Il netbook 12 pollici Asus ripreso dalla telecamera è ancora un’unità di pre-produzione (ritenuta comunque “solida e ben fatta” dagli autori) ed ha caratteristiche tecniche leggermenti differenti dalla versione che arriverà in Italia per metà dicembre (499 euro).

Приехали батареи повышенной емкости. Можно сказать самой огромной ёмкости! 10400мАч!!

Вот она в Asus eeePc 900A. Подходит также и для 900HA,  900HA.

Как видно на фото, батарея ниже основания нетбука, поэтому уже не будет лежать параллельно со столом, а немного под углом. Для меня это не играет никакой роли. В результате замены родного аккумулятора на этот, нетбук с 1.5 ГБ памяти, 64ГБ SSD работает 9.5 часов пока уровень заряда упадет до 4%. Всё это время у меня запущено Vmware, Word, IE8, идет обмен данными по сети.

“… I haven’t even tried to set up the computer yet because I wanted to put in the extra 2GB memory card. However, in spite of using ALL sizes and kinds of screwdrivers, although the screw will finally turn, the little memory compartment will NOT open. It is STUCK SHUT…even with the screw partway loosened. I’m giving this 3 stars because of this…the memory is IMPOSSIBLE to upgrade since the compartment cannot be opened. If I wasn’t giving it the benefit of the doubt that the computer itself will WORK, it would be a ZERO.

I’m going to take it to Best Buy and hope that they will be nice enough to open the compartment for me. This shouldn’t be so difficult just to easily and quickly pop that compartment open.

Too bad that Apple doesn’t have a computer as small as this (the MacBook Air is still too large). Anything “PC” is already a dinosaur in my opinion, but I’m stuck with it now. Wish I had just planned to take my MacBookPro on our trip. Wouldn’t have had to buy a separate DVD drive. The small notebooks don’t have firewire either. So far, I’m not satisfied. If you have a Mac, take your Mac and don’t bother with this nonsense …”

Seit einiger Zeit kann ich nun ein schickes Netbook mein eigen nennen, aber leider gibt es nicht nur positive Unterschiede zu meinem alten 17 Zoll Notebook. Die Mobilität, das geile Design und die wirklich lange Akkulaufzeit spricht immens für solch einen kleinen Begleiter. Allerdings nervt es, dass die Festplattenkapazität meist schon nach der Installation weniger Anwendungen aufgebraucht ist. Und nen DVD Laufwerk suche ich bei meinem Gerät auch vergebens. Immer auf der Suche nach neuen Produkten, habe ich dann eine geniale Dockingstation gefunden, die extra für solche Nörgler wie mich zugeschnitten ist. http://urldirect.de/1d1doE
Einfach in den USB Port des Netbooks eingesteckt, liefert sie die fehlenden Komponenten per Plug and Play sofort an. Darunter ein USB Hub, einen optional einschaltbaren Lüfter, ein DVD Laufwerk und ein seitliches 2.5 Zoll PORTABLE Harddisk Gehäuse ( SATA zu USB 2.0). Ich bin schlichtweg begeistert, dass ich nun daheim problemlos auch mal Software am Netbook installieren kann, ohne kompliziert eine ISO mounten zu müssen oder irgendwelche Portable App Versionen auf nen Stick zu hauen. Jedem, der selbst manchmal mit der Eingeschränktheit zu kämpfen hat, sollte echt überlegen sich so etwas zuzulegen. Ich finds jedenfalls geil.

Primeiro:

Estava eu sentando no sofa da sala, com o Eee no colo, navegando na internet, quando uma senha de 60 e pocos anos passa aprecada em direcao a cosinha para não perder o programa de tv, não é que ela tropecou com tudo no cabo de forca do meu Eee, ele saiu do meu colo voando, foi um salto de 2 metros até ricochetear no chao e dar com tudo na parede.

Segundo:

Estava eu novamente, sentado, nesta vez na beira da praia, ouvindo umas musicas no meu Eee, quando derrepende, não mais que de repente, surge correndo em minha direcao um labrador, isso mesmo, aquele cachorro ultra inteligente, mas esse não era qualquer labrador, era um enorme, pesado, quando vi, estava o dono dele desesperado mandando ele parar, eu sentado não sabia pra onde focar minha atencao, na minha amiga que estava ao meu lado, apavorada e assustada com medo do labrado, ela tem trauma com cachorros. Ou não sabia se focava minha atencao no dono gritando.

Deveria eu ter focado minha atenca em proteger meu Eee. Resultado, o labrador passou correndo por cima do meu amado pequeno Eee,enfiou sua pata dianteira esquerda com todo seu peso e energia da corrido no teclado do meu Eee, vi eu meu Eee dando um 360 flip back seguido de um quadruplo front back in line no ar e depois caindo de forma não jeitosa no chao. Foi areia pra tudo que é lado, fiquei duas semanas limpando o coitado.

Terceiro: O pior de todos os 3 na minha opniao.

Estava (agora não é eu) meu Eee em cima do gaveteiro, a +- 1,20 ou 1,40 de altura. Conectado na tomada no outro lado do quarto com o fio no meio do caminho.

Detalhe, tava o mouse sem fio conectado a ele e meu HD externo de 80Gb tambem nele conectado.

Quando…

A natureza me chama, tive que ir voando pro banheiro, não lembrei do pobre fio no meio do caminho, la foi meu Eee novamente ao chao, no pior de todos os seus acidentes, levando consigo meu brand new disco externo, ele tava com a tela aberta.

Incrivelmente, meu Eee absolutamente nada sobre em nenhum desses acidentes, nem mesmo um unico arranhao se quer. Pra não dizer nada, tive que trocar o conector da fonte por duaz vezes. Coisa que eu mesmo fiz.

