<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>After a successful business trip to see a client in Newquay yesterday, I took the chance to sit back on the plane home and read <a href="http://www.growingbusiness.co.uk" target="_blank">Growing Business </a>magazine &#8211; a publication I have recently subscribed to, but not managed to get round to reading.</p>
<p>The strap line of the publication uses is &#8216;Energising Entrepreneurs&#8217;, and it certainly did that!</p>
<p>It can be lonely being an entrepreneur, whether it is just you, or even if you employ a small/large team. You have questions about expansion, getting turnover from X to Y, marketing, IT, mentoring?</p>
<p>Who can I talk to?</p>
<p>Some of the comments made by the contributors rang true &#8211; I recognised a lot of them from questions client&#8217;s of <a title="Paper Mountain Solutions" href="http://www.papermountainsolutions.co.uk" target="_blank">Paper Mountain Solutions</a> ask.</p>
<p>The head line article in this month&#8217;s publication is on Matthew Riley of <a href="http://www.daisyplc.com" target="_blank">Daisy Group plc</a> who hit the nail on the head, which is partly why the business has been scalable so quickly:<br />
&#8220;We incorporated the company in February and didn&#8217;t start trading until the following September. I realised we needed to do our housekeeping first.</p>
<p>If you haven&#8217;t got the back office, the standards and processes in place, its just to fall off at the other end.&#8221;</p>

<p>Comme vous le le savez déjà, je déteste les lundis, d&#8217;ailleurs j&#8217;ai écrit un billet qui s&#8217;appelle &#8220;<strong> j&#8217;aime pas les lundis</strong>!&#8221;. Ce soir, justement, c&#8217;est encore un lundi,  je confirme et persiste à détester ce jour!! Souvent je commence à taper mes billets entre deux appels, mais aujourd&#8217;hui, j&#8217;ai même pas pû consulter mes mails!! Journée rouge, nous sommes ce qu&#8217;on appelle ici , en semaine forte, 38H voir 40H d&#8217;appels, ça sonne, sonne, sonne&#8230;. la direction se base sur des quotas des années précédentes, et décide donc que l&#8217;année d &#8216;après telle semaine sera chargée d&#8217;appels, donc il faut augmenter les heures semaine des téléconseillers, quand je dit &#8220;augmenter&#8221; c&#8217;est pas le salaire, je pense que vous aviez compris, pour ceux qui connaissent déjà mes conditions de travail.</p>
<p>Alors voilà, j&#8217;ai commencé à 8H ce matin, pour finir à 17h, une heure de pause déjeuner et pas plus de 7 minutes de pause à l&#8217;heure, et enchainer, encore, et encore, appels sur appels, réclamations sur réclamations, supporter la betise et la méchanceté de certains adhérents, tout ça, avec tact et mesure, faire comme si chaque appel était le premier!! Non mais et puis quoi aussi??!!! Encore une fois, les habitués se sont collés en arrêt maladie, ils sont malins, ils se font passer pour dépressifs, racontent qu&#8217;ils sont épuisés, ou qu&#8217;ils sont surmenés parce qu&#8217;ils travaillent en centre d&#8217;appels, et croyez moi, ça marche! Les médecins sont de plus en plus conciliants, et puis si ils ne le sont pas, y en aura d&#8217;autres qui vous le feront le bel arrêt maladie! Ah, puis il y a toujours les téléconseillers dits &#8220; chouchous&#8221;,<!--more--> les lèches bottes aussi, ceux dont je vous parle dans mon article : &#8221; <strong>Superviseurs, mode d &#8216;emploi</strong>!