Sometimes it can be confusing as to the right kind of action for a loved one.  In our feelings of love for someone else we can become confused what to do.  In order to make an ‘inner’ decision it is important to detach from the personality/physical self of another. When we think of love on the physical self level instead of the higher plane level it can form a very limiting bond between you and the person you are confused about.  The only responsibility that you have is to yourself because if you take responsibility for another it becomes limiting for everyone involved.   You can release the situation to the Universe knowing an answer of ease will come in return.  Once you release it,  see it as taken care and keep moving forward in your own life.  Another will only have release in their own life according to where they are in their own thoughts. They are choosing their experience…not you.  You can continue to create your own life and release any feelings that may hinder you.  They are responsible for changing their circumstances, not you.  Just be loving and accepting of who they are.  They don’t need fixing.  They are creating their life and even though it may not be what they (or you) want, accept the ‘being’ they are within.

A wonderful day full of turkey and all the trimmings!  We have more family coming in today so we have a houseful!  Guess I better get into the kitchen and cook breakfast.  Have a wonderful day!

Having something whispered in my ear. Dark chocolate. Double entendres. Wai-Wai. Mastery of a new body of knowledge. Winter. Pepperoni. Achieving a favorable outcome on behalf of a deserving objective.

There weren’t as many people with the initials T.T. as I thought there would be. My list is only 11 names long:

Today I received the richest blessing any mortal soul can be given, but to be able to share it with you, we must climb into the time machine and set the date for March 11 2009 when I wrote a post to my blog entitled “What would you die for?” in this post I discussed faith in God, resulting in actions, being proactive in purifying your life, getting rid of worldly influences, to allow your spiritual life to grow. Little did I know, across the globe a reader of my blog would consider it impetus to contact me in the comments field… here is what followed…

I came across your blog a while ago and I enjoy reading your work. I found this post(What would you die for?) particularly interesting because I have been having a problems with my faith. Since you are welcome to discussion I was hoping maybe I could tell you my story and you might be able to offer some advice. So here goes… My faith first began to weaken when someone I trusted very deeply betrayed me. In this terrible moment of darkness and confusion, I prayed to God that He would help me to get through this time in my life and teach me the lessons I needed to learn. As time went on, I noticed that my prayers seemed to be having little effect on my overall outcome, so I decided to pray even more fervently than before. Still, despite all of my tearful supplications, nothing in my life changed and no answer was given for the questions I was asking.

It was at this point that I could have done one of two things: A) I could have contented myself with saying “Well, God works in mysterious ways” and gone about my usual routine or B) Seriously question why my prayers were being ignored. I chose the latter. I realized that if I ascribed the behavior God was showing me with the same behavior a father would show to his son, any rational person would recognize that these were the actions of an indifferent parent. For if a son came to his father and earnestly pleaded for guidance, only to be completely ignored, we would most certainly call this man a terrible father. By applying this uniform standard of behavior to both God and man, we can see that rather than being the loving, gentle God we learn about from an early age in Sunday school, He is instead an indifferent parent at best and a voyeuristic sadist at worst.

If these declarations seem harsh or blasphemous, remember that I am only applying reason to a situation that is commonly overlooked and examining behavior to its logical conclusion. The same situations can be observed when people utter such common phrases as “God gives me strength” or “There’s a reason for everything”. The latter phrase is perhaps the greatest example of people exhibiting cognitive dissonance and falsely attributing fortune and misfortune to God or the devil respectively without thinking about what they are actually saying. When someone is passed over for a job opportunity and counters with, “Everything happens for a reason. God must not want me there” they are declaring that they believe in the power of God to direct their life. However, while adhering to the concept of freewill (since they themselves acknowledge their freewill to disobey God) they deny the freewill given to those who just denied them this job, attributing it to the divine intervention of God. This is a logical fallacy. People want to see God’s omnipotent hand pulling the strings of the dancing marionettes around them while they remain curiously unattached. Not only is this incredibly (albeit inadvertantly) narcissistic, it is also an example of someone parroting religious talking points without ever examining what they are saying. God is not controlling the good or bad that happens to you because God is not controlling other people.

I don’t know if you will be able to offer any advice. This is how I have been feeling lately, but at the same time I have been trying to seek advice from someone who might be willing to listen. I hope this wasn’t too much for a comment. You don’t have to reply if it was.

When I read this, I was quite surprised, but very happy to be given the chance to reply, I prayed fervently about it and enlisted prayer from others before writing the following email…

Sorry it has taken so long for me to reply to you, but as I said I wanted to take care in my reply.

