<p>Ich habe das Gerät vor etwa 2 Monaten erworben. Ich bin mit dem Gerät sehr zufrieden. Das Gerät ist sehr leise.<br />Insbesondere die Installation konnte schnell und einfach abgeschlossen werden. Auch für den Einsteiger bestens geeignet.<br />Eigentlich braucht man für die normalen Tätigkeiten keinen hochwertigeren Computer. Der Akku ist leider nicht so stark wie vorgegeben. Auch von der Qualität liegen hier keine Einschränkungen vor. <br />Also eine absolute Kaufempfehlung!!!!!!</p>

You may never find your ideal, but you will establish a basic framework that outlines the person you are looking for.</p>
<p>Developing an ideal candidate profile is similar to viewing a lineup of suspects after you’ve witnessed a bank robbery. The individual you pick out may not be the actual bank robber, but chances are the real criminal is strongly similar. Often, a lineup helps police establish the silhouette or basic framework of the person being sought. The police is clear even if the details are not. Likewise, your ideal candidate profile will give you a sharper idea of what you are really looking for, so that you can increase your odds of finding him or her.</p>

<p>Be specific when you draft your outline. If you want someone with strong follow-up skills, say so. If you want an assertive person who can handle high stress, say so. To create a good match between job and candidate, you need to define the person as closely as you define the job.</p>
<p>Keep your company culture in mind, too. If your company is team-oriented and flexible, you want a candidate who is comfortable with teamwork—and not everyone is. If your department is highly structured, you want someone who works well in a structured situation. Describe the qualities that your company values so that you can find compatible candidates.</p>
<p>Just remember that defining the candidate is a lot like shopping for groceries: the more you toss into your shopping cart, the more you’ll pay. The cost of filling a job is influenced by two factors: how long it takes to find the candidate, and the supply of qualified candidates. The greater the number of <em>must have</em> items on your list, the longer it’s going to take to find that person. The greater the experience, skills, or education requirements, the smaller the supply of candidates and the larger the compensation package required to hire the person.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p style="text-align:justify;">Dalam artikel terdahulu saya telah memberikan beberapa contoh penggunaan metodologi AOP dengan menggunakan beberapa cara, salah satunya dengan menggunakan spring classic aop. Dengan menggunakan spring classic aop kita harus membuat proxy dengan mendefinisikan secara eksplisit kebutuhan akan kelas kelas untuk membuat proxy tersebut. Nah, dengan Spring AspectJ kita dapat dengan mudah mendefinisikan agar melakukan scanning terhadap kelas-kelas yang dianggap sebagai sebuah aspek dan membuatkan proxy untuk masing-masing kelas tersebut.<br />
Sebuah kelas aspek dapat ditandai dengan sebuah anotasi @Aspect. <!--more-->Sebuah kelas aspek juga dapat ditandai dengan melakukan injeksi secara langsung didalam sebuah container. Untuk mengimplementasikan automatic proxy maka kita dapat mendefinisikan sebuah element xml seperti berikut :</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Jika melihat kode diatas maka ada beberapa advice yang digunakan. @Before,@AfterReturning,@AfterThrowing. Seperti dalam artikel yang lalu, advice Before akan dijalankan sebelum target method dieksekusi, advice AfterReturning akan dijalankan setelah target method dieksekusi. Advice AfterThrowing akan dieksekusi jika terjadi kesalahan dalam target method tersebut. Mungkin kita juga menemukan beberapa istilah baru didalam listing diatas, antara lain adalah JoinPoint.<br />
JoinPoint dapat diartikan sebagai sebuah execution point yang tepat didalam sebuah pointcut. Lalu, apa itu poincut ? Poincut dapat diartikan sebagai sebuah penunjuk untuk mengarahkan advice tertentu kedalam execution points agar menujuk pada target kelas dan target method tertentu. Jadi poincut dapat berupa wildcard(*) sebagai penunjuk modifier, return type, paket dan nama kelas tertentu. Seperti halnya wildcard yang lain yang berarti apa saja, hal ini juga berlaku pada poincut yang biasa disebut juga denga reguler expression.<br />
Kemudian kita perlu mendaftarkan kelas-kelas yang terlibat didalam container :</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>There&#8217;s no getting around it: To <a href="http://www.webmd.com/diet/default.htm">lose weight</a> and keep it off, you need to <a href="http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/default.htm">exercise</a>. But some days that hardly seems possible. Our days are overbooked already! Yet experts agree &#8211; exercise must become part of your overall daily lifestyle. And starting the morning with exercise is the best habit of all.</p>
<p>&#8220;The key is getting exercise whenever you can &#8211; whether it&#8217;s morning, afternoon, or evening,&#8221; says Cedric X. Bryant, PhD, chief exercise physiologist of the American Council on Exercise. &#8220;Your goal is to move your body as much as possible.&#8221;</p>
<p>But by starting your morning with physical activity, you set the day&#8217;s pace, Bryant says. &#8220;Morning exercisers tend to stick with their exercise habit,&#8221; he says. &#8220;By doing the bulk of exercise first thing in the morning, you get your exercise in before other distractions can intrude. We can all relate to that &#8212; because once the day gets going, it&#8217;s hard to get off the treadmill called life.&#8221;</p>
<h3>The Case for Morning Exercise</h3>
<p>Research suggests that morning exercise improves sleep, a benefit that could also promote <a href="http://www.webmd.com/diet/default.htm">weight loss</a>, Bryant tells WebMD. One study of <a href="http://www.webmd.com/diet/tc/obesity-overview">overweight</a> women between the ages of 50 to 75 showed that those who engaged in consistent morning exercise (about four hours a week) slept better than those who exercised less. The evening exercisers had more trouble falling asleep &#8211; even if they fit in the four hours a week.</p>
