A new indie supergroup is launching itself with an album freebie in tomorrows The Independent newspaper. They have been launched with an overt aim of making political music – but they are all big commercial names from Arctic Monkeys to Baby shambles via Reverend and the Makers… so I can’t but feel a bit suspicious of what it can articulate from this kind of hyped up platform.
Anyway in The Independent on Friday article by Nick Hasted, Jon McClure was quoted saying some right-on things..

And Oh another gripe is that they’ve stolen their name from some very good friends of mine, so they better to be ready for some payback on that one! See here for the original Mongrel

É tipo, o símbolo mor da tosquice, horroroso, se acha o rei da bala chita, esses dias falou que as mulheres gostam do seu jeito sexy vagabundo.

Eu acho ele tão Wannabe Johnny Deep, só que falta muito pra ele chegar no sapatinho do Johnny.

Mas até q ele naum se veste tão mal… Não parece o Jack Skellington, daquele filme do Tim Burton?