Before I make my comment on your situation I think it would be beneficial for me to tell you about my journey over the last few weeks…

When I received your message, I had been having great difficulties in my own life, after reading your message, I prayed that God would give me the wisdom to answer as he would have me do so, and guess what, my life got worse, personally, professionally and spiritually, clients went sour, friends seemed indifferent, I felt that I was in a spiritual desert, I could not find the living water… then the inevitable occurred, “Lord… Why!” and that “why” was all-encompassing, Why cant i find you? why is my occupation failing? why can i not even find a friend to share my burdens with?

He then Led me to understand some things, first I realized how able I was to place my faith in him for salvation, but how I refused to have faith in him for the rest of my life I struggled against this as I did not want to surrender to his control, my heart kept saying, but what if he doesn’t come through for me? then he led me to Jeremiah 17:9 “The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it?” and I realized my feelings are not to be trusted, I may feel God is far from me, but Jesus said in Matt 28:20 “and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” so I claimed that promise and later he again impressed a scripture on me… Rom 10:17 “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” I concluded that in my case this was the cause of my lack of faith, so I sought to hear the word of God, returning to my habits of reading scripture and loading my iPod with Sermons…

So many things have happened since then I don’t really know what to start with, but on the 29th of April I turned 21, to celebrate this the weekend before I went away to a mountain retreat with those closest to me, (none of which live nearby) the closest came from 4 hours drive away, the furthest came 1400km for this weekend, it was certainly a spiritual High for me, among these people were who I consider to be some of the most spiritually wise people I know…

This weekend, forced me to let go of my trials, one could perhaps call it involuntary faith. Away in the mountains, no phone, no internet… I could not DO anything to fix the problems I was facing, I had to let God do what he does so well…

Did I return to Clients that were miraculously happy, and jobs that had fixed themselves? of course not I still came home to face the struggle but since i had begun “hearing the word of God” my faith was restored, now past the birthday rush, I am still dealing with some of those issues but praise God he is using me for HIS purposes, when I accepted the life that was his and he died the death that was mine i relinquished my rights to this world. Job understood that in 13:15 when he said of God “Though he slay me, yet will i trust him” this is true dicipleship, nobody told Job why he was suffering in fact the only people who offered any hypothesis at all said you must have done something REAL bad for God to hate you this much… little did they know the Great controversy being played out before them.

I believe God allowed me to go through that trouble for multiple reasons, but not least of which, to qualify me to write you this very email, and for that I Praise Him.

You discussed freewill, and I will go deeper into that shortly, but first I would like to say this, while God will not force you to do what you do not want to, if you ask him to shape your will, he is faithful to do so.

I totally understand your reasoning about “Everything happens for a reason” being a logical fallacy, however, while that does hold a certain amount of philosophical water, if you consider the nature of God I believe it can be logically explained;

God, being the personification of Love(1John4:8), has indeed given us free choice, applying it to the Job opportunity example you provided, I think your viewpoint perhaps underestimated the omniscience of God, if you are submitting your life to God and he knows the job which he has prepared for you, where you will be most productive for him, with unlimited foresight wouldn’t it be reasonable to theorize that in the months and perhaps years leading up to your application he guided the correct HR officer into that position who will appreciate the unique skillset you would be bringing? simultaneously preparing you and shaping your experience for the upcoming opportunity? is he removing anyones freewill? no, but intimately knowing the the innermost recesses of every soul ever created would allow him to maneuver you safely through your life, being the loving interventionist that he is, without ever once bending the will of an unwilling soul.

Your personal experience, pleading with God and the betrayal of those close to you, is not something that I would even attempt to decipher as i do not have all the details, much less am I wise enough to explain God’s motives, all I can offer there is my own experience, the most recent part of which, I detailed in the first portion of this email, I have felt forsaken, but if the Bible is correct, the guarantee that I am not (and will never be) forsaken is that Jesus was.

Those feelings were exactly that… feelings, Chemical rushes, the reality never changed, only my perception, I am reminded of Jeremiah 29:11-13 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart”

I am by no means calling the sincerity of your prayer into question but I would suggest that you have been going through the spiritual desert and you are not yet finished seeking him.

In your email, you asked for advice, I have no qualification to do so aside from being a fellow brother in Christ… but if I could suggest anything it would be to give God the benefit of the doubt, take him at his word in Jeremiah, seek for him like hidden treasure, I guarantee your faith will be restored.

In Ephesians 6 where Paul writes about putting on the full armour of God, I believe there is a reason Faith is linked to the shield… if you use your faith to keep discouragement at bay, it will give our faulty human logic time enough to see the hand of God working in our lives.

Remember, God does not ask us to have “Blind” faith at the beginning of our walk with him, we have the experience of others and indeed those in the Bible to give us courage until we have an experience of our own to hold on to.