<p>Bryant explains the connection of sleep and weight loss: &#8220;We know that if you have poor quality sleep, it influences certain hormones that control appetite. It is possible that by exercising in the morning &#8212; instead of evening &#8211; the exercise affects the body&#8217;s circadian rhythm (your internal body clock) so you get better-quality sleep. Good sleep helps control the hormonal balance that helps control appetite.&#8221;</p>
<p>Brisk exercise (an hour or more daily) has helped more than 4,000 &#8220;successful losers&#8221; in The National Weight Control Registry &#8212; they&#8217;ve all lost 30 pounds or more and kept it off for a year or longer. Many of them break up their exercise into shorter spurts throughout the day instead of doing a single, marathon workout session.</p>
<p>&#8220;Think of your morning exercise like a business appointment &#8211; one you can&#8217;t easily cancel,&#8221; says Gary Foster, PhD, clinical director of the weight and eating disorders program at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. &#8220;It takes discipline. But if you&#8217;re overweight, you&#8217;re at risk for a <a href="http://www.webmd.com/heart-disease/guide/heart_disease_heart_attacks">heart attack</a>. If you don&#8217;t do something about your weight, it&#8217;s indirect self-destructive behavior. It&#8217;s the same as smoking a pack of cigarettes daily. This has got to be the highest priority because it&#8217;s your health.&#8221;</p>
<h3>Working Exercise Into Your Life</h3>
<p>One way to make exercise a daily habit is to integrate your workout into your regular life, says Walter Thompson, PhD, professor of exercise physiology at Georgia State University in Atlanta. Physical activity &#8211; not just exercise <em>per se</em> &#8212; can become part of your daily routine, Thompson tells WebMD. &#8220;People think they have to strap on running shoes and run a marathon to call it exercise. I talk more about integrating physical activity into your daily lifestyle.&#8221;</p>
<h3>Working Exercise Into Your Life continued&#8230;</h3>
<p>His advice: &#8220;When you go to the mall, the grocery store, the office, park your car as far away from the front door as you can. Take the stairs rather than the elevator. These are habits you can get used to. They will become common practice.&#8221;</p>
<p>Structured physical activity is also important. Walking, yoga, lifting weights, biking, running, and swimming &#8211; could all be a morning exercise choice. Here&#8217;s an estimate of the average calorie-burn potential from 30 minutes of exercise:</p>
<p><strong>Vigorous Exercise</strong><br />
Running or jogging (5 mph) = 295 calories<br />
Bicycling (10 mph or more) = 195 calories<br />
Swimming (slow freestyle laps) = 255 calories<br />
Aerobics = 240 calories<br />
Basketball = 220 calories</p>
<p><strong>Moderate Exercise</strong><br />
Walking (3.5 miles mph) = 140 calories<br />
Weight training (light workout) = 110 calories<br />
Stretching = 90 calories<br />
Biking (less than 10 mph) = 145 calories<br />
Dancing = 165 calories</p>
<p>One recent study noted that yoga &#8211; a popular morning activity &#8211; can help prevent the dreaded middle-age spread and even help shed unwanted pounds. Researchers looked at normal and overweight men and women who practiced yoga regularly (at least one session of 30 minutes or more per week) for four years or more. It compared their weight with the weight of people who didn&#8217;t do yoga.</p>
<p>Normal-weight people who practiced yoga <em>gained less</em> than those who didn&#8217;t practice yoga. Overweight people who practiced yoga <em>lost</em> an average of 5 pounds; those who didn&#8217;t practice gained about 14 pounds.</p>
<p>Yoga&#8217;s effect may have more to do with body awareness than the actual calories burned during the average session, researchers say. During yoga practice, you are more aware of your body &#8211; which can prompt you to quit eating when you&#8217;re full.</p>
<h3>Getting Started on Your Exercise Routine</h3>
<p>If you&#8217;re really trying to lose weight and keep it off, work toward a goal of 60 to 90 minutes of exercise most days of the week. But that&#8217;s a lot to ask someone who&#8217;s just starting out, says Thompson. If that&#8217;s you, try it in 10-minute chunks of time at first &#8212; several times a day, several days a week.</p>
<p>To get your morning exercise ritual going, here are some tips.</p>
<p><strong>Talk to a doctor first</strong>. If you are overweight and if you have risk factors for heart disease &#8211; high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or family history of heart disease &#8211; get your doctor&#8217;s OK before starting an exercise program, Thompson says.</p>
<p><strong>Start with walking</strong>. Set short-term goals &#8211; 10 minutes, 15 minutes, etc. Gradually increase the number of days. Walking a dog is great because it gets you out for 20 minutes in the morning, and then 20 more at night. &#8220;If I can get someone up to 45 minutes or an hour of exercise during the day, I consider that a major success,&#8221; Thompson notes. &#8220;You can&#8217;t ask anyone to immediately start exercising for 90 minutes. You have to start with lifestyle changes and increase from there.&#8221;</p>
<h3>Getting Started on Your Exercise Routine continued&#8230;</h3>
<p><strong>Consider a health club</strong>. &#8220;Some people need a lot of variety to stay interested in exercise,&#8221; says Thompson. &#8220;That&#8217;s where health clubs are great. They always keep people&#8217;s interest piqued on exercise. And if you&#8217;re paying for it, you&#8217;re likely to go.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Buy or rent workout tapes or DVDs</strong>. If you prefer a quiet start to the day, try tapes and DVDs that feature yoga, weight training, and aerobic workout programs. Be sure to check who created them, however. &#8220;Some programs marketed by celebrities don&#8217;t have good science behind them,&#8221; he advises. &#8220;Look at the advisory board or advisor on the label. The good ones have an exercise physiologist as an advisor.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Don&#8217;t forget weekends</strong>. If you make exercise part of your everyday lifestyle, stick with it on weekends, too. Keep treating it as an appointment. Don&#8217;t let anything interfere. &#8220;It&#8217;s your protected time and nothing else intrudes,&#8221; says Foster. &#8220;You are keeping this commitment to yourself. This is something good that you&#8217;re doing for yourself.&#8221;</p>

