This is pretty much a no excuses kind of workout. You can always find the extra 17 minutes in your day &#38; it&#8217;s great because you can adjust the intensity based off of your own abilities.<!--more--></p>

<p style="text-align:center;">For breakfast I tried out a new smoothie. It was delicious &#38; literally took me two minutes to make. I did accidentally smooth some of a wooden spoon into it.. I never found the missing chunk but I would say you can skip that part if you would like.</p>

<description><![CDATA[What a great day today!  I am back!!  The headache and general malaise is gone&#8230;  I felt back t]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What a great day today!  I am back!!  The headache and general malaise is gone&#8230;  I felt back to normal today- almost euphoric again to be back in my clean eating zone.  Not to sound cliched, but YOU DO FEEL BETTER WHEN YOU EAT BETTER!  It&#8217;s true!!  I guess I just had to live it both ways to finally believe it!!!</p>
<p>The scales were down a pound when I got on them this morning, so I am back to within one pound of my pre-cruise weight.  Whew- the cheat is almost behind me. Just clear sailing for a while with no big events or trips planned.</p>
<p>I rethought my goal weight yesterday, and I am thinking it might be possible to hit it in August.  THAT WOULD BE FANTASTIC!!!  But if I don&#8217;t, that&#8217;s okay too.  Because, it is less about the actual weight now for me than it is about the shape of my body.  I want to develop a toned look.  I have an idea of what that will look like, and what size I might be in clothing.  I still want to lose two clothing sizes.  I love this gym work, and I love what it is doing to my arms, and my legs.  I am starting to feel pride for maybe the first time ever&#8230;</p>
<p>So, tonight I went to the Barre Fit class.  I shared a bar with my new gym friend Lee.  We haven&#8217;t known each other very long, but it is so much more fun to have a gym buddy.  We keep up with each other, and attend some of the same classes.  The class was an outstanding workout.  It is hard, but not so hard that you can&#8217;t keep up.  It makes you feel graceful and strong.  And sweaty and exhausted.  As I worked out, I thought about how each movement was bringing me closer to the goal.  It seems in the past I went through the motions because that was what you were &#8220;supposed to do&#8221;.  Now, it is just good fun knowing that pushing harder is what is making the changes in my body.</p>
<p>I love reading everyone&#8217;s blogs.  We are all sharing many of the same emotional ups and downs on the journey&#8230; We have days when we are ready to throw in the towel, but eventually, we have those days that make us feel strong and proud and we know that we are winners!!!! The feeling on those good days is better than any other reward.  It is pride in knowing that you and only you did it!!! And when you feel that feeling it is addicting!  It makes you believe that you can do anything&#8230;.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I worked out at 11am instead of going in the evening. A nice change! I went to a Barre Fit class and it was amazing. This was a class that mixed classic pilates moves with ballet elements that lift and tone you muscles. It was super intense and felt so great!</p>

It looks a little scary, being that green and all, but it was actually really tasty!</p>
