Concurso de Fisicoconstructivísmo CMLL 2009 / Photo by Alejandro Islas

Por cuarta ocasión consecutiva, se celebró el concurso de Fisicoconstructivísmo del CMLL, en el cual tuvo las puertas abiertas a los aficionados. Como es costumbre, el concurso contó con cinco categorías, Pequeños Estrellas, Principiantes, Intermedios, Avanzados y Femenil. El detalle de que entró afición, fue que muchos iban con la idea de que era a base de popularidad,  pues hubo polémica en dos resultados, es aceptable que en ocasiones uno se da cuenta en los físicos, pero, los jueces saben por qué deciden y como lo mencioné, la competencia estuvo bastante cerrada. Aquí los participantes y ganadores respectivamente.

Aboriginal Australian used the term ‘almirr’ to describe a dream state where natives received songs through dreams, to them this type of dream was of little consequence -anyone could have this type of dream. Another type of dream of this aborigines is ‘almirrngantharra’ which means “seeing into the dream” this kind of dream has some portent and was prophetic in content usually signifying an omen; and a call to spiritual vigilance. The third kind of dream called ‘mawurrangantharra’ which means seeing into the spirit world describe an altered state of consciousness in which a succession of images an ideas present themselves in the mind. This latter kind of dream the west termed lucid dreaming whereby the dreamer is recognized to be deaf and having left the world; realm of human existence yet not conquered in absence but to an extent aware and in control possessing his spirit completely.

BINAURAL BEATS IN LUCID DREAMING

Pulsing , reverberating, vibrating and throbbing are all linked to the somatic effective of sound particularly thru percussion instrument. it is not surprising then that the effect of vibration especially if employed with a regularly paced beat will bring about sensation in listeners.

the binaural beats is a sensory information stimulus that provides potential consciousness altering information to the reticular-thalamic activating system which in turn alters arousal state attention focus and level of awareness. The sensation of hearing binaural beats occurs when two coherent sounds of nearly similar frequencies are presented, one to each ear, and the brain detects phase differences between these sounds.

The binaural beats can be used to enhance meditation, relaxation and pain management and to reduce stress. integrated with other sensory information techniques, binaural beats can expand consciousness and enhance intuition, remote viewing, telepathy and out of body experiences.

HOW BINAURAL BEATS INDUCE LUCID DREAMING
This technology of using binaural beats to induce altered state was developed by the monroe institute founded by Robert monroe, he called this technology Hemi-sync, using stereo headphones or speakers to deliver for example a sound  of 300hz into one ears and 309hz into the other ear. The brain integrates the two signals, producing a sensation of a third sound called the binaural beat. the brain waves entrain or lock onto and follow the 30hz signal that is perceived in the bone structure of the inner ears, causing the brain state to shift into high alpha or even theta brain state that are used for enhancing creativity and lucid dreaming.
There are yet other phenomenon where the brain wave patterns go from 40 to as high as 100hz or more known as gamma brain waves with the significant high range being hyper-gamma. These are characterized by experiences of bringing information from all senses together for a higher level awareness of unity as seen during shamanic and mystical experiences. There are even ecstatic states of consciousness recorded at frequency 200hz called lambda brain wave state.

At first look Allods Online looks to be just another fantasy MMORPG, but looks can be deceiving. �Allods is fantasy sci-fi mix reminiscent of Final Fantasy VII. �There are 6 races in the game which are split into two warring factions. �On one side you have The Leauge (good guys) and the other, The Empire (bad guys). �Each side has three races you can select from, most being the common races that you would find in any fantasy MMORPG. �The 6 races are split into 8 archetypes and 28 classes.

Starting off with The League, you have Kanians (Humans), Elves and Gibberlings. � If you ever played any MMORPG, then you already have a good idea of what the human and elven races can do. �The Gibberlings however are these small cute, furry animals that remind me of Snaft from Thundercats. �Gibberlings are stealthy, tricky and quick creatures which sounds like they would be fun to play.