I have so many more avenues to go down, but I think I have probably said enough for this particular email. I promise my next email will find you in a much more timely manner.

I very much look forward to hearing back from you. I won’t be offended if you disagree with me, I just hope I have at least provided you with a slightly different way to view things.

Lately I have been seeking for something, anything at all to lead me back to God. I have missed my faith, and I have done things that I am not proud of. Your words were extremely encouraging. I can’t say that they will restore my faith overnight, but at least they give me something to think about. It is strange how I came by your blog by “accident” because I have been seeking answers from those who are close to me and no one has come as close as you did to say something that would make me consider opening my heart again. In my life I have labored for the Lord with joy in my heart but this is the first time anyone has ever blessed me by those words “You are the reason Jesus in now back in my heart” I am deeply humbled by this, and pray that you all be able to experience the Almighty hand of God use you as an instrument for His Glory.

I sit here with somewhat of a headache.  My belly is full and my mind is bursting to the seams, but still my head is not 100%, not even 60%. Why ? What could be the reason for this mild annoyance ? Thoughts and concerns pass through my mind that it may be what I have not done or may be it could be what I should be doing that is making the mind nail’s scratch my skull’s lining. Hrmmm well who knows ? Not I.

This morning I woke up with a serious “must-be-answered” question and I was shocked. I guess I should be the next Kinsey. I am fascinated about sex statistics. People these days are so promiscuous that makes me sick and fascinated. I know there is nothing wrong on a personal level but then again, if you take this as the big picture, you all have individualistic mindsets. But then, that would explain the world conditions today…

… Well, I guess that explains it!! HA!

Maybe if you’re committed to ideologies of common good, you’re less likely to be promiscuous than others who couldn’t care less about anything in life. So right.

His Parents 

Allison called while I was having lunch at the EduVision conference at the Rose Hall Resort in Montego Bay. I learned that Antonio did not go to court on Monday but went to the Child Development Agency (CDA) instead. His parents were there too. 

Hallelujah!

There are two parents alive and according to what I heard indirectly, ”they look well.” Sources told me that he would be going back to St. Joseph’s after leaving the CDA. I also heard that Antonio and his parents had a meal together.

Hallelujah!  

I thought about all the reasons why he would return to St. Joseph’s after meeting his parents again. I am sure the CDA knows best.

God, be with the mother at this time! Be with father, dear God. I pray for healing dear God and that you will make a way for this family. I pray for healing in the mighty name of Jesus. Hallelujah!      

I received a call from Antonio around 1:48 pm just after I returned to the Hanover Room to charge my cell phone. He verified what I had heard before. He was going back to St. Joseph’s that night. He said that there was a lady from the CDA who was working with them. He did not know her name.

I sat down in the lonely Hanover room and reflected on my life again. I thought about my children and then I gave thanks to Almighty God. 

As I placed the cell phone away in my purse, I remembered the woman who came over to talk to me after my presentation on “Seeds of Insight.” She said she would never forget me. She smiled with contentment as if she knew what my life was all about. 

“Have you read the ‘Secret?’ “ 

“No…not really…and you know what? I do not need to.”

I noticed that she had a bounded letter size document in her hand. I could tell that it was read many times as the pages and the plastic protector cover seemed worn.   

She smiled again, “You are right. You do not need to read it.”

I later found out that the lady is a nurse at a college in Middlesex County. I gave her my contact information and told her to take good care of my boy who is there as a freshman.  

I asked myself who sent the other woman in brown over to see me. She did not get a chance to hear my presentation but she came in as if on a mission and wanted to talk to me. She was looking for answers and I knew it. I held her hands and told her that there was a reason why she did not hear my presentation directly. It was the will of the Universe for her to enter the room when she did so that we could talk in a quiet environment.

I prayed for the other woman in red who stood there after the presentation as if she was in a trance. I knew she wanted to talk but she was not ready. She knew what I was talking about and what I hoped to achieve with “Seeds of Insight.”

 All I needed was thirty minutes to present my case. The Universe changed the conference programme around and shifted my presentation from a health focus to that of “affordable new technologies.” The mathematics professor from Connecticut, who presented just before I did, returned to the room, sat down and listened. He did not have to say a word. I knew I reached him. He is now another seed.       

The Challenge

When I came home I was drained but I was certain that something was happening. I took a shower and went to bed. I was just too tired to even think…the positive energies had battled with the negative ones and once again they were victorious.  I woke up at about 1:00 am and sent a brief e-message to Kennesaw and entered a post on my Facebook page.

I am now ready for the challenge!

An e-mail from a very wise man 

There was an e-mail waiting for me that was not opened until the wee hours of the morning. It was from a man I met recently. He was concerned about the following:

*              “Does Antonio know what it means to be made a ward of the state?”

