Anne is possibly one of the quintessential classic English and French female names. Prior to the 18th-century, it seems that every other girl born in England was either named Anne, Jane or Mary. There were several British and French queens who bore this simplistic moniker, including the ill fated Anne Boleyn, the mother of Elizabeth I. The history of Anne is rather long and complicated. Anna may be the more melodic form of the bunch, but Anne’s minimalistic qualities are charming. Short, to the point, no frills. It’s not a bad name, though it does lack some spice, which is why parents are probably more attracted to its more exotic alternatives. In fact, Anne only comes in at # 499 in the top 1000 female names of the United States. It is safe to say, however, that she is very much loved in the middle name spot. Meanwhile, Anna comes in at # 25.

With the popularity of Little House on the Prairie and Victorian granny names the last decade, (a la Emma, Emily, Lily etc), it is no wonder that Hannah has become rather popular in recent years. In 97, she came in at # 2. She has dropped down a bit since then, but still comes in high at # 17. However, just the year before, she was still in the top 10, coming in at # 9. I truly wonder why she drastically dropped 8 places in just one year.

Nach ihrem Ausscheiden bei Big Brother begaben sich die beiden Ex-Bewohnerinnen Jana und Annina ins Tonstudio um zusammen mit dem Produzenten Tommy Louis ihre erste eigene Single mit dem Titel „Himmel und Hölle“, passend zum Motto der aktuellen Big Brother Staffel 9, aufzunehmen.

Am Montag den 11. Mai 2009 wurde dieser Titel in einer Welt-Premiere, erstmals von den beiden live in der Show präsentiert. Die Bewohner waren begeistert und sangen den Refrain mit. Die beiden boten eine aufregende Performance und sorgten für reichlich Gesprächsstoff im Haus.

Jana berichtete uns von ihren Auftritt: “Die Bewohner wieder vor sich stehen zu sehen war toll! Auch der Blick in den Garten und die Hölle, einfach so vertraut, als wäre man nie weggewesen.
Es hat riesen Spaß gemacht! Die Bewohner haben mitgeklatscht und getanzt. Das hat uns sehr geholfen.
Es war ein ganz, ganz tolles und für uns auch ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis!”

Jetzt hoffen die beiden, dass ihr musikalisches Debüt auch den Zuschauern gefällt, denn ab dem 29.05.09 wird die Maxi-CD im Handel erhältlich sein. Zudem ist sie jetzt schon als Download auf allen bekannten Online-Plattformen verfügbar.

Aber es kam ganz anders… Annina geizte zwar in der Tat nicht mit sexuellen Reizen und Themen, aber sie hielt es auch völlig ohne Schminke, in langen Unterhosen und vollkommen ohne Luxus in der Hölle aus.

Wie sehr Annina vom “Star” zum “BigBrother-Bewohner” wurde, konnte man nicht absehen, wir alle haben schon andere Verhaltensweisen von Prominenten im BB-Haus gesehen.
Hierfür kann man nur Respekt aussprechen!
