Earlier today I had the opportunity to speak with Sean Falyon for the first time.  He’s a great dude and is all about helping everyone build, which I really admire.  I’ve been on his music for a while now, but my respect for him has grown a lot after my conversation with him today.  Look for an interview soon!

And here we are again.

I forgot what it was like to hate my job for about an hour today.

And then a good friend of mine reminded me why I hate it.

Because the whole place is full of backstabbers and brown nosers who would rather throw you under the bus than get in trouble.

My manager has often said I am a hard worker, that I always do as I’m asked and put a lot of effort into making the customers happy. And yet there are people going to this same manager and saying I slack off and just talk all day. Which is bull shit. Completely and utterly bullshit. Its so frustrating and upsetting because it feels like everyone likes you and then you find out that they talk shit behind your back. I mean I know it happens almost everywhere but still. Are we in high school people? I mean I could go and tell my manager that you eat all the time, and constantly stand around and accuse people of stealing, and I could tell the manager that you make up stories about everyone, including her and never do anything besides ignore your dept. I could also tell the manager that you disappear outback for hours on end and are never around when someone actually needs help in your dept. But I don’t do these things. I work and I work and I work. And it makes me laugh because there are cameras everywhere. And while I’m busting my ass, 5 people are standing at the paint booth or sporting goods, eating chips, drinking soda, and just laughing. While I try to cater to 7 or 8 customers at one time.

Other than that not too much going on. Researching destination weddings. I whittled down my wedding guest list to 65 people? Kind of strange there was definitely a hundred before…Listening to good soft music before I go to sleep, because I have to go back to that hell hole tomorrow. And I haven’t made any progress on the hats I’m making for Christmas for my friends. Only 7 days left you know. Maybe Ill just return all the yarn and buy them chocolate. Is that bad? Probably. A homemade gift is better than chocolate I think. Maybe. I dont know. I wish we could pin down a date to exchange gifts.  And that’s it.

Right today According to me (which is why I started this silly thing believe it or not..) people should learn to love and be loved. To comfort and console, not accuse and hurt. All I see all the time is people hurting other people all the time. What happened to the days when people smiled and laughed? I know we are in an economic crisis but just look at your children’s faces, or your significant other. At least you have them, someone who loves you unconditionally and unequivocally. Money is only material. According to me.

They’re all such gossipers, such backstabbers, such shit talkers. It’s funny to, because while I’m letting them have their fun now, I know that when the time comes for them to be judged, God won’t take to lightly on them making other peoples lives harder.

I appreciate what you’ve done for me over the years although at the time I tasted the poison of your betrayal it felt harder than anything else to bear.

Unfortunately I know some of your names and faces and that fact will remain with me forever since knowledge is a terrible thing, good and bad. It’s like toothpaste once it’s out, it’s impossible to push it back to where it came from.

Thanks to your personal attacks, I was forced to stop on my tracks and think about what I took for granted or sacred in my life, more so than my true loved ones could ever do.

I have considered all your rumors, allegations, the things you’ve said behind my back in attempt to break up friendships and relationships. After the initial reaction of anger and frustration, I have been able to look into my raw wounds with an unflinching eye and take a massive inventory of my mind and my soul.

In there I found many things perfectly pure and innocent of any evil. Many joys and pleasant blessings that still defines today who I am, thank you.

Yet I’ve also found in there plenty to improve, to buff and shine to a brilliance that I didn’t know I was capable of doing.

So, although your numbers are very few thankfully and I hope you scamper away to more precious morsels when I neglect you and refuse to turn back your arrows, your positive impact on my growth has been significant.

May all who yearn for growth and light be tested against your blessed adversity like a rusty piece of blade becomes the perfect sword it is when tested against the illuminating resistance of the sharpening stone.

