One of the things that I love about wow is the small things, the little extras that Bliz put in. Not talking about all the Easter Eggs here, seeing half of the pop-refrences I do not get.

But things like: a black cat called Badluck. Don’t make him cross your path!

Or a sign outside a store that asks if you care for some cheese while you whine?

These are things that can make my day when I notice them the 1st time, and still make me smile the 2nd , 3rd and even 567th time I notice it.

One of the more special stores, and my no. 1 favorite, is the Dalaran pet store.  From a leech to a ball, and -everything else you can possible need for your companion- is sold in this store.

And the store owner.. none less then Breanni herself!

In the rare case you do not know who I am talking about she is, the maker/owner of , where you can track your collection, or find a guide to get a sprite darter, or check out my collection, or .. just go check it out yourself.

There is so much more to find in Dalaran!

Take the snake in the first-aid center – would he be poisonous?

Cu siguranta cu totii am patit-o cel putin o data. Cred ca stiti despre ce e vorba.

• De cate ori ati avut nevoie urgenta de imprimanta la 12 noaptea si ati descoperit cu stupoare ca nu mai aveti tus?
• Sau cand avem ceva foarte important de scris, se opreste curentul sau pur si simplu pc-ul nu mai vrea sa porneasca.
• Iarna, dimineata, graba mare, intarziat la serviciu/examen etc si masina nu mai porneste.
• Se termina bateria la telefon exact cand asteptam un apel foarte important.
• Esti in mijlocul unei activitati intense online si pica netu’.

Foarte multe  situatii de genul asta ne dau batai de cap in cele mai importante momente.  Daca ai avut parte de astfel de intamplari (si sigur ai avut), nu ezita sa completezi lista inceputa de mine.

so this week hasnt exactly been my week…. wednesday i fell, slipped on some soap and fell on my lower back….thought i’d broken my back for a few minutes because i couldn’t move…. now i just think i sprained it…. my back is all black & blue…. then friday i fell AGAIN… tripped on the last step on the first landing on the stairs… took a swan dive into the wall, i think i’ve broken my nose… can’t breathe through it and i can’t even touch my face. ugh…..then….. i started my ladies days…..ruined a brand new pair of pjs…. so…. this week fucking sucks… i hurt, i ache and now i’m bloated…

i however kept my chin up…. cooked some cornish hens today with stuffing and veggies and a cranapple compote. it was awesome…. i have leftovers for sammiches later too…. i’m kinda excited….i like leftovers better when it comes to poultry… maybe im weird like that…lol the compote was fucking awesome, i rock out loud… i’m getting better and better at doing more fancy cooking, finding recipes the boys love….. and the kids don’t mind eating…lol i have plans for some summer soup soon…. and maybe some lamb wraps…. mmmmm.

I swear I’m not. I’ve been going in and out of hospitals for three days now, I can’t spend more than 6 hours without severe pain. I’ve been skipping work too, which is not good either. I’m so screwed up to the point where I’m starting to laugh at how screwed up I am. Only at times like these you realize how wrong it is to stay single, I’m definitely going couplet, duet, doublet, I’m going to divide my pain by 2. Its not a matter of, “Oh, I’m lonely, I gotta find someone.” No, now its a matter of, “If I don’t find someone anytime soon I think I will commit suicide!” I mean what the hell! Did Wataniya Airways do a discount for viruses and badluck on one way trips to my body? I want sunshine, as soon as possible, just 0.1% of something good. Just one pink cupcake, just one!

Today, i wanted to do some works for college… so i went in my car to take my books… And BAM! i realized that the fucking light inside was still on! It was sucking my brand new car battery’s energy for one entire day … Brand new cause i killed my last one when a big cold wave struck on us, it was -41 Celsius outside and when a battery is not fully charged in these tempereture… it stop working for some reason… well my father gave this one, brand new one… so i didnt want to kill that one too…

If that light was still open, it was because i didn’t close my door enough last time i came off my car… and when a door isn’t closed enough, the light never comes off…

So i decided to take my car and drive a little bit with it… cause by doing that, i would recharge the battery,  and so on i could avoid killing this battery if another cold wave would comes.

Well, i drove for some minutes then decided to come back home. To turn back i went into a nice place i usually drift just-for-fun… i went there at 100 Km/h without knowing it was full of snow…

My car got stuck into it… Just my luck i would say… and the worse; i was still wearing a pyjama… and it was like -20 Celius outside, with winds and snow… took me a load of patience to dig around my cars while taking break every 30 sec to enter the car to warm up a little…

All that only because i wanted to do homeworks… next time…i’ll burn them to ashes… it may warm me a bit too…

so cold…

Seven Years
Bad Luck

The notion of “Seven Years Bad Luck” has always seemed suspicious, but the roots of the notion are worthy of examination and re-consideration.

The Traditional Notion:
Saturn is the Old Devil

Saturn has been called an “Old Devil.” (Refer to Liz Greene’s Classic: “Saturn: A New Look at an Old Devil.” I like to write about Saturn, I suppose, because I have an unusually highly pronounced Saturn in my chart. I call it an “Old Devil” and “Evil” quite a bit, but, secretly, it has been my friend in many ways. At many points in my life, after it stripped away some thing, idea, notion, or person from my life, I was invariably liberated to pursue some key project or key aspect of myself.

