This is a somewhat simple solution to a possibly costly memory issue, in that forgetting to flick a switch/turn off a tap costs money by way of the bill, as well as costing more in terms of environmental costs.

I have found myself being far more efficient in these areas in the last little while and hardly ever forget to turn off a light when not needed, turn off a tap when brushing teeth, etc. It did however take a lot of self-discipline and I can see how stickers/post-it’s, etc, can be handy for some people.

(Sanchong) has been a lot of fun. Our area also includes Lugang and Wugu. The explanation of Sanchon

(Sanchong) has been a lot of fun. Our area also includes Lugang and Wugu.

The explanation of Sanchong’s name for Mom:
“Three Repeats.” I’m not sure what it is three repeats of, but apparently there is also a “Two Repeats” somewhere. Apparently Sister Lu who was here before me complained once in the presence of the ward mission leader that she had been gaining weight here. He told her that “Sanchong” was really “Sanzhong.” The character “chong” means “repeat” but can also be pronounced “zhong” and mean “heavy.” So he said it means san ge (three) zhong zhong zhong. Isn’t Chinese fun?

Anyway, Sanchong is like the pot at the end of the rainbow–full of gold. There are people just waiting to be invited for baptism, and plenty more just waiting to run into the missionaries and be invited to learn. Sister Beus is a capable and intelligent missionary. She is cute and loving. I think we’re a good balance for each other.

Yesterday we met with Cynthia Chen, a mom from English class. She comes to English because she wants to be able to teach her one year old son English. She is sincere and thoughtful, and is good at keeping commitments. She’s been praying and studying the Book of Mormon and has had some special experiences with the Holy Ghost. She’s starting to learn how to recognize the voice of the Spirit. She has a Buddhist background, and so was quite suprised with the Plan of Salvation yesterday, but some aspects of it really touched her heart.

She was concerned to hear that life is “a one-way ticket” as she put it, and not a cycle that we complete over and over again. She feels the urgency of finding out what is right and doing it, because as she said, “If we only have one earth life, time is precious.” She said her first thought when she heard the Plan was, “I cannot accept this.” But as soon as she thought that, another thought came to her mind, “Maybe this is right. Maybe what I’ve learned all my life it wrong. It could be true.” She said she didn’t know where those thoughts came from, but that they allowed her to feel peaceful. We knew where they came from, and told her so.

She also told us that she asked her husband how he would feel if she changed religions and he told her that he did not want her to change religions. She told us that regarding this and regarding the differences between the teachings she grew up with and the Plan of Salvation that we shared with her, “I have to do what I think is right, not what other people around me think is probably right for me. Just because I grew up thinking one thing and my family or my friends believe that way, doesn’t mean it’s right.” She’s so sincere and ready to find out her own answers. She had almost made up her mind to believe by the time she finished talking. She’s going to go home and study and pray about it. She’s open to the voice of the Spirit.

As we finished the lesson she said, “We have to have a closing prayer now.” She also fingered her copy of the Book of Mormon and said, “You can give me homework. I’ll do it.” She’s so prepared to learn. She’s willing to change. I love teaching her. I love her openness and her genuine nature.

Being a missionary is better than anything else could ever be. You should try it in whatever small way you can.

I love you.

When it comes to matters of the skin on your face, you think you have dry skin, and yet you are not

When it comes to matters of the skin on your face, you think you have dry skin, and yet you are not sure. Perhaps your skin is not very dry at all.

Perhaps only a few areas of your skin are dry and others are not. Or maybe you have a few dry areas and other places that are oilier. You are not sure how to treat it because doing one thing for all areas of your skin may have bad results on certain areas while helping others.

So what gives?

It is most likely that you have both; you have dry skin and another skin type. This mix of skin types means you have one specific skin type. Combination skin.

Ah, tricky, because not only must you find good ways of treating your dry skin, but you must also tailor your skin care regimen to normal or oily skin. Frustrating yes, but before you start stressing (as stress has never done anything good for a persons skin), take a deep breath and remember that not having overall oily skin can mean less acne outbreaks for you, and not having overall dry skin can mean less work in trying to get it to be soft and moisturized again.

The most common format for combination skin is to have an oily T zone, or the areas of your forehead, nose, and chin, and to have dry cheeks and eye areas. Take comfort in knowing at least your face is not a patchy battleground of confusing skin types and instead the areas are localized, which makes them much easier to treat.