On the other side, The Empire, you have Xadaganians (humans), Orcs and Arisen. Again, I’m sure you are already familiar with the human and orc races so I’ll just skip them and go straight to the Arisen. �The Arisen are undead beings that have dedicated themselves to science and technology. �Because of this the Arisen are sorta like the Borg in Star Trek having combined their bodies with technology.

Ideally everyone would have their own private altar, a sacred space which could be used as the focal point of prayer and meditation. However, sometimes circumstances prevent this from happening: lack of space, lack of privacy, money, etc. However, it is important to remember that the tools and physical objects we use in ritual are symbolic. They help, but in the end are unnecessary.

If you find you are in need of your own sacred space, consider building one as a mental construct. In this way, you’ll only need a private place to meditate, and good visualization skills.

Start by practicing visualization. When you see sometihing – a color, a shape, an object – close your eyes and try to reproduce it as accurately as possible. This may be difficult, but with practice, you will improve. Continue on with sounds, scents, textures, even tastes, until you feel comfortable enough to move on.

Now it is necessary to decide what you want your sacred space to look like. This may depend on your spiritual path, as well as your own personal tastes. It does not have to be an ancient building with pillars and statues. It can be an office building, a place you remember from your childhood, a clearing in the woods, anywhere.

Set aside a time each day, say a half hour, when you will not be disturbed (say before bed, or even while you are in bed, if you feel comfortable meditating in a lying down postion without falling asleep). Close your eyes and imagine yourself decending a long staircase, lower and lower, until you reach your space. What do you see? What colors are there? What does it smell like? What textures do you feel?

Have your altar set up in the center of the space. What items are on it? Statues? Candles? Pictures of loved ones? Ritual tools? Remember to bless and consecrate each of the items you will be using on a regular basis.

Once your space is set up, you are free to use it as you wish. Talk with your spirit guides, loved ones that have passed on, with God him/herself. Clear away negativity. Work though issues in your daily life.

When you are ready to return, walk back up the staircase. When you reach the top, open your eyes.

If you need to, draw a map or diagram of your space to help you visualize. Alternatively, if you have a physical space but travel away from it often, memorize it so that you can return to it when you need to.

Okay, so lately everyone has been just highly annoying with the whole New Moon garbage that is apparently playing on this rainy day.

I mean seriously, this is a very tenny-bopper movie, females ages 15-40 are hopped up on this crap, why? This is more annoying than a baby whining loudly in your ear at a restaurant. Kids, if you want something worthwhile with vampires, go watch True Blood, at least there’s good stuff there, Twilight is like the Harry Potter of the vampire world obviously and Harry fails too.

Save your money twinkletoes and go watch something worthwhile .

Good news in the fact that I will be recording a band full of really cool guys who have a sound similar to Alice in Chains which is one of my all time favorite bands ^_^.

It seems I will have Arlyn studios to myself for a weekend since everyone else will be gone for thanksgiving and we can hopefully record this album in a day! I know these guys can do it as do they. We all share the same views for how this album should sound and what needs to happen in order for that to flourish which is a great thing in the studio world, everyone must have a goal and must be willing to work together to achieve a great product and have a great time creating the product.

Nov 28th and 29th are the scheduled days for our sessions, the plan goes as follows:

Track all drums, guitars and bass

29th:

Track vocals and do overdubs if necessary

After that is all said and done, I will begin mixing everything and will hope for a great outcome. I will keep you all posted.

Logo na introdução me deparei com uma definição  que traduz e reforça a minha convicção que a escolha de um nome é um verdadeiro insight, vejam um trecho:

Nedávno jsem se zamyslela nad tím, do jaké míry můj život ovlivňuje strach. Uvědomuji si ho v mnoha nebezpečných situacích: když na mě zavrčí cizí pes, před zkouškou, před návštěvou zubaře nebo na dálnici v nebezpečné situaci.

