, a tech was finally able to get the line inserted and antibiotics were started. Once the IV finished, we were to take Benjamin downtown to Riley Children’s Hospital for further testing, treatment, and observation. That’s where we’ll pick up the update in part 2.

So there’s this “new” drug called Moxatag. It’s 775 mg of extended-release amoxicillin. Stupid for these reasons:

Precise dosing of amoxicillin is usually pretty unnecessary.

MOXATAG COSTS OVER NINE DOLLARS PER PILL.

Regular generic Amoxicillin 500 mg taken twice a day is about 15 cents per pill at the store where I work. The Amoxicillin 875 mg taken once a day would be about 40 cents per pill here. You can also get 30 of them for $4 at Walmart, and several grocery chains will fill prescriptions for cheap antibiotics like this for free.

MOXATAG COSTS OVER NINE DOLLARS PER PILL.

They’re marketing this for the “treatment of tonsilitis and/or pharyngitis secondary to Streptococcus pyogenes.” In other words, get ready taxpayers, ’cause kids on welfare are going to be getting the most expensive amoxicillin prescriptions ever.

MOXATAG WILL COST TAX PAYERS OVER NINE DOLLARS PER PILL.

This drug is stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid.

America is the only country that allows unethical rebranding to run rampant to this extent.

America is the only country I know of that allows direct-to-consumer advertising of prescription drugs. (CORRECTION: New Zealand does also, but you’d have to pay out of pocket there for a drug as stupid as this.)

MOXATAG COSTS OVER NINE DOLLARS PER PILL.

Americans spend a higher percentage of the GDP on health care then any other country I know of.

Stupid, unnecessary rebrands and sibling drugs drive up the price of health insurance and inflate the cost of the Medicare and Medicaid system WITH LITTLE OR NO IMPROVEMENT IN PATIENT CARE.

The first doctor I see writing a prescription for Moxatag is getting a souvenir punch in the face.

MiddleBrook Pharmaceuticals spent thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars developing a drug that already exists and costs at least 23 times more instead of coming up with something new and NOT STUPID.

This is why we can’t have nice things (click this, think about your rising health care premiums, and try not to put a fist through your monitor):

Researchers showed that anti-inflammatory drugs such as topical steroids are quite beneficial in cases of acute sinusitis, a sinus infection which is a common clinical problem with symptoms similar to other illnesses, and is often observed in a number of people.

A comparison of common treatments for acute sinusitis that included an antibiotic and a topical steroid found neither more effective than placebo, according to a study in the December 5 issue of JAMA.

The researchers found that the proportions of patients with symptoms lasting 10 or more days were 29 of 100 (29 percent) for amoxicillin vs. 36 of 107 (33.6 percent) for no amoxicillin; and 32 of 102 (31.4 percent) for topical budesonide vs. 33 of 105 (31.4 percent) for no budesonide.

Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is one of many infections a woman suffering from May during his life. The vagina has a natural balance of good bacteria and harmful bacteria. In normal situations, this is not a problem because the bacteria can remain in control of harmful bacteria. But if something happens to disrupt this delicate balance of good and bad bacteria and the proliferation of bad bacteria can occur.

Bacterial vaginosis is usually caused by the proliferation of bacteria Gardnerella. This type of vaginal infection is often mistaken for a yeast infection, and women trying to cope with several drugs against infection. But these over-the-counter creams are not effective against bacterial vaginosis. May you need a prescription medication to get rid of it. So what is the normal treatment for this condition?

Bacterial vaginosis is usually treated with oral metronidazole, which also goes by the brand name Flagyl. Another drug is prescribed clindamycin, which is also known as Cleocin. These two antibiotics are the first line of defense against vaginal infection.

There are other drugs in May also be given for treatment. But these drugs May not be as effective. One of these drugs is amoxicillin. This antibiotic is often prescribed in the early 1970s for the treatment of various types of bacterial infections, including bacterial vaginosis. But doctors and researchers have found that amoxicillin to treat BV are not as effective as other drugs. For example, amoxicillin is reserved for women who May not be able to take metronidazole or clindamycin due to allergic reactions.

Another reason why you choose to take amoxicillin in May for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis is the price. <A “javascript: OnClick = pageTracker._trackPageview (‘/ outgoing / article_exit_link’);” href = “http://buyamoxicillin.info / antibiotics produced amoxicilline-online-à-la-plus cheap / “> Amoxicillin </ a> is relatively cheaper to buy than metronidazole or clindamycin. If money is a factor, you can ask your doctor to prescribe the drug cheaper. Keep in mind that it is less effective in May and not completely cured of your disease.

<a onClick=”javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview(‘/outgoing/article_exit_link’);” href=”http://buyamoxicillin.info/antibiotic-products-amoxicillin-online-at-the-lowest-price/”> Side effects </ a> these drugs in May BV is the determining factor in your choice for treatment.
Children, even months, and adults may have a rash amoxicillin. This May not be detected immediately

Children, even months, and adults may have a rash amoxicillin. This May not be detected immediately that the underlying cause, because there may be several days in the antibiotic and not the beginning. It can also be confusing if you’ve recently changed soaps, detergents or eat food you do not normally eat such as allergic reactions of the skin may occur due to these reasons, and not merely pimples allergic drug eruption.

If you notice any breathing problems, you should call your doctor immediately and advise you in May to go to the emergency room. This is to ensure that your throat will not be embarrassed. A rash hives reaction means that you must stay out of penicillin and in the future because they are in the same family. Do not feel you have to ensure antibiotics are completely different classes of antibiotics that you qualify for.

To relieve itching of the skin of your rash, take a bath in oatmeal. This is important for the comfort of your child if they have a rash from scratching the skin can cause bacterial infection. This creates a cycle where you May need an antibiotic to treat a bacterial infection. Benadryl or other anti-itch pill is useful to relieve itching during sleep so you can have a good night’s rest. This will help the body’s immune system stronger. If you are only a few hours of sleep per night, you’ll have a weak system and increased stress as well. A rash amoxicllin means you need to stop the medication, but call your doctor to see what needs to be replaced.

Even if you take amoxicillin in the past, this does not mean you will not get a rash now. Allergic reactions and skin rashes may occur drug despite the success in the past with a drug.

Wow, the doctors weren’t kidding (see previous post). Today my face blew up and the pain skyrocketed. I woke up at 11:00am (after going to bed at around 4:00am) in agony, to the point where I could barely swallow. But thankfully I managed to pop a Vicodin and Amoxicillin and I eventually went back to sleep. I’ve taken two more Vicodins since then, which has really been helping but I still can’t open my mouth too much or even shake my head without the right side of my face throbbing. I just hope by tomorrow I won’t need the Vicodin anymore; I don’t wanna get dependent on it. It really is a miracle drug – it takes away the pain and I always seem to sleep so nicely after I take it. :3 And I’m already taking Klonopin/Valium more than I should due to my insomnia, so I don’t wanna get too used to another drug!

On the bright side, the entire raw of this week’s Bleach chapter (357) leaked online a few hours ago.