<p>I realised there are just too many things in this life that I need to handle. I need to know, I need to understand, I need to cope and I need to get over it if I want to survive.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t understand what has happened in my life so far, but as I grow older, I found more hurtful phenomenon.</p>
<p>I found more obstacles, more discrimination, more tears, more who bleed&#8230;</p>

<p>This week, I learnt about two things:</p>
<p>1. World has changed just too much.</p>
<p>New viruses, outbreaks, H1N1, disasters, wars&#8230; lengthy yet ironically being overlooked by most of us. Does this show our world has changed to the extent that we could not even understand it anymore? Is it our fault? Or the world just simply changed?</p>
<p>I guess the world has indeed altered into something that I could not imagine what it would be in the next 10 years if these disastrous phenomenons keep happening.</p>
<p>,</p>
<p>2. Life-beings &#8211; humans, animals, plants &#8211; are just too ancient</p>
<p>Everyone perceived with the technological advances, we are labeled as modern society. Modern human-beings. But do you really believe that is the state we humans are currently hold?</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t see anything like that. We are just too old, too ancient, too long. We are worn out.</p>
<p>Life without technologies would leave us stupid. Life without competitions is not supposed to be in modern life.We are too ancient compared to all the technologies we&#8217;ve ourselves created for ourselves.</p>
<p>Within one month, can you imagine how many new gadgets being produced to accompany us in this country? But, have you ever wondered how many of them actually save our lives and make our lives to be better? Let me repeat myself, better! Convenient doesn&#8217;t mean it is Better.</p>
<p>Mobile phone, mp3 player, e-book, plasma tv, laptop, etc&#8230; All these do you really think it makes our life better? Everyday, they produced new design, new feature, new price etc.. but how much damage have these gadgets give to our ancient self?</p>
<p>phone &#8211; radiation caused cancer?</p>
<p>mp3player &#8211; blast out more to your ears and your ears capabilities to listen is gonna be like our old aunt.</p>
<p>e-book &#8211; eyes?</p>
<p>How about the waste of these products after they are thrown away every time we purchase a new cooler design product?</p>
<p>I am sure you who read this is mature enough to know what it &#8216;contribute&#8217; to our environment.</p>
<p>&#8230;.</p>
<p>When every month we have our new gadget being produced, does anyone even care with new disease being found or those long-history disease that have not received much focus by the government? We just don&#8217;t care, we care about what we&#8217;ll wear, what will be hanging on our body..</p>
<p>Take an example of &#8220;psoriasis&#8221;. How many of you know about this disease? How much have people done to research on  this disease? How much have been forked out by the government to take a look of this disease to find possible cure?</p>
<p>Others are too busy with politics, technologies, fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, education while ignoring the basic.</p>
<p>TO SURVIVE and LIVE ON&#8230;</p>
<p>To be cooperative and help our other fellows to survive. Create an environment where we can all live together. Support each other basic need in life. Physically &#8211; health, emotionally &#8211; love and religions.</p>