&#8221;, eux aussi n&#8217;ont rien fait aujourd&#8217;hui!! Pardon, disons qu&#8217;ils ont tentés de rattraper le retard de 15 jours en répondant à des mails opsolets, et faire du back office, autant dire qu&#8217;ils ont à peine avancé, parce que pendant que nous on en &#8220;chie&#8221;, pardonnez moi du peu, d&#8217;autres passent leur temps à bavarder, rigoler, oublier de mettre tel ou tel document pout tel &#8220;appelant&#8221; qui a demandé un dossier particulier!! Ah, on ne peux pas se raconter son week end( chez mamie!!), aller boire le café ou fumer la cigarette dehors avec les &#8220;copains&#8221; et penser à faire son &#8220;travail&#8221; correctement! Mais là ou ça fait mal, c&#8217;est que les superviseurs viennent nous chercher nous, dès qu&#8217;on à dépassé d &#8216;un centième nos 7minutes de pause, alors que leurs chouchous eux, même avec plus de 20 appels en attente, on ne leur dit pas de se remettre en appels pour nous aider!! C&#8217;est écoeurant, quand je vous dis que dans ce centre d&#8217;appels l&#8217;équipe encadrante ne vaut pas un sou, je n&#8217;exagère pas! En même pas 2mois, on compte 10 départs de téléconseillers, les trois quart en CDI, et tous souhaitent écrire une lettre au siège social ou aux autres responsables des autres centres d&#8217;appels pour dénoncer les conditions déplorables dans lesquelles on nous fait travailler : aucune équité! Moi je pense que ça ne servira à rien, ils s&#8217;en fichent pas mal là haut et  les autres chefs de centres d &#8216;appels, ils ne souffrent pas eux de tous ces appels, ils ne gagnent pas un salaire de misère, et surtout ils ne s&#8217;en prennent pas plein la figure! Ma méthode à moi, c&#8217;est de vous en parler à vous, plutôt que de pester ouvertement à qui veux l&#8217;entendre, comme tous le font ici!</p>
<p>Ce soir lundi, je suis vidée mes chers lecteurs, je n&#8217;ai pas arrêté comme vous devez le savoir. Rien ne change ici, toutes les journées se ressemblent et je me fâne de plus en plus. En sortant du travail,  j&#8217;avais prévu deux ou trois petites choses à faire, mais je n&#8217;ai pas eu le courage!  j&#8217;étais encore énervée, excitée quand je suis rentrée,  pas du tout apte à supporter une contrariété de plus, ou à partir dans une longue discussion existencielle avec ma moitié! Qu&#8217;elle m&#8217;en excuse, mais parfois on a besoin de calme, plus un bruit, plus un mot et surtout plus de téléphone. Je dois dire quand même que mon métier m&#8217;a fait économiser sur les factures de mon opérateur de mobile, c&#8217;est un bon point!&#8230;Certains se diront peut être  : &#8220; elle exagère pas un peu la Zoé? lundi, lendemain d&#8217;un week end et déjà elle est fatiguée? !!hum&#8230;.&#8221;, et oui je vous assure , je suis déjà épuisée, en effet!! A savoir aussi, que je n&#8217;ai pas la &#8220;chance&#8221; de passer tous mes week-ends sur mon canapé devant Michel Drucker, ou Patrick Sébastien, non! puis,  m&#8217;abrutir devant la télé ce n&#8217;est pas ma tasse de thé, Michel et Patrick c &#8216;est pas vraiment le genre de types avec qui j&#8217;aimerai passer une après midi ou une soirée, autant prendre ce temps là pour m&#8217;enrichir un peu plus&#8230;faire des choses plus ludiques et lucratives.</p>