Ale strach mě provází i v mnohem subtilnější formě, kterou si často ani neuvědomuji: strach ze zranění nebo nemoci, strach z trapasu, ponížení nebo urážky. Strach z toho, co bude (kdo ví?)…
Jako chameleon mění svojí tvář: pochyby, nejistota, sebejistota, stud… a každým dnem znovu a znovu…. mi bere chuť do života…. a nedá se setřást a nedá…

V každém případě jsem jednoho dne poznala, že mě má můj strach pěkně pod kontrolou. A tak jsem se za ním vydala. Můj duchovní průvodce – jednorožec Aaron (poznala jsem ho skrz Tinu ) už na mě čekal a hrozně se šklebil. Vůbec jsem tomu nerozuměla: „ Vždyť mi jde o život a ty se na mě řehtáš?“ Cítila jsem se hrozně. Aaron mě popadl a letěli jsme. (Jinak bych asi seděla ještě dnes). Okamžitě jsme se vznesli a vlétli jsme do husté mlhy. Bylo tam úplné ticho. Jediné co jsem mohla vidět, byl mladý muž, který se na mě upřeně díval, a který mě magicky přitahoval. Nemohla jsem z něj spustit oči. „Jasně, tebe přece znám, kdyby ses mi tu svlíknul, vím přesně, kde máš mateřská znamínka…“, myslela jsem si. Cítila jsem k němu velkou citovou vazbu. Dovolil mi, abych si na něj sáhla. Neváhala jsem. Byl zcela reálný. Líbil se mi. Samozřejmě jsem se ho zeptala, kdo že on je…
S úsměvem mi odpověděl: „Já jsem tvůj STRACH.“ Šok. Všechno, ale jen ne tohle. V tom okamžiku jsem chtěla utéct, jedno kam, ale hlavně hodně daleko. Nešlo to. Můj strach mě držel pevně ve své moci. Byly to hrozné okamžiky.
Aaron mi pošeptal, abych se mu podívala do očí. Povedlo se mi to a můj strach znejistěl. Začal mě přemlouvat abych se na něj tak nekoukala a radši si ho vzala. A v tom okamžiku jsem to pochopila: „Je to falešňák, on to na mě hraje!“ A potom mi ještě řekl, abych ho radši zase pustila do mě, do mého těla. Pochopila jsem. Nedovolila jsem mu to a on zmizel. Věděla jsem, že tu ještě někde je. Mlha zhoustla, byla všude tma a já jsem v té tmě viděla scény z mého života: když můj táta zemřel, moje zranění, mojí maturitu, prostě okamžiky, ve kterých byl strach mojím průvodcem. A ještě jedno poznání: můj strach vždycky všechno zamlžil, abych nemohla nic vidět.
Aaron mi poradil, abych se koncentrovala na mé srdce. To začalo vyzařovat – svítit. Ta energie byla zeleno-modrá. A tohle světlo prozářilo tu mlhu. Byl to dost silný pocit. Zážitek. Ukazovalo mi cestu ven – cestu zpátky. Aaron mě popoháněl, postrkoval dopředu. Strach šel za mnou, cítila jsem ho. Ale už jsem neměla strach. Věděla jsem, že dokud mě vede mé srdce, tak se neztratím.

Ano, ano a jsem zase na začátku: světlo a láska mého srdce.

Nazpátky jsem se vrátila dost unavená, Aaron mě vysadil na našem obvyklém místě. Poděkovala jsem mu, bylo a je mi dobře. Díky.

Hace 2 días comentábamos un manifiesto independentista del año 2000. Ahora toca recoger el documento de análisis realizado por Adrián y que ha generado una interesante polémica en internet. Este texto parte de la idea de reconstruir el tejido del Movimiento de Liberación Nacional de Aragón, en base a sensaciones que demostrarían una consolidación del mismo, y cuyo ejemplo próximo sería la más que probable unión de las dos organizaciones juveniles (Astral y Chobenalla). Se insiste en el peso determinante de la juventud a la hora de liderar la revolución (habla de Cuba, “Mayo del 68″, etc.), relacionando este hecho con el papel de la misma en Euskal Herria y los Països Catalans (sic). De forma acertada el propio autor expone como es la propia Chobenalla la generadora del movimiento actual, aunque en parte confunde esa parte con el todo, cuando habla de derrumbe del mismo a raíz del proceso de expulsión de CHA. Ese momento, marca un antes y un después, aunque Adrián equivoca fechas, CHA se convirtió en un partido más del sistema en 2001, en la asamblea que permite llegar al poder a la pareja José Antonio Acero y Gonzalo Orna. CHA albergó independentistas pero nunca llegó a serlo. Luego pasamos a Astral, con una historia más corta en el tiempo, pero que le ha llevado también por derroteros similares (desvinculación de Estado Aragonés).