You may even be comforted to know that your T zone is probably not as oily as a person with overall oily skin, and that your dry skin is not as bad as some people with overall dry skin.

So what do you do with this combination of dry and oily skin types? You simply have to adjust your skin care routine to accommodate for both dry skin and oily skin. There are many products out there that tailor to each skin type, or you might even be interested in looking into products that are made specifically for combination skin.

As with any skin type, there are certain things you will want to perform whether you have dry or oily skin, so find the right product for each and begin treating your skin.

Cleanser. No matter if you have oily skin or dry skin, you still want to cleanse. Make sure that your cleanser will not remove all the moisture from your face, because then your dry areas will be worse off and your oily areas will only produce more oil, thus counteracting everything you have just tried to do for your skin.

Exfoliation. Dry skin means flakes of dead skin cells that can get caught in your pores. Oily skin means dead skin cells have a better chance of getting caught in your pores. A good exfoliate will help clean your pores and keep your skin free of dead skin cells.

Moisturize. This applies mostly to your dry skin, as it will more than likely need the moisture. You can leave your oily areas out of the moisturizer loop, as they do not need it. Be sure to give you dry skin all the moisturizer it needs, and use more if necessary.

Sunscreen. Whether you have dry skin or oily skin, the sun will do damage to your skin without a sunscreen to protect it. Find a good sunscreen that both your skin types will be able to handle and be sure to put it on at least 20 minutes before heading out into the sun in order to give it time to absorb into your skin.

Anti pimple cream. Both dry skin and oily skin can be prone to the occasional pimple or two, so have a cream or other anti-pimple product on hand to help zap blemishes before they get out of control.

Dry skin can be irritating. It’s red, it’s itchy and it flakes. Sufferers know that hars

Dry skin can be irritating. It’s red, it’s itchy and it flakes. Sufferers know that harsh weather, the make-up they wear, and even the heat used in their homes and offices can irritate already problem skin.

What Causes Dry Skin?
When the skin fails to produce enough of the natural oils called sebum and lipids, the skin can’t form a protective barrier to keep irritants out and moisture in. This causes dryness.

In children, dry skin is common when their oil glands haven’t had a chance to fully mature and work properly. In adults, most dry-skin irritants come from the environment.

How To Treat Dry Skin:
Emollient therapy is an excellent way to keep the skin moist and smooth by replenishing those lost oils. The best skin-care regiment for the dry-skin sufferer includes:

-Washing affected areas daily with a non-soap cleanser. Detergents are known to dry the skin further. Stay away from products containing any type of drying agents. Never use hot water. It too dries the skin, and softly pat dry.

-Use a thick, foamy moisturizer to replenish lost oils. Slather liberally. Don’t worry if you feel greasy at first, any excess will evaporate during the day, leaving the skin feeling soft and supple.

-Reapply moisturizers throughout the day, especially to hands. They tend to dry out more quickly than other parts of the body.

-Add a small amount of emollient oil to a bath in the evening before bed. Pat dry and moisturize all dry areas.

-Treating your dry skin with a good skin-care regiment will help keep it under control, but how can sufferers prevent it in the first place?

Avoid Extreme Weather Conditions. Going from a warm office building, out into the sub-zero street, walking to work on a windy day, even skiing on a warm sunny day, can all dry out the skin. Blistering winds sap the moisture from it, leaving skin drier than ever. So do cold temperatures. Keep affected areas well moisturized throughout the day. Use thick, heavy moisturizer to ensure deep penetration. Humidifiers too, are a wonderful way to re-moisturize the air and your skin.

Avoid Chemicals and Soaps. Strong detergents, soaps, and even some perfumes can all dry out the skin. Choose more natural products whenever possible. When wearing any type of make-up start with a moisturizing foundation first.

Stop Smoking. Just another reason to quit, cigarette smoking has been found to dry out the skin, causing damage and wrinkles.

Stay Out Of The Water. Time spent in the water should be monitored carefully by the dry-skin sufferer. Excessive swimming and bathing can all lead to further damage and discomfort.

Wear Cotton. Heavy woolen clothes that do not enable the skin to breathe and may be itchy can irritate the skin further. Try cotton instead. It allows the skin more freedom to breathe, which helps contain moisture in the skin naturally.

Dry skin doesn’t have to be a bother. With some planning and care, even the driest skin can be rejuvenated for a soft and healthy look and feel.

