Some people really have a thing for Bai Ling, I’m not one of those people. She reminds me of a woman that’s actually a spider that’s actually a woman and that kind of thing really doesn’t do it for me. There’s way too many angles there that distract me from knowing if she’s hot or just another Asian girl that I find attractive only because she’s skinny and would more than likely clean my house. To each his own and to all of those that enjoy looking at Bai Ling’s boobs, here’s some pictures.

When is the last time you saw a movie with Bai Ling? Hmm … no, we don’t remember neither a notable role of the Asian in recent years.

However, we should all agree that the actress knows how to attract attention! At the “Movie Meets Media” event, held in Hamburg, Bai Ling appeared dressed in a pink skirt, covering her breasts with only a fur collar.

Of course, when Bai was on the red carpet, her fur has slipped, just enough to let one nipple fly …

It is known that Bai Ling has a real obsession with her nipples: she even shot a movie called “Nipples: Pieces of My Dream”.

Bertepatan pada hari Valentine 2009, Bai ditangkap karena ketahuan mencuri majalah dan baterai di bandara Los Angeles. Namun akhirnya dibebaskan setelah membayar denda USD700 atau setara dengan Rp6,6 juta

Vissa dagar är riktigt roliga och intressanta i kändisvärlden. Det händer sjukt många kul saker som jag kan skriva om och få dig att skratta och skratta i timmar! Idag har någon fotograferat Bai Ling medan hon kliver ur en bil och visar sina trosor. Bai Ling är givetvis mest känd för sin roll som gängcrackhoe (det är ett riktigt yrke, kolla upp det) i Crank 2. Jag baserar det uttalandet på att jag inte har sett henne i någonting annat och att jag är alldeles för ledsen över att jag inte hittade någonting bättre att skriva om ikväll, så jag orkar absolut inte kolla upp henne på imdb. Vadå? Att jag är grym på att skriva? Jag vet, men tack så mycket för att du tar upp det. Du är en riktig charmör, va? Jag slutar aldrig att bli förvånad över din förmåga att få mig att rodna som om jag vore en ung tjej igen!

Bai Ling just added herself on the already impressive list of stars who drawn the public attention with a “miss fortunate” incident that involves a nipple and some paparazzi. But the beautiful actress born in China opened her cleavage in a totally inadequate situation.

The star went to a fundraiser for a children hospital without wearing anything under her jacket. So the inevitable has occurred and the Asian made the unfortunate move, leaving her breast to the paparazzi’s flashes.

If you really want to advertise yourself, you may appeal to this trick in another circumstance, not at a children charity.

As you know, we really only post when AudioComics has news and views to share. Well, we gots some news, and den some views! Let’s start with Starstruck. Recently we had another great comicsference call with Elaine Lee, and the decision has been made to record the off-Broadway play in April. While we were originally looking at February for a recording date, keep in mind that, a) we are recording before a live audience, b) we are recording in Portland, Maine, and c) Portland, Maine gets pretty damn cold in February and nobody wants to come out in zero degree weather for anything. So it will be April, not February, and again we are looking at performances in a couple of different spaces. Moreover we will be doing a couple of performances at each venue, making the editing process that much easier in case of a flubbed line or missed SFX cue or someone forgets to turn of his motherf***ing cell phone. (Plus, if one performance is sold out, you get another chance to catch it. It’s all goooood…) When we have the dates set up and ticket prices confirmed, we’ll give you all the details. So keep watching the skies…! (Oh how freakin’ corny was that…)

Speaking of Starstruck, I would like to direct you to Tym Stevens’ blog ROCK SEX, and his tribute entry to the series, “The Big Bang of Starstruck: the Roots and Branches” of Elaine Lee and Michael Kaulta’s space opera at http://tymstevens.blogspot.com/2009/10/big-bang-of-starstruck-roots-and_08.html. It’s probably the most comprehensive piece I’ve ever read about Elaine and Michael’s masterpiece. Also, there’s not one, but two Starstruck pages on Facebook (one Groups page, one Fan page). If you’re on the ‘book, go sign up! I’m not telling you twice! Even more exciting, there’s a third page in the works co-created by AudioComics co-founder Lance Roger Axt. Worth MORE than its weight in credits!

VERDICT:
8/10 Sick Minds

Well, it sure lives up to its name.

Three…Extremes is a collection of three short Asian horror films by accomplished directors from China, Japan, and Korea. One’s about a woman who eats gross shit, another is about a good guy being forced to sin, and the last is about a girl in a box. I’ll elaborate in a minute.

It’s been a while since I went through my Asian horror phase, but thanks to a recent conversation with my co-worker on the subject, I figured it was about damn time I jumped back in and gave this movie a watch after having it on me Netflix queue for years now. Wasn’t expecting a whole lot from this, mostly because I’m usually not big on short films, but, man, I forgot how good J-horror (and apparently C-horror and K-horror) movies are.

Western directors really don’t make ‘em like this; just look at all the bastardized J-horror remakes that have come out like gangbusters since The Ring in ‘02. Not the most impressive track record.

Anyway, let’s get down to the…extremes.