<p>Je terminerai ce billet par une de mes anecdotes sur les appels que je reçois. Vous savez tous, que je travaille pour un organisme très réputé qui se charge de la gestion des droits sécurité sociale d&#8217;une certaine catégorie d&#8217;assurés, sans compter aussi que cette entreprise propose aussi de la mutuelle(ou complémentaire santé) avec des prestations supplémentaires et sociales! Sachez aussi qu&#8217;un bon nombre de nos &#8220;appelants&#8221; du fait de leur métier, finissent par consultés des spécialistes de la tête, si vous voyez le genre&#8230;certains mêmes débloquent tellement, qu&#8217;ils ne sont plus capables de gérer leurs affaires, ils sont qualifiés de &#8220;vulnérables&#8221;, et du coup on leur désigne un curateur ou un tuteur, au tribunal d&#8217;instance, c&#8217;est ce qu&#8217;on appelle être sous tutelle, ou sous curatelle.Or, le pire c&#8217;est que certains &#8220;appelants&#8221; n&#8217;ont plus de famille, ou ont de mauvais rapports avec leurs proches, donc il est difficile de leur désigner un tuteur, mais mon entreprise est là!! prête à sauver la veuve et l&#8217;orphelin pour se fair bien voir! c&#8217;est donc les directeurs des sections départementales, ou leurs adjoints, ou des délégués de je ne sais quoi, qui se proposent généreusement( et encore on ne sait pas vraiment!!) pour gérer les affaires personnelles de la personne&#8221; defaillante&#8221;, ils décident de tout pour elle.</p>
<p> Tellement de tout, que même leur argent est géré pour eux! D&#8217;ailleurs, pour éviter que ce fameux curateur ou tuteur soit dérangé nuit et jour par son &#8220;impotent&#8221; ou son &#8220;boulet&#8221;, ce dernier doit passer par notre centre d&#8217;appels pour espérer joindre son &#8220;bienfaiteur&#8221;! Et oui, dépendance maximale! Alors, évidemment ça donne souvent :</p>
<p><em><strong>Appelant</strong></em>  :</p>
<p>- Oui, Monsieur B est là? je dois le joindre, c&#8217;est très urgent!</p>
<p><strong><em>Moi</em></strong> :</p>
<p>- Vous avez appelé deux fois déjà aujourd&#8217;hui( à même pas une demi-heure d&#8217;intervalle!!), on vous as dit de patienter, Monsieur B vous rappelle dès que possible!( sauf que ce monsieur B, même nous on l&#8217; a jamais au bout du fil!!).</p>
<p><strong><em>Appelant</em></strong> :</p>
<p>- Oui, mais c&#8217;est urgent, passez le moi, j&#8217;ai besoin de lui parler! je veux qu&#8217;il me donne un peu plus d&#8217;argent pour mon anniversaire, mais il a dit non! il fallait d&#8217;abord payer les factures.</p>
<p><strong><em>Moi</em></strong>(oui bon, le pauvre&#8230;il me fait déjà de la peine) :</p>
<p>- Je lui transmet le message Monsieur, pour l&#8217;instant il n&#8217;est pas disponible mais rassurez-vous, il va vous rappelez et vous en discuterez ensemble, d&#8217;accord?</p>
<p><strong><em>Lui</em></strong>( il écoute rien!!) :</p>
<p>- Oui&#8230; parce qu&#8217;il doit me donner de l&#8217;argent pour mon anniversaire&#8230;(oui, je sais!!!!!!)</p>
<p><strong><em>Moi</em></strong>(je dois couper court là) :</p>
<p>- Oui, je lui transmet le message!! vous allez rapp..</p>
<p><strong><em>Lui</em></strong>( qui me coupe) :</p>
<p>- Mais quand??? vous m&#8217;avez déjà dit ça tout à l&#8217;heure, et il a pas rappelé!!!! c&#8217;est mon anniversaire et &#8230;.</p>
<p><strong><em>Moi</em></strong>( je le coupe aussi!!) :</p>
