The bike is priced at Rs 2.69 lakh (ex-showroom price). The powertrain of the sports bike is awesome. <strong>Kawasaki Ninja 250R</strong> is powered by DHOC four stroke engine with a displacement of 249cc. This is supported by parallel twin-cylinders. The engine churns a maximum power of 32bhp at 11000 rpm and develops maximum torque of 22NM at 8200 rpm. The engine is liquid cool that automatically cools the engine. This time the female is provided with thick piston rings that is meant for minimizing oil consumption. Apart from this, the design of the combustion chamber optimized to maximize combustion efficiency and reduce emissions.</p>

At present, the company sells 50,000 Pulsars in a month. Now, <a title="Bajaj" href="http://www.bikedekho.com/bajaj.html" target="_self"><strong>Bajaj</strong></a> hopes to sell 35,000 more units of the flagship model. The monthly target will help them to touch goal of one million per year in <strong><a id="2010_LE_Link" title="2010" href="http://www.myindiaguide.com/mobiles/intex/2010.html">2010</a></strong>-11 for the <strong>Bajaj Pulsar</strong> brand. <strong>Bajaj Auto</strong>, General Manager, Marketing- Two Wheelers, Milind Bade, told media persons here that the new Pulsar launch will help the sports bike market to move from 16 per cent to 20-25 per cent by the end of the next financial year. He added that Bajaj&#8217;s vision is to convert India a nation of bikers from a nation of commuters. He further said that the new <strong>Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS</strong> is the first four valve DTS-i engine bike in the world. It is also the only light sports bike in India. <strong> </strong></p>

Honda does make six to seven million bikes per year and Bajaj intends to produce more than this to become the leader in motorcycles. First in the list is Bangalore based <a title="Reva" href="http://www.cardekho.com/cars/Reva" target="_self"><strong>Reva</strong></a> which had launched electric cars in India and outside. Now, another Bangalore based auto company, <strong>Eko Vehicles Pvt. Ltd</strong>, has launched world&#8217;s first <a title="Hybrid" href="http://www.bikedekho.com/bike-news/first-hybrid-two-wheeler-launched-in-bangalore.html" target="_self"><strong>hybrid</strong></a> bikes. The new hybrid bikes are: <strong>EKO Strike</strong> and <strong>EKO ET 120</strong>. The hybrid bikes has been developed by EKO and Emerging Vehicle Technologies. The EKO ET 120 is priced at Rs 40,000 in India while the EKO Strike has tagged at Rs 22,000. The bikes have got petrol engine and electric motor. The bike is designed to touch 65 kmph of top speed. The machine are powered by a 70cc mill. These bikes are not required any registration or license as other electric <strong><a id="bikes_in_India_LE_Link" title="Bikes in India" href="http://www.myindiaguide.com/bikes/">bikes in India</a></strong>.</p>

<p>The company was started in January 2005 and could sold over 15,000 units of EKO Cosmic and EKO Velociti. The company has already 100,000 booking for these vehicles. By <strong><a id="2010_LE_Link" title="2010" href="http://www.myindiaguide.com/mobiles/intex/2010.html">2010</a></strong>, EKO would increase its production capacity to 20,000 units a month. This and other expansion plans will cost around Rs 30 to 50 crore in the above mentioned time.</p>

<p>Pläne, gemeinsam mit Bajaj Auto, einem weiteren indischen Autohersteller, ein technisch einfaches, sehr kleines und für die Bevölkerung auf dem Subkontinent leistbares Auto zu bauen, <a href="http://nissanfan.wordpress.com/2008/06/30/grune-nissan-technologie-in-autos-von-kooperationspartnern/" target="_blank">gibt es ohnehin schon länger</a>, aber im letzten Jahr war davon nichts mehr zu hören gewesen&#8230;<!--more--></p>
<p>Diese Verzögerungen hängen laut Ghosn damit zusammen, dass weder Nissan noch Bajaj bisher darin Erfahrung hatten, ein derartiges Fahrzeug zu konstruieren. <strong>Der ursprünglich für 2011 anvisierte Marktstart dürfte deswegen auch nicht mehr einzuhalten sein, kommen soll der automobile Winzling fix</strong>. Sollte ihm in Indien Erfolg beschieden sein, könnte es sogar sein, dass er es auf diverse Exportmärkte schafft, wobei vor allem andere Schwellenländer in Asien beglückt werden dürften. Nach Europa, Japan oder in die USA wird er hingegen wohl kaum kommen, obwohl das nicht ganz ausgeschlossen ist. Schließlich soll auch der Nano in einer aufgefetteten Version irgendwann die Fahrer in den Industrieländern glücklich machen *g*.</p>