First off, there’s Dumplings by Chinese director Fruit Chan (whose other efforts I’m completely unfamiliar with, and you’d think I’d have heard of someone named “Fruit” by now). The story here follows that of an aging actress trying to find the fountain of youth through the secret recipe in Bai Ling’s dumplings. I leave it up to your imagination to figure out what the secret ingredient is, all I’ll say is that, unfortunately, you’re on the right track.

This is easily the most extreme entry of the bunch for a number of reasons. Part of it is the dumplings themselves, part of it is the effing sound of the woman savoring these things one by one, but mostly it’s because the woman knows damn well what she’s paying for and keeps on coming back for more. Taps into some pretty hairy shit in regards to the depths of vanity and the depth of the human soul. It’s the least impressive from a stylistic standpoint, but succeeds as the most horrifying of the three.

Next up is Cut by Park Chan-wook, director of Oldboy (which I really need to watch again, this time without those abysmal English dubs). This one’s about a nice guy movie director that gets kidnapped by a hard-knock extra from his films and is forced to choose between strangling a child he doesn’t know or having his wife’s fingers chopped off one by one every five minutes – the kicker being that his wife’s a pianist. Extreme on a different level, somewhat Saw-esque, but also goes into that whole depth of the human soul thing.

The great thing about this segment is that it’s actually really fun; well, not so much the finger-cutting, but everything else is a blast to watch. All the credit in this regard goes to director Chan-wook’s wild directing style and ability to maintain a lighthearted tone in a life or death situation like this. It gets comical and surprisingly funny at times, but it’s a welcome sense of humor that sets it apart from the otherwise grim contrast of the other directors’ segments. Might not be as extreme as Dumplings, but is arguably the most original.

And rounding out this trifecta of messed up shit is Box by Takashi Miike. This man’s name might have raised an “Oh, fuck” eyebrow for some of you out there, and rightly so. For those who don’t know Miike-san, he’s the crazy bastard behind such J-horror family favorites as Audition and Ichi the Killer (both of which I’ll get around to reviewing soon enough). And while Box doesn’t reach the same degree of brutal sadism that Miike’s name has become synonymous with, this was the only segment that really gave me chills as I inched away from the TV screen while reminding myself, “It’s just a movie.”

Box follows a reclusive woman trying to unlock the mystery behind a recurring nightmare of hers where she finds herself being buried alive while trapped in a box. I know, vague description, but that’s kind of the appeal. You’re not really sure what the hell is going on for a while, and I’m not really sure what the hell was going on by the end either, but that actually seems to be the norm with Miike’s movies. It’s weird, but you just gotta go with it. Regardless, it’s beautifully filmed and Miike does a great job of building up the tension without throwing in cheap scares to dull the overall effect. Really impressive and truly eerie throughout.

The thing I like most about Three…Extremes is that every segment succeeds on its own and they don’t need gimmicky commonalities to tie them all together, like in the recent Trick ‘r Treat for example. Despite their running times, they’re extremely effective as horror movies and the benefit of watching them in sequence is that it gives the audience a real appreciation for each director as a unique storyteller. Three…Extremes isn’t for the weak of heart, stomach, or mind, but if you’re looking for a horror movie that starts with a bang and keeps on firing off rounds right to very end, say hello to these three crazy bastards.

     Earth girls, you should be ashamed. 

     So many of you think that it’s not hip, or you just plain can’t be bothered to wear pantyhose, yet, Anna, the leader of the VISITORS from another planet showed up at 8 p.m. EST Tuesday Nov. 3, looking totally hot in a gorgeous suit, high heels and some absolutely delicious looking pantyhose.

     Hmmmmm, what should we make of this?  I mean the “V” are a highly advanced civilization from another world.  They’ve come to Earth, ostensibly, because they need some of our water to enable them to make it back home from their intergalactic roadtrip,  and in exchange they’ll give us low lifes some of their superior technological knowledge. 

     I think there’s a lesson here.   If you’re visiting another planet and trying to make a good first impression, especially when you bill yourself as the female leader of an advanced civilization, you and your female beings should wear pantyhose.  Otherwise, your bare legs might show themselves for what they really are — scaley skinned reptile limbs.

     I don’t know about you, but the “V” got my vote.  I like them.  Not that I am falling for this whole “We come in peace” line of theirs, but hey, if we Earthlings are gonna end up as din-din for a bunch of reptiles disguised as humans, I want their leader to at least have the good taste to wear pantyhose with her designer outfits.

     “Take me to your leader.  I want to tell her she is a real credit to females of the human race — er, to looking like one, anyway.”

     OK, I know it doesn’t take much to make my day, but I am just delighted that the costumer for the ”V” didn’t lower himself or herself to Earthly standards of dress, or what is supposedly the fashion of today, and dress the aliens in bare legs.   

     I love that these highly advanced alien beings come to Earth and, in trying to fit in, go with a look that isn’t what’s supposedly hip right now, but rather the one that is classy and in good taste.  It kinda exposes the bare legs culture of today for what it really is — a fad that won’t last because when it comes right down to it, wearing beautiful dresses, skirts or suits with high heels and bare legs just isn’t attractive, and certainly isn’t classy. 

     I ask you, readers: Do you like “V” and its star alien, Morena Baccarin as Anna?