<p>- Je sais Monsieur!! (d&#8217;ailleurs son anniversaire c&#8217;est dans 3 jours!!), mais il faut patienter, Monsieur B est occupé et vous rappelera dès qu&#8217;il le pourra, ça ne sert à rien d&#8217;appeler toutes les heures, et puis imaginez qu&#8217;il vous rappelle en ce moment, il ne vous aura pas puisque vous lui bloquez la ligne avec moi!!( c&#8217;est un peu nul comme argument mais ça marche, ils faut leur parler comme à des enfants, parfois!!).</p>
<p><strong><em>Lui</em></strong> :</p>
<p>- Quoi? il me rappelle là?! ah bon?&#8230;.</p>
<p><em><strong>Moi</strong></em>(grrr, non!!!!!!!!!!!&#8230;c&#8217;est dur quand même de discuter là):</p>
<p>-  Non mais il va vous rappeler dès que possible, libérez la ligne, d&#8217;accord?</p>
<p><strong><em>Lui</em></strong> :</p>
<p>- Oui&#8230; bon&#8230; non parce qu&#8217;il veut pas trop me donner d&#8217;argent, alors que c&#8217;est le mien! il dit que je dois payer les factures d&#8217;abord, c&#8217;est vrai? vous voyez vous si j&#8217;ai des factures à régler?</p>
<p><strong><em>Moi</em></strong>( je comprend mieux pourquoi les tuteurs ne donnent pas leur numéro perso!!) :</p>
<p>- Je ne sais pas moi Monsieur, je ne m&#8217;occupe pas de vos affaires, attendez que Monsieur B vous rappelle( j&#8217;en ai marre de me répéter!!!), vous verrez tout ça avec lui! patientez&#8230;</p>
<p><strong><em>Lui</em></strong> :</p>
<p>- Bien, j&#8217;attend alors&#8230;il me rappelle, c &#8216;est sûr???</p>
<p><strong><em>Moi</em></strong>(sur le ton de l&#8217;impatience!!) :</p>
<p>- OUI!!!!! IL VOUS RAPPELLE!!! LIBEREZ LA LIGNE, SINON IL NE POURRA PAS VOUS JOINDRE!</p>
<p><strong><em>Lui</em></strong> :</p>
<p>- D&#8217;accord&#8230;j&#8217;attend&#8230;je bouge pas&#8230; vous lui dites, hein?</p>
<p>Moi(ahahahahahaah&#8230;. c&#8217;est triste quand même) :</p>
<p>- Oui!! raccrochez maintenant&#8230; je vous souhaite une bonne journée!!</p>
<p><strong><em>Lui</em></strong>:</p>
<p>- Oui, je raccroche&#8230;..&#8221; biiip, biiip, biiip, ouf!!!</p>
<p>Au final, c&#8217;est pas tant d&#8217;avoir manqué un peu de patience avec ce monsieur qui m&#8217;a le plus marqué, c&#8217;est plus de me dire que ces pauvres gens sont complètement dépendants de personnes qui les rappeleront quand elles le voudront bien plus que quand elles le pourront! D&#8217;ailleurs, bientôt il n&#8217;y aura plus de curateurs ou de tuteurs dans mon entreprise, c&#8217;est prévue pour 2010, mais on ne sait pas bien pourquoi&#8230;trop de responsabilités? ou pas assez de sérieux? les deux peut être&#8230;J&#8217;espère que mon métier ne me rendra pas chèvre, cataloguée dans la liste des &#8220;vulnérables&#8221;, à en perdre mon autonomie! Comme ça serait difficile de devoir demander à un inconnu ou même à un membre de ma famille de me donner un peu de mon propre argent pour mes dépenses personnelles qui seraient elles mêmes surveillées, détaillées, épluchées&#8230;</p>
<p>Je souhaite qu&#8217;il ait eu un peu de son argent pour son anniversaire, je ne sais pas ce qu&#8217;il voulait s&#8217;acheter, et ne le saurais jamais, il ne valait mieux pas lui poser la question, parce que j&#8217;aurai passé la journée à essayer de m&#8217;en dépétrer. Il y a des dossiers et informations auxquels de petits téléconseillers comme nous n&#8217;ont pas accès! Secret défense!! En tout cas, il m&#8217;a quand même fait de la peine ce petit monsieur, comme quoi nous ne sommes pas tous des robots, complètement déshumanisés, comme beaucoup le pense.</p>