Acne is a common inflammatory skin condition of the sebaceous glands and hair follicles, found anywh

Acne is a common inflammatory skin condition of the sebaceous glands and hair follicles, found anywhere on the body, be it temples, cheeks, forehead, neck, chin, chest and even back. Acne occurs when sebum oils clog pores that result in either blackheads or whiteheads. Whiteheads happen when the bacteria is trapped by sebum oils under the skin surface while blackheads are formed when sebum and bacteria are visible on the surface and turn black.

Acne does not restrict itself to just young people, even middle aged, old and infants can experience it. Hormonal changes during puberty, excessive intake of oily greasy food, aerated water, unhygienic living habits, excess consumption of alcohol, tea or coffee; irritable bowel syndrome, heredity or genes are few reasons for acne. Serious acne sufferers are often saddled with permanent scarring or disfiguration.

To start with, a healthy diet and exercises coupled with proper skin care routine help to alleviate acne to a large extent. Also avoid unnecessary exposure to sun, which leads to dry skin, cosmetics, which may be harmful, excessive sunburns and suntan. Severe and extreme cases of acne should be treated with the help of skin specialists or dermatologists.

If doctors and medications are not your cup of tea, turn to home remedies for curing acne.

Curative or medicinal herbs are quite mild in their effect. These herbs reduce the toxic materials and purify the bloodstream. Tea made with a fusion of herbs like burdock, yellow dock and echinacea with a dash of honey can be taken thrice a day. Alternatively you can use dandelion root and sarsaparilla with burdock to make tea.

Other home remedies and natural herbs that help lessen acne

1. Calendula and chamomile tea after cooling can be sprayed or dabbed on to the affected areas.

2. Another natural herbs remedy is a combination of yarrow, elder flowers and lavender. Wash the affected areas with this tea preparation regularly and see the results.

3. Apply diluted Tea tree oil to acne-affected areas, while for those with sensitive skin can try fresh cabbage juice.

4. Use non-oily facial products to wash your face twice a day with warm purified water.

5. Natural astringent cleansers may remove the oil buildup that blocks the pores, but they can dry the skin, make it itchy and red, so its ideal to use natural cleansers on the affected areas only.

6. Garlic helps to clear the skin of blemishes, pimples and boils. Eat raw garlic seeds once a day for a month to purify the bloodstream and keep acne at bay. Rub fresh garlic pods on and around the pimples regular.

7. Apply juice from fresh mint to the acne-affected areas every night to lessen acne.

8. Witch hazel herb with excellent astringent properties, when applied on acne at frequent intervals is very effective.

9. Apply honey and cinnamon paste to the affected area every night and wash it with warm water next day morning. Follow this ritual for a fortnight and see the difference.

10. Juice of raw papaya relives the swelling in and around the acne.

11. Pounded orange peel with water when applied to acne has been found very effective.

A good candidate for liposuction should have realistic expectations about the results of this proced

A good candidate for liposuction should have realistic expectations about the results of this procedure as well as these basic qualities: Average or slightly above-average weight, firm, elastic skin good overall health, concentrated pockets of fat that do not respond well to diet and exercise

What Do I Need To Know Before Undergoing Liposuction?
During an initial consultation your plastic surgeon will evaluated your health, assess the condition of your skin, and discuss the options that are best for you. Body contouring methods that are appropriate for your particular situation, the effectiveness and safety of the procedure, and your expectations will be discussed in detail.

Once you have decided to undergo liposuction, your plastic surgeon will give you the necessary instructions that you will need to prepare for the surgery.

How Is Liposuction Performed?
In general, liposuction procedures use small incisions in selected areas and with a high vacuum suction device attached to a small, stainless steel instrument called a cannula, remove fat cells. After the fat is removed, sutures (stitches) will be used to close the incisions, followed by the application of a dressing and compression garment (girdle) to minimize the post-operative swelling.

Are There Different Liposuction Techniques?
Though the basics of liposuction remain the same, there are different techniques that can be used during liposuction. “Tumescent Liposuction” During this technique the plastic surgeon will inject a medicated solution into the fatty areas before the fat is removed. The solution is a mixture of intravenous salt water, a local anesthetic (lidocaine) and a drug that contracts the blood vessels (epinephrine).