May God bless you for your precious presence in my past and your inadvertent teaching of forgiveness and peace.

it is funny to see just how BORED the stupid ones must be!! (stupid ones refer to a group of small minded ‘mothers’ who spend their time gossiping about one another and others,belittling others and generally living a life of shame filled with being fakers and haters).

once again, the stupid ones have nothing better to do,so they send out a worker ant(lmao)to start shit all over again. this worker ant is so damn immature,young -not just in age but even younger in maturity and intelligence. she starts running her loose lips,spewing lies. funny,they’ve even got new spins on them this time! lol maybe even more boredom got the best of the stupid ones and they had to add more fun to the mix? i laugh at the stupid ones. i also feel sorry for them.what kind of ppl would do that to others….to tell blatant lies over and over for months,and even make up new ones? they obviously have simple minds and nothing better to do.

i for one will always stand taller than the stupid ones.i am honest with my words and do not/will not take crap from anyone. i say it like it is,i tell it how i see it. the stupid ones couldn’t handle the truth. they enjoyed their games way too much to see the truth. but i for one do not stand for listening to another person try to engage me into talking badly about someone they consider to be a friend- over and over and over again. the most guilty of all the stupid ones lives a life filled with so much dishonesty and cheating,that it makes me ill to even dwell on it. thus,i won’t allow her to even enter my thoughts. she has the loosest and largest lips of them all. always trying to bring others down to make herself look larger.lol. she hated when i spread honesty to the others,telling them the awful things she said about them.so of course in retaliation she had to start bad mouthing me as well.

at that point,i truly realized just how stupid they were and i made the wise choice to no longer associate myself with ppl of ‘that’ caliber. they deserve each other,they’re one and the same.content to spend their time trying to  bring others down and backstabbing one another. that isn’t what a real friend is like.

the stupid ones are great at pretending to be friends with other stupid ones,but at any chance they get,will backstab one another to anyone who will listen. hence how they got their group name! i will NEVER stand for listening to such bs talk from one who pretends to be friends with whom they are poorly speaking of.

the stupid ones have already crumbled in upon themselves once. it is only a matter of time before it happens again.

i am so happy to have found myself  a whole new set of REAL friends,who actually like to do fun things.we are real,we don’t bad mouth each other,we are MATURE and all of our well behaved children get along wonderfully! the children have not been taught they are better than other children,the children are not trained to be stuck up!!my friends are fun women,their husbands are just as awesome,they actually speak and don’t just sit in a chair eating and drinking and looking all scowl faced. they are true gentleman.

the stupid ones also like to make fun of ppl with mental illnesses and those who are different. now THAT shows just how stupid they are! but…… karma is a bigger bitch than they will ever be.and God is listening to what they say. He very well may hit their family with a mental illness!!

so hopefully the stupid ones will get over themselves sometime this century and grow up! they are NOTHING so long as they choose to act this way.society has been tainted by them and others like them. very sad.

So, while at work today, I discovered that one of my shift supervisor’s has been badmouthing me to a fellow colleague. Apparently, she also badmouths everyone else. This news upset me immensly, becauseI always liked her. I felt very disappointed and sombre ever since my co-worker told me this.

I don’t get it. Why do people insist on gossiping and acting like teenage high school students? I thought people grew out of this. But apparently not… My co-worker told me she didn’t want to tell me what she was complaining about because she thought it was stupid.

I guess this shouldn’t surprise me. It appears that I am the only one at work who knows how to keep secrets and keep my mouth shut.

Whatever.  I really did not have agood day.

Alright, so this is another working world advice blog session.  My aim is to give real advice to people who are searching for jobs, as well as career advice for advancement when you get a job and how to stay ahead of the game.

(warning, truth and foul language ahead)

Let’s put a few things in perspective, this integrity, honesty, and hard work is a thing of the past.  I’ve experienced it personally, being fucked by incompetent monkeys due to back biting, lying, and plain jealousy.  With that said, let’s get on with it.

First, inflate your resume.  Who cares, they won’t find out what skills you have and what skills you don’t have.  I’m really serious about this. I found out that average person inflates their resume so much that employers now have ridiculous expectations for job requirements for new employees.  Let’s face it, we know it’s all bullshit anyway, prior to any interview just review the main topics.  You can easily google interview questions both technical and behavioral and make up your answers prior to the interview.  In order to compete in today’s market, dishonest is an invaluable skill.