Tras la apuesta ilusionante por unir ambos colectivos, se traslada a analizar el papel del BIC. Aquí cuestiona su función de bloque, no por los colectivos que permanecen, sino por los que pasaron. En el texto se valora la lucha del BIC, sobre todo en Zaragoza. Sigue con la disección cogiendo al tridente del Bloque (A Enrestida, Puyalón y Chobenalla) y alabando su labor activista. También empondera la labor del SOA como verdadero sindicato de clase. O el trabajo de los colectivos estudiantiles UCA y ChERA. La loa continúa con movimientos no políticos, plataformas de variado tipo, etc. Al final, la propuesta marxista-leninista recoge frases y objetivos, unos más acertados que otros pero sin justificación previa, por lo menos leyendo todo lo anterior. Un texto interesante, que analiza algo (aunque faltaría más perspectiva), sintetiza bastante y soluciona poco a corto plazo. Pero la intención es buena.

Por fin la cantante mexicana Fey a confirmado las fechas de su tour “dulce tentacion 2009 – 2010″ iniciando los conciertos en Argentina en el teatro Astral los dias 9 y 10 de diciembre, los boletos ya estan a la venta. I passed through the vibratory prelude to an out-of-body experience (OOBE) and drifted up from the mattress. But then I sank down under the bed and stayed there, content to lie drowsily, staring at the fluff-bunnies and dried-up tissues.

Even as I experienced this, there was a faint awareness it wasn’t what it seemed. The OOBE vibrations had been only a simulacrum; they had had none of the jarring viciousness of the real thing, in all its tooth-jangling violence. And if I was truly lucid, then why was I content just to lie there with my nose in the dust?

No. This was merely a standard dream after all – perhaps on the verge of becoming lucid, but standard nonetheless. My body wanted sleep, and it had fobbed off the psychonaut part of me with a shoddy simulacrum of the lucid state. The psychonaut was fooled into thinking it was going somewhere; meanwhile, the body snatched a sneaky forty winks.

Some practitioners might have chalked this up as an OOBE success. To judge from their accounts in mass market books on lucid dreaming, I suspect that many would. It’s all too easy to have a standard dream about having a lucid dream, but this is not a lucid dream. And it’s also possible to have a lucid dream about having an OOBE, but this is not an OOBE.

It seems to me that practitioners of these arts demonstrate greater skill by admitting and learning to tell the difference between the real and fake versions of these states, rather than trying to pass everything off as ‘true’. There are all kinds of states available to us when we practice, but we gain the deepest insights of all from grasping their intrinsic nature. By this route we arrive at an understanding of the structure of human experience. This is not to be gained by accepting at face value what is merely the content of an experience.

Yet there’s nothing wrong or inferior about a standard dream, when considered in relation to a lucid dream or OOBE. In magical practice, a standard dream can fulfil a role just as important as any other mental state. For instance, in my current ‘Who’s In Charge?’ project, it was a non-lucid dream that furnished that rather amazing ‘Davina McCall’ synchronicity.

Another instance recently grabbed my attention. I’d been agonising over whether to teach meditation. I’d pledged on the internet to set up a group, and people had responded, yet I found myself putting off the chore of finding a venue and booking a room. I admitted to myself finally that this was because I couldn’t actually be bothered; I didn’t really want to teach at all.

That night I had a dream. A deeply ignorant woman, whom I’d taught years ago and forgotten all about, came up to me and declared: ‘You were the best teacher I ever had. You made an impact on me and now I want to start learning again.’ In the dream I was amazed: ‘If I can make an impression on someone like her, then this must really be my calling after all.’ I turned to the woman and asked: ‘So what is it that you want to learn about now?’ Enigmatically, she answered: ‘Ships that sink.’