<p>Do you think 2012 is really a dooms day? It has been refuted by the authorities that the maya calendar does not say that it will be our doomsday.</p>
<p>A lot of people have watched the infamous 2010 movie by now I bet (though I have not). What do you guys think about doomsday?</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t know when, but I believe that our world and life-beings in this world are just too &#8216;chui&#8217; (damaged) to continue living, running and surviving.</p>
<p>Shouldn&#8217;t there just be doomsday? when everyone is just being scrapped together with this world as He remake a new fresh one? I wonder&#8230;</p>
<p>Or should we find that silver lining and start to change ourselves. Change our focus of life not only as a &#8220;pursue higher and higher&#8221; but &#8220;pursue balance and harmony&#8221;?</p>

<title><![CDATA[Homemade Tortillas]]></title>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Tonight we had enchiladas for dinner.  I was all prepped and organised, I&#8217;d made the sauce and done all of my prep as I had to go out and would only get back in time to eat.  Then I got the tortilla wraps out.  Disaster!  They&#8217;d gone off.  I knew that mum had made flour tortillas once before so it had to be doable and set off to google a quick recipe for tortillas.  I found two that looked good (love recipes with pictures!) and since they were both the same recipe with very different ratios I sort of took a stab at somewhere in the middle and made it up as I went a long.  With hindsight I&#8217;d use double the fat if I make these again and cook them for no more than 20 seconds each side.  As it was these tortillas were very stiff, when I tried to make an enchilada with one it cracked into six pieces.  No worries though, dinner became <a href="http://annainthekitchen.wordpress.com/2009/11/26/layered-enchiladas/">Layered Enchiladas</a>!  But first here is the basic recipe for tortillas.</p>

<p>Makes 6 dinner plate sized ones, probably 8 smaller</p>
<p>250g plain flour<br />
1 tsp salt<br />
1tsp baking powder<br />
50g lard or butter(I used 25g lard*)<br />
100ml warm water plus extra as needed</p>
<p>- Mix together the flour, salt and baking powder in a medium sized bowl. <br />
- Rub in the lard or butter using your fingers. <br />
- Add the water and mix well.  Add water 1 tbsp at a time mixing between additions until a soft dough has formed. <br />
- Turn out onto a lightly floured worksurface and knead for 10 minutes until smooth. <br />
- Put in a lightly oiled bowl, cover and leave to rest for 15-20 minutes. <br />
- Turn out and lightly knead for a minute. <br />
- Divide into equal portions. <br />
- Cover any balls of dough you are not working with. <br />
- Heat a dry frying pan on the hob. <br />
- Roll out the ball of dough until paper thin.  Aim for a circle but tidy up the shape by stretching the dough out into shape with your hands.  This requires elbow grease.  When I say paper I mean it!<br />
- Pick up and carefully place flat in the very hot frying pan. <br />
- Cook for 20-30 seconds each side.  Just scare it with the frying pan, don&#8217;t leave it or it will dry out too much. <br />
- Place the cooked tortillas under a tea towel in a warm place. <br />
- Repeat for each ball.</p>
<p>*Lard has a bad reputation but can actually be better for you than than butter.  I think it has less saturated fat and less cholesterol but I&#8217;m not certain just how much better it is.  Either way it doesn&#8217;t deserve the bad rep. it has.</p>