That said, the idea of “seven years bad luck” arising from certain kinds of events, typically some accident such as accidentally breaking a mirror, has been said by some (many?) to be the result of a one-quarter turn of a Saturn cycle. With roughly a 28-year cycle (which, oddly, corresponds to the Moon’s 28-day cycle), one quarter of a Saturn cycle is indeed seven years. The idea is that Saturn moves from one cardinal, fixed, or mutable point to the next corresponding cardinal, fixed or mutable point.

Saturn is also considered “the planet” (aka “THE Planet”) for “bad luck” because it is associated with “tests, trials, and tribulations.” That is, Saturn is associated with the EFFECT of the “bad luck.”

I have problems with this idea.

A Modern Notion: Uranus, a New Devil

No one claims that Uranus is a “devil,” but he is considered to be a malefic and is especially responsible for accidents. This alone makes Uranus a candidate for an alternative explanation, because Uranus is associated with the CAUSE of the bad luck (an accident) rather than the EFFECT (tests, trials, and tribulations).

Even more important, Uranus goes through a SIGN in precisely seven years. Astrologers tend not to discuss quarter-turns of cycles much. They do arise as a topic, but primarily is discussions of the Sun and “the Seasons.” However, Astrologers CONSTANTLY discuss transits of SIGNS and HOUSES (equivalent to signs). Demarcation of some life event as the transit of a sign (by Uranus) fits better with most asrological theory and typical astrological discussions.

Out with The Old Devil,
and In With The New

So, consider this: maybe the idea of Saturn being associated with Seven Years Bad Luck is just plain wrong. Maybe it is all about Uranus and his penchant for causing changes via accidents.

Como verán no pongo comentarios u opiniones en las entradas de mi blog (aunque para eso se supone que es xD), simplemente comparto lo que me gusta, además de una que otra cosa, para que todo lo disponible aquí sea variado y no solo mis gustos n_n. Así que ahora si me voy a extender (esta bien que no comente, pero eso no me quita la oportunidad de hacerlo…).

En esta ocasión vengo a “festejar” (o algo asi ¬¬) que he llegado a 10.000 visitas (viva, hurra, tantantan…), nunca creí que llegara a tantas y eso me alegrá mucho, por lo cual hoy pondré una ¡.Actualización Especial.! como agradecimiento a todas las personas que han visitado mi blog y las que vienen xD.

La mayoría de las cosas ya las había subido desde uuuuuuu, el año pasado… jajajajajaaa (se oye muy lejos pero apenas van 12 días desde que dejamos atras el 2007), pero decidí esperarme a que pasará las 10.000 visitas y poner todo junto (ya que faltaban poquitas para llegar ^o^) y por otro lado agradecerle a todas las personas que han visitado mi blog, sobre todo aquellas que han sido constantes y que siguen día a día mis actuas, de verdad Gracias…

También a las personas que se han molestado en dejar comentarios, aunque son muy pocas, realmente me alegra mucho que dejen su opinión o que den las gracias, yo se los agradezco más, y sobre todo aquellas que no hablan ni mi mismo idioma, (ya que hay unos cuantos comentarios en inglés y “portugués” <- que es el que más me costo entender @_@), pero de verdad me alegrá mucho que lo hagán, no importa en que idioma sea (siempre buscaré la manera de traducir los comentarios buaaaaajajaja…).

No queda más que decir (que poquito comente y eso que esta entrada era libre a todo mi pensamiento, me quede así -_-¡), así que los dejo con esta actua y que la disfruten. En se soir de noel, petit trip de cartes avec mon cousin et mon oncle.

Alors, on fesait des pokers ouvert pour voir qui était le plus chanceux. 2 cartes chaques, 5 au milieu, comme au Hold em, mais le jeux ouvert comme dans un all-in.
Alors, mon cousin n’était absolument pas chanceux dutout dutout. Gagnait absolument jamais.
Pour faire changement je dit: Ok, cette fois si on joue inverse. Celui qui a aucune pair gà la meilleur main, et si tu as une flush royal tu est sûr de perdre. Vous voyez? Tout les Ranking de main inversé.
Alors mon cousin recoit 4-4
Et sur le jeu :  3-4-4-8-9
quatres 4, la deuxieme meilleur main du poker apres “LA” flush royal.
ÇA c’est de la badluck!

Cẩn thận nhồi cái túi đựng đồ xạc pin máy chụp hình vào giữa đống đồ trong vali cho khỏi xóc. Về nhà hồn nhiên dốc cả đám đồ cùng với cái túi đựng cục xạc vào máy giặt, bật máy lên rồi yên tâm đi ngủ.

Sáng nay ra thì ôi thôi rồi, đầu đọc thẻ, universal socket, dây cáp…rồi đau nhất là cái đồ xạc pin đã được “tắm giặt sạch sẽ” với chế độ heavy duty. Huhu. cứ tưởng tượng 2 cái chân socket cắm điện nó tòe ra 2 bên thì sẽ hiểu heavy duty đến cỡ nào.

Hư luôn máy giặt rồi. Máy chụp hình hết luôn cả 2 cục pin rồi, đầu đọc thẻ cũng tiêu rồi phải chờ đi mua cái mới, cáp thì đang phơi cho khô nhưng chưa chắc dám nối vào máy nên “Hình ơi, cứ ở nhà ngoan nhé”

May mà không nhét nốt cái cục pin ’sơ-cua’ vào túi đồ. Chung quy cũng tại cái cơn buồn ngủ.