The next day I went to the centre where I meditate every week. There was only myself and the group leader, but then a woman arrived whom we’d never met before. After talking with her, I found myself thinking she seemed precisely the type to whom it would be very difficult to teach meditation.

Later, the group leader announced he was going on an extended retreat for several months and formally invited me to take over the group in his absence, if I was interested. And so a venue with a regular meditation teaching slot had dropped into my lap with a minimum of effort. The presence of the woman seemed a synchronistic echo of my dream, on the basis of which I accepted the invitation.

From that dream I had woken with a renewed sense of purpose and motivation. Lucid dreams and OOBEs can connect us deeply with the etheric and astral levels of our being, but I suspect that there’s nothing like a bog-standard dream for connecting us with our gut issues, with the earthly yet unconscious strata of our daily lives. Yet I’m still curious to find out whether ’ships that sink’ might turn out to be a warning rather than an epiphany!

Tento článok je venovaný všetkým mamičkám, ktoré sa čudujú čo ich deti všetko vidia a akú majú bujnú fantáziu.

Pred pár dňami ma kontaktuje kamoška, či jej nemôžem poslať nejaké mandaly a že by potrebovala radu. Pýtala sa čomu sa to vlastne venujeme, lebo sa u nej dejú veci ktorým nerozumie a ani sa nimi nikdy nezaoberala. Ako sa to všetko začalo:

Má asi tak dvojročného synčeka, ktorý sa začal správať veľmi čudne. Z jedného dňa na druhý už nechcel aby ho kŕmil tatino, ale len mamina. Začal sa v noci budiť, keď k nemu došiel tatino tak sa rozplakal ešte viacej, zase sa dožadoval maminy. Potom sa nechcel hrávať v svojej izbe, až na koniec ani len domov sa mu nechcelo, zubami nechtami sa dožadoval aby nešli domov! Až z neho vyšlo, že sa bojí veľkého uja.  Zavolali si na pomoc jednu pani, ktorá sa venuje podobným veciam ako my. Tá sa najskôr rozprávala s rodičmi a potom aj s ich synčekom a zistila, že niekto u nich v byte je a že je to z manželovej strany (niekto z rodiny čo nedávno zomrel). Ona vedela o koho ide, ale chcela si byť istá tak chlapčekovi ukázali fotku kde bol na fotke on s prababkou a nevlastným pradedkom. Najskôr sa ho opýtali či vie kto je na fotke. Nechápavo pozeral na fotku a odpovedal áno. Aby sa uistili tak mu pripomenuli, že to je on zo svojou prababkou (volá ju starká) a potom sa spýtali na pradedka či ho pozná a či bol teraz niekedy u nich doma. Odpovedal ÁNO (ale krvi by sa mu v tej chvíli nedorezali, aký ostal zaskočený).  Pani ešte potrebovala povolenie od rodičov, že sa môže ísť k nim domov  pozrieť. Keď prišla do bytu tak zistila, že pradedko bol u malého v izbe…. Bol tam preto, že im chcel dať  lásku a pokoj a hlavne to chcel dať kamoškinmu manželovi (asi mal výčitky…). Duch sľúbil, že do malého izby už nepôjde, ale že ešte neodíde. Pani vysvetlila ako mu môžu pomôcť odísť a že ho treba poprosiť aby odišiel a poďakovať sa mu. Všetko toto urobili a napriek tomu, že chlapec už sa hral aj vo svojej izbe sám spánok ešte nebol úplne v poriadku (keď išiel spať k svokrovcom tak spal celú noc v kuse). Kamoška mala stále zlý pocit a tak mi napísala, že čo sa u nich deje.