At work, make sure you promote yourself, while discrediting your colleagues.  This has to be done tactfully and with discretion, but it’s easy to put in small statements in a conversation that seem perfectly innocent but deframe another colleague.  This is absolutely vital skill to have.  Make sure you always talk about yourself in a positive light and how hard you work, even if your job is equivalent to picking up camel shit still impress the monkeys above you.  Your colleagues aren’t your friends, make sure you stick it to them.  If you don’t, eventually they’ll fuck your ass sideways.  It’s a crucial step in advancement and surviving the corporate bullshit

If you have tits, you have an advantage so don’t be afraid to use them.  Wearing certain tighter clothing, asking favors from colleagues who you know fancy you is perfectly acceptable behavior these days.  Yes, you are a ho and everybody knows but your tits are gorgeous so make sure you use them.  You probably are a dumbass, but be smart about being a dumbass and use that to your advantage.  Nobody respects you anyway so you might as well not respect yourself and carry on.

Make sure, you get back at people who wronged you in the working world.  If someone lies about you, you make sure they suffer in the end.  In all honestly they should be severely punished through some chinese torture methods, but in the civilized world public humiliation should suffice.  Make sure they have bad recommendations, they should NEVER get a job

NEVER, EVER work for a small company.  Stick to the large ones, small companies have no structure and lack experience.  Usually comprised of some type of minority status in or der to win work as they can’t really compete with the big dogs.  It’s like masturbation, it serves it’s purpose but just not as satisfying as the real thing.  Work towards the end goal of a larger company.  This will help you in the end.  Small companies can easily ruin your  reputation.  Make sure small companies fail, don’t join them.  That will benefit all.

This may sound harsh, and you probably think “oh this isn’t me” but the fact of the matter is this is you.  You are the same douche of a problem that I’m speaking of, so drop your integrity and self respect and fuck everyone else.  This corporate world sucks, just look out for you.  There is no I in team, but there is an I in survival.

Fuck it all

Christians are called to live at a higher level than the world. The principle of the world, when dealing with someone who treats you well, is, in general, treat them well in return. We call this theory, “You scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours.” On the other hand, the world’s principle for dealing with someone who treats you badly, is that it is now acceptable for you to treat them badly in return. We might call this theory, “You stab me in the back, you had better not turn your back on me.”

However, the Bible contains God’s principles for God’s people. And His standards are always higher, and always better.

See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.

I Thessalonians 5:15

This is a standard that requires vigilance, for our flesh finds it repulsive. Who can tread such a narrow path of righteousness, and not fall? Only the Christian who “watches” always where he is going. (I Thessalonians 5:6; Hebrews 12:15) Thus the reminder to, “See that…” Keep your eyes open, and fixed firmly upon Christ and His Word, and you will always follow that which is good.

I was watching a lovely B Scott video. (If you don’t know who that is, go to youtube and watch all his videos right now). This particular video was about the 5 Kinds of Friends You Need to Give the Heave-Ho. One of them was the friend that is always competing with you. I have a couple of friends like this.

Now, I’m the kind of person that if you come to me with an issue, I will focus on JUST THAT ISSUE. I try not to relate it back to myself. I try to ask questions and stay on just that topic. I think I am a supportive friend. I KNOW I give good advice because my friends come to me often. I think I’m a level-headed person, and people see that in me.

This is a description of two friends that do some shit I really don’t like…

Friend #1. EVERY SINGLE GOT DAMN TIME I mention home-dude that I like… she always has something negative to say. “Oh, I heard him talkin about this girl”  ”Yeah, he tried to talk to me once…” “Hes the kind of guy that tries to be a player” its always something! Its not her trying to warn me because she knows he’s a good guy and that he does like me. Its like she tries to steal my happiness, which unfortunately, she cannot do. She is the One Up friend. Everything I say, she counters with something negative so she can still be “on top”. This is also the type of friend that as soon as you’re done talking tries to turn the conversation back to herself. I HATE THAT.

Friend#2. She wants to be in my business. She loves to ask me about the men I talk to but once I say it, she frowns/pouts/ and wants to talk shit about whatever happened. ONCE AGAIN trying to steal my happiness. She looks so hard into what I say to find something negative, even though I’m pleased.

Now B Scott’s advice was to give these kinds of friends the Heave-Ho, but I can’t do that. What WILL happen is they will have NO CLUE what goes on in my love life. No idea I say!! Its hard for girls to keep this kind of stuff to themselves, but I’m going to do it. I don’t like being brought down from my little cloud and I don’t like rain on my parades. So if you are one of these people to someone, don’t be surprised when suddenly, you don’t know shit about their lives. Unfortunately, thats what is about to happen to some of the people in my life.