*              “Will the judge have a completed social enquiry on Antonio today in court?”

*              “There are clear admission guidelines at the —– Children’s Home. All admissions must be wards of the state. The CDA placement officer makes recommendation for placement; and must inform the home at least one month before placement can take effect.”

The man said that he ”cannot make admissions in conjunction with concerned citizens; there is a process.”
  

I told him that I understood.

Omnia: i lavoratori e presidiano la sede “lucchettata”

«Con la presente, Le comunichiamo che a decorrere dal 16 novembre 2009, Ella è dispensata dal prestare la propria opera e dal presentarsi presso la sede Omnia Service Center di Ivrea in via Montenavale 1, con corresponsione della normale retribuzione».

E´ questo il testo della “dispensa dalla presenza in azienda” che si sono visti recapitare (come raccomandata) i dipendenti eporediesi di Omnia alla fine della scorsa settimana.

Ma quella che sembrava già una mossa di chiusura alle trattative da parte aziendale, era in effetti solo una parte di una azione ancora più netta: infatti i lavoratori che ieri, nonostante la raccomandata, hanno deciso di recarsi ugualmente nei loro uffici hanno trovato le porte chiuse con dei lucchetti: «In pratica una serrata dell´azienda» è stato il commento di Lino Malerba di Fiom Cgil.

Già sabato scorso Luca Basilicata, uno dei destinatari della “dispensa”, a nome anche dei colleghi aveva girato il testo della missiva aziendale agli organi di stampa, preannunciando: «Da lunedì ci mobiliteremo e ogni giorno organizzeremo in città qualcosa di diverso. Se entro il 15 dicembre non ci sarà una soluzione… preparatevi a grosse sorprese».

E la prima iniziativa è scaturita spontanea di fronte a quelle porte bloccate: i dipendenti Omnia hanno immediatamente dato vita a un presidio proprio di fronte a quei lucchetti.

«Abbiamo immediatamente fatto presente all´azienda che il suo atteggiamento era inaccettabile – ha raccontato Malerba -, anche perché all´interno dei locali erano rimasti gli effetti personali delle persone che vi lavoravano.
Verso le 14 un incaricato aziendale è arrivato da Torino per aprire le porte. E i dipendenti, una volta entrati in quelli che erano i loro uffici, hanno deciso di non uscire più e dare immediatamente il via a un´assemblea permanente.

Sul fronte della vertenza sindacale, intanto, due sono le direttrici d’azione. Da una parte ci sono le iniziative dei lavoratori eporediesi che già oggi, verso le 9.30, si ritroveranno sotto il palazzo della Provincia di Torino in via Maria Vittoria per un presidio in contemporanea all´incontro tra l’assessore alle attività produttive Carlo Chiama e i sindacati.

A questo proposito è utile ricordare come in più occasioni i lavoratori abbiano tenuto a ricordare alla Provincia le proprie responsabilità in questa crisi. Nel messaggio di posta elettronica inviato lo scorso sabato Basilicata scrive: «Ovviamente stiamo ancora aspettando che la Provincia si faccia carico di noi 38 dipendenti, visto che è responsabile di questo danno. Ricordo a tutti il fallimento del Polo della Pubblica Amministrazione. (noi dovevamo fare parte di quel progetto). E come sempre accade in Italia, i danni della Politica li paghiamo sempre e solo noi».

Sul versante nazionale, intanto ieri si è svolto al ministero dello sviluppo economico un nuovo incontro tra sindacati e vertici aziendali. Ma durante questa ennesima riunione non si è ancora arrivati ad avere indicazioni chiare sul futuro dell´azienda. I sindacati lamentano come non sia ancora chiaro se vi sarà una ricapitalizzazione o meno. «Qui abbiamo la vertenza per i licenziamenti alla sede di Ivrea – è stato il commento di Malerba -, ma il vero rischio è che tutta l´azienda alla fine faccia il “botto”!».

L´unica novità emersa è che Omnia Service Center sarebbe nuovamente passata di mano. Dopo la cessione di qualche mese fa, con l´acquisto da parte di dirigenti Omnia, sarebbe ora diventata proprietà di Voicity, una Holding che dovrebbe procedere alla ricapitalizzazione grazie a un socio finanziario, la East Investment. Ma le modalità e le tempistiche non sono ancora chiare.

Proprio in ragione di queste novità nel livello nazionale della crisi i sindacati locali avrebbero chiesto all´azienda la sospensione della mobilità, ma nessuna risposta è per ora giunta.