Všetci sa zľakli, začali to riešiť. Ako mi to tá kamoška píše cez icq, tak som tak nad tým rozmýšlala až sa ten ich dedko objavil u mňa. Neobjavil sa tak že som ho videla, ale cítila som že je pri mne. Oznámil mi, že sprevádza kamoškynho manžela lebo mu chce pomôcť nájsť pokoj a lásku v srdci.  Presne som to cítila čo mu posiela, ako keby mi išli lúče lásky a pokoja zo srdca. Ešte som ho poprosila nech neni v ich byte, ale on že bude nablízku. Začala ma bolieť dosť hlava ako tu bol, tak som ho radšej poslala preč odtialto. Sľúbila som kamoške, že sa na to pozriem večer a budem sa snažiť ho buď ja previesť alebo pomocou Asraela.

Písala som to Saške, či sa tam nemôže ísť pozrieť – tá kamoška nebýva od nej ďaleko. Lenže Saška mala návštevu, tak sme sa dohodli, že ja sa na to večer pozriem a ona to pojde na druhý deň skontrolovať. Mno…ale… ja som išla dosť neskoro spať, unavená počas zaspávania som si zrazu spomenula na dedka. Snažila som sa s ním spojiť, niečo mi hovoril, nepočula som ho poriadne. Ešte si pamätám, že som chcela zavolať Asraela, nech sa ho dotkne. Ráno sa zobudím, a že DEDKO!!! Sakra zaspala som!! Pozerám ku kamoške, dedka nikde. Snažím sa ho nájsť na okolí, nikde. Tak som si spokojná myslela, že asi som teda počas zaspávania naozaj toho Asraela zavolala. VÔBEC NIE.

Na druhý deň mi píše Saška, že ho ona previedla:

Sedela som pred pc, okolo druhej v noci. Spomenula som si zrazu na dedka, šla som sa tam pozrieť (nie fyzicky). Dedko stál u malého v izbe, vyžaroval z neho pokoj, kľud a láska. Spýtala som sa ho, čo tu vlastne ešte robí. Odpovedal mi, že tu musí byť, pretože má pocit, že otecko s mamičkou nedokážu ,,vyprodukovať” toľko lásky, aby boli spokojní. Chcel im pomôcť. Povedala som mu, že všetko je tak ako má byť  a oni si poradia, nech ide v kľude ďalej. Chvíľku mlčal, potom povedal, že nevie ako. V tej chvíli som mu podala moju ruku, vyzerala žiarivo, hrala všetkými farbami. On ju chytil, vstúpil do mňa, na okamih, ktorý mi pripadal ako večnosť,  sme boli jedno, a potom postúpil ďalej do svetla. V tom momente som cítila presne ten pokoj a lásku, ktorú im on dával.

V nedeľu ráno sa kamoška zobudila už s úplne iným pocitom a hneď mi písala. Ich synček prespáva odvtedy celú noc v kuse bez jediného zobudenia. Hráva sa sám v izbe (aj inde v byte).

Jedného večera pred pár dňami si tak sedím v mojej virtuálnej záhradke a pozorujem ako sa Aaron, môj jednorožec pasie na trávičke. Zrazu tam s veľkým HALÓ pristane Saškin drak, Arya. Vzduch a zem rozvírila okolo seba, tak mávala krídlami. Ako pristávala, tak pazúrmi rozryla celý trávnik. Dosť netypcké pristátie pre ňu … hovorím si čo sa deje?

Najprv mi oznámila, že mi musí to moje miestečko vyčistiť – najskôr vychrlila z papuly oheň do vzdušného priestoru a potom vysoptila prúdy vody na zem. Celá záhrada bola zaplavená, už som sa bála o žabu ropuchu, tej to bolo samozrejme salám. Keď sa všetko ukľudnilo, vzduch bol vyčistený a voda tiež odtiekla, spokojná Arya mi vraví: sadaj! Vyštverala som sa jej na krk, chcela som sa niekde pred odletom chytiť, vhodné sa mi zdali krčné šupiny. Strčila som pod ne prsty a zrazu sa Arya začne chechtať!! Že ju nemám štekliť ale chytiť sa poriadne radšej okolo krku. Vzlietli sme, nechcela mi povedať kam ideme. Ja s ňou nezvyknem cestovať, vedela som teda že to bude niečo výnimočné.

