<p>So I&#8217;m dissappointed with myself, because I made a commitment to make sure to get a photo up everyday and well I failed at that. So I am promising that I will get a new photo up as often as I can, but school is about to start. Oh boy&#8230;</p>
<p>So this last week I moved into my new dorm room, well its my old dorm room but I moved back here so its new to me again. Oh I love my dorm room its small, but its comfortable and it is big enough for me.</p>
<p>Well the last few days have been morning to night RA training, and it has just limited my time for photos so that is why I haven&#8217;t been able to post sorry guys. Today was are staff cookout and I finally had the chance to pull out my gear and snap some shots.</p>
<p>This is Professor Delton Gordon, The Kerr Drummond RAC, cooking up some burgers. I wish i would have a little more fill light on him, but I had the camera close to the fire and the new Soft box on my flash wouldn&#8217;t have liked the flames to much.</p>
<p>These flames resemble the new beginning of the year, and that means nothing but work for me, but I love my job. Being an RA is a great experience that many don&#8217;t get to have the chance to have and I am so glad that I am one of the chosen ones.</p>

<p>Mas esta história começa na noite anterior. Atendendo a um pedido dela, fomos comer fora. Ela se controlou e pediu uma saladinha, eu pedi uma sanduba. Tudo bem que não era tão gordo assim o lanche: Pão + filet grelhado + maionese + alface. Ahhh e dividimos uma bela porção de fritas.. que saudade!!!</p>
<p>No almoço de dia das mães dispensamos o couvert, mas comemos Empanada (o restuarante era Argentino) + provoleta. Como prato principal pedi uma costelinha de porco com molho barbacue.. que delícia!!!</p>
<p>Na sobremesa me segurei e comi só uma colherada da panqueca com doce de leite que minha mãe pediu. Por incrível que pareça, não ingeri nada alcoólico!!</p>
<p>De noite comi um pãozinho com patê e 1/5 de um omelete. Ufa&#8230; foi &#8220;só&#8221; isto!! Exagerei um pouco mas valeu a pena!!!!</p>

<p>Sekoita kuivat aineet kulhossa, lisää nesteet sekoittaen. Käytetään mm. ribsien ja grillikyljen moppaamiseen ennen ja grillauksen aikana. Koko satsi kului kahden tunnin kylkihiillostuksen aikana eli ei muuta, kuin sutimaan!</p>

I make quesadillas at least twice a month as my son loves Mexican so I usually do a Mexican night with nachos, quesadillas, gaucamole, sour cream, salsa, basically the lot. Although it is always yummy and we all enjoy it, I prefer to make everything from scratch so by the time i&#8217;ve cooked up the chicken, onion, beef, peppers and all the spices and cheeses you add it takes a good while in preparation and cooking. This recipe is simplistic with few ingredients and much quicker, although I don&#8217;t make this one all the time as you can not beat traditional Mexican, with all the yummy flavours.</p>

Ingredients</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">Note:</span> I use the larger flour tortillas and a whole chicken makes 4 quesadillas, it would make a lot more if using the smaller about 8 inch tortillas. The ingredients listed below are for large tortillas and I only made 2 when I made these, that is why there is the choice of the ingredients for 2 or 4. So take your pick for serving size desired or for appetites, as my son would eat 2 large ones by himself if I let him.</p>

1 Whole BBQ chicken, shredded (half a chicken makes 2 large quesadillas.)<br />
5-10 Slices cooked bacon, chopped<br />
1-2 Red onions, finely chopped<br />
2-4 Cups cheddar cheese, shredded<br />
3/4-11/2 Cups barbecue sauce (Or to personal taste)<br />
Salsa, to serve<br />
Sour cream, to serve</p>
<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">Method</span></p>
<p>1. Heat a little oil in a pan, add onion, cook until soft, remove, add chopped bacon and cook until browned.</p>
<p>2. In large fry pan, heat some more oil, add flour tortilla and brown, flip and brown the other side.</p>
<p>3. Place tortilla on a pizza tray, spread BBQ sauce over arrange onions, bacon and chicken over, sprinkle cheese to cover, place under the grill and cook 1-2 Minutes, until cheese is melted.</p>
<p>4. While cheese is grilling, take another tortilla, add to pan and brown, flip and brown the other side, remove pizza tray from oven and top with browned tortilla, cut into four slices.</p>
<p>5. Repeat procedure with remaining 2 or 6 flour tortillas depending on the amount you are making.</p>
<p>Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.</p>