«Dopo la lettera di dispensa dal lavoro – ci scrive Luca Basilicata -, ecco l’ennesima “porcata” che ha fatto l’Azienda Omnia Service center nei nostri confronti. All’Ingresso della porta principale della sede hanno pensato bene di mettere due luchetti da bicicletta per evitare che noi “poveri dipendenti” andassimo a rubare i computer “da quattro soldi” che occupano le nostre
scrivanie».

«Dopo numerosi solleciti – continua Basilicata -(compresa la telefonata che ha fatto il Sindaco di Ivrea davanti a noi dipendenti) si presenta verso le 12 tale Yvette Rechichi, responsabile del personale di Torino/Ivrea per rimuovere
i lucchetti dall’ingresso principale»

All’indomani della manifestazione a Roma sotto palazzo chigi, si
evince che verra’ fissato l’ennesimo incontro senza risolvere
nell’immediato la situazione che sta’ gravando su migliaia di persone.
Vorrei raccontarvi la nostra storia con l’aiuto dei vari articoli
ritrovati sui blog, visto che a quanto pare, siamo i nuovi fantasmi, il
governo dice che la crisi è ormai superata e guardacaso le reti
mediaset non danno risalto come dovrebbero alla nostra GRAVISSIMA
situazione.

La società Phonetika nasce a Novara nella lungimirante (?) mente del
Dr. Fabrizio Cazzago da Barengo,
che dottore poi non è, in quanto semplice geometra, nel 2002 nella
città di Novara.
Circa 300 operatori affollano un call-center multiservizio situato
quasi nel centro dell’ importante capoluogo piemontese.
Nel giro di pochi anni, Phonemedia, questo il nome successivamente
dato all’ azienda novarese, diventa un giro d’ affari di svariati
milioni.Riportiamo dal sito ufficiale :

In particolar modo ha sviluppato un “centre of excellence”, basato su

Circa 5200 lavoratori solo sul terrritorio italiano sparsi nelle sedi
di : Novara, Trino Vercellese, Biella, Monza, Bologna, Casalecchio di
Reno, Pistoia, Bitritto, Bari, Catanzaro, Vibo Valentia e Trapani,
senza contare quelle in Argentina ed Albania e Romania.

“BELLEZZA” DI QUEST’AZIENDA DI QUANTO SIAMO FORTUNATI; IN PARTICOLARE A
PISTOIA (PARLO PER ESPERIENZA PERSONALE) SI PRESENTA VERSO INIZI 2008
TALE SIG FABRIZIO CAZZAGO ACCOMPAGNATO DALL’INSEPARABILE SIG.RA
BONIPERTI PER MOSTRARCI POI UN VIDEO SULLE “FRECCE TRICOLORE”; TALE
SIG. CAZZAGO CI PARLA DI QUANTO SIANO PERFETTI IN VOLO, ED è QUELLO CHE
IN BUONA SOSTANZA PRETENDEREBBE DA NOI COME SQUADRA: DARE RISULTATI
PRECISI E OTTIMALI. PECCATO MANCHINO TOTALMENTE GLI STRUMENTI…..

La clientela Phonemedia abbraccia tutto il panorama industriale
italiano, dal settore informatico e tlc a quello alimentare, dall’
energetico al bene di consumo. Telecom Italia, Enel, TIM, Wind, H3G,
Vodafone, Avon, pagine bianche senza tralasciare le grosse commesse per
gli enti pubblici per la fornitura di servizi inbound di prenotazione
e/o consulto per la Regione Piemonte ed alcune A.S.L. piemontesi.
Già chi di finanza capisce poco si chiedeva come mai, a metà del
2008, in piena e profondissima crisi finanziaria
in tutto il mondo, il gruppo non solo non attuasse politiche
conservative ma addirittura continuasse nell’ accaparramento di aziende
affini e nella trasformazione dei contratti in essere di tipo
collaborativo o precario in genere a contratti a tempo indeterminato
(accaparramento selvaggio di fondi regionali POR ed europei e di
incentivi all’ assunzione).
Ci si chiedeva come avrebbe potuto far fronte l’ azienda alla crisi
mondiale incrementando, paradossalmente e spropositatamente, il libro-
paga.
Ed infatti, ecco che le fondamenta cominciano a scricchiolare.
Nonostante il trattamento da nuovi schiavi del 2000 sopportato dai
“produttivissimi”
lavoratori attuato dai vertici societari attraverso vessazioni,
ricatti, mobbing e veri e propri lavaggi del cervello, la società entra
in crisi. Senza però, si badi bene, dichiarare mai apertamente lo stato
di crisi.
Senza mai proporre ai propri collaboratori “contratti di solidarietà”
e strumenti analoghi volti alla salvaguardia della sopravvivenza stessa
dell’ azienda.