This fluid injection helps the fat to be removed more easily, reduces blood loss and bruising after surgery, and provides anesthesia during and after the surgery. The amount of fluid injected varies and depends on the preference of the surgeon. “Ultrasound-Assisted Lipoplasty (UAL) This technique requires the use of a special cannula that produces ultrasonic energy. As the ultrasonic energy passes through the areas of fat it causes the fat cells to liquefy. The fat is then removed with the traditional liposuction technique.

Because the fat is liquid at the time that it is removed, UAL is smoother and mechanically more efficient. UAL also minimizes trauma, resulting in less bruising and blood loss and especially improves the ease and effectiveness of liposuction in fibrous areas of the body.

What Are The Risks And Complications Of Liposuction?
Undergoing any surgical procedure may involve the risk of complications such as the effects of anesthesia, infection, swelling, bleeding, and pain. Liposuction is normally safe and with minimal risks and possible complications when patients are carefully selected, the operating facility is properly equipped, and the physician is adequately trained.

Liposuction is the most frequently performed cosmetic surgical procedure and has a very good safety record when performed in accordance with the recommendations of the Lipoplasty Society.

What Type Of Anesthesia Is Required When Having Liposuction?
Various types of anesthesia can be used for liposuction procedures. If a small of amount of fat is being removed from a limited number of areas local anesthesia with a light sedative to make you feel drowsy and relaxed may be considered. When treating larger areas, general anesthesia is typically used causing you to be asleep during the procedure. Together, you and surgeon will select the type of anesthesia that provides the most safe and effective level of comfort for your surgery.

On What Areas Of The Body Can Liposuction Be Done?
Common locations for liposuction include the chin, cheeks, neck, upper arms, abdomen, buttocks, hips, thighs, knees, calves, and ankles.

Can Liposuction Be Done On More Than One Area At The Same Time?
Liposuction can be done on more than one area at the same time if the amount of fat removed does not exceed the recommended amount within the limits of safety.

How Long Is Recovery After Liposuction?
Every person’s outcome will vary based on factors such as volume of fat cells removed and area/s of removal. Under most circumstances, liposuction is an outpatient procedure. Depending on the areas treated, most people are able to return to work within a few days to a week and to most normal activities within two to three weeks.

Immediately, after surgery, it is necessary to continuously wear a support garment for three to four weeks. Bruising, swelling and soreness can be expected for at least a few weeks.

Are The Results Of Liposuction Permanent?
Liposuction may be performed in a surgeon’s office-based facility, in an outpatient surgery center, or in a hospital. Smaller-volume liposuction is usually done on an outpatient basis for reasons of cost and convenience. If a large volume of fat will be removed, or if the liposuction is being performed in conjunction with other procedures, a stay in a hospital or overnight nursing facility may be required.

How Long Does Liposuction Take?
The time to perform liposuction may vary considerably, generally requiring between one to four hours, depending on the size of area, the amount of fat being removed, the type of anesthesia and the technique being used.

How Do I Prepare For Liposuction?
Prior to your surgical procedure, your surgeon will perform a complete health history and physical examination to evaluate your overall weight, your skin and muscle tone and overall distribution of fat deposits. Knowledge of your allergies, medications and previous surgeries should be brought to your surgeon’s attention at this time. Specific instructions to assist you in preparing for this procedure will be given to you after the health history and physical are complete.

Instructions will be given that include guidelines regarding your diet, alcohol intake, smoking and which medications to take and avoid. You should also make arrangements ahead of time for someone to drive you to and from your procedure and to assist you with your daily activities during your recovery period.

What Can I Expect After My Liposuction Procedure?
Don’t expect to feel or to look great following your surgery. Even though the newer techniques are believed to reduce post-operative discomforts, you may still experience some pain, burning, swelling, bleeding and temporary numbness. You will be wearing a snug elastic garment over the treated areas to control swelling and bruising immediately following your surgery.

You may also experience some drainage from the incisions sites for a day or two following surgery. Pain can be controlled with medicates prescribed by your plastic surgeon, though you still may feel stiff and sore for several days.

When Can I Resume My Normal Activities?
Healing following liposuction is usually gradual. You will be encouraged to start walking around as soon as possible to reduce swelling and to prevent any possible blood clot from forming in your legs. You usually are able to return to work within a few days and will begin to feel progressively better over the next two weeks.

Strenuous activity should be avoided for about a month as your body continues to heal. Although most of the swelling and bruising usually resolve in the first four to six weeks, final results of surgery may not be fully realized for six months or longer after surgery.