Pra mim, esta ai provada e constada a resistenca e qualidade desse laptop e uma das maiores vantagens em ter um computador sem pecas moveis (ter SSD e não ter drive optico).

E você, conte também uma de seus acidentes envolvendo algum equipamento eletrônico ou de computação.

Pues si, seguramente te compraste tu flamante netbook y quieres probar tus capacidades como DJ con el Virtual DJ, lo instalas, lo quieres correr pero oh, oh! Te manda un error extraño acerca de la resolución de la pantalla que es incorrecta para correr el skin que trae el programa en cuestión.

Esto pasa porque las mas pequeñas “pieles” del Virtual DJ soló soportan resoluciones de pantalla de 1024 x 768 pixeles y la mayoría de las netbook cuentan con una resolución de pantalla de 1024 x 600 pixeles! Pero te vale el mensaje de error e inicias el programa pero oh, sorpresa, se ve cortado la parte de abajo del programa y no lo puedes utilizar al 100!

Ouch, entonces te la pasas buscando en el internet algún skin para esta resolución y te encuentras con este: http://es.virtualdj.com/addons/4554/Hercules_RMX___Steel.html y similares del mismo sitio pero como no tienes licencia válida del programa en cuestión no puedes bajarlos.

Un usuario de Taringa! superpotman, se dio el tiempo de redimensionar el skin “Internal Mixer” para que se vea bien en nuestras pequeñas, bajenlo y a probar!

i’ve been thinking about getting a netbook just because i have this nagging need to be connected all the time. it’s kind of funny and sad that when asked what i can’t live without, i say the internet. LOL. so on a whim while checking out the new SM City annex, i bought myself an asus eeePC.

well, i’ve been trying to justify the purchase for some time and in fact, i was contemplating on getting the HP mini vivienne tam vs the utilitarian asus eeePC and the eeePC won on the basis of being dirt cheap. with 12 months, 0%. LOL. but do i really need one in the midst of a macbook and an iPhone( plus a spare macbook pro in the house)? a resounding YES. macs are pretty heavy even if they’re a beauty. sorry steve jobs, i gots to have me some cheap pc netbook thrills. i’m pretty sure a mac netbook is going to cost me an arm and a leg. LOL.

anyway, i do miss my spare but efficient mac desktop so i tried to cleanup my windows desktop as much as i can. i’m even tempted to download one of those mac desktops for windows programs. this is the best i can do -

O netbook começou a dar sinais de que algo não ia bem. Desligou-se sozinho umas duas ou três vezes, mesmo tendo carga na bateria e com a fonte ligada na tomada.

Deixei-o ligado na tomada de um dia para o outro, mas nada da bateria recarregar-se. Comecei a achar tudo isso muito estranho. Ele começou a não passar nem da tela do POST. Desligava-se mesmo.

Levei-o à Sol Informática, onde comprei-o em 31 de fevereiro deste ano. Fui informado que o mesmo será encaminhado para a assistência técnica da Asus, e em no máximo 30 dias ele estará de volta.

Agora é só esperar pelo resultado. Enquanto isso, a portabilidade que ele me proporcionava ficará comprometida.

Od lat skazani jesteśmy na informacyjny monopol. Producenci chętnie informują o swoich produktach, gromko je zachwalają, reklamują, koloryzują, a jeśli sytuacja tego wymaga ‘prawie kłamią‘. Internet z natury rzeczy miał pełnić rolę nieskrępowanej wymiany informacji, miał pełnić, ale nie pełni. Sądzę jednak, że ten monopol można złamać, mimo tego, że producenci i pośrednicy mocno okopali się na swoich pozycjach i nie chcą ich opuścić.

Mimo tego, że powstają serwisy w których internauci mogą wyrażać swoje opinie na temat różnych produktów, np. Znam.to ; wiele recenzji publikowanych jest przez pseudointernautów, czyt. pracowników działów PR, którzy wywiązują się z tego zadania lepiej lub gorzej, coraz częściej… lepiej. Podobną sytuację można zaobserwować w porównywarkach cenowych, np. Ceneo.pl, które umożliwiają pozostawanie komentarzy. Czy zachwyty nad produktem to zasługa działu PR, a ostra krytyka produktu, to działania konkurencji? Albo idźmy dalej czy seria banalnych komentarzy wychwalających produkt to dzieło niedouczonego PR-owca, czy może perfidne działanie rywali? Naprawdę łatwo popaść w paranoję.

Uratować może nas tylko rozsądek i blogosfera. Czytam regularnie kilkanaście blogów i poznałem już nieco ich autorów, często komentują nowinki, które mieszczą się w ich kręgu zainteresowań i takie wpisy cenię sobie najbardziej.

Recenzję netbooka ASUS EeePC 1000HE opublikował wczoraj Tomasz Topa. Jestem stałym czytelnikiem jego bloga, od dłuższego czasu podglądam także, to co zdecydował się odsłonić, na polskim twitterze, czyli blipie ( http://tomasztopa.blip.pl ). Stąd wiem, że długo zastanawiał się nad zakupem netbooka, męczył znajomych, czytał komentarze, dyskutował i… kupił.

Tomasz opublikował recenzcję pod tytułem: ASUS EeePC 1000HE – mój nowy supEeer netbook ; jeżeli skłaniasz się do zakupu netbooka powienieneś przeczytać ten tekst. Nie jest nawet ważne, czy zdecydujesz się na ten sam model, np. ja bym go nie wybrał, na minus zaliczyłbym cenę, i moim priorytetem nie jest pojemność baterii, ale takich recenzentów szukam w internecie. W sam raz do działu BLOGO MI.