La solfa è sempre la stessa…i clienti pagano con ritardo,
quando pagano…le commesse sono basse e sempre insufficienti…vengono
spesso scaricate le responsabilità sui lavoratori improduttivi
(ovviamente inquadrati a livelli scarsi rispetto alle mansioni
effettive secondo il ccnl telecomunicazioni che gia’ di per se è uno
dei peggior contratti lavorativi aggiungo io)e sul personale preposto
alla loro schiavizzazione, poco convincente nei metodi, a detta dei
vertici che non ne facevano mistero alcuno nelle riunioni-farsa di
tutto il 2009,
poco persuasivo e scarsamente trascinante nei confronti dei propri
sottoposti nel coinvolgimento degli operatori e la responsabilizzazione
verso il raggiungimento di un unico obiettivo : la produttività.

Belle chiacchiere, belle parole, nobili intenti. Solo sulla carta,
come vedremo.

In conclusione, l’ azienda inizia nel dicembre 2008 a pagare gli
stipendi in due tranches separate, dovrebbe essere stato una il 10 e l’
altra il 20 di ogni mese; in realta’ queste 2 scadenze non vengono
rispettate, Le tredicesime del 2008 arrivano circa con un mese di
ritardo e manca totalmente la comunicazione fra azienda/sindacati e
lavoratori.
Insomma, la solita tiritera vista e rivista con Omnia e gli altri
scandali citati. Nel corso dei mesi durante tutto il 2009 la situazione
non migliora. Seguono le riunioni farsa dei vertici aziendali con le
consuete reprimende verso i tutor, i supervisori, i call-center manager
rei di scarsa collaborazione e scarso spirito di persuasione verso gli
operatori (potevano a questo punto dotarli di catene e fruste per
completare la schiavizzazione !) e le famose tranches di stipendio
arrivano non più il 10 ed il 20, ma in date casuali, con ritardi a
volte preoccupanti anche di 10 giorni. La preoccupazione aumenta ma la
dirigenza ostenta sicurezza e proclama piani di rinascita.
Controcorrente e, forse ora, alla luce dei fatti.
RIPORTA IL SIG CAZZAGO: “Phonemedia è un’ azienda solida, con molto
lavoro, eccellenti commesse. Però i clienti non pagano…le banche non ci
fanno più credito sulle fatture creditizie…non c’è liquidità ed è
totalmente inutile scioperare o protestare…in questo momento chiedo la
massima collaborazione a tutti i dipendenti, sia dal punto di vista
produttivo, sul quale non dobbiamo assolutamente abbassare la guardia
e, anzi, migliorare le rese, sia dal punto di vista della comprensione
nei confronti di una dirigenza che stà facendo di tutto, e farà di
tutto, affinchè la società e tutti i suoi dipendenti possano uscire
quanto prima da questo periodo di depressione”

E POI? UN GIOCO DI SCATOLE CINESI, SCOPRIAMO CHE ANSWERS SPA FA CAPO
PMC SRL (CAPITALE SOCIALE 20.000 EURO DI CUI VERSATI 10.000)CHE FA CAPO
A TPMC EUROPE SA IN LUSSEMBURGO……

E’ l’ ennesima buffonata…il Padrone ha già deciso la sorte della sua
azienda che, sull’ orlo del baratro, porterebbe grossi guai finanziari
al suo inventore, che millanta crediti per 25 milioni di commesse non
ancora incassate. E probabilmente ci sarebbe anche da credergli
riguardo ai crediti. Non altrettanto sugli intenti di rilancio
industriale e sulle dichiarazioni di amore verso la sua creatura e le
oltre cinquemila persone che, col loro lavoro, gli hanno permesso l’
acquisto del villone svizzero e le svariate auto di lusso di proprietà
con le quali è solito farsi vedere in Novara. Infatti, da perfetto
finanziere all’ italiana dell’ ultimo ventennio chi glie lo fa fare a
tirare la cinghia (la SUA cinghia, sicuramente griffata …), a correre
ed affannarsi per ottenere finanziamenti, nuove commesse…inoltre chi
glie lo fa fare a dannarsi per mettere in regola i sospesi che la sua
creatura ha visto crescere sempre più nei confronti degli enti
sindacali ed assistenziali, ai quali da tempo Phonemedia paga poco e
male, pur sottraendone regolarmente le competenze dalle buste paga
degli ignari lavoratori…infine chi glie lo fa fare a sbattersi per
reperire i fondi necessari ai TFR dei dipendenti, anche questi ultimi
in molti casi detratti dalle buste paga e mai versati, soprattutto
quelli dei lavoratori che hanno sottoscritto fondi e fondini come il
Telemaco, il fondo specifico per i lavoratori italiani delle
telecomunicazioni. Infine ma sì…ma chi glie lo fa fare a rischiare un
processo per bancarotta fraudolenta…e così comincia a frequentare i più
esperti bancarottieri, i più spietati venditori di fuffa ed i più
spregiudicati (spregevoli?) acquirenti di spazzatura finanziaria che
questa impazzita finanza italiana abbia mai conosciuto nella sua
miserrima storia…forse conosciuto ai tempi dell’ acquisizione di una
delle tante scatole vuote di cui era composta Omnia Network, ovvero
Omnia Call, società con sede a Motta Sant’ Anastasia, ecco apparire
ancora una volta lo spazzino dell’ immondizia finanziaria, quel
SEBASTIANO LIORI che abbiamo incontrato nelle vicende legate ai crack
Omnia, Agile ecc.ecc……..

