Tassilo Ippenberger y Thomas Benedix vuelven a la carga con su exitoso proyecto Pan-Pot de nuevo para el reputado sello Mobilee Records, propiedad de Anja Schneider, que se ha convertido en uno de los labels mas destacados de los últimos años en Alemania, años en los que Pan-Pot han desarrollado una presencia dominante entre el más alto nivel de música electrónica, con una ascenso paralelo a Mobilee a base de calidad y buen gusto.

Confronted es un EP compuesto por 4 cortes, dos de ellos en formato digital, en clave tech house de groove dinámico y adictivo con secuencias electrónicas infinitas, bajos como cargas de profundidad con un desarrollo de largo recorrido diseñado para hacer enloquecer el club.

El primer corte de este maxi en la cara A: Confronted, Tech house de ritmos cálidos, de melodías hipnóticas y sugestivas con un poderoso bassline, además de unas vocales femeninas perfectamente integrados a la pista como conjunto sonoro que corren por cuenta de Eva Padberg, lo hacen un track muy autentico. Face to face en la cara B un corte que posee una linea de bajos ensordecedores siguiendo la linea del maxi con tech house, lleno de percusiÃ³n melódica que le da tonos a la voz con una clara y ruidosa textura penetrante, repleto de loops y efectos que lo hacen una bomba lista para estallar en las pistas de baile de todo el mundo. Además de los cortes anteriormente mencionados, en formato digital se incluyen 2 tracks The Birds y Diamond Head dos cortes de tech house muy bailables y divertidos que tambien haran de las suyas en los dancefloors.

Ha pasado un largo tiempo desde su impresionante album Debut Pan-o-Rama, y hasta ahora no nos decepcionan por el contrario cada vez sorprenden mas con su excelente trabajo, sin sacrificar la calidad bajo ningun concepto.

La exitosa y prolífica productora germana Anja Schneider une fuerzas con el cotizado productor francés afincado es Suiza Lee Van Dowski para firmar la referencia 50 de su sello Mobilee Records. Deseo y La Roulette son dos potentes temas de mínimal tech house de groove dinámico y adictivo con secuencias electrónicas infinitas, bajos como cargas de profundidad y sonidos crepitantes y afilados con un desarrolo de largo recorrido diseñado para hacer enloquecer el club. Una herramienta imprescindible en tus sesiones que no puedes dejar escapar. Recomendado.

The Vegetable Orchestra - Remixed

Karmarouge Presents :
Luciano, Ricardo Villalobos and Anja Schneider put Vienna’s The Vegetable Orchestra through the blender on The Vegetable Orchestra – Remixed next month.

The Vegetable Orchestra is a group of eleven musicians, one cook and one sound engineer who use instruments constructed from vegetables. Think carrot flutes, cabbage leaf kazoos and pepper trumpets. The group first invited some of dance music’s heavyweights to cook up new recipes using sounds from their album Automate in 2005, and now the fruits of their labour will be released on CD.

Remixed includes previously issued remixes from Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano and Oliver Hacke as well as new concoctions from Mobilee chef Anja Schneider (‘Carrot Cuts Mix’) and Karmarouge kitchen hand Sian (‘Secret Garden Mix’). Award for the best remix name, however, still belongs to Basteroid for his Human Leak remix.