How Is The Cost Of Liposuction Determined?
The cost of liposuction is determined by several factors: In what geographic area do you live? Anesthesiologist and plastic surgeons fees? Where will your surgery be done, in the hospital, surgery center, or office? The number of areas requiring liposuction? An exact quote will be given at the conclusion of your consultation with a plastic surgeon following examination and evaluation.

Can I have more than one area treated at the same time?
Yes, more than one area can be injected at the same time.

Women who are considering a tattoo have some things to consider with regards not only to what the sk

Women who are considering a tattoo have some things to consider with regards not only to what the skin art will look like, but also where on the body it will be. Careful planning is needed to be sure that a feminine tattoo holds up well and continues to look good over time.

Due to normal aging and the changes that occur during pregnancy, women’s bodies are subject to more alterations in the tension and appearance of the skin in certain areas than what is common for men. You don’t want a nice, pretty, feminine tattoo in a place where it is likely to be on sagging or stretch-marked skin. Not only do potential skin changes make some areas unsuitable, tattoos can draw attention to areas that you might want to be less noticeable at some point in your life.

For this reason, I suggest that women consider areas for their tattoos that are not subject to big changes in skin elasticity and tone. The ankle, back of the neck, low back, and shoulder blade areas work well in most situations. Another area where the skin tends to stay relatively firm is the forearms, but this area is more popular for masculine as opposed to feminine tattoos.

Although popular locations for tattoos with many women, the belly-button area and the breasts are subject to considerable distortion with the changes that tend to occur with pregnancy and aging. Even the pubic area can be susceptible to loosening of the skin, or some sagging of the lower belly from above, and so these areas might be better to avoid.

Once you decide on the where, the next step is the what. To begin with, my first recommendation is to NOT get a tatoo of your lover’s name anywhere on your body. No matter how good the relationship is right now, things can change!

There are many possibilities for feminine tattoos, so choosing can be challenging. The main thing is to pick something that you really like and not let yourself get talked into something you don’t want, because that tattoo will be with you for a very long time. You really don’t want to rush this decision, so take plenty of time to research what you want.

If you are looking for an image such as a Celtic knot, a flower, or some other picture, simply keep looking until you find something that you really like. If you are considering an Asian letter or some kind of symbol, I recommend that you research it fully to be sure you know what it means. A single reference or a tattoo artist may give you incorrect information, and so instead of a symbol that means “gentle waters”, it could very well mean “puddle of urine”. The main thing is simply to be sure that you know exactly what is being permanently inked on your body.

I was surprised to find out that it was my turn to move, after all. I’m in Sanchong now, just outside of Taibei City. I’m working with Sister Beus from Logan. It has a very different feel from any of my last areas, but it looks like it will be a great area. I can’t wait to get to know the investigators and the members and see what’s been happening here.

Sister Andreasen and I had a good last week together, topped off by a real Brazilian dinner cooked by some Brazilian members. Mmmmm. Speaking of “mmmm,” as part of our weekly service, we’ve been helping one of the new members study for an English class she’s taking. We’ve been working on reading pronunciation. We went through the whole alphabet one day and have been putting letters together. She had to make notes of what she thought the sounds sounded like in Chinese. I chuckled to myself when I saw a couple of them. “M” was “xiang shiqing”–thinking about things.

We had a wonderful zone conference with Elder Watson. He’s touring Taiwan and trying to understand what’s happening in the different areas. He and his wife taught us some great things. He has such insight into the area because of his extensive work with the missionary efforts in Taiwan over his lifetime.

He taught us many things, and gave President Grimley a lot of face when he taught. He told us to increase desire by expressing gratitude to the Lord. He told us to have a “if something is going to get done, I am going to do it” attitude. Sister Watson said, “It is no longer possible to serve the Lord with only one language.”

We had a great time, and I had a lot of great last memories with the wonderful people of Xinzhu. They are sweet and good and full of love.

2 Nephi 32:9 teaches us to pray always. We must do so for when we pray always, are hearts keep open the line of communication with Heaven and we can get constant revelation and guidance throughout the day instead of waiting until the end of the day to discover what we did wrong and having to come up with course corrections.

I love you all.
Large areas can be treated in one session/treatment, such as the back and chest.
Cost-efficient and convenient.

Before Taking The Plunge

You need to talk to your physician regarding risks and benefits. More than anyone, your physician knows if laser hair removal is the one for you. Allow him to do his routine skin-tests. Offer your medical history. That can aid your physician in assessing your case. Ask all the questions you have for your peace of mind.