A aj bolo… ocitli sme sa v dimenzii príčiny. Ako sme tam vhupli, tak som vedela kde sme. Videla som pred sebou najprv jednotlivé kvapky, boli ako z vody. Každá kvapka predstavovala jednu príčinu, jednu myšlienku. Najprv som videla len veľké kvapky, potom sa mi odzoomoval obraz a vidím ako každá kvapka padá do nekonečného mora a zanecháva okolo seba kruhy – následky, ktoré sa prelínali s príčinami a následkami iných. Približne tak ako to vidno na obrázku.

Keďže moja cesta tam tiež nebola bez príčiny, zachytila som jednu kvapku a pozrela do nej. Bolo to ako keby sa mi v dlani zväčšila a ja som videla vnútri obrazy. Videla som kamoškyn minulý život a potýčky v jej tedajšej rodine. Priania, ktoré mali doteraz na ňu dopad som mala zmeniť – teda lepšie povedané pocity som mala zmeniť. Namiesto odplaty – pochopenie, namiesto hnevu – lásku. Tí dvaja sa mali radi ale zo samotnej lásky sa tam prejavovali aj pocity hnevu a odplaty keď boli rozlúčení. A tieto som mala zmeniť – trvalo mi to dosť dlho, stále sa mi tam opakovali scény rozlúčiek a ich oddelenia (podmienené prácou jedného z nich), keď bol hnev hlavne tej polovičky čo zostala doma najväčší. Nakoniec som ale mohla opustiť to miesto. Keď som neskôr o tom rozprávala tej kamoške, potvrdila mi že presne také pocity má teraz ona voči jej partnerovi. Jej vtedajší partner bol jej terajším otcom. Role sa tak trošku zmenili a prekrútili.

Bola som rada že to do seba zapadlo, kedže ja mám pri týchto cestách jednoducho pocit že si nechám ísť fantáziu na špacír a všetko si prekne krásne vymýšlam.

Ešte som tam riešila jednu situáciu z môjho tohto života, z detstva, tam som mala meniť pocit viny za pochopenie. To sa mi celkom dobre darilo. Chcela som aj smútok tej osobe zobrať, ale to mi nebolo dovolené… bol to srdce trhajúci smútok.  Celá hruď ma bolela. Veľmi som ho chcela zmeniť na lásku. Nešlo to, nedalo sa, nemohla som. Na tom musí tá osoba pracovať sama.

S Aryou sme odtial odišli, ja som bola dosť hotová keď som sa ocitla tu späť.

O to viacej som si pripomenula, ako každá naša myšlienka, každé naše prianie, každé naše emócie majú vplyv na našu prítomnosť a budúcnosť. Preto si na ne dávajme pozor.

Wow. Great movie, just for the simple fact that someone was capable of making a film without stupid things jumping out at you like those youtube shockers and things of that nature (we’ve all encountered the maze or color test I’m sure)

This has by far been one of the best paranormal movies I think I have ever seen. It’s no wonder this $25,000.00 budget movie made uber millions! This movie takes you through a view of the other side, which if you’ve never experienced a paranormal event, it gives you a pretty good idea of what types of things you could expect. Footsteps, scratching, knocking,  inhuman breathing through EVP (electronic voice phenomenon). I have heard of people being disappointed in this movie and that is probably due to the fact that they’re so used to having something leap out at you with some wacky film effects and lots of LFE going on.

Paranormal Activity gets a 5/5 in my movie rating book for thrills and suspense. This movie exemplifies how a paranormal thriller should be! Honestly, I did not even want to look at my monitor in full screen because I was completely suspecting some wild looking demonic figure to just pop out in front of the camera to make me have to put on my Depends =P.

The boyfriend however was a serious douche who just made everything worse, to all you kids out there interested in playing with a Ouija board or spirit board, DON’T DO IT! Take it from someone who has had numerous paranormal events in his life and has certain abilities. Pissing off an inhuman is definitely something you do not want to do….The ending was a disappointment to a point, I wish they wouldn’t have shot Katie at the end, I know that’s kinda the point, but still, could have made it longer and shown the after effects and stuff, ah well, I just know what I would’ve liked to have seen ending-wise.