Sì…Fabrizio Cazzago decide di mettere nelle mani della banda LIORI la
sua agonizzante Phonemedia. E lo fa consapevole di portare alla
ghigliottina quel che rimane della sua invenzione, trascinando col suo
destino migliaia di “schiavi” ormai sfruttati, stanchi ed inutili alla
sua causa. Consapevole perché appare impossibile che egli non sappia
chi è Liori. Appare incredibile che non ci sia una regia ben studiata
dietro alla cessione di Phonemedia, e di tutte le società ad essa
correlate, al Gruppo OMEGA SPA, che da mesi impazza nel mercato
finanziario raccogliendo aziende in (presunta) difficoltà ed insulti
dai lavoratori assorbiti e ridotti alla fame, che “termina” le capacità
operative con operazioni chirurgiche studiate nei minimi dettagli, che
immobilizza e tramortisce ciò che compra sotto forma di scritture
private come fa il ragno con le sue prede. Appare impossibile che
Cazzago non conoscesse la controparte acquistante. Anche perché la
realtà dei fatti inchioda il geometra di Barengo alle sue
responsabilità ed al suo dolo :

Perché infatti, nell’ incontro del 7 luglio al cospetto del Prefetto
di Novara, incontro che sancisce l’ accaparramento di un
maxifinanziamento erogato da un pool di banche egli risponde ad
esplicite domande su un’ eventuale cessione dell’ azienda che :
“Assolutamente no, la vendita dell’ azienda è categoricamente da
escludere, al massimo ci si auspica una joint-venture con qualche
grosso partner” ?

Questa è una grossissima balla. L’ ennesima e determinante nel
completare il quadro della vicenda. Infatti, dai comunicati aziendali
di fine luglio, si dichiara che il 3 luglio (quindi 4 giorni prima
della riunione in Prefettura) sia la data della cessione di Phonemedia
al gruppo Omega, ovvero sia il giorno in cui vengono siglati degli
accordi di prevendita talmente meticolosi da considerarsi una vendita
effettiva.

Perché Cazzago nega questa verità? Teme spionaggio industriale? Teme
che qualche rampante gruppo si inserisca nella trattativa per l’
acquisto del suo maleodorante cassonetto dell’ immondizia colmo di
sporcizia e cadaveri? Ma per favore…

Forse vuole ancora arraffare i fondi della regione Calabria (come da
inchiesta “why not” ricordate? 12 milioni di euro che avrebbero dovuto
coprire lo stipendio dei lavoratori della regione per 3…sì, avete
capito bene, 3 anni)…

Oppure teme reazioni da parte delle istituzioni, dell’ opinione
pubblica e dei lavoratori tutti per la cessione ad un gruppo, l’ Omega,
che già da mesi sta facendo parlare di sé in ogni dove per la
deprecabile acquisizione Agile e per il terrificante curriculum che
accompagna i suoi sedicenti dirigenti.

“Io sono l’ alfa e l’ omega, ovvero il principio e la fine” diceva
qualcuno molto più illuminato di noi. E bisogna riconoscere almeno che
i manager che hanno ideato questa tristemente nota “ditta di pulizie”
siano animati da grande sarcasmo…OMEGA come l’ ultima lettera dell’
alfabeto greco…
OMEGA come la fine…la fine di tutto.

OMEGA CHE ADESSO DICE DI NON SAPERE DEI DEBITI DI PHONEMEDIA….COME
è POSSIBILE… SE IL SIG. CAZZAGO FABRIZIO è TUTT’ORA AZIONISTA DI
MINORANZA DELLA OMEGA SPA?!?!?!?