Another area you need to consider is your finances. Laser treatment definitely costs more than your razors and waxing. More often than not, more than one session is required to permanently remove those nasty hairs on your face and body. The more sessions you engage into, the more money you have to spend. Discuss with your physician all options and possibilities and avoid getting surprised during the procedure.

Laser hair removal may not be as time-consuming as other hair removal methods, but several sessions are required to totally get rid of unwanted hair. This means allotting time and making way for your trips to the clinic.

After thoroughly considering all these aspects, decide and take the dive.

Male Laser Hair Removal Without Pain

Something’s got to give. No medical treatments are without potential hazard. Temporary pain may be felt during and after the hair removal procedure. You may also experience swelling around the treated areas. Blistering is another side effect you have to watch out for. If you have a dark skin tone, hypo pigmentation usually occurs after treatment. All of these, however, are temporary and can be alleviated by topical creams prescribed by your physician.

Immediately after your laser treatment, you are not suppose to perspire as this would increase irritation on the treated areas. Rubbing and scrubbing the treated areas will not help at all.

You must avoid sun exposure too for several weeks. Basking under the sun will jeopardize fast healing on the treated areas.

A New You – Thanks To Laser

After all the trouble you’ve gone through, it’s time to reap the fruits of your success! Going through a laser hair removal treatment will give you a smooth, silky, hair-free body that you will love and adore.

Yesterday we had just finished lunch and decided to pick up a couple of hong dou bing (sweet treats

Yesterday we had just finished lunch and decided to pick up a couple of hong dou bing (sweet treats filled with, in this case, cream) on our way to district meeting. They weren’t quite ready when we stopped so it took a little longer than we anticipated. We grabbed them and prepared to make the five minute bike ride to the church in three so that we could be on time.

Sister Andreasen decided that she needed to eat her hong dou bing on the go so that she could get it eaten before the meeting. She held it in one hand and biked with the other. I rode in front, and off we went. After I passed the last little intersection before the church, I looked back to make sure that Sister Andreasen was still behind me. I was surprised to see her relaxing on the ground in the middle of the intersection. That’s no way to get to district meeting! I raced back to help her up.

It took her a full three minutes before she could tell me what was going on. Her smashed bike, the blue work truck with a dangling fender, and the concerned woman standing by her scooter were a good start, though. Apparently the truck had cut across her pathway and then slowed suddenly. She tried to brake fast (with hong dou bing still in her hand) but she wasn’t going to make it, so she tried to dodge around the front of the truck. Just at that moment, the truck driver decided to pick up speed again. Sister Andreasen hit the truck and ended up sprawled on the ground. She ended up with some nasty bruises, but no scrapes. Just cream all over everything–her skirt, her bag, her bike basket, and inside her brakes.

Just as we were getting up, the zone leaders called to give us a personal invitation to district meeting. I said we’d be right there, we just “had a little run-in with a truck.” They asked when we’d be there and held the meeting for us. We hurried (me)/hobbled (her) down to the the church and cleaned up in the bathroom for a few minutes. The elders had apparently not understood that I was being literal about the “run-in with the truck” because they still wanted to know why we were so late. When they finally did figure it out, they gallantly offered to take the bike to be fixed and help in any way they could. Sister Andreasen is a little sore, but has been laughing about the accident ever since.

It’s hard to remember what else has happened with the excitement of the first real accident either I or my companion has been in since I arrived.

I do remember that Sister Li, an elderly less-active sister was so touched by the 50 cent flowers we left at her house that she came to church for the first time in months. She called us and thanked us over and over. Her son told her, “Well, now you really better go to church.” So she did. We were so happy to see her there, and better yet, so were the ward members. She had a very warm welcome there.

I also remember that I have to speak in zone conference tomorrow in Chinese in front of a member of the Seventy who speaks Chinese. I also remember that I am going to be interviewed by him (along with a lot of other missionaries) and that I had better be on my best behavior.

I remember what a good job Yan Yi Hua and Wu Yu Hui (my new members) did sharing their testimonies with Liao Yi Qjng, one of our investigators.

I remember being impressed by the questions and sincerity of Lin Jiemei, a new investigator of ours, and being touched by her interactions with her special needs son.

It’s been another wonderful week. I love you.
Love,
Sister Burton

P.S. Don’t forget to write before Monday.