These companies belong to two-wheeler, three-wheeler, four-wheeler &#38; heavy vehicles segment and hence attempt is made to cover the automobile sector. The financials share holding pattern, historic prices &#38; charts, bonus history, dividend history, right issue allotment along with high-low prices of these companies are shown in this report. The dividend history of these companies shows their growth in declaration of dividend. It also reveals their attitude towards share holders. These companies are able to declare high dividends due to their profit &#38; reserves.<br />
The expected rise in income levels, wide choice of models have resulted in rise in sales of these companies. The Indian auto component industry is likely to almost double to $18.7 billion by 2009 and reach about $40 billion by 2014. But on other hand the high interest rate is also a worry for vehicle finance. So these factors are going to be the deciding ones for automobile sector</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#808080;"><span style="color:#ffcc99;"><strong>Bajaj Auto</strong></span> </span>has phased out the <span style="color:#993300;"><strong><span style="color:#ffcc99;">Pulsar 200 model</span><em> </em></strong></span>to make way for the new <span style="color:#cc99ff;"><span style="color:#ffcc99;"><strong>Pulsar 220</strong>,</span> </span>as both were priced on a par, despite the latter being more powerful.</p>
<p>The <strong>new Pulsar 220</strong>, launched three weeks earlier, is a refurbished version of the earlier model launched in December 2006. The Pulsar 200 was launched in January 2007 and carried an ex-showroom price of about Rs 70,000.</p>
<p>However, to take on competing products in the premium category (priced upwards of Rs 65,000) with the likes of <strong>Yamaha FZ16, Fazer and R15, Hero Honda’s Karizma, TVS Apache 180 and the Honda CBF Stunner PGM-FI</strong>, Bajaj has slashed the price of Pulsar 220 by more than Rs 15,000. It will now be sold at Rs 70,000, ex-showroom.</p>
<p><em>S Sridhar</em>, chief executive (two-wheelers), Bajaj Auto, said, “The carburettored version of the new Pulsar 220, which has been launched, <strong>offers higher power and better performance at a much lesser price.</strong></p>
<p>So, continuing with the Pulsar 200 was not possible, as it was priced in the similar range. We wanted to offer the buyers a better bike at an affordable rate.”</p>
<p>The bike, however, is still available in select showrooms at the earlier price without any discounts. “Some units of the Pulsar 200 are available with us and there will be no more supply of it from the company,” said a Mumbai-based dealer of the Probiking showroom, Bajaj’s speciality outlet that sells only premium bikes.</p>
<p><strong>The Pulsar 200 has a 198.8cc engine, which delivers 18 bhp power, while the Pulsar 220 has a 220cc engine, which generates 21.04 bhp of peak power.</strong> Although the new Pulsar 220 is heavier than the Pulsar 200 by five kg, at 150 kg, it is faster than the smaller sibling at 144 km/hour, as compared to 130 km/hour.</p>
<p>Currently, the company produces three models under the Pulsar brand — <strong>Pulsar 150, Pulsar 180 and Pulsar 220. </strong>All the three models have only recently gone through a face-lift labelled as the ‘2009 edition’.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, in a bid to increase its market share in the 100 cc category, Bajaj Auto today launched its popular selling model <strong>“Discover” in the entry level segment.</strong></p>
<p>Bajaj held a marketshare of <strong>43 per cent in the premium 150 cc segment</strong> contributed by sales of its premium bike ‘Pulsar’ and a <strong>9 per cent market share in the entry level segment through “Platina”</strong> as of April-June 2009.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#ffcc99;"><strong>With the latest launch, the company hoped to garner a significant market share in the segment this fiscal.</strong></span></p>

Untuk pertemuan ke 3 ini kami membahs maslah nama dan juga logo yg akan kami gunakan. Untuk nama dan logo kita sudah dapat tapi mash menunggu hasil finishing yg dibuat olah salah satu anggota beserta logo.<br />
Jadi untuk nama dalam waktu dekat diumumkan beserta logo.<br />
Semoga dengan terbentuknya klub bajaj purwokerto ini dapat menjalin tali persaudaraan diantara para pengguna bajaj, masyarakat maupun club2 yg ad dipurwokerto dan seluruh Indonesia.</p>

<p>Untuk kedepan anggota akan terus bertambah dan untuk nama beserta logo sendiri masih kita bicarakan.</p>
<p>Dari data yang kita peroleh untuk wilayah purwokerto dan sekitarnya telah lebih dari 20 pemakai bajaj jadi kita tunggu kehadiran mereka.</p>