Della gestione Omega c’è poco da dire…basta rileggere quanto scritto
per la vicenda Agile. I vertici societari, nella persona di Liori
(sempre lui!) si intravedono nella sede novarese i primi di settembre.
Immediatamente vengono sospesi i pagamenti degli stipendi, la solita
tecnica aguzzina già vista. I primi di settembre, nelle sedi del Nord
Italia, succede una cosa che definire grottesca è dir poco…vengono
accreditate per sbaglio a qualche lavoratore, nel giro di un paio di
giorni, dalla banca di Omega, entrambe le tranches relative alle
competenze di agosto. Miracolo ! Gridano i lavoratori…macchè…quei morti
di fame RECLAMANO LA RESTITUZIONE DELLA SECONDA TRANCHE, scoppia il
panico in azienda, la gente corre in banca a verificare che non sia
stata sottratta la seconda parte dello stipendio con la paura (fondata
ahinoi!) di non vederlo più…gli sventurati che hanno conti bancari in
istituti creditizi dello stesso circuito della banca erogante vedono
stornarsi dal conto metà stipendio.
Mentre a Pistoia temiamo che la ns prima tranche di agosto, non
arrivata fino alla fine di settembre-inizi ottobre 09, fosse stata
erogata x “sbaglio” ad altre sedi….intanto noi protestiamo presso il
comune, la provincia e in regione.
Noi, solo qui a Pistoia 560 operatori siamo in preda alla
disperazione, lasciati allo sbando totale, pignoramenti, sfratti,
esaurimenti nervosi ect ect….
Siamo all’ euforia paradossa. Stesse tecniche, stesso immobilismo
industriale. I vertici (sia vecchi che nuovi), latitano. Nessuno
presenta un piano industriale decente, le sedi dei call-center sono
abbandonate al loro destino. La produttività non interessa più, nessuno
fustiga più nessuno per attivare contratti o realizzare contatti utili.
Le “code” dei servizi inbound e le rese giornaliere non interessano
più. Anzi…azzerando la produttività si riuscirà al più presto dapprima
a dimostrare l’ inutilità di molti lavoratori, e quindi licenziarli, ed
in seguito si potrà continuare con l’ allegra gestione fino alla
scadenza dei termini che solleveranno i vertici dalle responsabilità
verso l’ azienda. Nel call-center di Monza, dove girano ricche
commesse, lo scandalo è davanti agli occhi di tutti. All’ atto dell’
insediamento della nuova proprietà, uno dei maggiori e più importanti
clienti, TIM, che in passato ha fatto grandi affari con la
professionalità e competenza offerta dai ragazzi di Phonemedia,
richiede all’ azienda la produzione del D.U.R.C. (Documento Unico
Regolarità Contributiva), per regolarizzare il contratto in essere.
Nessuna risposta. TIM lo richiede ancora. Niente da fare. Il cliente lo
richiede, lo richiede ancora, per un mese intero.Il documento non
arriva, e TIM si trova costretta a ritirare la commessa.
Nella sede di Pistoia , sede di servizi prettamente INBOUND, TIM
businness ed ENEL FANNO LO STESSO , richiedono questo santo benedetto D.
u.r.c….

Nelle sedi dei call-center di tutta Italia scoppia la rabbia, la
disperazione, la delusione. A Novara si assiste, a distanza
di pochi giorni, a scene di ordinaria follia e disperazione. Dapprima
una donna madre di un bimbo che non ha i soldi per sfamarlo e cinque
giorni dopo un disgraziato nelle medesime condizioni entrano negli
uffici brandendo coltellacci da cucina e puntandoli verso gli atterriti
ed incolpevoli colleghi degli uffici amministrativi e reclamando i
propri soldi. Arrivano le volanti della Polizia. Ormai siamo alla
follia più completa di un’ azienda che non c’è più.
A Pistoia inizia una “guerra fra poveri” minacce e insulti fra
lavoratori stessi, per renderci poi finalmente conto che siamo tutti
sullo stesso “Titanic”, vediamo vicine le istituzioni locali, che ci
aiutano fornendoci beni di prima necessita’.

A PISTOIA C’è OCCUPAZIONE DELLA SEDE CON ASSEMBLEA PERMANENTE, E
MENTRE IN TUTTE LE ALTRE SEDI è ARRIVATA LA PRIMA TRANCHE DI SETTEMBRE,
QUI NO….è una mossa punitiva! Addirittura non si possano piu’ avere
le busta paga, per poter intentare quantomeno un’azione legale….e
mentre Liori passa fra le varie sedi promettendo chissa’ quale futuro,
A NOI NON RIMANE ALTRO CHE SPERARE CHE QUALCUNO CI COMPRI, CHE CI
SALVI…. E CHE IL GOVERNO APRA GLI OCCHI E SI ACCORGA CHE ESISTIAMO
ANCHE NOI PHONEMEDIA-OMEGA-AGILE
